This place is never open, never staffed never has coffee and has a gm that doesn’t care. Soooo lazy. Just went again door was locked. People were trying to come in. And the lights are off but they are supposed to be on. In the drive through they said they were going to make me fresh coffee- but that ten minutes. Why don’t you have coffee ready? They need to fire the gm. Franchise needs to lose their franchise. It has been like this for YEARS! Every time I retry saying surely they figured it out - nope. I hope this store closes soon. I don’t even know if I received a refund no receipt even though I asked. Just happened Aug 22 6:30 am. If you respond contact the Manager and hire some better people. But as a owner it starts with you, fish rot at the head.

Walked in the store 45 minutes before they were closed and when we came in every employee ignored us , when asked if they were closed they rudely said yes . then I mentioned it was 45 minutes before they closed then acted like it was a problem to service me and my family. I honestly feel there was no need to be so rude considering we didn’t come in 15 minutes before they closed. Three plain glazed donuts, three chocolate glazed donuts and a small whole milk at Krispy Kreme is now over $15. Not only that, they were cold and hard. Yeah, I went inside and got my money back. Please understand that these were not filled donuts, no sprinkles, aside from three of them that had chocolate glaze they were your standard Krispy Kreme donuts. They were so cold to the touch they felt like they had been in the refrigerator and hard as a rock. Please save your time and money and avoid the 9 Mile location. If you want Krispy Kreme go to Cervantes, the price may still be expensive but at least the service and donuts are amazing there.

I’ve ordered in the drive thru a few times and every time the employees are rude. She asked me to repeat myself three times (assuming the speaker isn’t working) so I spoke louder and she rudely said “excuse me”. Don’t recommend this location.

The doughnuts are made fresh on site.. the specialty doughnuts are always spectacular..

I received donuts from online delivery directly from app. They were stale and barely had any filling in them. I called the store to ask for a partial refund they said they would take my phone number and a manager would call me back, hours later I called back and they told me the same thing. Never got a callback from the manager never got a refund for gross stale doughnuts

What can I say? It's Krispy Kreme, there needs to be a 12 step program for those doughnuts.

We were standing at the large glass window watching then clean. Discussing how fascinating the whole set up is. I imagine that’s what that large glass window is for. Along came an associate that steered us to the front counter after asking what we needed over there. We were going to hang out but we weren’t asked anything other than how many doughnuts were we getting. Well it might have been 2-3 dozen. We’ll never know now.

Hot doughnuts sign was flashing so we stopped. My grandsons had never eaten a krispy kreme donut before, especially a hot one. The beautiful person behind the counter gave each child a hot doughnut! They were thrilled and they loved them! We picked out some new favorites for them, strawberry glazed for the little one and chocolate glazed creme filled for the oldest. My favorite is the same as the oldest's! We will be back! Thanks Krispy Kreme for making their day! Today, May 31, I stopped because the hot doughnuts sign was flashing. I ordered a dozen "hot" doughnuts. They were lukewarm at best. I also ordered the Dolly Parton peach cobbler, banana pudding and chocolate cream pie doughnuts. The peach cobbler was stale and when I took a bite, all of the topping cracked and all of it fell off the doughnut. No peach cobbler flavor. The banana pudding doughnut tasted like banana pudding, but it was VERY sweet, even for a doughnut. Chocolate cream pie, nope, not a fan. Won't order them again. Disappointing visit.

I didn't go to Krispy Kreme. I went to WalMart next door. I exited parking lot between the two businesses.

Gave this place a one star after waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes before they open to purchase fresh warm donuts. When they open at 6am they took my order then to tell me they don’t have any fresh warm donuts. When I ask how old they were she said they were made yesterday. Needless to say my warm donut craving was crush and I left disappointed. 👎

My family has always chose KK as our donut place. We have always went to the one downtown but decided to try the one on 9 mile twice. Both times the service was good but we were disappointed on the donuts. 😔 One dozen mixed variety was 17$ and they came out disappointing small. My sons chose the cake batter and it was barely 2 1/2 inches round as well as my husband's cream stuffed. These were a tad bigger than a cake pop. (Not to mention the cream inside was about the size of a quarter) The chocolate barely covered the top. I'm not sure if someone was just having a bad day making these, or the store was running out of supplies? Next time we have a craving for donuts we will go to the one downtown unfortunately the one on 9 mile was just upsetting. I tried to add a picture and it's zoomed in.

