I have only ever gotten one thing here, over and over again and that is a large twist cone. I LOVE IT 🤤 The service has been good both inside and drive thru. No complaints.

I kind of think the employees don't want to work here. At night the lights are all turned off. And at a super busy time the computer suddenly goes down and the line backs up. Convenient

They don't have enough people on staff. No one is ever behind the register to take the walk-in customers orders and the gravy was like water. At one point while we were eating , they had 7 people waiting in line with no one behind the register. When I showed the worker the gravy, she said it's because it hasn't been warmed up yet. Keep in mind I was there at 12:30, during the lunch rush. Someone needs to learn prep work!

Waited a bit longer than we would've liked to. DQ food, in general, is better than any other fast food, in my opinion. Well not this time. Food tasted good, however, burger was cold, like cold cold and cheese was not melted. A bit disappointed.

The manager was very rude and got annoyed when I asked for a drink, says it didn’t come with a drink and got an attitude, point is you work at Dairy Queen, serve me what I ask for, she also slammed the window shut then started rambling on to herself

Everytime I order a triple they always give me a double it's not hard to follow a order should train better

They were a little busy, the help move in one pace "extra slow" workers standing around yawning. Couldn't wait any longer to be waited on... Today's new workforce, no one wants to hustle. It's a shame

This place used to be great. Not anymore. My blizzard had No candy. Husbands just had big chunks of Chocolate in it. Took way to long to get our Blizzards through Drive thru. Sorry to say we won’t be back!!

Like always the ice cream was delicious but the service 😕 came into the store and the lady in the register was with a long face and not even, May I help you! I had to say hello and she didn't even reply. On the other hand the one who handled the ice creams was very friendly, just a simple smile was enough. First time coming to this location and honestly to work on a customer service position the lady at the register was not in the mood for it.

Extremely long drive thru wait, good blizzards though

Fries were stale and pieces to featured seasonal blizzards were out. Which is disappointing because I drive over a hour to DQ FOR those specific blizzards but oh well. Tenders were awesome. Girl at window was really attentive and nice. Good customer service.

I am giving DQ 5's for thier ice cream esp. The Snicker's Blizzard!!! If you like Snickers and you like ice cream, it is a must have! Friendly warning if you have loose dental work, you might not want to have this, but my philosophy is the reward of such a delish. desert is sooooooo worth the risk!

So pleased w our cake order! I listed the theme of the party in the notes of my order and the cake decorator delivered! Cake was also delicious! Thank ypu for being the star of a 10 year olds bday party!

Waited for 15 minutes to be helped at the counter only to have team member Kristal to act like she has never saw people before and look like she was falling asleep at the counter taking our order, rubbing her face and hair with sweat and dirty fingernails. Just disgusting and not up to DQ standards at all.

The food was great day food. The store was clean. The manager, Nevaeh, was super nice. The place was packed. We were very happy 😁

It seems like every time we go here we have to wait an excessive amount of time on food. Today was no exception. The only difference was that today, the food was sitting on the counter for close to 10 minutes before someone finally brought it out to us. Very disappointing and I likely won’t be back.

So ordered (2) 5 piece chicken strip basket. Get home no bread! Yeah maybe don't need it. BUT WHEN YOU PAY $21. FOR LITTLE CHICKEN pieces AT THAT!!! THEY CANT EVEN SAY " HEY WE ARE OUT OF BREAD CAN WE OFFER YOU ANYTHING ELSE"!!! NOPE YOU JUST DONT GET IT!!!!!

I always love some DQ but I will never go back to another DQ again. My kids blizzards were so thin, the peanut buster parfait was half filled, and my banana split had half of a half of a banana and they forgot to add my pecans that I paid extra for. My son's Brownie cupfection was half full and half like. Bite of ice cream I will go to County Icecream from now . Waste of gas and drive time coming here.

The man working the drive thru at night window was extremely nice and fast!

It was good food did take a while but that is fine cause nice hot food sitting in front of you makes up for it.Lady that took my order wasn't having the best of days which is understandable she did her beat at trying to make me happy tho.

