Employees were very friendly , pizzas were made to perfection , and the store and food prep areas were immaculate. Exceeded every expectation, look forward to stopping more often . The management clearly running a tight ship good job !

Super busy on a Saturday night , but that team still had time to do everything right 100% other locations could learn a lot from here for sure !

Less than stellar drive thru service. Order was made online for a specific time. Arrive after the time set and still had to wait 10 minutes. Also, the pizza was overdone, at a minimum, nearly burnt.

Can't go wrong with Little Caesars!

I went through drive thru and I ordered the guys says ya ok like who talks like that in a drive thru they have no education there . They need new personnel at this location they never have anything done and ready there so rude and there so lazy it’s 5/15/24 . They need to change management and personnel this is the only little Caesars that’s I have this issue with all the time need something done ASAP There are workers there but only 1 doing all the job not happy at all with this location need something done ASAP You guys where doing so good when you open now is bad service .

The foods always good and hot. Can't beat the prices anywhere else for what you get.

First, we go to the location on Palm Beach in Ft. Myers Shores. Second, I called to order our normal pizza and the person who answered the phone and said one moment, then did not come back. I got in my car, drove to your place and listened to everything and what everyone was saying for the entire 10 minute drive there. When I walked in to order, the phone was still off the hook. We attempted the same thing the night before and the same thing happened. When we tried on line, we did not get what we ordered. The only way to get it right is to drive, go in and order and wait.

On 12/28 about 9:30 the employee in the drive through was so rude that I left and went to another place for food. I am leaving the exact time and date so a manager can work with this employee and her people skills. When I pulled up her exact words were what do you want. It’s a shame that you have such a rude employee with no customer service skills. I wish your location the best. But with employees like her you good luck. Read the sign, read the sign she repeated. What a shame.

I can't account for any other pizza but the large supreme with extra sauce is really good in my opinion of course and the price range is better than any other.

I believe it would have been a good pizza. However, it was only half cooked! Very disappointed!

Little Caesars Pizza is one of my favorite pizza places to order from. The convenience of being able to order online and pick up in-store in just a few minutes is unmatched. Not to mention, their prices are extremely affordable, and the value for the amount of pizza you receive is unbeatable. Every time I've ordered from Little Caesars, the pizzas have been hot and fresh, with a crispy crust and delicious toppings. I especially love their Crazy Bread, which is always a hit with my family and friends. The staff at Little Caesars is always friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Little Caesars Pizza for anyone looking for a quick, affordable, and delicious meal.

Great take-out place. Usually pretty quick service though it occasionally can take about 30 mins after ordering before receiving order if not ordering ahead. Highly suggest using the app and order ahead. 99% of the time it is ready when we pickup if ordering on the app.

Lady at drive thru that always wears a shirt that says “she’s a proud army mom” is rude & never has any cooked pizzas. She said 1 hour wait for 1 pizza. Terrible service.

I have always enjoyed Little Ceasars and this location did not disappoint.

An hour wait for pizzas that cook so fast and is crazy. No cars in drive thru one guy had a $50 order in front of me but was also told it would be an hour. I left came home and ordered dominos. Haven't had little ceasers in months and looks like I wont as long I this one is the only option for miles.

Last time I went I waited forever for cold pizza. 😩

Never order online! Ordered online at 5 to pick up at 6:00. Payed online received email and reciept that you paid. Get ANOTHER email that it's Ready and then go pick it up and no order. They also can not refund you either. Now waiting .. then rudely told if it happens again they can't do anything. Don't worry there will not be a next time.

Went on lunch break to pick up A Hot and Ready was informed it would take 35 minutes. This store really needs a manager and more worker.

Picked up my pizza after ordering online and got there in 10 minutes for the pizza to not be hot and feel like cardboard. Super dried out. It looked and felt like the pizza was left out over night and reused the next day. Also got a 2 liter Pepsi that tasted like water. First time at this location and it will be my last.

Terrible, waited 45 minutes for food then it was cold when we got home. No sauce for bread sticks, will not go back.

