Messed up a large order and misssed about 30$ worth of food and the girl at the counter got smart over the phone and was resistant to giving us the food they missed. As if it was my problem

The kids were so kind and well mannered I was on my lunch break and they definitely made my day! Wings are phenomenal!

Edit... So they told me to email them so they can fix this problem. I've emailed them not heard nothing back so as I said they don't care. Looks like I really messed up by ordering from Dickey's. I'm going to stick to mission BBQ. I ordered the three meat. I got three meats but not the three I ordered. I should have pork chicken brisket instead. I've got pork brisket and sausage. Got to have old green beans from yesterday. I can tell by the color of the bacon or whatever this meat wanted to be. Hard baked beans. I guess since I ordered through Uber they don't fix nothing. That's so nice. Good thing I'm stuck at work for 12 hours and ain't got nothing to get to eat. Out $32 couldn't even get nothing good. Thanks for not delivering and being part of the problem, not the solution

Hands down one of the best bbq chains ever!!! The brisket chilli is to die for.

Cold, dry, flavorless meat on a super thick bun. Nothing about this was appealing.

The food was delicious, including the barbecue items and the sides we chose. Service was great, the small team on hand for a Sunday afternoon was quick, efficient, and friendly. We'll be back!

This is the best BBQ place on the east side of Cincinnati! They offer incredible food, have a passionate, friendly staff who take pride in their work and they love to have fun with their menu options. I eat here at least twice a week and it’s my go to food spot! They also have the best loaded baked potatoes and chili!

Tried the kids meal. Mac & cheese was delicious. Pulled pork looked more liked stringy chicken, but tasted good. Small tables so we had to combine tables to seat 7. Chris was so friendly and made our group feel very welcome.

I have been to Dickey's BBQ in Milford, Ohio several times, usually with my family. They serve delicious food and are polite, friendly and always helpful. Everytime I go there I always feel like going back again. On top of their great BBQ they have delicious sides. I really like the cold slaw and my sister loves their fried Okra. Give them a try.

Visited the Milford,OH Dickeys store this afternoon for this 1st time ever. Honestly, the only reason they're getting 5 stars is because I can't give them 6. Mike and Peyton were very friendly and professional. They greeted me with smiles as soon as I walked in. I noticed there was a mix-up with the order and they quickly fixed it. The food was AMAZING !! We definitely will be back! THANK YOU!!

The best barbecue sauce, and great pulled pork sandwiches too, but it the barbecue sauce that always makes me go back again and again😋😋😋

I recently had a delivery from Dickey's Barbecue Pit and I must say, the food was quite good. The ribs were particularly flavorful and cooked to perfection. However, I was disappointed to find that they had forgotten to include the sauce I had requested. Despite this small mishap, I would still recommend trying out Dickey's for their delicious barbecue options.

Marcus and Company always treat us like royalty. They're great people and they make fantastic food.

Food was okay. Meat was pretty good, sides were just okay. I have had better BBQ but have certainly had worse. The service was excellent! It was just me & my 16 month old son and the manager delivered our food to our table & set up a highchair for me as I had my hands full with my son.

Grabbed some lunch and not only was the food fantastic, the Lunch Staff was so welcoming and attentive. Had the brisket sandwich and fries and it was absolutely delicious. Great food from some great people. Highly recommend!!

Decided to try this place and I wasn’t disappointed. It was not busy so I picked a great time to try it the service was very fast and friendly the food was hot and tasted great I got the 3 ribs and FF and I added a side of Barbecue baked beans. The experience was fantastic!

Classic Dickey's BBQ (which is very nice), but with a bit of a shaved down menu. No more spinach (no leafy greens at all anymore actually...), no ice cream, no onion tanglers... I especially miss the onion tanglers. They were AWESOME!! Very friendly service. I ordered via the app for pickup to take advantage of the in-app only deal. Arrived a smidge earlier than planned, but they'd just finished packing it all up to be hot & ready! Very well done! It's starting to really annoy me that so many restaurants are now offering in-app only deals. Usually they're great deals, but why can't I get out of my car and enjoy exactly what the app gives at the deal price in the restaurant? It's MOST annoying with restaurants that serve food that's "challenging" to eat in a car. (Yes, I'm looking at you, Popeye's with your awesome bone-in chicken that is every car lover's nightmare to eat in the car.) Back to Dickey's! You can never go wrong with either the pulled pork or chicken at Dickey's. Highly flavorful without being dried out. The brisket will be hit or miss, depending on whether you like your brisket fatty or not, as it will vary with the particular cut you end up with. The chicken breast is awesome too! The Mac n cheese is good, but not creamy or cheesy enough. (Again, a nod to Popeye's for the best fast food Mac n cheese I've ever tried, but, hey, they don't do BBQ, so...). Definitely worth a stop on for a quick BBQ fix at a reasonable price (especially if you snag an app deal like the BOGO 2-meat plate special!)

Amazing place to eat at, They have friendly staff and will ensure you have a great meal. I love their food and it is reasonable pricing for it as well. Would recommend.
