The manager is very attentive and nice, the best place I could have brought my grandparents!!!

Got the lunch special….grilled chicken sandwhich wit 2 sides. Asked for crispy fries but they were kind of limp and soggy, beans seemed fresh out of the can(no seasoning or meat), chicken was dry and flavorless. Don’t waste your money.

Hands down, the best barbecue I’ve ever eaten in my life. Fantastic staff, wonderful service, and amazing food!

First time trying them out as I’ve heard nothing but good things. Needless to say, my French fries were almost raw and my pulled pork sandwich buns were hard enough to knock someone out with it 😭!

If I could give ZERO for food I would. Stopped in for something different for lunch. Ordered chicken wings and coleslaw. The amount of chicken on the six wings wouldn't fill a two year old! And the slaw was very mediocre. If you're looking for something different that's even somewhat good and filling, I would suggest going elsewhere! And, very disappointing in the high price for the amount of food you DON'T get.

Oh my goodness, the food is amazing. Had the brisket chili Mac n cheese as a starter and it was so delicious. The brisket and rib plate was the main course and it was just perfect. Highly recommend you try Dickeys.

It's a nice enough place and the food is good. Prices are a bit high for what you get.

This place looks really good from the outside, but the food was disappointing. Nothing was bad, but it was very mediocre, luke warm, and thrown on a plate in two minutes. Service was ok, one guy seemed to be training and the other woman seemed to be annoyed and was not that friendly. Brisket 4/10 Ribs 6/10 Mac and cheese 7/10 Fries 6/10 Wings 5/10 Expected more, probably won’t go back.

We tried to eat at this Dickey's location for the first time a couple of months ago, only to find the door locked during regular business hours in the middle of the day. Decided to give them one more try this week, this time they had signs saying "new management". It seemed that the changes were for the better, our BBQ sandwiches/sides were delicious and the service was fast & friendly.

From what I understand they've recently had a change of owner and management. I've personally never had any issues with this location. They're open a bit later now which is nice. The food is great and portions are decent. I usually order take out and everything is always quick and packaged nicely. In terms of correctness, presentation, and consistency of orders, you really can't beat this place, especially if you're wanting BBQ. I recommend the meat platters as they offer some good variety.

This location is nothing shy of the best! All the employees have smiles on their face and the food is always fresh & never fails to satisfy my bbq cravings. Truly the best bbq around!

Just ordered 50.00 worth of food. Waited until it was picked up to say they were out of chicken. Advertise fresh cut fries but they are actually frozen, advertise green beans and bacon but they are just plain canned green beans. Refuse to answer when you call their number. Terrible service and terrible food for the price. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is by far the worst barbecue food I have ever had, and the customer service matched the quality of food. I ordered a 3 meat plate and a 2 meat plate, all 3 kinds of the meat we got were extremely dry, it’s the middle of lunch and they couldn’t be bothered to cook another Mac and Cheese which is ridiculous considering they close at 9pm. The one Mac and Cheese I did receive was hard and crusted like it had been sitting out, on top of having a weird chemical taste. The green beans were cold and unseasoned like the manager that hung up on me. I will admit the fries were very good, and the coleslaw was the saving grace for the dry overcooked meat. 10/10 would not recommend. They claim to want to resolve your issues but I’ve emailed them twice since their response and have yet to hear from anyone another company that doesn’t care about customers

I honestly enjoy eating at Dickey's BBQ. However, this specific location does not reflect the standard of food quality and service I've come to expect. I've only left one bad review prior to this one in 10 years... Pros They were open? The employee was friendly Cons - Most of the menu items were unavailable - The items that were available had issues -The Brisket was cold, I'm assuming it was left over from yesterday and chilled overnight. -The green beans had no seasoning - The employee hinted to being late for work and didn't have the time to prepare before opening. - It took 15 minutes for the employee to even take my order. I'm from Texas and have been cooking BBQ for 20 plus years, and Dickey's is normally a decent substitute while I am traveling. This location has definitely made me think twice about eating a Dickey's moving forward.

Showed up at 11 and they told us they weren't opening until 11:30. Almost gave them an extra star for telling us. But, I didnt.

I love Dickies but guys....update your hours. Just stopped here at 7pm on Sunday and locked and closed. Sign and Google say 8:30 pm

Had a great brisket sandwich. The lone employee was not very helpful or outgoing. Maybe she was just having a not so good day. I would try Dickey's again, just maybe a different location.

