Read the reviews and decided to support a local spot instead of a chain. We ordered takeout and had a good experience on the phone. The pizza was ready at the promised time, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the pizza itself was disappointing. The crust was so soggy that we couldn’t eat it. Even our kids (13 and 11) couldn’t finish a slice. We ended up making a frozen pizza for dinner instead. My wife had the wings, and she enjoyed them, but both her supreme pizza (personal size) and my large pepperoni had the same soggy crust issue. The garlic knots were also soft and soggy. We usually prefer thin and crispy crust (Chicago/Indiana style) but are open to New York style, which I think this place is going for. However, the soggy crust really ruined the experience. If the owners can address this issue, I think they have a chance to succeed. But if not, I’m worried this place won’t last, which is unfortunate since we have so few options in this area.

Great little pizzeria ! Prices are fair, food is just delicious !! My and the family have tried several places between Ave Maria, Naples, Estero and Ft Myers and this little spot near our home is just awesome 👍🙌

REAL cheese! Tastes so much better than big chain pizza. They heap on the toppings too! The Ziti sauce is amazing. We ordered take-out and they hooked us up with very generous serving. Thank you for feeding us, we love Palm Beach pizza.

Paid $65 for 2 pizzas and 12 wing pieces and it was not great; not the crust, cheese, sauce or toppings. Sorry not for us.

Pizza has good taste but is undercooked. So soggy you can’t even pick it up and eat it like you should be able to do with a piece of pizza. Place is clean & people are nice. Also, if you don’t deliver and it’s pick up only you shouldn’t ask for a tip when people have to drive there to pick up their pizza.

They have lost the momentum of great customer service and welcoming atmosphere that they had in the beginning. When they opened with the new management they could barely cope with the number of customers. Now they don't even have something as basic as Coca-Cola. I like the pizza how they prepare it but it has become more of a To-Go business than a place to visit with the family. I know these are difficult times to do business at SWFL but customer service is crucial guys. Update: Owner asked me for more details: When we talk about customer service it goes beyond saying hello and asking what you want. The follow-up at the table about whether your order is okay. Do not sweep and raise dust in the dining room when there are customers. When you take out the trash, try to leave the trash can ready... and if it's not full, don't do it in front of customers. Always have the most requested products available and if the distributor fails, have a plan b. Don't assume that everyone who arrives will order takeout... a customer who stays consumes more and with good service there are better tips. I'm glad that those who are working are young, it's just a matter of having a little more attention.

Pizza was Terrible! Barely cooked, yuk! Not recommended

The staff is very friendly, pizza served hot and was delicious. I think most people order and pickup or have delivered as that was the traffic we saw. We were the only ones to eat in. Nothing fancy, simple tables and chairs.

Very small place with only a few tables, so not much to work with as far as atmosphere goes. People, pizza and canzone are really good.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you live along Palm Beach and want a pizza delivery, just order from somewhere else. My husband and I have given this place 2 chances. We ordered when they first opened and the pizza was abysmal. Soggy crust, toppings that don’t seem cooked all the through (can someone tell me why their ham cubes are so monstrous?? You can’t enjoy it on a pizza with already soggy crust). So we tried again much more recently and we still weren’t impressed. The delivery guy was nice but I tipped online and I’m not sure if that tip goes toward the delivery driver or not, but if it doesn’t that’s very misleading to have that option online for a delivery. When the delivery guy gave me my pizza and receipt, I signed but didn’t fill out the tip line because I had done so online already and my total was up to $39 for ONE singular 16” pizza… when he took the signed receipt back, he checked for a tip right in front of me… it just made the situation awkward. All this to say, not my favorite pizza place by any means.

Pizza was ice cold. Garlic knots weren't given to us. We had to ask. They were burnt and cold. Salad only decent item. We had to ask several times when our items would be ready. Pizza had very little toppings and sauce. Disappointed to say the least.

This pizza is a 4.8 on the Portnoy Scale. No fountain drinks. I've had frozen pizzas better than this.

Pizza is good, however service is horrible at best. I was told 30 minutes for the pizza, showed up after 35 minutes and was told they’d be ready in 3 minutes. 15 minutes later and they haven’t even started making the pizza! Piss poor way to run a business.

I was in town visiting my father. We decided to order from Palm Beach Pizza. We were thoroughly impressed with quality and taste of the pizza. Very flavorful and the ingredients were fresh. In addition to the quality of the food, the customer service they provided was top notch. I will most definitely return the next time I’m in town.

Ordered the chef salad and the garlic knots. The salad was awesome, with great quality meats and ingredients and size. I was disappointed with the garlic knots they were very bland, no flavor, and the Marinara sauce was also very bland.

