Domino's Pizza in Fort Myers Shores - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Ordered the new new York style. Toppings were negligible, I found 6 pieces of bacon in the whole x-large. Maybe 2 pieces of peperoni per slice. Will not bother ordering any pizza again from Domino's.

Charles is almost always our delivery driver and he's the sweetest! He's so appreciative when he gets a tip and so personable. He forgot our soda one time and I told him not to worry about it yet he still drove back to the store and back to our house. We've been teaching our kids sign language so we can all speak to him the way he understands best.

My complaint isn't about the food or service. I love this location. My complaint is more of a concern for public safety. A few days ago I was walking home from work and a red Honda Civic coupe passed me going very fast in Caribbean. I signal the driver to slow down and he responded by giving me the middle finger. Caribbean is a 30 mile an hour zone. It's posted everywhere. There are kids playing outside all the time and everyone knows everyone. Minutes before getting home I saw the red Honda again. This time the drive slowed down and we locked eyes. He slowly passed yelling all kinds of stuff. Later that day I saw him again while doing to an appointment. He pulled into your Domino's location. Later, after talking to some of your employees I found out that he works at your location as a delivery driver and that he was on duty when speeding through a 30 mile per hour neighborhood. I don't know his name. He looked tall, Hispanic, maybe 30 to 35 years old, black hair with facial hair, but trimmed, clean cut look.

Order the pizza don’t order a salad. Also phones are down, so you can’t call in an order

The only real complaint I have about this Dominoes is their lack of consistency with the way the food is made. Sometimes we get what we pay for by the way of toppings, sometimes we don't. The same goes for the amount of sauce on the pizza and whether they remember to square cut or not. That being said, they always fix it and are always prompt and polite in doing so. Considering the lack of options for pizza places in this area, I would definitely recommend Dominoes both for quality and price. Just keep in mind that it IS still a chain restaurant. This is not going to be high-quality pizzeria caliber of food.

Placed an order for a pizza and a soft drink. Driver Micah got an attitude. Because I said wow hot drinks. He responded with at least you got a hot pizza. Not Really, The pizza is like warm and not even cut through. I didn’t pay for hot drinks. Tried calling the store. No answer, It’s ok. I will call and dispute the charges.

The order is always accurate, on time, and pizza cooked the way we ordered.

Honestly this is the best dominos I’ve ever been to. They’ve got the perfect combination of quick service and making quality pizza. I’d imagine they have some decent managers(and employees) because this isn’t like any dominos I’ve been to before.highly recommend especially if you’ve avoided dominos because of previous bad experience.

Ordered online for pickup at 4:45...get there guy going out on delivery says no order's ready. I said the app shows it's ready. Ask for manager, (Kevin) with his rude attitude gonna tell me it's in the oven. Said "we don't control the "app"!!! Well the the hell you have it for...also another girl just giving me evil eye like I'm in the wrong. So see 3 boxes sitting on counter right there in front of her, ask whom are them. She looked .....WELL GUESS WHAT THEY WERE MINE Kevin didn't even have decency to go look!!!! So flipping RUDE everyone working at 5pm on Sunday 10/1/23!!!! Then girl giving dirty looks. Gave me red peppers instead of parmesan cheese....know she did it on purpose too!!!! Its ok corporate will hear about it!!!!Kevin should be KEN!!! WISH COULD'VE GAVE -0

We ordered pizza from this Domino’s this past Sunday night and it was absolutely amazing! The crust and the toppings were done just right. Thank you to whoever was working on Sunday night 6/4/23 at this Dominos!! Great job!!

I place order inside the store on 5-18-23 I had pizza and pasta bowl the 3 girls who work there all had long hair hang down and I ask them why her hair down isn’t that now safe for the for the pizza like a piece of hair could drop in the paste and the girl said oh we catch the hair before that happens

Quick, convenient and easy to work with so I give them a high score. The food wasn't the best, but pretty good which is why they get a four. Great customer service, easy online ordering, for quick food, this option works.

Well that’s the last time I order from here. My pizza has 3 missing ingredients and the soda isn’t the one I ordered. I understand stuff runs out but a curtesy call would have been nice.