The bbq sauce was very good. The chicken was dry and the sides were bland. The soda machine was out. The one person working was friendly.

My family and I used to love coming to this Dickie’s BBQ location but it has gone completely downhill. We spent over $50 dollars on food and some it it was barely editable. The chicken and baked potato were so dry they were hard to eat. We were they only patrons the entire 45 minutes to 1 hour we were there and after we ordered the lady working forgot what we ordered. The ice cream machine was broken. They did not have some sides and it took over 20 minutes to get our food.

This was our second time stopping at this Dickey’s on our way to Orlando. Back in December our experience was as we expected from Dickey’s and was on point. This time not so much. The online ordering system was turned off and when we arrived at the restaurant we quickly discovered why. It is apparent the restaurant owner is cutting costs. Half the regular menu items were not available, they didn’t have the Big Yellow Cups only the small ones. They didn’t have the dinner rolls and said they changed the menu to no longer offer them and instead now offer Texas toast. Their version of Texas Toast was a slice of white bread 😳. The BBQ beans were runny and the brisket was fatty. If they are in financial distress then they need to go ahead and shut down. Those of us that travel and frequent Dickey’s across the country know better. This is the worst Dickey’s experience that we have encountered and we will not be back.

Order GubHub once it was delivered sat at table and started to dig in. The bread looked good but was very hard Baked beans literally seem like they were just pour into the cup straight out of the can. Room temperature cold. Cole slaw was the best side but I don't really like Coleslaw. The pulled pork was nice and tender however no flavor same with the brisket. I will never order that again.

The owner is very nice, but it seems like she’s struggling. The food always seems old, the soda machine is always out of something and the ice cream machine never works. After 4 attempts we’ve kinda given up on this place.

This was our second location to try. A bit disappointed as we got less food here for more money. Didn’t have many choices for soda and sweet tea was borderline. Ice cream machine not even turned on. Probably will not return to this location. PS the young lady working here was very nice so no reflection on her.

My husband brought me a brisket sandwich home and it was truly the best I ever had. It was so tender it melted in my mouth and perfectly seasoned. I’ve had bbq from many other places in my lifetime but this was hands down the best!!

Pretty sad excuse for BBQ. Our ribs were over cooked, dry stringy meat that fell right off of black burnt bones. It's shame to spend so much time making ribs just to let them burn and then have the nerve to sell them as food. Below is a picture of where my teeth bit through the meat of a rib and right on through the over cooked blackened bone!

Awful customer service!! Did receive all our food tried calling several time and memory is full so, I put a email in and haven’t heard a thing. No ice cream not coke product. DO BETTER!! At least Willie Jewels takes care of their customers!!! U deserve no stars!!

Way way to much money to be missing items didnt even give us silverware much less onions and pickles BBQ sauce which should be included with classic family pack only brisket no idea where the pulled pork was and honestly even with the pulled pork for this kinda money from now on I'll got to sonnys spend 15 bucks less get everything and much larger meal

Can’t say thank you enough!…Was in a tough spot when our caterer fell through last minute for my sons birthday. Walked in and spoke to the nicest lady who I believe is the owner and she said she had me covered no problem!! She took my order, I went next door and did my last minute shopping and only 20 mins later she had everything ready for me! We got a whole bunch of racks of ribs and they were so delicious and the meat fell right off the bone. Plus the pulled pork was also amazing! Will definitely be back to support this business. Thank you so much for saving the day!

