Very rude kids working at this location, but he did finally decide to refund my money. Ordered a cut cut combo salad and half the stuff I asked for them to put on it was missing.

WooooowwWwww: ATTITUDE 🏳️‍🌈 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT 📣 Was just simply trying to use my coupon with a GIFT CARD somehow he canceled my transaction when I added a COOKIE. After that my GIFTCARD stopped working and said it had no funds after my first cancelled transaction. (Obviously no funds were used since it was a cancel but it wasn’t registering. Frustrated I PAID in full leaving the store. Coming back I forgot the coupon had a free drink so I came back in and asked hey you forgot to tell me to grab a cup HE REPLIES. “ 😡THAT’S ON YOU 👀 EXCUSE ME,? I feel like just because I am AFRICAN AMERICAN him being HISPANIC gets to use low class “HOOD TERMS” with me. As I was leaving a WHITE girl says Byyyyyyeee I’m LIKE 🙏 THANK GOD I CAN WRITE A REVIEW AND I ALSO ADDRD A PICTURE. Absolutely the best subshop in town!!

The manager Fabian absolutely sucks… By far one of the most confused people on the planet. The other hardworking employees have yet to mess up an order. Fabian on the other hand will micromanage and belittle his employees yet can’t even make a sandwich correctly, last 3 times i’ve gotten sandwiches made from him they’ve been completely wrong.

Not sure why I tipped when the staff have a horrible attitude. You can tell they both hate being there. I’d fire them and hire somebody who actually appreciates having a job- changing from 2 star to 1 star cause she can’t even include a napkin? They both give the energy that they hate their lives. 5/6 5:50pm

I was entering the Subway door today at 9:47pm, and I hadn't realized the time, because I only saw that it was open and went to buy; So when the boy who works there got angry and threw a tray hard, I was surprised because I realized that he was angry and he told me that he was going to close and that he would only finish serving the last people who were there. Then he didn't care. I said nothing and just left. Personally, I had never seen such bad treatment, that made me feel very bad 😕, I never wanted him to get stressed or anything like that…. I think he would have kindly told me that he was going to close soon and we would leave in peace. I hope you take it into account... Person doing our sub was extremely rude

This subway for me has always been a place of serenity, maybe it's just my timing but I've always been pleased with the food, service and atmosphere while enjoying my meal there.

Dirty, sloppy, unfriendly and uncaring.

The service was mediocre. I ordered the ultimate BMT with lettuce tomato onions green peppers and mayonnaise. I loved Subways till today. The sandwich was not like it used to be. It was nothing special. Sorry to say Public’s makes a better sandwich! Today was a mistake! I ate my sandwich because I was hungry but I won’t be returning. I also ordered the footlong pretzel. It was overcooked and all the girl did was warm it up. This lunch was a total waste of money. The oatmeal cookie and coke were good though. The place was very nice and clean. Maybe I should have bought my sandwich at Public’s and gone to Subways for my coke and cookie and had a sit down lunch.

I absolutely LOVE this subway! Jack and Alexa are the best employees there and treat us so well! So happy Jason got fired, not worried about what’s touching my sandwich anymore. Definitely recommend going to this subway compared to the rest in the area.

O stars! They open and close the store whenever they feel like it. Don’t open on time, nasty attitude. Since it been under new management it sucks.

This guy was making us the sandwiches right? And he literally was saying that he can’t make two sandwiches and made like four after. Not only that but when he asked what break we said “ Italian herbs and cheese” he said that there was no more. And then when the next guy came he asked for Italian herbs and cheese and made like four. Honestly this was a racist behavior from this guy. Completely unacceptable

I ordered 2 monster subs with herbs and cheese but it was the wrong bread it wasn’t good! Everytime I go to that Sunday’s it’s always wrong

I walked in to order a sandwich which I was craving very much. But I had to use the restroom very badly. I asked the lady working there if there was a restroom she said "the restroom is down" about a month ago I came into the same location asking to use the restroom and got the same answer. I honestly strongly believe I'm being lied to at this point. Maybe the employees don't want to clean the bathroom after the customers use it? Idk. But regardless it's ridiculous and makes me not even want to order food from there because now I have to leave just to use the restroom then come back? That's so inconvenient and not good customer service at all. If the restroom is really out of order then subway needs to do something about it ASAP. I really hope to God subway as a corporation isn't encouraging their employees to lie about the functionality of the restroom because that wouldn't be good at all.

Ordered a foot long online. Picked it up got home and it was missing lettuce pepper oregano and Parmesan cheese. I drove BACK to the store they said they’re out of lettuce. A call would’ve been nice to see if I wanted to sub for spinach???????? They remade my sandwich and added 3/4 missing ingredients & then subbed the 1 ingredient they didn’t have. Still annoying I had to drive to this location 2 different times. I’m glad they fixed the error but obviously double checking before they bag the sandwich up would’ve prevented this. Employees need more training. UPDATE. Got home & this time THEY LEFT OFF JALAPEÑOS & banana peppers. At this point I don’t think these employees know how to read. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE they refunded me-AWESOME- but it still doesn’t solve my LUNCH. I picked the first order up at 1:00 pm. It’s now 2:03. Unacceptable

I normally love this Subway, but we walked out today because the girl behind the counter was so unwelcoming. I don’t know who the Manager is but whoever was working at 1pm on Tuesday,7/11/2023 needs some customer service training, in my opinion. She didn’t “say”anything rude, but her actions spoke for her. My husband greeted her and she ignored him. She just looked at him and said what are you having. If you don’t like your job, then maybe find another one.

the girl with the red hair and long pink nails poking out of the gloves while making my food burnt 2 of the 2 sandwiches i ordered. continued making the order thinking it was okay to serve charcoal black bread to a customer. I then went back in to say something because i needed to speak up, she then got the nastiest attitude asking which sandwich like she didn’t physically see it already and remade it with her nails still poking out of her gloves touching food. she started to put the toppings on then started to take off them then asked “is this good enough” in a snarky tone. asked what toppings i wanted and totally forgot to put the dressing on after i asked. in fear of my life i didn’t ask for the dressing again because it wasn’t worth it. customer service was horrible i am not trying to talk down on the girl but as a manager in customer service this is unacceptable.

