Rude staff (Sherina), she does not know the difference between coffees, their staff never get the orders right. For your information Sherina, Cafe con leche contains equal parts espresso and hot milk, whereas a latte has more milk than espresso. If a client requests Splenda, please add it to their coffee, 90% of the time is not added. This location needs retraining and a new manager. Lost a long time client.

Its my first time in the USA (im from sweden) and the workers are so nice!! The ice coffie is good and the dubble chocolate YUUMM. The seating area is clean. Everything is perfekt

I own a construction business and I come here almost every morning every time who ever makes the coffee either don’t know what they doing or they using toilet water the ice taste and smell disgusting I don’t know how many times I had to throw away my coffee they need cleaning inspection on the products they use in wasting my money

Stood inside for almost 20 minutes waiting does the drive-thru was backed up for my order along with multiple other people screwed it up burnt coffee was like dishwater avoid this place at all costs

I love this store, I read the comments on here sounds like of bunch of Nancy’s and Karen’s leaving reviews. Every time I go here it’s always a great experience, my kids love the staff they greet them and are so nice to them. Our order is never messed up, so I don’t know what the other post are talking about lol. Like I said sounds like a bunch of Nancy’s and Karen’s.

Do not waist your time coming here. It’s not the store that’s the issue it’s the traffic in and out and then the stupid truck in the morning blocks everyone in then the guy wants to yell at everyone cause they have to go to work. The dumbest set up I have see for a business. Get your ish together Dunkin’!

it’s so nasty the coffee is never made right i always try to give them the benefit of the doubt i live in the shores i’d rather go to 15 mins away to the one in palm beach you ask for flavored coffee and it’s just regular coffee my hazelnut coffee doesn’t taste not even close to it 0/10 experiences they need new people or to be trained right because most people on the reviews say something bad

Food is usually always burnt. Every time I get something from this location. The last time that I went i ordered two drinks and Bagel. there was no one in line behind us, and it took them literally almost 10 mins to get us our drinks. I hate to be one of those people to rush stuff but I even looked at my watch then at one of the employees to see what was taking so long. Still didn't get my drink right. i said forget I am not going to make a big deal. then as I am pulling out of the drive through one of the women who was in there talking with the other employee's had made like 5 drinks for herself as she was getting into her car.. no wonder why it took so long to get my stuff, this location is something else.

One of the newest and nicest Dunkin Donuts I have visited. This is a chain restaurant. There are over 9400 Dunkin restaurants in 45 of the United States with 15% of them in New York. Florida has 892 or 9% of them. I have been to several of the Florida locations. This particular location is several miles to the east side of Fort Myers in Fort Myers shores. It is on the North side of Palm Beach Blvd. It has a drive-through and plenty of parking. If the main blvd is a little busy there is also a road behind it with access to the restaurant. Outside looks like a new building. The inside was very nice and had several small tables for people to sit and eat at spaced a good distance apart from each other. The ceiling was very tall and there were large windows on two sides of the inside room giving it a spacious feel. You order at the counter and pick it up at the next counter. The staff was friendly, organized, and efficient. The restaurant was clean. The prices were comparable to other Dunkin locations and reasonable for the time. I got a donut and sat with friends and enjoyed it. It is a good location for getting a snack in the area.

The lady in the drive thru was extremely kind especially with our large order. The food came out correct and warm. Best dunkin service I’ve had.

My French vanilla cappuccino was a black coffee with one creamer, tastes horrible and waited over 15 minutes for them to put a bagel in a bag. Multiple people lined up waiting forever on food as well cause the other employees did not help when they were not busy amd just stood there. Not coming back.

Love dunkin needs more donut selection very limited on munchkins.

Drive through is horrible wait time, this sandwich shouldn't be called chicken sandwich, it should be called bacon croissant with a hint of chicken. Both sandwiches where the same.

Very bad, the food is not well prepared and it takes a long time to give you the food.👎 and apart from all the staff is very rude, the people in front are always angry, and they serve you poorly. If you don't want to work in this place, just change jobs.

You ask them to give you a toasted bagel and they give you a cold hard bagel

Literally waited about 30 minutes for a sandwich and told them where my order that I ordered and still waited for more, horrible experience and the staff talk a lot while I'm still waiting for my order never coming there again.

We have been coming here since my children started school down the road. I spend close to $40 for our large family to get breakfast. The one time one $3 item is forgot, my son goes inside with the receipt to get the item, and the woman at the counter says “I gave it to you, it’s in the bag, but I’ll give you another” I don’t spend as much as I do to lie about getting a free $3 bag of bacon. And you don’t make comments like that to a child to insinuate we are lying and trying to steal from a place we continuously come back to. Very unprofessional.

