Got the wrong food when I ordered.

Honestly the food is not bad and it hits the spot. The inflation has brought prices higher than my liking, such as a chicken or steak chalupa supreme being $5 is a bit much in my mind, when you can get a $5 box with more food. If they didn’t have the value boxes, it would be better to eat at home or a sit down restaurant down the street.

Best Taco Bell I have ever been to!!! It is clean inside. The food was fast and perfectly fresh. Service was great. Baja blast was out in front and they went to the back just to get my daughter some. And they didn’t mess up our order.

Service is fine and food can take some time, with your order occasionally being wrong. Great people though.

Ordered my food 1 crunch wrap 1 cheesy role up 1 Doritos locos taco and 3 large nacho fries got my order only had a crunch wrap and a cheesy role up in it and threw the bag at me.went inside and proceeded to wait for 45 minutes for them to fix our order

Best Taco bell i have been to in YEARS.

My experience felt as though I was unwelcome to sit and enjoy my meal between the rude attitude my family and I received and the feeling of management and employees talking rude about other customers needless to say I couldn't see myself having stayed with that kind of environment didn't like the rude eyes I've received from a few employers it didn't feel like a good environment to feel welcome and i have never experienced this at any other taco bell location.

Whoever runs this place is not doing their job. Food was not made right, and just thrown together. No helpful service inside either.

Today is the second time I have went to Taco Bell in Nebraska city and have been told by the Assistant RGM at 10 am they were only selling breakfast. Although the lunch menu starts at 9am. When I question her about it, she is everything but professional/pleasant. I can't find a corporate number for this location so maybe someone will see this!!!!

I went through the drive through and got a taco I didn't order and it had nothing inside of it but a little lettuce and 2 peppers

So I don't know why they decided to charge so much for a lot of the items but to give you an idea cheese roll up is on their dollar menu almost everywhere else here it's two dollars. A bean burrito that's normally like 189 is 279 here. It's extremely expensive and I will not be coming here again

Such great and friendly people work here. A little sloppy with there packages.

I've shown up to get breakfast in the morning just to be told "food won't be ready for 30 minutes to an hour" more than once. Today my husband went to get us breakfast and he was met with the "no food for an hour, I'm the only one here" yet again. He said "that sucks, good luck" and the girl cussed him out.

Greasy.. by the time I went to park 3 blocks away The tacos went from hard shell's to soggy mush. Very disappointing.

I sometimes don't get reviews that happen because I literally am across the street from this taco bell and always order online for pick up and have never had an issue with my order. Last night was the first time I had something that looked unpleasant to eat. I didn't care too much because I get customer service. I wasn't able to come back at the time, but they fixed it this morning. They literally are such nice people. If there's ever a problem, they are very civil about it. Don't be shy.

This is definitely not fast food. The last 3 times it has taken 25 to 45 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. The line of cars was out out of the parking lot and 3 employees came outside to smoke and video chat on there phones. I have friends and family that have had the same experience.

Just so darn slow for fast food

Food was good, just a little slow. But Taco Bell hasn't been fast or efficient in a long time.

1 burrito was extremely sloppy. The other was good. What got me is the drinks were almost double the price of our burritos.

The lady taking my order kept messing up. And she wasn't new. When i got my food home it wasn't what i ordered. I don't eat meat and they gave me meat. I asked for beans instead of me and i even paid for the extra charge for beans. She shouldn't have been so confused taking the order. She's been there for years. I was disappointed.

Worst experience I've had at an establishment. Unfortunately I had already ordered. My wife informed me that her bathroom was beyond usable and she would hold it. I thought I would use the bathroom thinking both couldn't be beyond use. The toilet was covered in feces, seat and bowl. There was what appeared to be urine all over the floor. Thankfully I can stand to pee. Then it was time to find a table. All available had left over debris. The floors and soda machine were also filthy. Someone should probably call the health department.

Neb. City taco bell just tastes better that Lincoln or Omaha locations.

Absolutely horrible service no hello ,hi , dead ,bit 30 minutes I'm here still waiting on 4 tacos and a manager sitting on her phone outside the main entrance while people are having a food fight in the parking lot. Absolutely the worst service ever.if I didn't love taco I would say more.tgis location is a joke 35 minutes nothing employees standing around.horrible horrible horrible.

I use drive tru and I was there about 6:00 Pm and thus is ridiculous it takes 40 minutes to give my tacos first I thought maybe they were busy inside but whe I drive I look inside and it was empty and only 3 cars in the drive tru they should give me the tacos free for all those minutes I wait and the gas I use

Funny guy working in the back kept making funny jokes about how they were out of everything but was super nice.

Strange restaurant very slow took about 20 minutes to get the food and I didn't get what I ordered. I gave up and ate what they gave me because I didn't want to wait any longer.

