Super friendly people. Owners are friendly and present. Fantastic drive in burgers! Great helpers of their local community.

The food was amazing as always! However I do think they shrunk down their large shake size container in comparison to other ice cream shops . It was still good though. Bidenomics at work.

Really good burgers and ice cream treats. They have thin cut french fries which are my favorite and they were hot and fresh. They have all walk up window outside or you can order inside. They do have inside dining. They are only open April through October.

The wonderful people behind the counter make Dee's a special place to stop and grab some food. They have wonderful ice cream as well as some hearties food if you're looking for a meal. A cute establishment with a good bit of history behind it.

We stopped at Dee’s on our way to Walker and really enjoyed the visit. The food was great—fishwich and crispy chicken deluxe—and the service was friendly and personal. We’ll definitely stop at Dee’s again when we’re up this way.

Nice small town burger joint that offers all the regular burger stand food. We ordered a double cheeseburger and a “big” burger, one with fries (a ton of shoestring fries) and one with curly fries and a vanilla malt. Obviously popular as it was busy and we had a wait, but as the sign says, the food is made fresh after you order it. Overall good meal and we will definitely go back!

This place is a great stop for a burger and sides. We tried the burgers, fries and cheese curds. Everything was great. The guy at the register was welcoming and helpful. The family sized fry is absolutely huge but 3 of us finished it and we had tornadoes after. They were absolutely delicious too. This place is worth the short drive.

Cool atmosphere with a retro vibe, however, the food was disappointing. The burger quality is not good, it is basic frozen, overcooked, unseasoned patties. I wouldn't drive back there for one. If it was fresh or handmade burgers, I would comeback to try Dee's again. The cheese curds were the highlight of the meal but they didn't come with any dipping sauce and when I asked for Ranch, there was a fee after we already paid.

The staff working were very kind and polite. The food came out pretty quick, considering it was a bit busy in the restaurant. The burgers and ice cream were delicious. It was my first time visiting, and it definitely won't be my last. Great place.

This was the first time I ate there this year, I got the cheeseburger combo. The burger was very good and I chose to get the onion rings instead of fries. While I received a good amount of onion rings, there were a little over cooked. I took my grandson and he enjoyed the meal but the booster seat was very sticky on the sides, all of them were that way. All in all the meal was good

Double burger is like a big Mac except bigger and better. So good! I got the cheese curds, those were average. Onion rings were good. The ice cream was good.

Our family absolutely loves this little diner! We enjoy a great burger and ice cream from time to time. It is a great addition for Barnesville and extremely convenient for those traveling to and from the lakes. Now if we could convince them to serve food all year long 😜

Friendly staff and delicious tornado treats! I tried the dirt tornado that came with a gummy worm. My friend tried the cherry chip tornado and said it was the best combination, like a cherry dipped cone!

The cheeseburger was so good and the chicken strips were moist but we had dessert while we waited!!!

Dee's Drive-In is a excellent restaurant outside of Barnesville, Minnesota. They have a great selection of food, cool decor, a clean environment to sit inside with enough seating, including outside seating, and polite staff. First time going here, I had a double bacon cheeseburger combo with curly fries and a chocolate chip tornado. The first bite out of the double bacon cheeseburger, I could tell that care went into this meal. I could taste everything in the burger, and was grilled to perfection. This is the definitely the best double bacon cheeseburger I have ever had. Also, there are enough curly fries to satisfy your appetite, and the chocolate chip tornado was delicious. Will be stopping by Dee's Drive-In again to sit down to a meal worth paying and waiting for.

Great food, great service, and an old school atmosphere and layout makes Dee's a top 5 spot in the lakes getaway area. I hate to drop other names, but this would be comparable to a Culvers experience, but with much better service, and curly fries. For it being Memorial Day weekend, the team was friendly as could be, and this is something I rarely see at "fast" food these days. This is restaurant quality food and ice cream at fast food pace. Will surely stop here often from now on. Would be a fun small interior to spice up for the full experience with music.

Not a drive in - eat-in, or you can order and wait in your car for them to shout your name through a take out window. Odd, but tasty burgers and the potatoe wedges were great.

Don't let the outside fool you. This place packs a punch. Everything is prepared hot and fresh. The food actually tasted like real food and had great flavor. I had the BLT and the bacon was crisp and tasty. Potato wedges were excellent and the best part of all, they use the good ice that is the tiny chunks.

We found this place on our drive home from Canada to Wisconsin. I'm so glad we stopped. It was right off the highway, cute and cozy. I loved all the 50's and 60's decor. The staff (which I think may also the owners) were very friendly and the food was great. If you like coffee and ice cream you must try the Coffee Latte. I forgot what it was called exactly, but it was amazing and I wish they were closer to home. I would definitely eat there again and would be a regular if we lived anywhere near there.

What a surprise. We were in town for a geocaching camping weekend and one of our stops brought us here at lunchtime!!! My favorite was the perfect blueberry shake.

I usually eat at the Dilworth location, but I happened to be doing a special delivery in lakes country so I stopped here on my way out. The staff here were great too and so was the burger, onion rings and malt!!

When you are out and about stop by here. The food is amazing the shakes are so good I had two. It is truly a drive in from the past. I can honestly say the food here is made with love. We will be back.
