Downloaded the app and they canceled my order as we were there to pick it up. Horrible experience!!! Not likely to use again.

Got the wrong food and didn't get sauces that i paid for.

Upon approaching the drive-thru window, I encountered a cashier whose demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. As a loyal customer, I mentioned that I possessed a McDonald's account and politely requested to have my phone scanned for the applicable discount. However, instead of addressing my request courteously, the cashier appeared visibly annoyed and communicated a lack of willingness to accommodate my simple request. Subsequently, despite offering to provide the necessary code numbers for manual entry, the cashier's attitude persisted in a manner that was both discourteous and unwelcoming. Moreover, her dismissive behavior extended to the point where she audibly sighed, conveying an air of impatience and frustration as if my request was an inconvenience. Furthermore, upon completion of the transaction, I respectfully asked for a receipt, only to be informed abruptly that it was unnecessary due to the discounted nature of my purchase. Monday Morning drive thru employee.

Ver nice interior but the food can come out sloppy and sometimes just taste different from other places

I realize 2 cars were ahead of me, but come on, have some pride in your work. Also, there was so much grease it leaked through box and stained my jeans. Fries were already cooled off

Wait at the counter. Breakfast burrito is usually good. I don't like kiosks.

It's McDonald's, always fast and consistent. The lady at the drive in was very polite and our order was exactly what we had ordered.

I ordered on my app to pick up and eat inside. I couldn't find my confirmation number and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very clean and the food was hot! Great McDonalds!

Worst service ever a majority of my order was wrong if I want good service and not eat garbage luke warm food, chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way through! I’d rather go to Runza than eat Mcgarbage

I was traveling and I stopped here on a Saturday morning. There were a few customers in line, so we ordered from the kiosk. It took maybe a little longer than I expected before our food was ready but the food was good and hot. I saw several retired couples eating and talking to each other which warmed my heart to hear their discussions. I would stop here again.

Really need the steak egg and cheese breakfast bagel back !!!

Edit: returned to give them another shot and because I was in a hurry. They are improving and the food is coming out hot and this time just how I wanted it. KEEP TRYING YOUR MAKING PROGRESS!!! They just keep slipping downhill. I know it's fast food so I don't expect wonders but hot should be hot and cold should be cold ... And for the love of the all holy French 🍟 frie lay off the salt your gonna give some one a stroke . Keep trying I can say that the service is improving.

Any place that tells me I have to use the kiosk I will not return to be told how the world works no a days

I ordered two double cheeseburgers plain I got a cheeseburger no pickle no onion I went back out there and then I got a Mc double and a double cheese

Wether ordering through the counter or the kiosk it takes forever to get your food. Sometimes it's right and sometimes it's wrong.

Had to wait for 10 mins after asking a manager if somebody could take my order was told to give them a minute five minutes later I finally went to the kiosk and two seconds later they came in and took the order while I was ordering on the kiosk from someone else that just walked in so then I had to wait another 15 minutes for my food the new management under the new owner is a complete and utter joke Worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere

The drive thru took forever. I was waiting at the order thing for ten minutes. Five cars went through the other line. Then went I ordered and got my food there was HAIR in it. Don't recommend it.

The food was great, but there was food under and on the tables.

I love working at McDonald's and I like most of the people that I work with there cause they are very friendly and very nice to me 😀☺️😊

My recent visit to McDonald's was an average experience. The food, as expected at a McDonald's, was satisfactory, deserving a neutral 3-star rating. However, the service was disappointing; the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, warranting only a 1-star rating. On the positive side, the atmosphere was pleasant, offering a quiet and relaxing environment, earning it a commendable 4-star rating.

Fast cheap and yummy. AlwYs nice to get fresh biscuits

I really do not enjoy a food service people coughing and sneezing when preparing my food, then laughing about it. If I don't pay for an item and I tell you I didn't pay for it, please don't call me a liar and try to give it to me anyway.

