Mobile ordered from this location about 6 times. Everytime they've forgot an item. Just beware when ordering from here.

Thought I would try the new great looking saucy nuggets they have advertised. Spent $4 for a 6 piece and the picture that's included is what they gave me. Most of the nuggets look dry and not covered in sauce like their advertisement. I know fast never look like the ad but come on, if it's called saucy nuggets put sauce on the nuggets

Lady at the window today ( Aprill 22 ) is not kind of person i would have on my business. We greeted her and she ignore me also wished her to have a fantastic day she gave me a funny look …take note managers

Just got done eating a delicious hamburger. This Wendy's was awesome, the service was amazing. Very nice people, I would recommend this wendys to anyone nearby.

I was there at 9:40am, the restaurant was empty the 4 ladies that were there all stared at me , made me wait 20 minutes, and here’s the best part. Some dude walked in way after me and he got his order taken before me. Now I’m late for work and have no breakfast cuz the staff decided to completely ignore me. Never coming back to this restaurant again.

Fast food. Not too bad,/not greasy which was good. Had classic chicken very tasty

Service was a little slow however i understand sometimes they might be overwhelmed but one of our burgers was not cooked properly.

Poor customer service. The employee was extremely rude. They gave me the wrong order. I returned to the window, handed back the food, and requested a refund. The employee argued that I received the correct order. I decided to drop the issue and drove home after wasting nearly 40 minutes there. I will definitely avoid this place in the future. Date of order: 03/12 at 10:30 PM.

Parking lot was dirty. We want in to rider the food no one welcomes us they was at drive thru talking with each other. I used the machine to place my order I spent around $60 for them to have no cup holder they gave me nothing to hold them. I was waiting at the table for them to call my name or number 15 minutes want by my son said mom the food is at the counter. I walked up grab my food and left no thank you for coming have a nice evening. The manager was just standing there talking with staff laughing. It is very rude when you talk another language and be laughing. I don't know what you was talking about but you should do that in the office or in kitchen. The table was sticky and trash was full.

I came there for a job interview at 9:25 PM for the manager to tell me she is busy no one on drive thru, no one in side. She the o e who schedule the interview at that time no call, email, message. That is unprofessional of her. She is the brand to the company and she conduct her self for the company is unprofessional. I had to buss out there to be turned around there was no sorry would you like me to give you a drink or a meal for your time. If you can do this to someone who is looking for a job. How do you treat the people. You should of been worried about homeless man pan handling in front of the restaurant, make sure the parking lost was free of trash. When someone order food and you ask for a name you are suppose to call the name out or the number not leave there food on the counter to get cold.

There kiosk machines never work right. Other than that very clean place.

Everytime I come here its a problem, machine can’t accept the coupons from the app one time, out of food the next time, this time the only sauce is ranch? And they kind of rude. If the company does not put some effort into this location it won’t last. They serve chicken nuggets I don’t want no darn ranch on chicken nuggets…… I pulled off. No money today thanks.

Great atmosphere to enjoy sitting and relaxing and enjoy the ambiance eating at Wendy’s. $5.00 Biggie bag Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger so delicious, small but just right, chicken nuggets, fries and small drink. You can substitute a small chili for the fries.

Stop by to eat a little snack like always very tasty and fresh

I visited their restaurant recently and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service. The drive trough girl today seemed disinterested and unmotivated had an attitude with everyone and had me wait over 10min for a crispy chicken sandwich, it resulted in slow service and long wait times. Additionally, my order was incorrect and when I brought it to their attention, they seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I hope that Wendy's takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their service standards, as I believe they have the potential to provide a much better dining experience for their customers.

Just FYI guys I found a bug on my ghost pepper bacon sandwhich while I was on my third bite and there was also hair on the water cup I was drink from.

I went to the drive through and one of your employees told me I can only have one sauce and I only asked for two? You guys are stingy even the lady with the dirt blonde hair and glasses sounded like a prick offering me to buy chicken nuggets so I can get more sauces 🤣 🤣

Another stop at 10:45 PM 08/2523 Mobile Order was down at this location. Did not get a receipt I guess she didn't want us to know her name and the lady on the register didn't get the order right. Then when trying to call, they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. Not very Professional! Very frustrating when they don't get the order right, no receipt, but will follow up with the Manager 08/26/23. A bunch of young people are not doing customer service very well. Not answering the phone Unprofessional and Very disappointing not able to resolve issues. At least I have my rewards to validate my visit and my bank statement!