Arrived at this DQ around 8:45 this evening. Went inside and placed an order for a small blizzard and a pineapple sundae. 25 minutes later still waiting for order. Said if order was not ready wanted money back. Manager was more than willing to give me a my money back. Seems she should have asked one of the girls to make my order. She told me they were understaffed but there was two employees sitting in small booths playing on their phones. She wanted to give me my refund receipt in case I come back and I informed her I would never be back there again. Seems the employees were working in slow motion. Left there at 9:20 unhappy because I was looking forward to he blizzard. Never had a problem at any other DQ. Had to give it 1 star to be able to do the review. Should have been no stars.

Had to wait a while for our food!

Only reason I come to this location is because it’s close to my home & my kids like it. Drive thru service sucks. It’s ALWAYS a 15-20 min wait for food. They hand me the ice cream & tell me to pull forward. Said it’s going to be 7 mins they just dropped chicken tenders. Well it’s been 11 mins & Ice cream currently melting. I get that some times we have to wait on the food.. but literally EVERY SINGLE TIME!

If I could rate it lower I would food was cold ice cream has melted as it came to us don't know what has happened to that place but it has gotten horrible

When I placed my order there were 2 cars ahead of me waiting for their food and when I looked behind me there were 2 more cars waiting for food. It took about 10 minutes before I got my food.

Went to this location today, ordered a silly bar and chocolate dipped cone. The cashier comes to the window hands us this dipped cone and says “ya the chocolate is messing up the ice cream” and shuts the window….

Staff is awesome! Food and dessert came out fast. The whole team deserves a raise! They had to deal with a bunch or weird custom requests while their computers kept loosing power and they seemed understaffed. Talk about multi tasking as a team!

They rarely have enough ingredients to make what I want to order and it is a disappointment every time I go. Wish there was another ice cream place close by.

Slow drive thru not there fault good food

The blizzard cake for my son's birthday was AMAZING!! The team put an actual LEGO set onto the cake when I requested a LEGO theme! The decorator was able to incorporate every crazy request from caramel to themed colors! My whole family was so impressed with how well DQ did and we will 100% be ordering more cakes!

Only redeeming quality is the food was fine. Drive thru worker was rude as hell to my husband for no reason. I’m not sure if this lady was having a bad day or what but kept cutting off his order telling him to pull up before he was done. Then he had to have the manager fix it because she entered so much wrong. Then she kept opening the window and rudely asking my husband what he wanted when he was just waiting on food. I would seriously consider leaving this lady in the back and not on the front line dealing with customers. I never leave reviews but he is so frustrated with how absolutely rude this woman was for no reason.

I just want to start off by saying that at any fast food/restaurant/customer service place I am always overly nice and sweet when ordering because I know what it’s like to work in that sort of environment. While I was ordering a gentleman was monotone and making rude comments about my order— explicitly saying “that’s weird but ok”. Just an unkind tone and experience. When I got to the window he was hiding behind the older woman working the window. The older woman was also not kind— I said thank you multiple times, no reply. Told her to have a good night, nothing. Please work on your people skills and learn how to be kind to others— especially when they are being kind to you!

Not pleased with the service I received tonight. Pulled up to the drive-through a few minutes before 11 pm. Just got off of work and didn't realize DQ closed at 11 pm during the week. The young lady at drive-thought opened the window, took my phone to scan my code (was using my points for a free mini blizzard) handed me my phone with my blizzard, and proceeded to close the window. Never greeted me, thanked me, or even looked at me. I understand wanting to leave on time, I work with the public too. We get folks walking into our lobby, a minute before closing. I still have to assist them and I do it with a smile. Regardless of how you feel about late customs, you still provide good customer service at all times. Or find yourself another job that does not have anything to do face-to-face customer service !!!

Place is clean, food and ice cream is good. The walk in and drive-thru service is good, but the speaker at the drive-thru where you order is a little distorted.

This establishment is a east Fort Myers tradition.If you want to get your ice cream on then come here to get your fix.Also you can get great hamburgers or chicken strips as well.On the weekends during the evening they tend to get busy.But they always seem to handle the lines well and it's worth the small wait time.They are courteous and efficient.They have been in this location for quite awhile and will continue to be here because of their products and service.

Ran through the drive thru to grab a small swirled cone..my monthly treat and had my 4 legged daughter Honeybun with me..they gave her a pup cup ..so cool my honey enjoys it ....

Really good location, however parking is horrendous. If you park you can't leave until the drive thru line is done with and that could take ages. A barrier between the parking lot and the drive thru lane could've helped. Everything else otherwise is great.
