If you want to wait 30 minutes in line for them to tell you they're out of the flavor of ice cream they have and be extremely rude- this has been our experience everytime we come! You'd be money and time ahead to drive 20 minutes south to the dairy sweet where they're friendly and more affordable!

It's pretty hard to mess up ice cream. Somehow, this place has turned messing things up into an art form. Microwaved chocolate sauce is not hot fudge. Only mixing the top 2 inches of a large blizzard does not get the toppings mixed all the way through. If you are not going to clean the tables after use, at least make the necessary items available for the customers to do it themselves. Most of the time, when driving by, you never have any idea if they are even open. Maybe an open sign? To be totally honest, I'm not even surprised anymore at the lack of training and cleanliness in this location.
