This Popeyes has very good customer service. The workers plus the managers are friendly and attentive. I have never had any issues from this particular Popeyes!

We have been waiting for 40 minutes at the drive-through, very bad service and there are many people waiting, they must have more staff, very bad experience.

Had issues getting our chicken sandwich order correct. The chicken sandwich was not very good and I added condiments at home to make it better. I am not a fan.

Food came out hot, fast and tasted amazing. I'm giving it a 5 star even tho my 5 piece tender was missing 1 tender which is a little crazy considering you pretty much pay 15+ for that alone.

The food was style and looked like it had been there a while.

Great customer service on my recent visit on early on Monday April 29th by the front crew female. She was excited on the early customers arrivals. Also, another female crew member arriving for her shift as I was heading out the door. She greeted me while holding the door with a honest smile.

What a pleasure to eat chicken without tons of salt. We just finished the plain chicken and we were able to taste the chicken without going through a batter full of salt. I don’t know if this is unusual or Popeyes understands that salt can be detrimental if you’re trying to stay healthy. Please continue with this process and don’t go back. There is a market for people that just want crispy chicken without salt.

Very good and fast attention. Everything clean and they have parking for the disabled. They have wheelchair access, they have chairs for infants.

This is what you get nowadays for $15. 1 drumstick and 2 thighs. The workers here deserve credit as they keep the lines moving and are always nice. But prices are outrageous and no longer worth it to me. Cook your own fried chicken for a tenth of the price.

Never have an item or missing my favorite apple pie. Or you ask for side item and they give you what they want.

Here at popeyes picking up my mobile order, Not a single car in the drive thru and they told me to move up and they'll bring it out. Im not waiting 10 min for a order I placed in the app. Why? Every popeyes is literally becoming a bad experience They need better management that puts quality and service first Very disappointed AGAIN Beware Eat at home or go ELSEWHERE

This is the only Popeyes that I've been to that has top notch service AND your food is going to be hot! It was a little bit of a wait, but it's worth it when the employees are nice and the food is good!

I usually love this place the staff is amazing. But today went through the drive through and had a horrible experience. Usually we are charged a specific price with a coupon , know this because I frequent here. Asked why I was overcharged and the girl at the window said she would ask her manager. Proceeds to ask and in the background you hear “tell them it’s too bad and they better just deal with it!” Whether it’s true or not be professional. Treat your employees and customers right. Will never return here again. Try to be professional and set a better example as a leader. Will be contacting corporate.

Usually they get my order right here so I’ll give them 5 stars but the last time I ordered I called ahead, asked at the drive up, and they still gave me the wrong thing 😭. Other than that they are always on top of it with fresh chicken. Best Popeyes in town.

They charge for sauce even with a huge chicken and chicken tender order . I just wanted two bbq and 2 ranch and they wanted to charge for money. I've never been charged at a Popeyes for such before. Also not as good food as other Popeyes. Chicken was dry etc. Overall bad experience

Got through the drive thru and got my order in 5minutes, and it was perfect!

Always love Popeyes!! Had a couple items messed up with our order!! Called and it was taken care of by Elvis and his manager!! They were very professional, cared about the customer and made everything right!!

I called for a manager and the young man who picked up the phone hung up on me when I called back and the manager got on the phone she said that they cook their chicken really hard which that’s not the truth because it never been really hard before this particular situation will result in me not returning I hope they get new staff that’s not rude.

Everytime I go to this Popeyes the food is always HOT! Order is correct! They always go above and beyond! This is the best Popeyes in Kissimmee. Good job to the managers and staff at this location!

The best Popeyes in town. The managers actually care about their job and give great customer service. Big shoutout to Diane because everything is always perfect when she’s running the shift.

Food for this location was okay, had the spicy chicken sandwich and others in my group had the chicken. The boxed chicken was fresh and hot but the sandwich tasted a little old and the bun was a bit soggy. Overall not bad, I would eat here again if I am in the area.

The food here is almost always excellent, however the service is hit or miss. Most recent visit was definitely a miss, unfortunately.

No vegetables, but hot and ready Louisiana Style Fried Chicken. Oh and the Banana Cream Pie is sooo good and fresh.