They say open at 6:30am but I’ve been waiting at the drive thru at 6:52 with no greeting until 6:59. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and got home to just a sausage and buscuit and just an egg and cheese busicuit like come on it’s not that hard. No receipt too

I frequent this location because I have no other options available and I can say with confidence that they’ve never gotten a single order right. The place and the service just aren’t even worth the time nor the money. It amuses me that I have to repeat 4 to 5 times the things that my order is missing while I’m literally the only one there. Just go to McDonald’s, its just across the street. Speaking to a manager won’t help either. My only question is, who in the hell is hiring all of these incompetent people?

Sat inside and finished eating my meal, then I look on the ground next to me and see a dead roach. The next day my stomach is very upset, I think I have food poisoning. Disgusted and will never go back here.

I ordered a baconator breakfast combo. The sandwich slide out of the wrapping because it was so full of liquid cheese,extremely salty like the fries and had 2 small pieces of bacon that I actually found smothered in cheese. I feel like this sandwich was their for at least a hour. I gave it a try because I've had lunch there and it was good. Off to the restroom I go

The food was okay. It could've been served a little hotter. Coffee could be better. And they should make Hash Browns instead of seasoned fries.

Employees are friendly, location is a little awkward to get in an out of. Food is ok but the chili is always on point.

In store service is below average, outside offers a salad but inside does not, slow rough service, sometimes not getting what the customer requested.

They never have anything here and their mobile system is always down.

Ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and all 3 were really dry and last one was meal and wasn't even spicy. I know mistakes happen but these same types of mistakes have happened frequently at this establishment. Still would eat in a pinch..just hit or miss is all.

Came here to wendy's at 1550 S Hoagland Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34746 & ordered a 4 piece nugget through the wendys app. Went to pick up & checked to see how many sauces were put into my bag. 1 of course. I asked... Can't even tell what his name was because the receipt paper wasn't clear but it was at 10:37p.m & he told me no. It's only 1 piece of sauce. I've never experienced this problem before at any other wendy's. Since when did we start hoarding sauces??? Ridiculous. I'll never go back to this wendys because of this. Take this 1 start.

I constantly stop at this Wendy's and I don't think I've ever gotten what I've actually ordered. The night shift absolutley sucks. The costumer service passed 9pm is nonexistent. Either they don't have the majority of the items of the menu available or the food is just straight up cold. It's an embarrassment for a food establishment.

Fries not very hot, burger buns were soggy.

Bad and terrible inconsistencies in the morning with the drive thru some time are 7:00 am and they don't even talk on the speaker is the 3rd time but im not coming any more to this store they need to replace train better or make changes to get the business to a better reputation

The manager of this place is just the most rude person ever. I waited in the drive-thru line for 10min, I was behind two cars, when it was my time to make the order I kept talking through it and nobody would speak back so I thought I wasn’t working. When I get to the window I told them this and this lady comes to say without letting me speak “you have to make the line, there’s people behind you” almost yelled at me, and kept trying to tell her that I did my line, was in fact there for 10min - I always order here because is the closest wendys that I have. Today was a very rough day and I was trying to treat myself with some fast food but you guys made it 10min es worst thanks to your horrible customer service. Next time, check your cameras so you can see that there’s someone trying to make an order for the drive through instead of gossiping with your coworkers

Constantly giving this place an opportunity waiting for it to get its act together but sadly it’s been over a year and I’m still waiting. There’s always something wrong with my order it’s been over a year and I can’t even say they’ve gotten my order right once! I even got an uncooked frozen burger once...nope ...👎🏽

I was very disappointed they didn't have any of the big sandwiches so I could only eat small one's like cheese burger the double stack or chicken sandwich no Baconator or any of the good stuff. French fries were old and cold I hope they don't work like during the day..

Worst Wendy's ever ' waited 45 minutes for two large fries and four drinks || I was sitter at the speaker for like 15mins ' Just disgusting ' then they didn't give me fresh fry's so I had to wait longer ' wasted so much time and gas . I would go to another Wendy's

This store is very bad, the Drive Thru employee today, December 29 at night, is rudely disrespectful. She's so bad. The bosses who take this claim. so no one comes back to his store,I prefer to go to another.