Got in drive-thru lane at 11am and had to wait 25 minutes for 2 black hot coffees. I hadn't been to Dunks in a long time. Now I remember why.

They dont call out order. Wasting my time.

So today Nov 5,2023 at 11:30 am. I came to this store like I do every morning for breakfast and I mean every day. I get the same thing. My order came to $11.66 so when I get to the window I was giving the young girl a hundred dollar bill and 66 cents. She says to me we don’t except fake 100 bills sir. I said my money isn’t fake. Then she tried saying I didn’t say you sir. I was like yes you did. I didn’t want to use my credit card for 11.66. Then I waited for my food and the young girl had an attitude. I was blown away. I come here every day and this gal must be NEW. And this is how today’s young generation treat customers. This visit to this store was my last after that interaction. I normally get treated absolutely well.

I miss my coffee there remodeling and it's going to be so good to see my friends again.

This location seems to be a busier one. The service is usually swift once your order is placed. Drive thru employees could be friendlier.

The grilled cheese was not very good. The lemonade was watery, not lemonade. Very disappointing. The double chocolate donuts were just flat tasting. Not sure what happened. Usually this place is excellent.

Says it opens at 5, but thats wrong. Doesn't open til 6. And everyone seems to be very confused when you place an order about who is doing what, except the girls cookimg the food.

Nice place to go in and have some coffee and bagel. Avocado spend little high in price. No natural sugar or honey. Others have those.

This is a very busy store the only thing I can say about it is that they need more people working. The staff is very nice but they are extremely overworked. Everything I have tried here has been very good especially the frozen coffee.

Ok so I understand a rush. Completely get heavy volume. But today this Dunkin was a Taco Bell with no Tacos. A Burger King with no burgers. Chick FIL a with no chicken. I'm not making this up...a Dunkin donuts...with no donuts. None. And a cold we have none not even a they will be up soon from the worker. I mean really?

American gets dissed by Dunkin'? I wish there was a rating less than 1 star. I travel the country and have the misfortune of having this particular Dunkin' close to my house. This morning I waited 30 minutes in a line of 7 people at the front register. The manager was working the drive thru and when I let her know how slow the service was, her response was very stand-offish and she said "they are only two people and they are working as fast as they can". While this may be true, it was painfully obvious that the person taking order at the register needed some serious remedial training. Not wanting to upset the lady at the register, I asked the manager if she thought it was reasonable to wait 30 minutes in a line of 7 people she said "if you don't want to wait 30 minutes, don't come here". Then as she was walking back to her station I heard her say to the other employees very proudly "I told him that if he didn't want to wait 30 minutes, not to come here". Nice. Such a bummer because this place used to be really nice.

Everything was great except my iced coffee was way too strong more then how they usually make it. I love strong coffee but this was way over the limit

I go to this Dunkin everyday to get my coffee, yesterday 11/3/22 I went at 6:07 or so, the girl at the drive thru window was not personable at all. She took my card and as soon as the card had processed she took a picture of the screen from her cell phone. I thought this was strange. She also didn’t give me my receipt or have a name badge on. I didn’t think this was appropriate so I tried to call the store and it rang and no one picked up after multiple attempts. I then called a different store on Cleveland Avenue to ask questions as to what she may have been doing because of course I’m thinking my debit card has been compromised and when someone answered the phone I asked to speak with the supervisor. The girl that answered the phone went to hand the phone to the supervisor and I heard her say “she wants to speak to a supervisor” in a very sarcastic and demeaning way. I told the supervisor Dana that I heard what she said and she needs to be a little more professional when speaking with and about customers. I then proceed to explain to Dana what had happened and she advised me that my bank card information does not show on the screen except for the last 4 numbers of the card. She then explained that what that employee could have done was save the receipt to upload it to the fetch app or a similar app. I had no idea what the fetch app was so I looked it up and it is an app that people can upload their receipts to get cash back, rewards, gift cards etc. as far as taking the picture with her cell she was unsure as to why she would have done that. After receiving this information I again tried to call the store to speak with the supervisor and once again there was no answer. Dana was very helpful and her reassurance was appreciated. As for this particular Dunkin in fort myers shores I’m pretty disappointed with the service I was given. I would like to see their employees be coached on how to be more personable, appropriate as well as using their better judgment. If that was what she was doing I feel like this needs to be addressed with that employee. 2 stars for my coffee being delicious!