After reading the reviews on here, I was a little hesitant. But it wasn't as bad as some people made it out to be. I cook a LOT of BBQ myself personally and quite frankly, I've had worse at many other places. I don't know if I would say Dickie's is the best, but they definitely weren't bad. I am probably a little biased in that I think I put out pretty good BBQ myself so it really takes a lot for something to stand out and grab my attention. I snuck a peek in their cooler and the briskets and meat selection was pretty impressive overall. There was nothing cheap or subpar in the meat selection. I had the brisket/turkey/jalapeno sausage combo plate with the cabbage slaw and Jalapeno beans. The brisket was pretty good but needed a little something to make it pop, the turkey was definitely juicy and the sausage was very good, not overly spicy and tasted good with the cheese mixed in which honestly I wasn't expecting that. Brisket could have been a little more juicy for my taste, but it wasn't bad. The sauce selection was ok, nothing overly hot or sweet, but a welcome compliment to my meat choices. I didn't particularly care for the texture of the beans, as they seemed a little hard and not cooked long enough to be tender for my taste, but they wasn't horrible. The slaw was actually pretty good, crispy and not drenched in sauce to a liquid like state..just a nice flavorable and crunchy consistency. Might have used a bit more tanginess for my taste but was very good. The wife had the okra and it was on point..crispy on the outside , tender and tasty on the inside. Her turkey was same as mine, moist and tender. Overall, the place was clean and small seating but was nice. The girls serving were very nice and answered any questions I had, showed me food choices I asked about and were very polite. Now the cost...for portion size, I would say it's a tad expensive, but certainly it wasn't the most expensive, I've actually paid more at Zaxby's for way less. For the $40 we spent, I would like to see the portion size increased a tad, at least make it a meal. I left still feeling a little hungry and I am not a huge eater by any means. As a side note, looking at reviews on here, I think the man responding to reviews should become a little more invested, as his response to almost every negative review might as well be rubber stamped, it is literally word for word the same response everytime. As a consumer, that would make me even more angry if I felt I had a bad experience. I know my customers want a personal response when they have an issue and take it to heart when I respond to them personally addressing their specific concerns good or bad.

Ordered through Uber eats and didn’t receive half of my order that I paid for. Called the restaurant at least 15 times and was hung up on every time!!!! The driver went back to pick up the missing items and the restaurant said that they will not replace them because everything was sent. Will never order from here again. Also the food was super dry and not worth it.

I have been to numerous Dickies locations across a few different states, and this was by far the worst. There was only one person working and she didn’t know what she was doing. 7pm at night and one worker (9/20/22), that seems unsafe and not good for business. We had to tell her what we wanted over and over and over. She walked away at some point and came back with AirPods in her ear talking on the phone to someone? I assume it was because she has had no idea what she was doing, but it was so unprofessional. It also took about 20 min for us to get our food and pay, we were the only people in there. On top of that the food was cold, there tea was bad, there was little sauce in the containers, and the ice cream machine was off. It was also extreme fishy that we had to enter our card number into the pay system, I have never had to do that anywhere. Hoping we don’t get scammed after doing that. Prices are way too high for this kind of service, and we’re expected to tip? I can see from more recent reviews that many people agree with me on these feelings, so I’m hoping this location makes some serious changes.

Walk in, everything is a up charge, don’t remember anything we got, asked every 10 mins what we got.. there out of basically everything. All the salt patches were solid. Food over cooked barley give you anything. Messed up take out orders, and Ubers take outs. OVER PRICED ALSO. Ice cream machine was off and they huff and puff the whole time while working. I absolutely love the one in Texas but this one was horrible..,😢

Let's start with the customer service... they both had stank looks on their faces attitudes while taking our order and couldn't remember our orders worth a dam... then the meals we got tasted terrible the meat wasnt hot i went to add salt to it and couldn't because the salt packets were all clumpy and unspreadable and they gave me a civil war style bread called hartac... it will break ur teeth and now let's talk about prices... so overly priced for the amount of food u get... o don't drink all ur soda because it's a $1 to refill and boy do the watch u... my father dumped out the rest of his soda n the girl spoke up and asked are u planning on getting a refill my father responded no and she replied ok just making sure they didnt even have their ice cream machine on.... do not eat here unless ur looking for horrible service or the 2 ladies are gone!!!!

Ordered pulled pork sandwiches and ribs online at 11 am for 1130 am pick up.arrived at 1135 am and owner was present.I told owner that I was there for pick up.Order was not started.At 1155 am order was finally ready.Pulled pork was really dry.Ribs we’re very tender but unfortunately had no flavor.Poor customer service and not so good food.In reply to Dickeys response I contacted Dickeys corporate right after and was told they were going to talk to owner and call me back.It’s been 2 weeks and no call.So not only is their food and customer service bad but they also are not honest.

