The place was small, cramped and dirty. Even the water fountain. Service was fast but there was only one chair available right next to the water fountain. The food was good, some pieces were weirdly cut so some were smaller than others.

food arrived over an hour late and was so disgusting! do not recommend this location at all!

Did an order online , and when the order arrived it arrived incomplete , paid 70 dollars and they didn’t even send the wings , tried calling to ask about the wings and only got put on hold for 30 minutes and no answer

Terrible service. Is not the first time something happend to me with a delivery. I decided to give the a 2nd chance tonight. Terrible!!! Ordered 12 wings never arrived with the food. They used door dash for deliver so they can't do anything about it. Tried to contact store is a customer service number that transferred me to the store directly someone answered the phone a lady, asked my number and left me on hold without saying wait a min or anything she just left me there on the phone. Where is my refund? Where are my food? No answer and customer service said they can't do anything about it. I will never support pizza hut again in my life.

Excellent food hot & delicious!

I placed an order today, noticed that it was under carry out and not delivery so I called…and called….and called… and was never able to get through these people. Lost my money, and had to figure out what to do. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut at all, and I know we’re not talking about a 5 star restaurant but still, no customer service at all.

The "manager Andrew" has a disgusting attitude and laughs over the phone along with other workers. I ordered delivery online and unbeknownst to me, it was changed to carry out. My order online continued to say delivery. When I called to speak to the manager the guy that answered the phone was laughing about it and then the "manager" got on the phone. I had to ask him for his name and he was completely rude. Thank God I was paying cash. I could imagine what I would have to go through if I were to have paid with a card. The WORST experience I've ever had and I will never order from there again. I know they read these reviews and laugh about it. Pretty soon they will be out of a job, these 1 star reviews I'm reading say a lot about the place.

Most DISGUSTING attitude from the cashier. She was closing on Wednesday night the 24th and got my order wrong. I placed it over the phone and asked slowly for a large pan cheese and she made a large beef pizza and when I told her I ordered a large pan cheese she printed out a receipt pointed it in my face and said that’s not what you said and it’s on the receipt multiple times then got a nasty attitude proceeded to throw sauce packets at me and swear loudly before saying she’ll remake the pizza. I told her I do not want it(considering the nasty experience I just got I do not trust her to handle my food) so I asked for a refund but she said I’m gonna have to come back Friday and ask the general manager. She was the cashier closing night she was blond has freckles and about 5’10 …….. if the owner is seeing this please review the camera footage closing shift January 24, she said she was the manager and if that is true I’m sure you can find literally ANYBODY better with some sort of accountability and respect because her attitude was very childish and pitiful…..

Food was delivered by a third party, not themselves and when it came it was missing a pizza and all they did was tell us to contact third party, pretty sad and the Manager did nothing

Pizza was burned and dry, waiting for over one hour to receive the order. Tried to call multiple times to let them know the order was wrong and they hang up.

Location it’s pretty good but the quality of the pizza was not the best. It was not done 100%. Maybe because I went at a time where they were about to closed. The place its very small and it is not a dine in restaurant, so if you’re looking a place to go and sit to have lunch/dinner, this is not the place. Price was reasonable.

Today, I had to contact their Pizza Hut Corporate Office who advised to put in a complaint on-line with them which we then did. We Ordered a Pizza for Carry Out at Approximately 6:48AM on 07/28/2023 (Gave Confirmation Number to them for reference) to pick up at 1:30PM. I called the store directly at 11:30AM, A man answered and he changed the time from 1:30PM to 12:15PM as we requested after he confirmed our order in their system. I arrived at the store at 12:16PM and a lady yelled from the back "I'll be right with you". We waited a long time. She finally came out from the back with a bad attidude already and said she did NOT have our order in the system. I asked for the manager and she said "I am the manager". I then showed her my online receipt. Only then did she find my order in her system. She stated to “come back at 1:30PM”. I told her a man had changed the time for us; she said "I'm here alone" which was a lie as we could see a man in the back through the glass pizza holder case. She said she will cancel the order, but when we checked, she never credited our card. She was clearly overwhelmed and did not want to be there and clearly hates her job. Also, like to add that this store needs to be cleaned. Floors, counter tops dirity, glass door full of finger prints. Putting in Claim with Master Card. This store has gone way down. We will NEVER order there again. If we could give zero stars, we would.

Excellent dough and crust, just as good if not better than the toppings which are great. Friendly service when we picked up our pizzas today. Nice improvement from a few years ago. Our go to pizza place.