Waited 10 mins at drive thru before driving up to window to ask if still open. Then tell me to go back around and I refused and asked for manager and her name. She refused to give name and closed window

Worst service ever. Counter service so slow all patrons behind me ordered by mobile.... then I was the back of the line. If he was so slammed suggest to order at kiosk. Chicken and fries shouldn't take 30 minutes. Never again

Hice un pedido por uber eat y no llegó completo y aun asi me lo cobraron. Nunca me contestaron y e estado llamando y suena ocupada la línea. No recomiendo que ordenen por uber eat porque ni el restaurante, ni uber eat me an respondido si me van a devolver el dinero o que van hacer.

Ordered two classic chicken sandwich meals in the drive thru. After getting home we discovered 1 of meals was a regular cheeseburger meal. I am just tired of drive-through's getting it wrong. By the time I get home with it. It's just not worth it to drive back and complain!

IN PERSON, I don't recall ever having an issue with placing an order and receiving my food. However, ordering ONLINE via UberEats or DoorDash, I'm consistently MISSING my food items and it's not small items. It's burgers or chicken sandwiches. I ask my driver's to double check the items before departing, which they have and had to ask staff to give them the missing items before departing, so it's not the drivers! I wouldn't recommend using an online service to receive food from here if possible.

Wendy's is our favorite fast food. Always fresh food. We hope they continue like that.

We waited 10 minutes in line while the one cashier helped a customer with a problem. We left and went thru the drive thru and got served before the inside cashier was done with the problem. You'd think with 5 associates another register would have opened. Just saying.

Ordering using the app has been rather difficult lately. Also, I noticed Wendy's doesn't fill the coffee cup more than 2/3 full. I wouldn't say anyone was rude or anything like that. It seems more like a corporate policy to not fill the coffee cups.

Drive through experience was terrible! Girl working the window had absolutely no patience and customer service skills. What happened is too detailed to write in this post.

Open late. Parking available. Some staff members are not very friendly. Felt rushed when ordering. Food items (tenders and fries) were at room temperature. Review based on personal experience and on items consumed on the day of visit.

Its Wendy's! Many times extra long waiting in drive through. Be sure to check order to make sure everything you ordered is in the bag. Window servers are 99% really nice, even though they're stressed!

Ordered a plain double, only extra onions, ketchup and pickles. Got a double extra cheese, one onion slice and a drop of ketchup. BIG disconnect! Happens often with this local!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Was here on 04/21 at 11pm. The lady behind the window w/the love headband was amazing! Had such a great personality. You don’t see that now a days From fast food employees I was so impressed with her I hope the corporate office sees this and gives your a commendation.

I frequently come here during the day and Rosie is the best! She exemplifies what the customer experience SHOULD be like. It's nice to know that even though there are a lot of reasons why the experience in restaurants has diminished, that there are still people working out there that care about their guests!

This place is hit or miss when it comes to customizing your order. Most of the time I need to go back inside after I get my food through the drive-thru because they mess up the order.

They wants to pretenda there are not customers at front desk.... you need to change your lazies employes ..

For the late night people don’t waste your time it was 1:38am and they told me there were close. but they close at 2am. Fix your time change it to 1:30 !!!! You close.

Without fail, every single time I've come here there has been consistent issues. Oh - and expect to sit at the drive-thru for about 20-30 minutes. The service isn't bad but man this is probably the worst Wendy's I ever been to.

The Spanish dark skin guy wouldn’t in the front counter is beyond unprofessional, doesn’t know how to listen to orders. Got it wrong twice. My wife asked for a natural lemonade refill and they stated that don’t do refills yet, every Wendy’s we’ve been to have done so. Staff looks like they can’t work under pressure. Management needs to actually hire more people and some with Manners. I won’t be coming back here. The black manager girl needs to learn the rules of Wendy’s and that guy needs a reality check!

I got 2 large sides and 2 medium. The cup holder is not large enough for the large drinks . 1 toppled and made a mess in my car. Need to get better drink caddies.

Crispy chicken sandwiches came with slivers of lettuce & the mayo is so nonexistant it just looks like someone dipped a knife and wiped it in the center of the bun! Why even bother? The sandwiches are so dry anymore