My fiancé and I went to Dickeys tonight for our first time, ever, and though I typically read reviews on places before trying them out- I am SO happy I did not! I am saddened to read such negative reviews for this establishment, it’s food and of its employees. We ordered two different types of plates, we tasted the chicken, brisket, ribs and the sausage.. as well as their Mac n cheese, loaded potato casserole, and jalapeño beans - DELICIOUS! Every last bit of what we ordered was simply delicious!! Their sweet bbq sauce and spicy bbq sauce taste so good! (Not too much heat) - the service was limited (2 women) but VERY attentive and friendly! Honestly, both women were so sweet! Portions were plentiful, if you’re not full afterwards- go eat at a buffet, smh. I would highly recommend ignoring the negative reviews if you’re reading them ahead of trying this place out, and give this place a try! As well as, for the love of Pete’s sake, be patient and respectful to the employees. Our experience deserved a 5 star rating, we will definitely be back for more yummy food and great service! Thank you ladies for the great meal 🥰

worst BBQ I ever (tried) to eat. I got pulled pork and kielbasa sandwich. it was served at room temperature. the pork was overcooked and had no flavor. the sausage was undercooked and I didn't eat it. beans came from a can I watched her open (Bush's). fries were ok. Wife's order was worse than mine. signs and website say authentic Texas BBQ. as Jerry would say "that was a lie".

Uber eats. Food lukewarm at best. Caesar Salad had no dressing. Very small meat on slider. Slider rolls inedible—looked uncooked. Won’t eat here again

I put in an order, already paid online and the female that I went up to get my food April 21 st 2022, was very nasty. She stated there online system was down and didn't make any effort to even look at our order number and receipt for payment. She didn't offer to take another order or anything. She was just rude. Customer service here is not good. Called corporate to inform them that I paid and didn't receive food ,they will be refunding the order and let them know that this places customer service is very nasty

Did Inflation kill the cow, or was it crushed by Covid? If you had asked me several years ago about my favorite BBQ joint, I would have been telling you tales of taste from Dickey's BBQ. That is not the case today, and based upon today’s experience, it won't be in the future. We stopped into Dickey's today for lunch. The prices were noticeably more expensive but that is the case everywhere in this environment. I ordered the two-meat special, including "Lean" brisket and Jalapeno sausage. My first denial was being told they were out of Waffle Fries by an older woman scowling from the back of the kitchen. It happens, no big deal, I thought. Next, I noticed the sausage had a light hint of color, appearing as if it had been in the warmer for "aging"? I would be remiss if I didn’t give credit to the employee helping us, she worked diligently to cut some lean brisket from the cantaloupe side ball of meat, she claimed was all the Brisket she had available. Her kindness drew a froggy look from the older woman in the kitchen. Hopefully, she won’t be reprimanded for doing her best to please a customer. After paying for our meal, including $2.95 for a drink I found that the Coca-Cola freestyle machine was out of soda. We tried Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Dr. Pepper, and Root Beer-all out! 3 bucks for charged water, I mentioned it to the staff, who claimed it was a broken machine. No offer of a refund or the potential truth that the cartridges inside the machine were empty. Lastly, we went to wrap up the petite dejeuner with a delicious Dickey’s staple, the complementary Ice Cream. Having sought out a cone from the register, I was greeted by a splash of milk from the machine. Apparently, it was in energy saving mode and not cooling the Ice Cream. So let’s recap, no waffle fries, meat was eh?, no drinks and no dessert, if it were not for the effort of the kinder of the two employees this would be a single star review. Hopefully, somebody does some ordering around Dickey’s soon

Corporate should go close this place. Two ladies served my family cold pulled pork, terrible ribs. The worst baked potato ever. I think the food must have been sitting in a warmer. Barbecue sauce was weirdly in pans. I know it’s not like this Orlando. Please go and fix this one or close. It’s embarrassing. I just have to say if anyone reads this is not a lie it is really bad and embarrassing for dickies franchise. Please do no go until they fix this place or shut it down.

I'll never order from here again. I just got my food and was completely disappointed at what I got. The portions are soooooo small and there was more fat than actual meat and even had to pay extra for brisket. The mac n cheese was cold, I didn't even get the pickles I ordered and they didn't even provide me a fork to eat with.

Decided to order online and after I made my order I got a call from the restaurant telling they don't have 3 out of the 4 items I ordered. Then proceeded to tell me that we cannot cancel the order after I requested to cancel it, Charge me for the food and never received it. If you want good barbecue don't go here

It was the best pulled peek I’ve eaten. The pork had a slight sweet taste. I’ll be back for more. Great service from all the staff who all carried a smile.