Later at night it's a pickup window, which they don't warn you about, and had to stick head in to get some attention after knocking on window didn't help. Pick it up, make rookie mistake and didn't check, get home and have 2 sweet icing instead of 2 sweet mango and habanero. Go back waited like 10-15 to switch. Pizza was good but not warm.

My wife and I ordered a carry out order from this Domino's and it was horrible. My wife called for a refund or credit on the order and the guy on the phone (I could name him here), said he would credit the order of $17.55. The next time I ordered, they told me there was a $10.00 credit. This was not my first issue with this Domino's. Oh, did I mention that I was a former Domino's Pizza Manager? I left on good terms in Minnesota and have been a Domino's customer since 1981. I like their Pizza, it's not as good as it used to be, but still like it. This particular Domino's has more issues than any I've ever seen. I contacted the Corporate office in Michigan, 3 times and the franchise owner was supposed to contact me. Apparently he knows I am right and doesn't have the courage to contact me. At this point, I just want a refund and will not use any Domino's again. You see, at one time Domino's Corporate had the guts to actually oversee their Franchise owners. Those days are long gone. Sorry to any Dominoids that read this, this store is shedding a bad light on all the hard working Dominoids that actually give a damn about the job that they are doing. And for any real old time Dominoids, these guys would fold up in the fetal position if they were doing multiple 100 plus pie hours in a row with 3 Bakers Pride stone ovens.

If I could have given them 0 I would have. We ordered 2 large pizza’s last night at about 7:00 pm. They told us about an hour for delivery. We live in a gated community that has 2 gates, one of which was broken and there is no gate. After about an hour and a half, we called to check on the order. The person the other end of the phone said, the delivery person could not get into the gate and returned to the store with our pizza. Stating that the security person told them no one here ordered a pizza. First of all, there isn’t a person at the gate and secondly, why didn’t the delivery person call us, or go through the opened gate? Thirdly, why didn’t anyone from the store call us to tell us what happened to our dinner?? Also the person on the other end of the phone told us if we wanted the pizza, we could come pick it up and he would give us a discount, then proceeded to hang up the phone. NEVER AGAIN!!

They have false advertisements on there web page and it says there open until 12pm and when u call they say no we close at 11pm thata False advertisements and when u order garlic ext they forget and say they will bring some back but never come back multiple times!!!!

This store is much better than the one on Tice! The food is hot, cooked without any burnt spots. I'd prefer that you pick up your food here. No offense to the drivers who work there, but you guys seem like you hate your work.

Never have had an issue with this location. Pizza is always ready when expected and always tastes good! Never burnt, undercooked, etc.

For a Dominos the food is good as long as you dont expect it to be like a good New York pizza place. The employees that work here seem to hate thier lives. Very cold and unprofessional however they do crank out the food.

Great store. TOTALLY UNDERSTAFFED!! I felt so sorry for the workers there. Verbal abuse from customers. The manager was doing everything in his power to get things done. I was told 15 minutes for my order of 3 pzzas. Took over 30 minutes. No problem. I thanked them for their had work.

The pizza was delicious! Money has been super tight lately, so when my kids wanted pizza we unfortunately had to have my mother in law pay for it. The good side was for once everyone in the house ate the same thing and actually sat together and laughed :) Thank you for helping my family have great food and some laughs!

The time from my online order to delivery was quick, less than 45 minutes. I was impressed. Though I must say I remember the days when if it didn't arrive in 30 minutes it was free. That was years ago. Anyway, the pizza was good, except for one thing. I ordered the hearty marinara sauce because I thought it was the original sauce from when Domino's first started, years ago. I was disappointed. I think I was wrong because this sauce had a bit of bite or spicy taste to it, which is not what I remember from years ago. I can't handle spicy too well. I wish you still had the original sauce from when Domino's first started.

Online ordering is soooooo easy. They have always gotten the order right, and I special order a few items each time. They have been prompt with delivery and very courteous. Pizza arrives hot and intacted. I enjoy their reward points for free pizza.
