Placed order for pickup. Didn't get what I ordered. They wouldn't make it right. They suck

They do have good eggrolls good crabrangoon, their sauce for the egg-foo-young needs work. I dont know all the particulars on how all dishes should be made but bland should never be on a meneu or a sauce. But its not a bad place to eat at.

We've been here a few times. We call for pick up and always have special instructions ie. No veggies, extra pork, ext. And they ALWAYS get it right and tonight's dinner was FANTASTIC! We will continue to order from and enjoy this restaurant!

This the worst Chinese food I ever tasted the rice had absolutely no flavor all it had was onion and a couple of pork the lo mein was really dry I will not recommend this place don’t waste your money they are pricey and food is horrible I also order fried bananas and they were soft not crispy big disappointment here 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏻

Employees were nice - food was terrible. We got general tsos chicken and there was literally no meat. It was just way overfried batter. Hard as a rock with nothing inside. We threw the whole dish away.

Our server was amazing, she was so attentive and super pleasant.

Ordered a large wonton soup and it was disgusting like something was wrong with it. The only way they are selling this. Is they are not quality-checking the food. And that's how people get sick. I tried talking to their staff and they want to rush you and say want a credit or refund. I've been ordering here for 10 years. Some days are good, not great and some days are a big disappointment. I stop coming for some time and try again. I'm done with this place. You're better off going across the street to the two other chinese restaurants in the area.

The service was bad and the food was cold

I ordered $104 worth of food and in my orange chicken, there was a black rock in it! I bit down on it & when I removed it, it was indeed a rock!!! Lat month I ordered egg foo young and their gravy was sour! I don't know what's going on there, but here food is not as fresh or clean as they say it is! They open at 11:00, but the kitchen takes 30 minutes to open, so ur order is sitting there for 30 minutes!!!

Food quality has gone way down. My moo-shoo pork was so salty I couldn't finish it. They forgot my rice order, which I don't want to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get it. Not recommended.

Always on point food, everyone can be picky when it comes to Chinese food so it can all be subjective however their food is always done fast and with little to no error, I have frequented this location for around 8 years now , definitely a staple in the area and getting to see the live koi fish is always a pleasure.

I was at Lin Garden last Saturday the 9th of March at about 6pm. A restaurant that we frequent often. To make a long story short. I had a Beef and Rice dish, Egg Roll, and a bowl of Egg Drop soup. After I had dinner. That night, all night, and into Sunday. I spent most of my time in the bathroom. Also with a terrible stomach ache. Trust me, not a pleasant time. Tuesday, I stopped at Lin Garden and asked to speak with the Manager / Owner. Actually, they lady that waited on us was there. I talked to her. The Manager never appeared. She told me that the Manager didn't speak much English and she would tell him ( uh huh, sure ). I explained the whole issue. Her answer was I'm sorry. No possible explanation. And not very concerned.

The only decent Chinese food in the poinciana area.

Damn good Chicken Lo-Mein... And it's a nice place to sit and eat.

Food was good. Took a little bit of time to get some service even though there was not many people in the restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and clean. I would probably try again.

I ordered orange chicken with fried rice and not only it was cold but they gave me general tso chicken instead. The chicken wasn’t even fresh and the rice was hard. The lady taking the order on the phone was very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We chose this place bc of the reviews. This food is not like nc chinese food. So i wont say nasty, but i have had better. The veggies arw hard in the lo mein. The noodles are dry. The rice tastes like it came from the bottom of the pan. The bourbon chickem doesnt taste like bourbon chicken. The egg roll was cold..i dont recommend this chinese restaurant..

Nice cozy place, good to go with the family and have a quiet and relaxed meal. Pork fried rice was very good. Had shrimp w lobster sauce, taste was good, presentation did not make the cut. Service was very good.

This is my Chinese restaurant. Food is great even sometimes I feel is not hot enough but great taste and service. The boiling sea food selection is not good but the actual Chinese is very good

A few years ago food used to taste great, but it has declined and continues to. So not only does the food lack flavor and quality(chewy, hard chicken), they have gone up on pricing. Expensive, nasty food makes me mad! Definitely will stop eating here.