Took forever to get our small order. When we finally did receive our food, it was very sloppily put together.

Never had a more friendly greeting at a McDonald’s before

All McDonald's has lost their value. Used to get a meal on a budget on the go, but not anymore.

The employees were great, everything else...not so much. Dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty soda machine, luke warm food, broken Frozen machine, nasty bathrooms. Ugh.

They never get the order right. No matter what the ticket says. And if you order with the mobile app and they are out of something, they don't tell you until they bring your stuff out.

My son and I have to be at the Dr office 10 to 12 times a month so we travel about 70 miles the McDonald’s in Nebraska City is a good place to stop for a biscuit as we ride It use to be the best place to stop but I will no longer stop there we will wait until we get to Bellevue to get food. I don’t know if you are under staffed or just don’t care people who use the app to order need there food just as quick as people in your drive thur we are in a hurry as will and I believe that was the purpose for the app no more I’ll be going elsewhere

Very clean restaurant and extra tasty!

The Lady working was very rude off the bat. She had given us attitude for no reason. I had to repeat myself more than a few times and she was being rude about it. Then we had asked for sauce and she asked to look at our receipt and finally gave us our sauce. She never gave us ketchup after we had asked multiple times. Then the fries were cold and soggy and then they drowned my burger with ketchup. Wouldn’t recommend.

We waited a long time for our order, then when we got it, they messed it up. We ordered McNuggets and got a quarter pounder with cheese, which was cold and dry. They also forgot to include the apple juice for our daughter's Happy Meal. I would say it's our fault for not checking what they gave us before we left, but one really shouldn't have to.

Restaurant was filthy, no lids and no straws. Waited 30 minutes for 2 happy meals. They were more interested in serving the drive up customers than the inside ones. Got money back and left. If I could give no stars I would.

Appeared a bit understaffed for the volume of business at 9am on a Saturday. The staff was handling it well but some customers were frustrated with the waiting time to receive food.

I don't know why I think things would change.

Lynn and dustin were our drive thru servers and they were so fun. I haven't had that good of an experience with drive thru servers in a long time. And they made the experience worth it. The bread was burnt on one of the sandwiches but it was overall good.

Have to wipe my own table its always dirty.. Service is soo slow been here 15 minutes still food..

Too many hands in back, no one upfront to help all the customers or clean any tables. We had to clean our own table

Never had a cup of coffee at Mcyds that there was a load of coffee grounds in the bottom of cup. What an unpleasant surprise to get a mouthful of grounds while driving down the road. Yuk.

Good place to go for a heart attack

Cleanliness was terrible. Area around pop machines covered with spills Men's Restroom was full of the smell of urine and the floor was covered in urine. The cashier was uninterested in customer service. It took 20 minutes for chicken nuggets. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

I would leave no stars ... But there was one young lady who was nice. Just one out of the whole staff present. Food was over cooked, original cashier was rude, and the place was a disaster ... Not going again.

Like any McDonald's across the U.S., very pricey unless you can find a good deal in the app. This McDonald's happens to be located in a very friendly town so my rating is higher than it would be in a city or busier metropolitan area. Staff is super kind and my order is rarely incorrect.

I ordered a happy meal, the hamburger was over the top salty. The employee that took my order was very nice.

Bought the 6.00 fish meal. The bun was hard and fish was only warm on 3/17/23 order a large unsweetened tea. Instead got a sweet tea. McDonald's regardless where they are located doesn't know the difference between sweet and unsweetened tea.

Tables had been used by customers but were not wiped off after use. Trash containers were overflowing. I heard some customers complain about their wait time for their food.

The manager and 3 other employees can sit in a booth while watching tiktoks. Meanwhile, an employee came up and asked for help and said I'm running around everywhere. And she replied "then you're going to run around everywhere." Pathetic. That blonde haired manager needs to get ripped into. Absolutely ridiculous. Line in drive through and you guys are just messing around and not helping each other. Learn how to run a business. No wonder your turn over here is high. Edit: not paying attention during a company meeting on zoom while watching tiktoks and ignoring your employees. It sure takes 4 of your employees for it too doesn't it? Waste of payroll.