This store is the absolute worst Dunkin’ I’ve come across in the whole country, unfortunately I work up the road from this location and it’s never seems to disappoint when it comes to horrible service and no selection. Multiple visits ended with not purchasing donuts because they did not have any it was 10:30 am or there about every visit.When they do magically have a donut in house they will still mess up the rest of the order. When called out on their mistake they get defensive. Food is horrible and management is worse

They were open post hurricane Ian. Even though they are dealing with limited supplies they had amazing attitudes and made us smile. They even added a little heart to my latte. Highly recommend this location!

Was told that I can't use a coupon because it said but a coffee get two donuts free and a latte was not a coffee

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The staff do not offer any form of customer service: no greeting of hello, no eye contact, no offer of help. You will be ignored if you go inside to order at the counter. Three staff members did this again today while they were working on the drive thru customers as I stood at the register waiting to be helped only to be ignored and not even acknowledged. Also the order WILL be wrong or they will not have any variety of food. I will never use the location again. The worst location I’ve ever experienced on a consistent basis over a four year period.

The employees here are always so polite and I've yet to have my order wrong. This is my favorite Dunkin' Doughnuts to go to in southwest Florida.

Absolutely the worst dunkin I've been to. I've tried it multiple times and everytime it's something different. Staff is rude. One time I went through the drive thru and sat for 30min to be told at the window they had no more donuts.....it was 11am? I understand shipping issues but don't be rude about it. Just never a good experience.

Love their breakfast sandwiches, usually get bacon, egg & cheese on a toasted English muffin. They are always fresh & hot.

Every time my children and I go to this store they are either OVER charging us (having us pay for an item we did not ask for when my children go in by themselves), and they also offer subpar service. My children like going there is the ONLY reason I still pay for items there. The Dunkin Donuts further west on Palm Beach Blvd offers wayyy better service. It’s longer of a drive however we need to start spending our money there. I’d give no stars if that were an option. They need to treat their customers better- PERIOD -It’s apparent they do not care. So sad. I will no longer frequent that Dunkin Donuts!!!

I love DD but the places down here don't seem to have very fresh donuts. And a lot of times their out of donuts. The one's in Iowa were much better, always had fresh donuts and were never out of the munchkins. If they are baking fresh donuts through the day they shouldn't be out of some donuts at 8am

This Dunkin Donuts really needs to step it up in terms of cleanliness and dining room sanitation maintenance. Overall , its not a bad place.

So disappointed in my latest experience here. So I pulled up to the speaker and I hear "Thanks for choosing Dunkins, I'll be with you in a moment". And I reply with "take your time". Then I hear "I will take my sweet @$$ time".....honestly it was soooo shocking I honestly didn't think I heard it until I heard "OMG I'm so sorry". Then another person came on and took my order. When I came up to the window a girl with a blonde ponytail and air pods in was like "i'm so sorry I thought you were my manager"......but is that the case, or did you forget to turn off your mic. Then they gave me this nasty chocolate frozen coffee. I don't even know what to think of Dunkin anymore.

My experience at this Dunkin Donuts is a good one, it's very clean inside doesn't seem to always be busy on the inside, drive-thru is crazy, other than that they always seem to have what I like as far as Donuts in the muffins blueberry pacifically.🤩🤩

I go to Dunkin every morning regardless of location. This is the worst Dunkin you can visit. The coffee here is never the same quality.My drink is never consistent. The food here isn’t done with pride. Soggy bacon and they don’t even toast the wraps/ sandwiches.

Headlight donut has changed to something like a Boston cream with French vanilla filling instead . Went from being a favorite to ... meh...

Drive thru wrapping around building so went in...2 people in front of me, I order an iced cappuccino and a warm bagel with cream cheese. It cleared out pretty quick I got my bagel first waited waited waited several people came in after me got their orders and left. I waited waited and I walked out without my coffee feeling Starbucks needed attention.

Truly the worst Dunkin donuts on earth. Nobody knows nothing, takes forever to get something...when they have it.

Employees were complaining about the toilets not working while in the restroom. Not a great selection of donuts (no powdered of any kind, no glazed either) only cream filled was a Boston Creme Filled so I ordered one if those and a water to go. My donut wasn't cream filled and instead I was disappointed with custard. It wasn't worth going back in for. I did appreciate the cashier giving me a large water for no charge. Overall the store itself was clean, the mix up in donuts wouldn't stop me from returning, I believe it was an honest mistake.

Good as they have ever been, service was reasonably quick for the time of morning I visited and ordered 2 dozen donoughts.

The line is always long in drive thru but I will take it due to fact they honor there menu. 4279 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33905 doesn't. Imagine you have a favorite drink and order it all the time and then go to another dunkin and they tell you that dunkin doesn't make it anyone or that creamer isn't available for a coffee. Also this store is friendly and up to beat. They also honor there app. Make sure if u are headed down palm beach to get your coffee here cause the other store is a Joke...