First time trying this restaurant, food was delicious.

Don’t be fooled by this being in a shopping plaza this is a beautiful sit down restaurant as well as take out. There is a pond with large fish as soon as you walk in which my toddler loved! We ordered boneless spare ribs (not pictured cuz they got eaten so fast) 9/10 Eggrolls pretty standard Chicken lo mein 10/10 Pork chop suey 10/10 Hot and spicy shredded pork 10/10 Our server was Helen and she was AMAZING. So fast, thorough and checked on us often. She was so kind. The portions were huge, food was delicious and the service was on point. We have tried several places in the area and this has been the best thusfar! Lots of veggies and superb flavor! Give them your business its well worth it especially sit down is gorgeous.

I have going to lin garden for 20 years and it was always awesome ! Always I have great food until today . I had chicken and cashew and beef broccoli and fried wonton . The chicken and cashew was awful . The cashew was burn. And chicken was hard And like jerky . The white rice tasted old . The wonton are hard and I could brake. Window . The beef was soft and broccoli was good . I had to ask my self if Kissimmee lin garden was under new management ? I will wait to eat there again .

Food no good, expensive. Service poor, lacking the human contact. Use to order to go for several years, sometimes dining in. Decided to take my business somewhere else. Bye.

I love lin Garden but today's service was not good at all. The food was cold, and the server didn't come to our table we kept having to wave her down. Our food came before our appetizers we had to cancel it. Ran out of my drink half way through the meal and never got a refill.We ordered a meal Togo before knowing the food was horrible today and when we checked how the Togo meal looked our egg Foo young was burnt and rice was old we just threw it away. Our server disappeared we waited 10 min for the check we just got up and walked to the register never saw her again.

Yellow mushy rice is not fried rice. If I want yellow rice, I’ll go to cafe close by. Their general tso chicken was chewy and overly cooked with excessive flour coating and drowned in sweet sauce. Their eggroll sucks. Too chewy. Don’t want to sound discriminating, but since it’s yellow rice, where was the Asian workers? I didn’t see any. It questions me if the chef even knows what he’s doing or replacing different cooking style. Sucks because it’s close to my relative when I visit Kisimmee. I rather eat at this other Chinese place about 2 miles away near Walmart. Their pork fried rice was ok. Tip, fix the flavor, color, and texture. I will NOT return even though it’s 5 minutes away.

Great food. Nice staff . prices a little higher then other Chinese takeout . when placing order over the phone, and picking it up check it before you leave…they have a tendency of leaving things out . Happen a few times …got all the way home and had to go back Two thumbs up

I love this spot. BUT Just found out that the ladies in the front taking care of all the To Go orders are not given the cash or credit card tips! That is such a shame!! They work so hard… but are not getting compensated for it. Too bad the owners stay with all that money. I will be giving Cash directly to them from now on. I suggest everyone do the same please!

I have not been to this restaurant recently because I have moved but I used to go here frequently and let me tell you, the food was so good 😋. I especially loved their egg rolls. I would even order extra. Sometimes I would just go in and order a ton of egg rolls and eat them for days 😋😋😋!!!

Service was great. The young lady that waited on our table was very friendly and made sure we had a good time dining. The food was okay, I've had better. It's a nice place to dine in for lunch and the prices are decent.

It's the bare minimum for the atmosphere, but our food was delicious & cooked to order. The service was really good. Able to sit down immediately and most accommodating about sharing & making our order, not listed as combo. Into a combo order. Very pleased. Priced reasonably

It is best to call in your order because this place can get very busy( mainly in the evenings). I have been going here for years, haven't had any issues.

The food is always great. My favorite aps are the egg rolls and wonton soup. Portions are good size. Place is clean and relaxing atmosphere. I have been coming here for a year and mostly my server has be Hellen. She is really great with an awesome personality. Good food and a great staff makes for 5 stars.

I have eaten here on and off for a few years now. The last 2 times have been horrible! The chicken was extremely dry and tough! New staff? IDK. Something changed.