My husband & I just went to this McDonald’s for 2 drinks. They put hardly any ice in my cup & didn’t fill it all the way. Before leaving the drive thru we had asked if we could get ice added or more of the drink. They told us they weren’t allowed to take the drink back & weren’t willing to give us a new one. Super frustrated. Typically don’t have problems with this McDonald’s & with it being such a simple order I didn’t think there would be a problem.

Place could really learn from Chick-fil-A from an efficient perspective.

Went through drive thru! Deina was freaking fantastic!!! Got everything I ordered!!! Nice, fresh, and HOT!!! 😁

It started off with a man at the window very rude. The sweet tea and Dr Pepper taste like water. Then shorted us on the chicken nugget meal.

Only thing I like there is the sausage mcgriddle and hash browns...unfortunately the mcgriddle was cold.

I ordered a crispy chicken burger with extra pickles and mayo(chicken sauce in McD's) large fries and a bottle of apple juice, I received a plain burger with 2 pickle pieces and a piece of lettuce on a dried out bun with my small fries and a box of apple juice with no straw .... but I was already 5 miles down the highway when I noticed this so I trashed it all except the fries and stopped at the next possible place for food 35 miles down the road with easy on and off the highway to get a drink and pizza ..... I was very upset and I haven't gone back to any McDonald's since .....

Last time I was there, bathrooms were filthy, trashbins were overflowing with garbage, and it was freezing cold in there. Food was ok, but they need to improve the cleanliness

Double quarter pounder was a little dry , fries were good , the service was very slow like all McDonald's,,, prices way too expensive for what you get ...

The gentleman working the front counter and dining area clearly couldn't be bothered to provide even the tiniest ounce of customer service. We were missing the drink cup from our meal and when he brought us out the food we asked if we could get one. His response was "get it yourself". The professionalism is entirely lacking. Last visit the front area employee completely ignored us and the manager had to fix the issue with our order.

We recently found a dead fly on one of my kids nuggets and the fries weren’t even fresh. This is supposed to be a place where the family can enjoy a meal. I was gladly to call them and they were able to replace the meals that weren’t good.

Excellent service, and food was to the usual standards, I have to say, the size of the Fish Sandwich is about the size of a Dunkin munchkin....portion size should go back to the old bun sizes. Don't tell me they aren't smaller, they are

Alright, I’m gonna start off with the service. It was great! Very nice lady’s, a slight issue though.. I was trying to get my Big Mac and these 2 people started brawling it out 😓 here’s the proof, great service, Big Mac took awhile but it was splendid like always 😋😋

The closing shift folk on 9/2/22? You all are amazing! My daughter left my phone on your counter and then we drove 45 minutes to home before we realized! Your closing staff was so gracious and understanding and even walked my phone out to me after the restaurant was completely closed.

SO UPSET! i love mcdonalds but when i tried calling, i asked, “this is delivery right?” and he said “grow up and wuit callin” i was upset and hungry. not a good review! horrible service to customers!🤬

We have visited this McDonald's twice when making trips and the employees have been wonderful both times, the food has been very fresh, hot, and delicious! They keep everything clean, especially the bathrooms. Great service!

This small town McD is usually super busy, but pretty good about keeping things moving. The food is pretty reliably good, but going w four stars just because the order accuracy gets a little iffy at times. They always seem to have a super nice staff though! Don't let the possibility of unwanted pickles deter you from trying this one. The McDonald's smile you get here justifies the minor inconvenience of occasionally having to scrape off some topping they forgot to put the hold on.

This McDonald's location is the best I have ever been to by far. The employees are always polite and friendly, and the food is always fresh and hot. I would recommend this location to anyone.
