Bought morcilla, lechon, macaroni salad and sancocho. The morcilla was hard and old, the lechon taste nasty and the macaroni salad and the sancocho taste burnb and re heated this place definitely is getting worse every day

The attention is super, the atmosphere and treatment are super, and the food and prices are super. El Conejo Lopez or Mr Rabbit recommends it 100% and even more so when 99% of the places that cook comfortable Latin cuisine simply do not serve!!!! 100 stars!!!

This restaurant got me sick Called Rancho Latino they had a mosquito infestation in the bathroom of the women’s restroom rice and beans tasted like consommé that you would dip a Bierria taco if it was soggy from the rain and also on top of that the fried yuca was under cooked

This is the second time I've been there the first time they charged me 20 percent gratuity just for three people but I didn't say nothing then I just got some food last night from there to go section and basically she charged me $13 pork and white she asked me if I wanted the beans in a separate container and I said yes so I got charged an extra $2 on that and then they charge me for using my debit card so I won't be going there no more the food is self wasn't halfway back but I just got totally over that so I was not happy about it they won't have my money no more.

Love it, love it, what else can you say to a place where the food is incredibly delicious. And you can feel so comfortable when you walk through the doors.

Completely and utterly disgusting and I am not talking about the food only but the disrespect from what seem to be the owner or waitress idk tbh but my mom with all the respect in the world let them know the food was hard and not good and she apparently did not like that and was so mean and rude to my mom and even told my grandmother not to bring my mom back because she would fight her! Like I’m sorry what?? Why be so tough AFTER my mother walks away?? She’s so unprofessional and ratchet. How can you act like that working in the food industry?? I’m ashamed that she’s a Latina. No one should be treated that way especially when you run a FOOD establishment! And I hope she sees this because al though my mom was polite I AM NOT when it comes to her. Hola hoy 9/ 29/ 2023 / saludos a todos no soy de poner comentarios pero en este caso tengo que hacerlo , , les quería dejar saber que en este restaurante pague 145 dólares y la comida estaba fatal , yo prefiero pagar 200 pesos, para una comida,,,pero !!!!!! que la pueda ,disfrutar , pedí arroz y abichuela y churrasco y el churrasco estaba duro ! Y las habichuela eran como la que hace una recién casada! !!!!! y después, para el colmo!! en la comida había un pelo negro ,que!! se parecía al de la misma dueña!, que nos, atendió😡, y encima de eso ella se veía que estaba ,tomando se veía hebria tomada ,Y , le pedi un descuento , y no me lo quiso dar ,, aunque pequeño fuera!!! porque un buen negociante!! me lo hubiera dado,,, porque somos clientes que , estamos pagando Por una buena comida!!!! , y somos los que le mantenemos el negocio en alto a los negociadores!! . Se lo digo porque de negocio se yo …. Y encima de eso se enojo porque me quejé aun diciéndoselo con respeto!!!!! 🥺 lo mejor que salió de ese sitio asqueroso fue la música 😱 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

This place used to be very good, now the food not too tasty and worse of all hidden charges, technology they called, why should I pay for their technology? Isn't enough the outrages prices for food? Plus tips, after all charges you end up paying a lot more than you ask for, never again will be there, shame in you!

No, no, no it's very bad the meat 🍖 has no flavor & it's super hard. It feels like they cook it straight from a box and it tasted bland. No salt, pepper, garlic, or spices at all. The Piña Colada sabe agua con Ron , no coco lopez, no jugo de piña, no whipped cream, y no cherry. 🤔 This place in a joke. 👎 Watch out they already put the 11% tip on your bill just be careful not to double tip unless you want to. I don't recommend this place 😕 . P.s. I born and raised in PR. At 44 come to the states and have been here for 11 years.

this place WAS one of my favorites in Orlando..every time I came up from south Florida I stopped there...last night I went and took some friends hoping to impress them with good food and I failed. one of their specialties was the "CUAJITO" which was delicious...now nothing to do. one of the dishes came with cold white rice as if taken from the fridge.. you could eat the mofongo with shrimp...the yellowish rice with gandulez decent but also half cold... To top it off, the bill came with "technology" charges lol and 18% of other services than when we thought the tip was included. They told us that this 18% was for using credit cards...18%? I hope it was a bad night because it was actually very good before...and I think it has to do with the new Management.