Cashier began to take our order didn’t ring it in and walked away. He went and sat down with two other employees and left us standing there. Another lady came up and was confused because the genius that started taking our order initially didnt even put in into the computer. She was also rude about and walked over to ask another employee about the order. Totally unprofessional, THREE employees just sitting at a table doing nothing. This store needs to clean house and get a manger that can actually manage. Lazy stupid employees are indicative of poor management and bigger issues. Don’t go here until corporate replaces these useless idiots. We just walked out and went somewhere else.

The reason I gave 3 stars is because for this location the doughnuts were supposed to be hot. They’re always hot at 9am…it was 9am and there were no hot doughnuts. Disappointed ☹️ Wanted a hot glazed

Picked up a dozen glazed donuts and a caramel latte via drive thru. Donuts are excellent. Sometimes, you get tiny donuts, and if you're paying near $15 for a dozen, it's pretty trash if you get small donuts. All dozen were a good size. Latte was fine, nothing to complain about. The car in front of me, though, apparently ordered 8 dozen donuts and sat for nearly 10 minutes.

Love Krispy Kreme but this location always seems to be missing whatever donut it is you want at that time.

My experience was awesome the lady in front of me is a Saint. The clerk who was helping her argued with her. I heard the customers order and it was the clerk who was mistaken but she constantly told the customer she was wrong and corrected the customer on at least 2 different occasions. The counter lady was husky with an overtime and glasses. My employees better never treat a customer that way. The customer bit her lip and smiled.

Management really needs to get their act together. The place is always understaffed and it’s a 50/50 chance you’ll either have your mobile order ready when you walk in or you’ll have to wait 30 minutes past the time it says it’s ready. Today my order was ready, but it was sitting behind the counter for 30 minutes before some walked to the front to hand me the box.

It was too early in the morning for the cashier to be rude about blueberry donuts

Probably will never visit this location again. Placed an online order, and after waiting 30 minutes past the ready time, I asked an employee if it was going to be done soon. He informed me I had to wait in the line with everyone else. Mind you this was a line of at least 20 people. What is the point of doing an online order just to have to wait 30 minutes then another 20 in line ? When I asked for a refund instead, I heard the manager making snarky remarks about me, and the employee came back and told me she was too busy to process a refund. So I left the store and called and asked for a refund and was again denied. They closed the store for the day without me receiving a refund or my food which is horribly unprofessional. I guess next time I want donuts I’ll just come take them and pay a few days later since that’s an acceptable way they do business there . Ridiculous.

The dozen of assorted donuts is now $23. They are smaller and have almost no filling. Flavors of the filling also deteriorated. The box of assorted donuts used to be so heavy and they had hard time to fit them in it. We used to say, who would go to DD when we have KK? Not anymore. Hard pass.

Between 6:15-6:30 am, they only had 4 choices of doughnut and only yesterday's holes. The staff member blamed it on a sale they had yesterday.

I've literally never had a good experience at this Krispy Kreme. I frequent the drive-thru and the people working the intercom and window are overall unfriendly and slow to respond and understand orders. I was concerned, at my most recent visit, to see trays of doughnuts outside the rear of the store attracting bees. Perhaps these were meant for the dumpster, but why leave them there to attract insects? Several employees were sitting outside the front door as I drove up to the drive-thru, so if the doughnuts were trash, a staff shortage was not preventing them from being disposed of properly.

Your donuts way too small. You use machine to mix cut and cook Try making them by hand. Like Winchell's donuts did in 70s 80s

Placed a large (4 dozen) online order hours ahead of time and it wasn't ready when I came to pick up. There were 8 people in the back, chatting and swearing. Seems like a fun place to work/hang out, but the customer service wasn't up to standard. I saw another woman come and wait at the front for five minutes, unnoticed, before walking out. Finally, I was told I'd have to wait another 10 minutes or more because they were out of my order. What's the point of ordering ahead if they're not ready for me?

