I am disgusted by the abysmal experience I had at Dairy Queen recently. Not only was the customer service non-existent, but my order was completely wrong and missing items. To top it off, the incompetence of the staff led to them heating my cheeseburger to a scorching temperature that burned the inside of my mouth. The lack of care and attention to detail is appalling. As if that wasn't bad enough, the portion sizes were laughable. My daughter received literally one spoonful of ice cream in her cup. It's disgraceful how Dairy Queen can justify charging for such minuscule servings. The utter disregard for customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of this pitiful excuse for an establishment. I will never set foot in Dairy Queen again after this horrendous experience. The incompetence, poor service, and lack of quality control have left a sour taste in my mouth – both literally and figuratively. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this disaster of a restaurant at all costs.

went through drive thru and had to come inside because fries were cold in the middle took 15 min for them to ask me why Im inside with a bag then finally when the manager comes back from counting the drawer in the middle of a rush proceeds to ask me “what I need” she throws it away and tells at the kitchen to make a replacement like it’s normal and took another 5 for me to get it looking at it under the heat lamp.

The view is nice but not worth it...especially if you are making a stop on a drive. I loved the view and had a chocolate dipped vanilla cone. Got back on the road and, within 5 minutes, thought my insides were going to drop out of my body. Had to stop at a random restaurant and emergency fast walk straight into their restroom, without even so much as saying hi to anybody; so I can never show my face in there again. If you like your insides and want to keep your pride in tact, just don't do it. Get your gasoline, take a pic of the view, and skip the DQ.

Two orders exactly the same , one for me and one for my wife . Chicken strips fries drink and Sunday one price special Fries were cold and chicken strips were Luke warm . I told them about the fries and they made us fresh ones and by the time we got the fresh frys to eat the Luke warm chicken strips were cold .smh

I've been here several times. However, I've never been in the store or gone through the drive-thru. I come here just to see the Beautiful Sunrise over the water. It's Gorgeous!!

We stood at the counter with our children, waiting to have someone walk over & take our order.. however, when the attendees were finished with their conversation, one of the girls looked at us from more than 8 feet away and asked, "What do y'all want?".. in a voice that sounded as if the four of us were really bothersome. Because I had younger children with me, I ordered what they wanted, and my husband and I decided to skip ordering that evening. I love taking my family to Dairy Queen, and while we had a less than pleasurable evening there once.. we will return again soon, as it's our weekly treat for the children spot.. it's just a shame that some employees don't even acknowledge their customers anymore, and when they do, they appear as if serving them is an imposition? Is it your job that you are getting paid for!? Be nice. Especially in front of our little ones.! It's part of your job.

Gave the wrong order even after repeating multiple times. Store has no walk in, and won’t recommend this location at all.

Stay away from this Dairy Queen. Employees will eat some of your food before you get it, and managers know it, but don't care. Kitchen is filthy. The ones in Miton and on 9 Mile are MUCH better.

Good things: you can get gas for your car and a blizzard at the same location. Bad things: Very very slow service whether you use the drive-thru or whether you go to the counter. If there are more than three cars in the Drive-Thru, go inside. Beautiful picnic area where you can enjoy your meal while looking East over the Escambia bay. Fantastic place to watch the Sun rise.

It's always a treat when you have a chance to stop in at DQ. The nostalgia is great, remembering childhood trips to DQ.

This was terrible. I got there an entire hour before they closed, hoping to get some food, just to be told that they are closing and only making ice cream!!! The app was still taking orders. Online was still taking food orders. This is just ridiculous. If you want to close at 10 then change your hours to 10. Don't say 11pm, then not serve anything. Now I have nothing to eat for the night.

Microwaved burgers. And NO KETCHUP! Really?!?!

Always loved a Soft-serve cone dipped in Chocolate and this brought back Every delectable lick of those happy childhood memories. Staff was very friendly.

Avoid this place at all costs. The bathroom reeked of urine, like a thick smell that hits you right as you step in. Probably not cleaned in months, with a filmy layer over all the surfaces including the wall tile. Pathetic, disgusting environment.

The chicken tenders were old and cold tasting. They were not like the typical Dairy Queen. The french fries was a ridiculous small amount for $10 and the cup of ice cream was called a sundae which is probably only about 2 ounces of ice cream and a sundae cup for $4.08seem like ridiculous pricing. The quantities were small will not be back. It used to be a favorite stop but right now management is pretty greedy. I almost asked for a refund on the ice cream cone. It was ridiculous. I’ll post a picture of the chocolate ice cream sundae, but if I had gotten a large cone with a lot of ice cream, it would’ve been cheaper. I don’t understand that, but maybe he should’ve explained that to me.

I love their ice cream cones. My fiance got a peanut butter milk shake that was really good too.

Was completely rude jacked our price to our food higher than what it was supposed to be and told us to hold on for a second and came back on the speaker and was laughing and told us our price and was definitely being rude and disrespecting

If I could give a Zero, I would. Took our daughter here to get some ice cream for her birthday. We ordered 3 small Oreo blizzards & a medium hot fudge sundae. The employee looked us straight in the eye, and said our total was $55.10! We immediately knew that was wrong, and asked to see the bill before giving him our card. Completely serious- he said no that’s correct, small blizzards are $15 and Sundae is around $20 (which doesn’t even add to $55 btw). This guy was CLEARLY trying to steal money by overcharging us. As a GM of Four businesses in Pensacola, I was absolutely appauled. We ended up leaving with nothing, and my daughter was very upset. This employee should be fired asap, as we definitely aren’t the first victims.