Ribs & Chicken dinner was TERRIBLE!!!.....ribs/Chicken was room temperature, Chicken wings had very little meat and very tiny. Was given a second order of ribs to make up for the warm ones and the were warm as well. ° $50 waste how upsetting.

Ordered pulled pork plate with sides. Paid extra for grub hub driver to drive all the way from wildwood to leesburg. Got food and it was ribs. called dickies to complain and was told oh you got a better deal. To which I replied umm no its not since its not what I wanted/ordered. Dickies ribs aren't pleasing to me. That pulled pork tho.

Delicious. My father took me to Dickey's for lunch after my flight in and we got a couple of sandwiches. Ordered the brisket and kielbasa combo but got brisket and pork instead. No biggie to me as it was Delicious but they made the sandwich I ordered for me to take home. Wow. Sooooo good. I recommend mixing the sweet BBQ sauce with the spicy(awesome!!!) Very friendly staff and prices are really good compared to anything in Seattle.

We ate at Dickey's in Wildwood, Florida (The Villages). What my wife and I liked about Dickey's was the brisket. It was absolutely tender and delicious. Unfortunately, it was the only item we really liked. The St. Louis style ribs were very dry and tough (burnt) and there was not much meat on the bones. The mac n cheese was just okay. We've had better. The coleslaw was okay. We both liked that, but we've had better. The rolls we got were very hard to chew even after nuking them in the microwave for about 10 seconds. The cookies were okay. They were soft and chewy. Our total bill for a couple two meat plates and two cookies came out to about $37. We were not impressed and will not return to Dickey's. You asked how Dickey's Barbeque Pit could do better to earn an additional two stars? If you really want to know, you could work on the information I shared in my review. Here it is the next day after our visit, and my wife and I are again talking about the awful experience we had with our take out meal. We really wanted our 1st experience with Dickey's to be a good one. We both love barbeque. I'm going to repeat what I originally wrote in my review: 1) The brisket was great. Actually, as good or better than other "quality" BBQ places we have visited. 2) The mac 'n cheese and coleslaw were okay. A little skimpy on the mac 'n cheese. 3) The chocolate chip cookies were good. 4) The roll was hard as a rock. We had to throw them in the trash. But hey, it was just a roll. 5) The biggest disappointment... The meat on the two St. Louis style ribs, were dry, burnt and literally had to be knife carved off the bone. There was very little edible meat left. I'm guessing the ribs were meatier before they were over cooked. Meat on ribs that are smoked correctly, should be moist, almost fall off the bone and easy to chew. I have to be honest with you. Giving 3 stars is more than generous considering the little food we received for $37. The reason I gave 3 stars was because I thought maybe it was an off day, I don't know? Placed a very large order here for a wedding rehearsal dinner and they were spot on. Very Friendly staff. Clean Environment. They had our order waiting when we got there and it was still hot!

John, Corbin and David were wonderful. They were the calm in the stormy day. Great food, fun and bright service. I got a 6 rib fall off the bone with Carolina BBQ. Had the chance to try my partners dickey's anniversary meal with a side of waffle fries. Those were great as well. To top it off, unlimited vanilla frozen yogurt. If you're feeling a little low, stop in for some sweet bbq love and care :>

spent my whole lunch break (1 hour) waiting for my online order. and when i got there they had the door locked so no one can come in. one of the employees told me she’s been sick in and out of the bathroom and then she starts touching the food WITHOUT gloves

Because of the fact that I apparently live under a rock, I had never heard of this place until today. If you're a naturally indecisive person, you may want to go on a day you're feeling particularly mentally strong. If not, you'll probably do what I did and stand there - for a long time, contemplating... Still deciding.. Yes, I'm still looking..still contemplating. I finally decide, but then look over and see another picture of a different item and it looking just as good, if not better, than the last. I finally decide on the loaded baked potato stuffed with pulled brisket with a side of sweet corn. My boyfriend, who by this time, has already ordered the mac and cheese with pulled brisket, gotten his drink, asked a handful of questions, gotten napkins and went to the bathroom..but I digress. Now, my boyfriend is not known for sharing his food or eating someone else's food. Perhaps it's because he's not an only child. 🤷 We've been together for a little over a year now and I've seen him eat something off of my plate once. We both took our first bites from our meals. The planets aligned, I dropped three pant sizes, the hair on my legs never grew back and I never had to shave again, fireworks, I had beautifully shiny hair, they no longer produced the orange and green skittles, and I never aged. That's what happened when I ate the food. My boyfriend finishes chewing, wipes his mouth with his towel, looks up at me and asks "do you wanna split the food?" Long story short - Yeah, I recommend and they have good food.