I ordered a pizza on 6/14 that should have had 2 toppings. They delivered a cheese pizza instead. I called the same night to complain and was told I have a credit. I called today 6/29 to redeem the credit and managers Kimberly and Melissa said there was no credit in the system. They were completely rude and basically offered nothing for their mistakes. Horrible service, horrible management and I am left with paying for a pizza that I didn't receive. I want a refund!

I gave pizza hut another try and once again was disappointed. I ordered the New Yorker which is supposed to have 6 huge slices, well when I got mine delivered not only did my pizza had missed matched slices (no big deal) but it was over cooked and lukewarm. I don't know if I would give them a try again :(

I don't understand what is going on with this Pizza Hut lately. I call and I call and I get nowhere. Then they send me to the call center; who still can't answer my questions, because it needs to be the store directly that gives me the information. When I got transferred over to the store, I was on hold for practically 20 minutes, unacceptable. I ordered Little Caesars because I just can't even with this store and LC Pizza was better and faster.

Only because I have to give a star to write a review. It was delivered this way. And now I have to show up to the location. Even though the cheese pizza looks ok. The cheese is not good and has a weird taste. The other 2 pizza is not even what we ordered and they are cold and smashed. If they were hot and tasted good and the right order fine. But that's not the case.

When I ordered online said 25 to 35 mins and ended up being over hr and half. Then when I got food noddles where under cooked and hard and sauce was very watery tasted horrible

Something has happened to this location, the pizza is not the same. It was like they just threw it all together. Even the replacement was light on toppings. The bone in chicken wings were soggy and way to much sauce. I would recommend going to another place that customer service is better and they appreciate their customers.

Food prepared as ordered. We are traveling with a large amount of family, so the food hit the spot with the adults and children. We had wings, pizza and bread sticks and all was great!

I placed an order by phone, the dinner box both pepperoni with mild wings and cheese sticks. I got 1 pepperoni 1 cheese and the wings barely had any sauce, like 3 wings only had sauce and the cheese sticks barely any cheese. Are they low in inventory? Not ordering here again.

5 star for the restaurant. But I am very disappointed with the app. NO SAUCE choice is not in it anymore started last Sunday. Now I have to order my pizza in person and wait for it. Big inconvenience

I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and they never returned my call. I wanted to call ahead for a refund but how was I able to if they never answered in the first place?

Always like the pizza. The ordering online is troublesome,though. The advertising for deals seems to be faster than the actual ordering app can deal with. But satisfied, nonetheless.

I placed an order at 8:18 pm and order arrived almost at 10:30. Pizzas were cold and barely any sauce, wings were cold and wet from humidity, breadsticks were cold and missing marinara sauce. I called prior to order arriving and waited 45 minutes yet no one answered. I complained online requesting a refund and have yet to hear back. Never again! This location is simply horrible. Next day today-been calling all afternoon to speak to the store manager and they keep hanging up on me This location should be closed! Total disrespect to customers!! Please have some decency and refund my order. Ticket # 0114. I will stop in the store if I get no response. It’s almost two weeks since I placed the order and I’ve yet to hear from anyone regarding my refund.

Terrible customer service. Tried ordering a pizza, it took over 15 minutes for someone to pick up. An hour later still no pizza. Called again to ask for an update, another 20 minutes on hold and never a response. They charged the card and I never got a pizza. Do not go here

Where I live all of our pizza huts have closed. I was so excited to get some pizza hut in Florida. I ordered cheesy breadsticks. Had basically a sprinkle of cheese on them. Not satisfied with that. The pizza was good. But had so much pepperoni on it.

There was confusion with my order. I ordered online & ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza. When I received the pizza via delivery the pizza was normal crust. I went into the store to fix the mix up and was told they didn’t have stuff crust. She offered me a $20 credit for next time or offered to make me a hand made hand tossed stuff crust pizza. I took the pizza. It’s better than the original stuff crust! Very happy with the service here!

Cook the pizza a little longer they were a softer and dough like rather then crisp on the bottom and edges

I purchased your new pizza called The Edge, when I received the pizza it was mangled and did not look presentable when I opened the box. I believe that a more effective technique to transport the pizza from The Cutting Board into the box might be strongly recommended, to ensure that the presentation is presentable when opened by the customer. The pizza was remade and the results were almost the same. However, the pizza tasted great and I had no complaints.

The delivery of the pizza took too long. The driver was not very friendly. Usually this location does a better job of getting it to us quicker.

I called several time to changed my order from carry out to delivery, and nobody answered the phone. I found out online that this particular store does not offer delivery. It was an inconvenience at that time. Otherwise, the pizza was delicious!