Drive thru-soda machine not working, was advised cannot get any drink without going in to buy one. Food was cold. Asked for extra gravy, didn’t get it. But I was served with a smile. Lol

Wife and I are addicted to DQ's banana split blizzards, lightly blended. They always get it right and more often than not, give good service. I can recommend this DQ!

Recently had my second visit to this DQ while traveling. It is under new management and the new manager is so nice! He is doing so much! The food was excellent my milkshake was one of the best I have had. The staff was friendly. I am in this area a lot while traveling and will make this a regular stop for me. The view is great too!

Bathrooms are gross I am sure no one has cleaned them in months! If they don’t clean their restrooms you can bet they are serving your food with unclean hands !!

Went through drive-thru to order 2 items. He forgot to include the 2nd item when we were about to pay. When bringing it to the server's attention, he didn't say more than "what" and "hunh" then took off to make our order. Nick was the drive-thru specialist. The ice cream was pretty good.

Lady got syrup down side of cup on Blizzard. She dumped it into another cup. It settled to just 3/4 full since the other 1/4 was still in other cup. Kid was scared to flip it, but did it in a full super fast 360° to keep sludge in the cup. Burger was ice cold. Large fry was no where near a large. Never again. Site will not let me post a pic. I'll never go back.

It's fast food. I ordered a reeses pieces blizzard and received a reeses peanut butter cup blizzard. I was 2 miles down the road when I realized it.

This is an excellent example of Dairy Queen. The interior was recently renovated and very modern. It was very clean on the inside! The service was quick. I ordered the Chicken Box. It was good as expected. The best part about this location is the view!! You can find plenty of seats right by the window outlooking Escambia Bay. This really is a special location. I’ll definitely be coming back! Update: I have went back several times while the food is normally fairly good, the service is hit or miss. Some days it’s amazing and others it’s not. The last time I went in staff were standing around having personal conversations loudly while ignoring us for around five minutes. When the lady took our order she got over half wrong. The hot dog chili was also dark in color, and did not taste the freshest. My fries were not the freshest and were floppy. The chicken box wasn’t in a box as usual. I hope they manage to get this great location up to par with others. The one positive of this location is the cleanliness.

Didn't get any food or I would have rated it higher probably. But the view is spectacular of Pensacola bay. They upgraded the inside a little still a good place to vist!

Conveniently located off i10 for that drive home craving, my wife and were able to source and split a large "brookie" blizzard. They didn't skimp on the toppings either, tasted great!

I showed up a eight minutes early by accident. The drive thru wouldn't answer so I pulled up to the window. I was met with a rude manager. She could have simply explained they weren't open over the intercom instead of letting me sit there. Anyways I waited my eight minutes with the crew just watching. It's follow the leader and she is not a very good example. They need to get her out of there.

Was not very friendly, took my grandson in for some onion rings and ice cream. The lobby was messy the whole atmosphere was just not friendly. But my grandson enjoyed the food.

They have good chicken strip basket. Enjoyed eating in our car, overlooking the bay. Great scenery. Good place to get burgers, sandwich or chicken strips and to be outside enjoy the scenery and fresh air. It's a little expensive for their food. We mainly go here to get ice cream and milkshakes. The parking lot is a little small for it being a gas station and the Dairy Queen both. It stays congested with traffic, being located right off the East bound I10 exit ramp before you go over the Escambia Bay into Santa Rosa.

Impossible to understand the person taking my order! When I reached the window to pay, I was very aware of the reason - he was VERY HIGH! This is not a family friendly atmosphere!

Waited for 30 mins for 3 blizzards with only one person infront of us. Then when we got those blizzards they were melted and not even full. won't be going there again.

Way to expensive. This location has the laziest and rudest customers. They never get my order right. They aren't friendly and they talk to you like your a nuisance for wanting to eat there. I'll never return. Oh and nothing about my food my fresh. Even the ice cream cone was melted and dripping before it was even given to me and they didn't remember order by the time I made it to the window. I asked for sauce. It is as never given to me.

Bathrooms are horrible food wasn't good staff playing around a bit much blizzards I got were just put down and I said thank you nothing back in response just walked off nothing friendly about it. Definitely wasn't worth $40 for any of it I regret the decision to take my kids

I liked it because you can take your ice cream out of the store to look out over the bay on Scenic Hwy. It's different, I don't get a chance to do that anymore, so I make it a point to stop there when I'm out that way. I love Dairy Cream!

Waited 14 minutes in the drive thru with 1 car ahead of me. We both got 1 blizzard each. Update waited 33 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me and got a half melted Blizzard. The wait time has just gotten too long I will not be going back!

Great food and wonderful ice cream. The view from parking lot is fantastic! Always busy but don't have to wait a long time.

The super friendly and super accommodating. There was even a moment that a booster seat fell all by itself and no one was around it and it really spooked the heck out of us (and the staff) we all laughed and joked about it and waited to see if anything else would happen. Lol I was with two teens who couldn't make up their mind and the staff was super patient with them. I'll definitely be going back.

One of the best locations I've been to in years and love the view outside looking over the water

Boy we walked in to grab lunch and immediately turned around. I'm not sure if its the gas station or the restaurant since they are combined BUT when you can smell the German roaches....that's just not a good sign. I worked pest control proudly for 7 years, got state certification. And let me tell you from experience heavy infestations have a unforgettable smell...this location either has an active infestation or has one that pest control is or was working on but nonetheless they have some cleaning to do. Any management that sees this review don't waste your time replying send some on to do a check on your facility.