The guy at the window was very nice. Sign wasn’t working and the communications pedestal made it very hard to hear each other. Made a simple experience pretty complicated.

I called needing information about a specialty item. I was greeted with courtesy. Later when I arrived to make my purchase, it was quick and easy. Their original glazed donuts are delicious and addicting especially if you catch them when the "hit" light is lit up/on. My spouse especially likes their cinnamon rolls.

Had almost no selection. Hot sign wasn't on even though they were making doughnuts. Previous visits were no better. Once I was in the drive thru line when the hot sign was turned off and was told I couldn't get hot ones. Visit before that hot ones were not ready at the time posted online. They started them almost an hour late. The person that waited on me yesterday was the only good thing about the visit.

Delicious, warm, fresh, soft donuts! The prices are unfortunate($17.99/dozen), but the service is great. My dad especially loved this location on 9-mile. He would come all the way to pcola to get donuts.

I was late to work because no one answered the drive thru! I had to go inside after waiting a few minutes at the drive thru. The lady said who ever is supposed to do the intercom drive thru was not there. It was 0620, they open at 0600. I received my assorted dozen which was good as always. In contrast, Burger King, located next door, demonstrated exceptional service despite their own staffing challenges. With only two employees working, they managed to accommodate our needs swiftly and efficiently. This experience highlighted the importance of adaptability and customer-centric approaches even in challenging circumstances. While my disappointment lies primarily with the lack of communication and flexibility from Krispy Kreme, I would like to applaud Burger King for their ability to provide excellent service despite their own limitations. I hope that Krispy Kreme will address this issue promptly and find ways to better serve their loyal customers during staff shortages. Bought donuts to take to my daughter after an ER visit for an accident. Kk are her favorite.

Looked it up online for hours of being open in lobby. Says till 7pm. I arrived at 5:50. Sign in door says closed. If added to website I could have avoided a trip. I don't do drive thru because restaurant I go to can't get order correct. I prefer going in. It ends up faster that way.

Lobby closed. Horrible customer service through the drive thru. Wrong order, very rude staff. Unfortunately we will not be using them for school functions anymore.. Close this place down.

I love Krispy Kreme, but the the workers here on this particular day, we're extremely slow and seemed like it was going to take forever for me to get up to the counter to place an order, so I ended up leaving. Unfortunately they don't even look like they care enough to move quickly and provide quick customer service. I will eventually visit here again just to see if it was a one-off, but hopefully they will be able to move much quicker the next time I visit.

Mid-afternoon this location was not open for inside business. Then, my favorite donut, white icing, was no longer on the menu, so I was disappointed.

Donuts were ok. They had several mislabeled and none hot. The cashier put all our donuts in the box and then walked off. We were about ready to leave when he saw us and said "I forgot about you!". It was underwhelming and meh but the store was very clean. The other employees that were in break in the dining area greeted us friendly.

I remember them being so amazing so I decided to stop and get a dozen for the family I went in and was trying to decide what we wanted I honestly felt like I was bothering the lady just by being there cause she was visiting with someone so any questions I ask I was answered with short responses with a attitude 😔. Their donuts are so good! They have so many options to choose from. The banana pudding one looks tempting and I will try it one day! I especially liked that they give you a free donut to eat while you’re ordering. How cool! It was very clean and staff was friendly.

I went in, and all the workers were busy talking to each other to help customers. 3 different people came in and walked out while I was waiting to be helped. Are they too lazy to take down the signs of what it not available. I won't be back at this location.

This KK is not as good as the one downtown. I am so glad they built a new one, but this one doesn't have "hot" time as the other, plus it seems to have less flavors of donuts then the one downtown.

Since when does Krispy Kreme not serve crème filled doughnuts without the chocolate icing!??? No caramel latte ordered vanilla it tastes like international delight no coffee taste at all !!!!!!!! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for the glazed donut I bought!! Goin to Dunkin’ for coffee from now on! Or anyplace really at least they serve actual coffee!!!! What a waste of money!!