John and Eric did an excellent job helping us and the food was amazing . They even went out of the way and gave me the sandwich I wanted when I ordered the wrong thing. Very polite and curious would recommend the bbq!

Have ate here about 6 times and all 6 times has been very good, ate at 4 rivers just the other day and will not be eating there again. Dickeys hands down way better then 4rivers. Thank you for great food.

Amazing Food quality and price, the pulled pork is full of savory smokey melt in your mouth flavor and nothing could possibly beat the freshly made yeast roll, will definitely be back, thank you John and co.

Food great, decor great, counter-service a disaster. Served ( wrong word), order taken (took 5 minutes to take simple order) by a young women who we thought was a deaf-mute because she never spoke and her blank stare made you wonder if she even heard you. We found she was not, just untrained and incompetent. Frustrating.

First time there. Not the type of ribs my family and I like. Staff was fine. Portions of ribs were good sized. The sides were small (not enough). Sorry but too expensive for what it was. 2-6 ribs, 1-9 rib, 3-sodas, 3-sides = $68 + tip and food was not served to use they just called it out and we had to go get it.

First time at Dickies BBQ in The Villages and we will be back! The pulled pork was fabulous. I had the green beans and sweet potatoe fries. Green beans actually had flavor to them! So good. Hubby had potato casserole, pulled pork and BBQ beans. Generous, tasty food and service was southern friendly, just our kind of place.

So tonight was our first time trying this place and ummm... dont recommend it at all! We spent over $41 for 3 dinners. A Turkey dinner but we got a Ham dinner. The Brisket and Pulled Pork dinners were okay but sides were very small and all 3 of us are still hungry. We had also ordered an extra plain baked potato which was either 6 or 8 dollars and it looked and tasted like it sat around for hours. To top it off one of the sides were not what we ordered. Very disappointed!! Not to mention that we had found a blonde hair in the brisket.

I have been to this place twice and it has not changed any bit from the first time I went. The pulled pork is cold and has no flavor. the Sweet tea tastes like water. the pulled pork was bland. Honestly this place is nothing like Texas BBQ as it claims to be. You might as well go to Oakwood Express which is like 2 miles away they are quick good service better prices.

The worst money spent. $31.85 and still hungry. The brisket was cold and tough, the ribs... well just dont eat them not worth it. The beans must have came straight out of a can and the potatoes I will not go there. The food must have been leftover from yesterday. I gave the roll to our dog and he played with it like a toy, it was cold and hard. The tea taste like it was sitting there all day. I gave 1 star because the pork was great!! We will not go back, not worth the money at all...

The owners of this place are really nice, you can tell they care about their customers, and will do anything to make it right. The food here is amazing, the workers are friendly, and the service is great. Can't get enough of that mac'n cheese with pulled pork and cornbread crumble on top! Would recommend this place to anyone wanting some good BBQ weither you're passing through or are a local looking for a new place to eat.

I had the brisket today for lunch big mistake it was the worst brisket i have ever eaten. The brisket was very tough hard to cut and very bland. The roll was burnt and the beans also bland. The macaroni and cheese was excellent. My wife had pulled pork sandwich waffle 🍟 and macaroni and cheese. The pulled pork was good the waffle fries were excellent. I feel like i wasted almost $30. I've never had tough tasteless brisket thankfully the sauce was great. Very disappointed 😞 The table still had moisture rings from the people before us . only one other customer in store. Save your money go anywhere else.

Really gone down hill. Went there quite often but not for a month or so. No social distancing at all. The workers would have masks on half the time. No spaced tables. No cleaning equipment. No signs about virus. Tables dirty and not cleaned after people left. Dirty pens to sign check at dirty checkout. Front order guy was rude and slow. I left twice to do other stuff it was so slow. Ordered brisket and one rib with sides. Rib was good but the brisket was so dry and hard half ended up in the bucket. At dirty checkout,I questioned why the bill was higher then normal and was told they charged more for the brisket because of what's going on. Well its not posted,We don't want to be surprised, put a sign up. They have this dirty looking drink cup at checkout that is full of ink pens and other stuff that they hand you to sing the credit card slip. Just gross. I should have just left but went out to my car and got a hand wipe to wash the table and my hands before I ate. Like I said, no cleaning supply anywhere. Will never go back and would tell anyone to stay away for now. Owners need to get back they and run the place instead of going off to open another one. Not a good time to be loosing regulars.