Excellent service and attentive staff. Wide selection to entertain various palates. The lechon and pernil were exquisite. Other items were enjoyable, except for the ceviche, which was off-putting with a foul odor. The staff responded in a pleasant manner to my comment and removed the uneaten item from the check. Overall, I would definitely visit again.

Buena comida estilo puerto rico, excelente los precios, hay música en vivo, buen ambiente.

El ambiente estaba super chevere, tenían música típica. Pedimos (alcapurrias y sorullitos) y la verdad que estaba rico, sin embargo la comida principal carecía de sabor, pedí cerdo, arroz con gandules y yuca y todo estaba super soso, nada de sabor!! Mi esposo pidió un mofongo lo cual estaba bueno, pero la chuleta can can también le falta sazón. También pedimos un pastel y lo dejamos completo, no había como comérselo. Para .I nena ordenamos arroz blanco, habichuelas y nuggets, estaba pasable. Es la primera vez que dejo mi comida casi completa. El servicio no fue el mejor, ya que la.mesera tardaba mucho en venir a la mesa para verificar si necesitabamos más bebidas o si todo estaba bien. La verdad que no creo que regrese.

Pedimos lechon y no tenia sazon ni sal la carne estaba dura. El pastel era de pernil. Nada de sabor de Puerto Rico.

El mejor ambiente familiar en el área Metro de Orlando. Se siente igualito como si estuviera en Puerto Rico. Precios súper buenos, buena variedad y un entretenimiento que realmente alegra el alma del que un día dijo: “No me quiero morir alejado de ti, Puerto Rico del alma”.

We waited a lot for the food. The waiter will not come often to the table and when she did she was always in a hurry and won't listen. We ordered for entries some stuffed potatoes and they were frozen in the inside. We tell them and they warm them up and brought them back to us all smooch. I asked if the had house sangria and she said yes and the she brought me one of those "Gasolina brand" sangria. Is not the same as years ago. I haven't been on the place in like 10 years and I was expecting good music, lots of people and better food and service. Maybe I am disappointed because I came in with high expectations from what the place was years ago and it didn't deliver.

I went on 1/13/2023 at 12:30 pm.There are two entrances. I chose the one to the right. There is a cash register and I ordered. She asked if it was to to go and I preferred seating in. The register lady had a strange attitude, unpleasant. She walked me into the saloon. It looks rustic. There were ample tables, two of which were taken. I then got a message that a meeting had been moved to an earlier time. I had not ordered main entree yet. I asked for the check. The check was less than ten with the appetizer and bottled water, less than the minimum sale with a card. I decided to order other appetizers from the already prepared ones by th register. It was taking a bit longer than I could wait but it was an acceptable wait. I was just in a hurry. I asked if I could pick up front and misunderstood I could. I went to the register and the lady said: "as I explain if you are going to the restaurant, if you are there it is with them. Who told you you could pick it up here?" She then proceeded to question my waitress and lecture her in front of all guests, very uncomfortable, not going back. Regarding the food the alcapurria is very thin. This is good, it cooks well. I typically find this to be over or undercooked. Flavor was average. The pork chicharrones were too dry. I think I may have enjoyed my food more had I not had that incident in my head.