I ordered and it wasn't ready but They made up for it with the excellently done cooked perfectly order And then walked it out and hand delivered it to my car

The location at 14002 Palm Beach , Ft, Myers has a drive thru window. I like this option because I don't have to get out of my vehicle to pick up on online order. However, I get informed by personal working there that my order is a portal order and I must come inside to retrieve it. When I explain that I have discussed this with their management. I get nasty service and personal are not very friendly. At one point I talked with management about this issue. I was told that I could pick up my order at the drive thru. No problem. Today was no exception. I was told I need to come inside to retrieve my order from the portal. When I asked to speak the the manager. The person told me she was the manager. So, I asked to speak to her boss then. She said, "I'll get your order!" She went and retrieve my order from the portal. She returned along with speaking to someone on the phone. I did not give her a chance to explain her discussion with her boss. So... What is the purpose of the drive thru if you cannot pick up orders? This location needs to be on the same page for all customers. Online or order within the store/drive thru. If you are not going to allow customers to pick up orders via the drive thru. Then close the drive thru and not allow anyone to use it. Hopefully I get a answer from this location on this topic. I only give it a 3 out of 5 due to this issue.

I would definitely order on line or call first it only takes 15 to 20 minutes and you can track your online order so you know when to leave then all that's left is getting it out of the pizza portal you don't have to talk or wait on anyone grab and leave with your order

When the pizza is hot and ready its usually nasty. One day I came at open and was told it would be at least hour before they could even take an order because their manager was late. Today I was told to wait for a minute in drive thru to be told it would be a 45 minute wait and she didn’t even ask what I needed. It didn’t appear to be busy enough for a 45 minute wait. Some places can get it delivered from ordering in that amount of time. This really is a pathetic store and if I am waiting nearly an hour I am getting better pizza. I don’t expect it to be hot and ready, but if you are not lined out the door and have no cars in drive thru there is no reason for a wait that long. I will start putting in an order at dominos and picking it up it is just as close to me in the other direction. Pizza hut is down the road and there is a pizzeria close by too, so many options.

My parents passed by today October 4th around 3-4pm to order pizza and an older Hispanic lady that took their order was rude, not the first time my parents have told me about her, but she needs to change that attitude or I’ll come in there and change it for her. We’ve been costumers there since y’all opened. So it’s sad that you hire miserable people to push away your loyal costumers.

Great place for some bread sticks with sauce. Get the crazy combo and treat yourself to the Italian herb cheese bread as well. Get sauce for the herb bread though.

Just got a pizza from this location, they only had hot ready pepperoni pizza ready, nothing else, so that's what I got. Got home and opened a pizza that clearly had been sitting for HOURS and tasted like plastic. Would not recommend this location. The Lehigh one is always fresh and ready, go there. 🤙

Rude and not very helpful. Asked me to wait when there wasn't anyone there. No ice and I had to ask for napkins when they brought me the pizza. Seriously?

Great staff wait time sucks sometimes

I genuinely don't understand what is wrong with this place recently. The last 3 times our orders have been messed up. Receiving totally wrong orders, Wrong 2-Liters, Missing Sauces, Receiving different kinds of pizzas than we ordered, to messing up special requests. Employees recently have been extremely short and rude and have been extremely reluctant to remedy any issues. Frustrating to see a place we eat at weekly getting worse and worse.

Waited 30+ minutes for one pizza and one order of crazy bread. These wait times are crazy.

Laughing cause they didn't cut my pizza. Guess I work at Little Cesar's now.... Still good, though. Very quick. Maybe that's why it was so quick.... PS - Bread sticks are hella fallic.

this place has terrible customer service i told the woman who made me a thin crust pizza with garlic sauce instead of the regular one to which she flatly said no with a very bad face when other little caesar's stores do it sin No problem so I left and didn't order any pizza.

They don't take their job seriously this place is a joke. Unprofessional isn't enough of a word to describe what is going on in this location.

I walked to this Little Ceasars since I stay pretty nearby and I'd have to say it was really enjoyable, their service was quick and understandable and I waited about 5-9 minutes for 2 boxes of pizza. I suggest this place if you want some yummy pizza!

Told deep dish not available bc management didn't order. Waited a half hour to get a call about it. Then another 20 minutes to get pizza that was reordered. Meanwhile, about 6+ cars went through drive thru with their orders during our 20 minute wait. Received a free pizza. Staff very accommodating, friendly due to circumstances they were under. Pizza was actually excellent. Will order again. Manager please have deep dish ingredients for us. Thanks.

I ordered a pizza for my wife, her favorite for mother's day. In my rush I did not complete the order and went to pick the order. When I got there and there was no pie I lost my temper but the staff was understanding and sensitive to my my problem and rushed to prepare the best pizza we had from Little Caesar. The ladies of 14002 Palm Beach Blvd have to be congratulated for their work and patience.

Got a pizza that was extremely under cooked, but i went back the next day and they made me a new one that was great at no charge. Food was good and they fixed there mistake so all in all i was happy.

I was happy with the new, clean place and the great employees. Easy to pick up your food. They have a drive-thru. The thicker pizza is best. The thin ones were sort of burnt.
