Great selection of donuts, awesome sour cream !! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Thank you for killing my love for French crullers. I no longer have an expectation to find any glaze on your French crullers. They are just a dry donut at this location. Sigh......

It's just too bright and not always the cleanest, but it's Dunkin'.Donuts and you can sit outside which is nicer

This place is a hot mess. Their TV menu board offered a breakfast empanada and a cinnamon vanilla iced coffee. BUZZER HERE. Nope.. no breakfast empanadas. Reason, it's discontinued. But I just saw it on the menu! Nope. No can do. Okay, how about the cinnamon vanilla iced coffee? BUZZER AGAIN. Nope. Reason, it is also discontinued. So, I ordered 2 items from the flashy screen and got denied each time. Really bad Dunkin. Why do you offer items you don't have? We U-turned for the door and got food at the Farmer 's market in Brownwood square. American may run on Dunkin, but I ran to the exit.

Service is too slow. Person taking orders is also preparing coffee and other stuff. Need one more person. Also inside store should be wiped often and cleaned for customers coming into establishment

Whoever was working around 5:00 Sunday evening should never be customer facing! Woman cashier was unpleasant, the other woman preparing the coffee had a nasty attitude, the only nice person was the young man behind the counter, he was fine. But the other 2, appeared annoyed when being asked a question or for a bit more cream in the coffee. The Boston cream donuts have shrunken and hardly any filling. Gone are the days when you had a great experience at DD... At least at the Brownwood location!!! 👎🏼

Did a pick up order for the office and of course an item is missing. I.dont have time to go back

This place struggles for quality customer service. There is always a long wait. Staff is rude at times…like they don’t want to be there and you are putting them out. I still love Dunkin coffee though.

They were super busy. I was able to order and have my food within 5 mins of walking in. Great coffee great donuts.

Not only is the manager and staff amazing people, but the coffee is the absolute best! Will never go to any other Dunkin! This team is the best ever!

Need to get people in there who want to work if your not a villager they treat you like an outcast the lady running the cash drawer is very nasty and rude

Elias and Valerie are wonderful. I came in at very end of National Coffee Day and they had us laughing after a long work day. My dad just went into rehab and I had been on the phone all day. They cheered me up great people 😄

Went in on 8/23 around early afternoon to pick up a doordash order and the wonderful woman working was quick and friendly and answered every question I had about coffee flavors and the best way to order a frozen coffee, told her I'd be back the next day to order for myself because the coffees she told me about sounded delicious. Went back the next day around noon and the same lady was there as well as another super friendly woman. The 1st woman (I feel bad for not getting her name) remembered me and made my 2 drinks perfectly and was just an all around amazing human. There's a dunkin less than 1 mile from me but because of her, I will now be driving out of my way to go to this location. She truly was awesome for answering every question I had and even questions I didn't know I had. Other coffee shops I've been to always seemed irritated by my questions because I don't know how to order a coffee I'll like at places like that but she went above and beyond. Managers, if you're reading this, see who was working at those times and give that woman a raise.

Had an ice coffee while met with someone there to.discuss insurance. Coffee was great it was a nice and comfortable location to meet.

Food & coffee were great. Service was great, expect a wait and skip the hash browns(6 in an order).😉

Love their coffee! Very crowded & long wait time but as I said ...love the coffee! My thought is that an express line for drinks only would have helped move customers through during the farmers market hours of operation. Just need to staff this for 4 hrs to keep folks happy!

Dunkin’ is a great gathering place for Villagers in Brownswood in the AM!

Dunkin in Brownwood Square in The Villages, Florida is welcoming with attentive, friendly staff who turn out great beverages. Staff usually greets clients and is quick to serve them. They tolerate my order: de-caf, sugar-free, almond milk Vanilla Lattte with a smile. Love the bacon & cheddar omelet bites. (Trying to avoid my fave: tasty chocolate-covered cake donut!) Last time I was in Dunkin’, I had a pleasant chat with a staff member discussing White Sox baseball because he was wearing a Sox cap. Clean restaurant with additional outdoor seating. I’ve also had positive experience in the Dunkin in Belleview and on Highway 441 in Leesburg.

employees are always arguing and the lady who took our order was kind of mean. only giving it two stars because i was here the other day and the employee who helped us was a sweetheart. wish she had a name tag so i could give her a shoutout.

The coffee is always hot and delicious! They run out of a lot of their menu items during the day. The service is not always up to speed. This I'm sure is a result of staff shortages. You'll get your items but it's sometimes slow and not always accurate when it comes to your drink orders. So make sure you double-check before leaving. I think it comes down to being patient as they have limited staff. I think a restaurant redo refreshing is also in order. It's outdated compared to other Dunkin restaurants.

We had gone to. D.D. for Dunkin Doughnuts for Their Great Coffee and we decided to get two Croissants with egg cheese and Bacon with a Couple of doughnuts for 15 bucks. It was a Great deal considering we were in the Villages....☕,🥐🥓🧀

It's a donut shop. Nothing more. Small seating area for location. I always felt rushed. Don't come often.