It is the cleanest restaurant and the friendliest employees that I have been to in a long time.

I love coming to this subway because of the people who work here. Thank you Jason, Gabriel, the nice blonde lady who works on the week days I think (but who’s name I forgot- sorry!), and especially Donna! She’s such an awesome vibrant person to have at this location.

The online order failed to reach the store, but of course they sure as heck charged my bank account. The workers were completely incompetent and wanted me to wait around for an hour! Avoid this location at all costs.

Ordered a grilled chicken salad with shredded cheese. Not sure what I got but it’s disgusting and unfair that I paid almost $10 for this. Unacceptable

Subway in Florida. Not much different then any other subway I've been too. New menu so a few different selections. They were a tad stingy on the toppings for the subs but nothing more than usual at a subway. The cookies were solid if I'm in the area again and looking for a subway I would stop back in.

I have to say that they are very friendly and always very attentive to everyone in line. However the one thing I don't like is that this location closes at 10pm and it's crazy how they close the restrooms and half of the Area at 6pm everyday. Not good at all. I have never seen this in any subway before. After I ordered I wanted to use the restroom and I couldn't.

Ordered on the app came to pick up order and was made the wrong sandwich. Also the first time I came her in the past the lady said they got a lot of stolen orders on here and need photo Id and the card it was charged to defeating the purpose of a speedy pick up from the app they should just turn off their app orders and only accept orders in person. The guy who helped me return the wrong sub was nice though with glasses and a red beard.

It's sad that ( Lisa )manger can't read I ordered a sub on the Subway app she told me I need to show ID and last 4 numbers I paid with On the receipt it says account number NOT the last 4 numbers of my card She gave me a hard time picking up my sub even showing ID Definitely contacting corporate

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My Girlfriend and I got 2 foot longs Hers with extra cheese and provolone but besides that the same thing my girlfriend asked which one was which and he said it must be one of them and laughed the 2 workers who were on the line acted immaturely and playfully im not saying have no energy and that you can’t have fun at work but when your dealing with guests you act accordingly.

The worst experience for me personally , I guess somebody or people been doing fraud at this subway for weeks . And now people with the subway app and paid money with app pay have to suffer . When you have to show ID for getting food and the card you use to pay for it smdh . Subway needs to hire better people or a better policy

Both employees that were working at the time were very busy with call ahead orders and a few walk-ins. They helped each other and had good attitudes. Everything was clean. They had their masks on the whole time!👍🏼

I stopped by at lunch time and expected to be stuck there in line for a while. However the girls working were friendly and efficient. I was super impressed with Nadia and her ability to encourage customers to keep their orders moving and she was giving directions to the other two girls and producing quality work at the same time. She was a rock star for sure! She needs a raise ☺ Thanks!

I ordered the 6 inch sub meal of the day which was salami, pepperoni and ham, with lettuce, spinach, purple onions, and the sweet onion dressing on whole wheat bread, with tea and a generous 1.5 ounce bag of BBQ chips. The combination of sweet and spicy sandwich, and fresh ingredients will make me want to enjoy the 3 meat sandwich again soon The service was a bit slow, but friendly as the staff was training a newly hired young, who had forgotten to place my napkins in the bag. It was an eat in location, and I noticed plastic serving trays available, but this option wasn't offered to me.

The ladies were very nice. However, the windows over the food was soo dirty it grossed me out. The only reason I didn't leave was because my uncle really wanted to eat there anyway. One of the ladies had her pants hanging from behind. We could see her panties. Not proper at all.

Always the best. How can it not be when you are the one that basically makes your own food. If it doesn't taste good it's your own fault.

I really loved my service and left a good tip for it. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and Tanya helped me with my order. And I loved my sandwich afterwards. She is very nice and kind person! I recommend this subway for anyone who is hungry and needs a good place to sit and talk in for any time of the day. 😁😁

Usual Subway fare. Only one employee working and there were several customers. She worked diligently. Soft drink fountain was not working.

The young lady that made our subs was super friendly. The restaurant was really clean and she was very quick being that she was alone. She also took the time to explain some of the new menu items. We will be back in the future.

I just wanna say that the service is great. Sometimes people stay disrespecting the workers!! You take their kindness for granted!!! Keith and Randy were great workers. That last comment doesn't know what good is!!

This is the most fun I have ever had in Subway! Zach and Keith were awesome, I love the excitement and service they provided! I wish there were more stars that I could add.

Just want to say i went and Kenneth (i could have the name wrong but i believe it was that) was super nice and has great customer service. He was also training a new guy and i think he was doing a great job teaching him. &the new guy did good too! :)

Long line, also staff must get into the habit of changing their gloves more often. The health department of Osceola county Florida would fail them.

The manager is great. The rest of the employees are so slow you might as well go to publix and grab a sub. But I can't blame them, subway is a horrible company that doesn't care about employees. I worked for them for two years & realized the company would pay employees less then minimun Wage if it was possible.