To the manager Amber that was working on I thinkmay 2 that smaked a phone out of a employee hand and talk to my son the way she did is totally unacceptable he is 16 and ur not that girls mother and very poor management I think something needs to be done because it ant right

Sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes and still not to window. Employees outside hitting each other,smoking sitting in there cars. Worst taco bell ever. Lines of cars behind me and in front of me. Will never come here again

Updated on 3/17/2023: After a few rough visits and some comparison visits to a location in Council Bluffs and Bellevue, I can now say that this location has had improvement! There was a previous issue with the staff at a recent visit but this time was solid. The food had improved, the soda machine cleaned and syrup radio corrected. It was solid. Their POS system seems to be on the fritz but if that's the worse problem, then that's ok. Updated on 12/16/2022; Food improved! Service improved! The soda machine is purpetually stuck in seltzer mode! I want my drink not to be used as a magnifying glass. I should not be able to see through my Baja blast with such clarity that I don't need to use glasses anymore. But a step in the right direction. Original review; I don't know what happened and it hurts to give a Taco Bell a one start review. Both soda machines were low on syrup so everything tasted like seltzer water. The only thing that saved it was they accidentally made a Baja Blast Freeze because I had to remind them that I ordered drinks. You can see how clear the soda is in the photo. I hoped the food would save it but nope. The Mexican pizza was bland. Like eating cardboard, bland. The truff fries were god awful. I made it two bites and tossed the rest. I didn't leave a review the last time I was here but it got so much worse. Previously I had to remind them of the drinks like this time but at least the smashed Mexican pizza had flavor. This place needs a revamp or to change ownership. Someone is not caring about this place and it shows.

Got my order completely wrong and charged me way too much

Used drive thru same gut has been there last 4 visits and he is the most polite person I've ever seen he also makes sure order is all correct and neatly put In bag with napkins sauce. He does way beyond a typical fast food employee or manager. I was aanager of taco bell once I know the routine and well he is just above and beyond.

The last three times I’ve been at the Nebraska city Taco Bell, they’ve gotten my order wrong all three times. I ask for STEAK quesadillas and I get chicken. I ask for a 5 layer burrito and get a plain cheese burrito. There was nobody infront of me or behind me for it to be somebody else’s food. It’s annoying. And I can’t just go back when I leave 20 minutes from there! I don’t think I will be going back

Food was dry and rice was under cooked

We stopped at this Taco Bell on the way back to Topeka from Omaha. We ordered a party pack of 12 tacos. It rang up on the register $3 more than the menu price. The manager fixed the issue and gave us an order of Cinnabons for the trouble. Great location and great employees!

I ordered pintos and cheese..received the hard dry beans that must of been stuck on the serving spoon for several day. We have ordered from taco bell many times over the years. Not the quality I expect.

The taco bell in Nebraska city should be burned to the ground and the staff should be hospitalized for severe mental illness as they think it's acceptable behavior to have a good Ole time giggling in the kitchen not preparing the food for a full lobby that has ordered their food 35min. Ago or longer.

I just went to taco bell and it seems to me the lady at the window doesn't like her job. She didn't even look at me l. And grabbed my card out of my hand. This is the second time in a row something happened here. Last week I wanted two bean Burritos and it took 20 minutes to make. And when I opened the bag they were Still like they were sitting out for a long time.

I had great luck today here. Sure their order was messed up and they didn’t have tomatoes, but that’s the current world we live in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I love taco bell if you go here to the drive thru make sure you check to see if you have your sauce even if they say you do I e went 4 times and asked them if the sauce was in the bag they say yes but it never is they are friendly and clean fast service and good food

There was no cashier, only kiosks, which were slow and clunky. You could not continue check out if you did not select flavor of fountain drink..even if you are dining in. And two people in a row had to ask for their cup anyway. If you want a receipt you have to forfeit your email or phone number, no other option. Service took an extended amount of time and the crunchy Supreme tacos were stale and chewy. I would be hard pressed to choose taco bell again.

Amazing staff, always on top of what they need to do. Dining room could use a touch up cleaning wise but for the most part it's always great and fast service!

This place is a life saver they are near the holiday inn express in Nebraska city I park semi infront of store then take my food to the hotel thanks TB 4 staying open late and the good food

Was on way to Missouri, so went through drive thru, had crunch wrap, nacho fries, burrito Supreme 🌯 😋 and a challupa. All were good. Never eaten at this location before so review is based on 1st time.

With COVID-19 dominating our everyday lives, it's not unusual to see changes in how things are done. I have to hand it to the staff of this location, with the exception of one they send to be happy to be working and overall just being there. But when my 14 year old points out how angry and unhappy the person meeting us at the till was, that days something. Overall I was pleased with the quick efficient service, but one person can spoil the experience. Maybe it was just an off day.
