Good job Subway the other satisfied

Had my son order food and pay for it and they didn't add any thing he said like they just put what they wanted I deserve refund or remade sandwiches but they didn't give my son a receipt.totally done wrong

I went to the store at 9:35 on a Monday night. I stood there for about five minutes until I saw a worker for the gas station. And asked if someone was working. He didn’t say anything but I believe went to go look for someone. After a few minutes he returned and said he didn’t know where she was maybe the bathroom I saw her come out from the bathroom area and when she got to behind the corner she asked what I wanted. I told her the BOGzo footlong special. She said I had to order it online. When I tried it said the store was closed. It was 9:47. The store stays open till 10. I asked her if I could still get the special since I had been there almost 15 minutes at this point. She said no. So I asked her for the managers name. She said she didn’t think she was allowed to give that out. So I asked for the store phone number. She said she didn’t know it. At this point I just gave up and walked out. Great customer service

Food was fresh and awesome!! So was the staff!

Kyle was the friendliest person I’ve met on my trip to Orlando. We joked about sleep so it sounds like he’s overworked and maybe under appreciated. He made my Gf and I road-trip by having a great heart while simply making our delicious pretzels. We need people like Kyle recognized for their efforts, he’s our last hope for great customer service.

The management should really find folks to work! 1 person trying to meet the needs of hungry folks on a time crunch doesn't make anyone happy. Not the poor employee or the customers. I didn't stick around to eat! Several others left, too. Sad when you keep a place open but don't staff it well.

Horrible customer service. Same short side lady with short black hair. Not only her unfriendly attitude but also the way she just looks at you like “get the F out”. Unfortunately didn’t get a receipt to add name.

Sign says open at 6 am , of course they don’t open until whenever they feel like opening.

My favorite place to get subs and this one especially is on point when it comes to customer services they ace it everytime I'm there. Thank you Subway

I dont know what is worst, the bread or the customer service. Very rude the only lady working there saturday 10th 7.30 am. I ate it about 15mins later and almost broke a teeth with the bread

Saturday August 6 at 330 pm I went in to order a sub. The only girl working was outside playing on her phone and smoking a cigarette. Never looked up to see if she had customers. I waited 15 min and then I noticed her yelling at someone on the phone outside so I walked to circle k next door and got food there. I will never come back its the 3rd time this kind of stuff has happened. They do not care about their customers at this location AT ALL.

Literally just went in to Subway all the glass cases were closed I saw a lady texting on her phone in the back I simply asked if they were open she replied you can wait a minute In the very rudest manner I will not be going back to this Subway ever She needs to learn some customer service skills Or just simply answer the question that I asked It's not hard

I went in very early, their night shift did a poor job of preparing for the day shift. However the Manager did her best to meet our needs in a very friendly and professional manner. She informed us of wait time due to previous call in order. The sandwiches were fresh and very tasty. It was very clean when we walked in. THANK YOU!

Food was good. It is in a Circle K, so kinda small.

They are good but always closed.

So I was just there 3/1 about 10 minutes ago. 1stoff the lady didn't put anything on the sandwich so I'm eating all bread. Secondly she cashed out the guy in front of me , had her glove on her left hand and pushed all the coin change into that glove. Never changed it, and put my lack of toppings on my sub with that nasty glove still on. I wouldn't go back to this Subway if you paid me to eat there. Gross! Yuck!

Made a great salad. Service a little slow. Not overly friendly.

Not as clean as the one down the road in Walmart. Felt very rushed through my order when I was only one in the store. Will travel extra mile to go to better one.

Good food, but rarely is staff out front at the counter when you arrive