Wait was horrible, prices were way to high, the most expensive Chinese food, maybe the worst tasting. Customer service was horrible. When the restaurant was dead, I didn't get my eating utensils, didn't get my water without ice, had to wait a long time for everything. When they forgot something, she would tell me she'll get it, but then would make me wait for chop sticks or silverware while she bussed tables. There were plenty of staff and they were dead. So I had to wait for things that should have been on the table, wait for my less than Medicare food, then I had to wait some more to eat it because she decided to bus a few tables when she had the chop sticks in her back pocket the whole time. Once seated, you're forgotten about. When they do remember you, they get your order wrong, got a spring roll instead of an egg roll. The food isn't great. It's sad when your customers have to keep getting up to ask a second or third time to get something that should have been on the table to start with. Obviously they care more about making money and bussing tables than serving customers.

Lin garden was the only restaurant opened and ready to serve their customers during the hurricane! They did it with a smile!!! They are always on point and their food is always good! I wanted pepper steak and white rice my son got a teriyaki chicken and chicken fried rice and hubby had an orange peel chicken and vegetable fried rice! Deeeelicious! Thank you for being there for us we were starving!!

I am from New York City this takeout spot is one of the better ones in the area been going here for 4 years.

The taste of the food was not good at all. The the facility was not clean looking at all.

I order from here at least 2x a month, there portions are perfect, not over priced at all I have tried everything. From the soups to the seafood everything is fresh tasting and always good flavor My favorite is the cheesesteak egg roll - they use the spring roll wrap instead of the egg roll wrap 🤤 sooooo good !!!!

I've eaten here before and I have to say never again. Normally I'll give a restaurant a chance to fix the issue but they refused telling me they would take take the hit on a bad review. I drove 20 mins for tasteless food. When you order fried rice you expect it to be fried not mushy. The meat was gummy and unflavorful. What got me was the rudeness of the person when I called. Spent almost 50 bucks and couldn't be bothered to fix my issue. Pass this place. Avoid at all cost

Food was absolutely tasteless. Rice was uncooked as if it was not fried instead boiled. I would not recommend this location if you are looking and craving for some decent Chinese food in the area.

Peking duck was really bad. Probably reheated and dry .

Today I went to pick up an order. Since the order was not ready, I asked the cashier how long would it take. She went to talk to the "chef", and that person started screaming Tell her I dont care, tell her I dont care." WOW, that was unwarranted. She dont care? Well I dont care about their food either. I just left. They can keep their food. Way to manage a business.

I placed a pick up order over an hour ago and got confirmation that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there a little after 30 minutes due to traffic. When I went inside to pick up my order I was told that my order wasn’t ready. It has now been 50 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and I’m being told to wait another 20 minutes with no apologies or any type of compensation. Horrible customer service, I’ve never had a problem ordering a pick up order until today. My family is at home hungry waiting for me to bring our food that was supposed to be ready an hour ago. I’m so upset.

If you want quality, dont go here. The house fried rice has super weird taste to it. You get an order of spring rolls and you only get 1. Also, they dont give you egg in your fried rice. I have been eating Chinese food for 40 years, all around the United States, and I have NEVER been told that fried rice does NOT come with egg. I also said no pork and they gave me pork. The place is just gross. This weird taste is stuck in my mouth and the smell is stuck in my head.

Ordered inside to take out. Waited 25 minutes. No problem. Got food. Egg roll cold. Was in the car and didn’t want to go back. House rice ok, but Lo mien not good. Sweet n sour chicken nasty. I’ll stick to Panda Express. Not the Chinese restaurant I thought it would be. Place is nice and clean. But they should cook like in The Bronx.

my friend and i have order over 300$ in food the past month and a half and food was great. we order last night 2/04/2022 and food was gross i through it away. i tried to call them but they were closed. so i called today 2/05/2022 to inform them about my food and the women just hollered at me telling me i should have brought food back but they were closed. i just wanted my food remade but she would not stop yelling . so i hung up on her. i have been in the restaraunt business for years and this is no way to treat a customer

It is hard to find good authentic Chinese food here in Central Florida 😫. My last order from here had to be returned because NO ONE liked the food! I don't know what type of ribs they gave us, but it was horrible. And the ribs were just part of the problem. Not happy at all