Si hubiese 0 en el rate, eso les daria. Ayer visite este establecimiento. Pedimos arroz, lechón, Alcapurrias y morcilla. Las bebidas llegaron rápido. Como a los 20 min, la que nos atendía nos dice que se les había acabado el lechón pero que tenían pernil. Mi esposo le dijo que si que le sustituyera el lechón a pernil. Entonces regreso más tarde y nos dijo que solo nos podía dar media libra de pernil. Le dijimos que no que nos trajeran la alcapurria y la morcilla. Entonces nos dijo que teníamos que esperar que la frieran. Al rato nos trajo la morcilla. Tenía pedazos duro adentro y estaba fria. Le dijimos que el arroz de estaba crudo. So, no comimos. Después de un rato, ya vamos para 1 hora esperando en un salón. Yo me voy al carro y mi esposo regresa por los Alcapurrias. Cuando regresa me da una funda con una Alcapurrias quemada y me dice que en la vitrina había pernil. Este negocio ha decaído. Chela era la master ahí. Nos fuimos al jibarito. Nos comimos una morcilla bien hecha y lechón con cuero tostado. No regreso más al rancho.

it was very slow service didn't have enough food had to wait for a long time to get the food ended up getting for take out. another time the lechón was bad and I sent it back twice end it changed for pernil the plantains didn't come and the weren't enough beans.

Fuimos un grupo grande de jeeperos ,ambiente latino ,la musica agradable ,el lugar amplió, limpio,los precios aceptables ,la señorita que nos atendió muy amable y rapida con las órdenes, se puede llevar los perros, me gusto el queso frito con dulce de guava.

I would like to give the five start but I can't because I went with my husband and was soo desapoint it because he ask for octopus salad and the give him a ceviche and I ask for camarones al ajillo and they give me camarones a la plancha plus on top of that we ask for natural passion juice and they give us from a can we tell the waiter that the juice wasn't natural and she tell us no it's from a can it's no fear people go to enjoy was supposed to be part of u culture and they try to get people like we was ignorant like we don't know what we like to eat .this was the first and last time they see us there I don't recommend to nobody and by the way we are Puerto Rican and I know what it's natural and what we ask for.0👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This place is very friendly and the food is very good. We brought a group of motorcycle and suzuki sidekick group to the place and they welcomed us. We will definitely come back.

Would love to give it a negative rating but CAN'T so got 1 star just because can't do less. Horrible customer service 2 young ladies working there looked bored, no smiles, horrible customer service definitely horrible customer service, hey if you don't want to work there DON'T. This is the place!!! So flavorful and clean. Avocado salad just right , as for the ‘empanadas crispy and flaky crust the filling was good and for the stew yes the one I liked the most it was filling and just the right amount for seasoning

Todo bien rico,el cuerito del pernil bien crunchy y el arroz con gandules super sabroso como el de bodas en Puerto rico.Las ensaladas de codito y aguacate estaban a otro nivel y nos atendieron bien rapido y hasta nos cambiaron de mesa a una mas comoda.

We asked for lechon. And they gave us chicharron with more grease and bones than anything else with mofongo.. The dining area had no A/C running and only fans. A great sauna by the way!

La comida no es lo que esperamos como la comida puertorriqueña son imitaciones la atención al cliente es regular.

El puerco es increíble, del mejor que he probado en toda la florida! Definitivamente si están en Kissimmee deber ir para allá. No se arrepentirán. The pork is amazing, the best that I have ever eaten in SW Florida! If you’re around Kissimmee must go. You won’t regret it.

Food is good but over priced, there are flies inside and doesn’t feel air conditioned. For the amount I paid($75 for 2 people plus tip)I rather been sitting in a nicer restaurant.

Food was delicious, music was nice just a little to loud inside you couldn't hear yourself speak to others. Sitting was crowded. Restaurant was clean, staff were very courteous. It was difficult to find Parking, place gets crowded. I didn't ike the arrangements of the bathroom it was outside, long lines to get in the bathroom. Food price was a little expensive. For how much they charge you for food you think the presentation on your plate would be better than serving you with all disposable plates and utensils. I think the food was definitely traditional Puerto Rican cuisine.