Absolutely disgusting! Staff was at front door smoking. Then they went inside and started handing food, did not wash their hands. No masks for Covid19 prevention. There is too much competition for my dining $ to accept this behavior.

I’m Texan so I had to try this place when I found out it was Texan BBQ. Ordered through online for pickup, service was good and quick! Food was great. Would recommend to anyone that hasn’t been here yet.

Dickey's is our go-to place for BBQ. The meats have excellent flavor and the sides are fresh. We make our own bread at home and I have to say their bread is very good. The best part is the free ice cream.

We ordered pickles, never received. Our pulled pork sandwich had a piece of plastic in the center of it. Noone answers the phone when we call, But my ribs were the bomb..

Great bbq! I recommend 2meat plate of all pork ribs! They are super tender, and sides of creamed spinach (so good) and baked beans (also fantastic)! Highly recommended place for lunch or dinner

I dont know if this is the whole menu... I hope not because there is not a good variety of foods. Dickeys is supposedly coming to the Summerfield Walmart soon and I would like to view the entire menu including all the sides. If this menu is it, I will not be a customer, and as someone who's family eats out once a week, I am hoping for something different, but as it looks now... Sonny's has a better variety.... Hoping to not have to go that far since I am literally less than a mile away from Summerfield Walmart and this new place.

Stopped in for lunch today. The service was great but I definitely didn’t care for the chicken or the bbq beans. Very odd taste didn’t really care for the sauces. Definitely wouldn’t visit again.

First time visit and it definitely exceeded All of our expectations!! The food was absolutely delicious, staff very friendly and the Manger/Owner John was Very accommodating with menu recommendations, catering/holiday information... Went there last Saturday at noon looking forward to smoked wings and a combo. They were out of wings and burnt pork ends! So got the 3 meat plate. Chicken was very good but no physical signs like a smoke ring. The brisket was well done, no pink at all and no evidence of a smoke ring and somewhat dry, tasted good but not great. Pulled pork was good as was the Cole slaw and baked potato casserole. All sauces were very good. Texas toast was thick white bread with butter and heated but not toasted at all, just floppy bread. But the ice cream was very good. Seating inside was very small and uncomfortable due to customers standing and milling about within inches to your food. The outdoor seating and smoking was right outside both sides of the front door so you have to walk through second hand cigarette smoke to get in or out. Overall not impressed. Additional news. Sent the info as Cameron asked over 2 weeks ago and have received no response. I guess they don't care.

Good food at a reasonable price. Lots to choose from with their menu. I had the pulled pork sandwich topped with slaw. Wow. I was unsure what I wanted until one of the ladies offered me a sample of the pork. Plenty of sides to choose from. I had the mac/cheese and baked beans. Will definitely be getting them again. My wife got the brisket and was disappointed. She said it was dry and did look really dry. My son-in-law got the ribs and they were really good. Will be returning for sure.

Had your b.b.q last night, has no taste what so ever the sweet sauce taste like maple syrup the mac n cheese tasted like water and cheese and the beans were more runny than a water facet and bland. Ribs were small pork was plain and the beef was plain and tuff as wood it all sucked wouldn't never waste my money there again.

This place is the best love the cream spinach and best fries ever 🍟 ! People who complain are ridiculous you all are rockstars ! It’s a bbq place ! My husband loves it so do I ! And whoever complained about the flies is ridiculous! I’m sorry this place was clean when I came in this is Florida get used to it !!!!

The staff is great. The drink options are nice but could use beer. Food was dry. Needed extra packets of sauce. Flies were really bad. Establishment could use some air curtains to reduce fly count. Did not see any land on my food but still a concern. Will try again in winter time when flies aren't as bad.

Brisket had tons of fat in it. Side dishes ridiculously small. Building too small, people stepping on each other trying to get drinks, condiments,etc. One paper towel roll to dispense your own napkins...