Don’t let the outside appearance keep you away from this gem. The pizza here is delicious. The crust is always the perfect cook. My favorite is their white pizza. It’s so good with a generous amount of ricotta. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

First time at this pizza place. To net this out I ordered two pizzas online that were scheduled for 6:32, I left the store about 6:55. The time delay is not a major problem as that can happen with any take out food. The real kicker is that the two pizzas were just not completely cooked. The dough was soft and gooey and there was no way you could pick up a piece without it falling apart. The ingredients were good. Just don't think they cooked it long enough. You have to know when a pizza is done when you are in the business. Young guys running the place and nice to talk to, but I went there for pizza. Might try them one more time as there are not many alternatives out this way.

Stopped in omw back home, I had the Baked ziti and My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs. The food quality and quantity are great for the price! Not too greasy or salty. The marina sauce tasted amazing and the canoli 🤯 too delicious to describe you definitely need to try! The atmosphere was nice with great music playing 🤘🏼 the gentleman who served us was great, the restaurant was really clean. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in town!

We came here as requested by my son for his birthday. The pizza was great, and the staff went above and beyond.

The owner is such a great guy and so nice. First time ordering a pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The dough was crispy and very good,. The sauce was delicious and tons of quality mozzarella. Definitely the best pizza in Fort Myers. Great price also.

We've ordered out a few times and it's always been really good pizza, but tonight, phenomenal!! Called it in while stuck in rainy traffic on I-75, and showed up right as it was rolling out of the oven. We got a large buffalo chicken pizza and a large pepperoni. Both were some of the best pizzas of each kind We've had from anywhere! Staff was friendly on the phone and in person! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Great pizza good service and fast

This is a case of you get what you pay for. They can be a bit more expensive. But they make up for it using quality ingredients nice cheeses, good sauce great crust. Have gotten takeout from here a few times now and each time has been great. On trick is the pricing for their 12” and 16” is not linear and the 16” is a much better value.

We just moved to the area and got takeout from Palm Beach Pizza. The pepperoni pizza was delicious, it’s a thin crust NY style! The sweet chili wings were great (and I’m from Buffalo NY, so I know wings!) Will order again!

Been here twice. The pizza is top notch. You gotta have Pepsi for the 5th star. And a self soda dispenser. Need a better ac system but hey I give em credit for keeping thier cool as people complain. I will be back .

Pizza tasted good. But crust is way to thin. Two people split a large pizza and we both are still hungry. Not worth $25 just for a large pizza.

I have been literally looking for some authentic New York Style Pizza for months now. I've tried all kinds of places. I finally found it. Palm Beach Pizza. They have made me so happy. I highly, highly recommend it. They have so many options but the plain cheese was the food for my soul. If your looking for good pizza, awesome staff and cleanliness, this is the place you wanna go to.

We just left PBP and I can honestly say it was everything we hoped for and more! My husband's been on the hunt for some good New York style pizza and Palm Beach Pizza hit it out of the park for us! We had their knots and wings also and they were delicious as well! The star was definately the cheese pizza! The flavor in the crust and the sauce was perfect! The cheese was so yummy and stretchy and just what you want in a New York style pizza! PBP will definately be our go to pizza spot now!

Good, got to fold it, pizza. We ordered the 16” meat lovers pizza. It had great flavor and the perfect amount of toppings.

The entire staff was amazing. They we're very knowledgeable of their jobs. All had great attitudes, from the front to the back.. and the food was amazinggggg.. great job

We ordered a large pepperoni & sausage and cheesy garlic bread. Our first pizza came out with a hole, so the young men made another one. While we waited, less than 15 min, we had the pleasure of chatting with Aiden. Aiden is a spectacular young man! He has nothing but great things to say about the people he works for and with. He was so passionate about the pizza and the products they offered. We even found out that the main location in Babcock Ranch has trivia nights and such. The second pizza that was made for us was amazing! Just the right amount of cheese sauce and crush ratio. As well as plenty of meat! We were able to take the first pizza home and let me just say I'm glad they made us a second! We also had the cheesy garlic bread, which I'll say is a definite pass. It was basically a hoagie roll with butter and cheese. Palm Beach Pizza is a super neat local pizza place with smiling fresh faces. They have indoor seating, take out and delivery options through DoorDash. I recommend you give this place a try before Aiden heads off to college in Iowa!

Food is great, customer service is great too but the A/C is/has been broken for almost a month which is completely ridiculous!! You can’t dine in and it’s miserable for their employees! That’s just a shame and inhumane

The pizza is one of the better pizzas I’ve had in the area. They underpromised and over delivered on the time the pizza was supposed to be done. Love you our system of alerting me during the entire process from start to finish of my pizza. The current issue is the hours. I’ve been by at 6:00 and the restaurant has been closed. What’s going on? You’ve got a great business but you need to be open. I’m giving a 5 star because you deserve it.
