Cool local bar with good bar food

Every time I’m in the Keys Dillons is a must. We just had Wings, Prime rRib and the Blue Delmonico Steak. They were all excellent and at a great price. We love Dillons.

In town visiting. My brother and I had lunch with his friends. Wings and chic Ceasars salad wrap was delicious. Will have lunch again.

Corned beef and cabbage, French onion soup, and jerk chicken wings were all delicious! The bartender with the beard and bulldog is cool too! 😁

This place is our go-to when we get down to Tavernier. It has great food and reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and give it a try you won't be sorry.

Service was great and the environment was awesome. Not impressed with the food. Grab a drink and eat somewhere else. If you have to order something grab a burger. Least worst food to eat

From the moment we walked through the door, all the staff was very welcoming. We came to watch a Panther's game and was very pleased (besides the Cats taking a loss that night) We sat at the island high top in front of the bar and it was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids and a babu. The food was decent for bar food but it was truly the energy and friendliness of the staff that made this a very delightful experience! Thank you Dillon's for exceeding my expectations 😁

Really nice place! I ordered the nachos, and they were really good. Overall the service was great, and it seemed like everyone in our group enjoyed their meals.

My husband and I have been customers at Dillon’s for over 15 years. Their take out was consistently good with our favorites being the Grouper Reuben, steak dinner, chicken Cobb salad and the spinach artichoke dip and many more items. A couple of weeks ago a provolone cheese burger with sweet potato fries and a Grouper Reuben was ordered. The cheese burger had American cheese that mostly melted into the styrofoam container and was raw in the center. Fries cold. No slice of tomato or lettuce or dill pickle spear included. The Grouper Reuben was soggy and bland. It used to be flaky fish with crisp slaw and a delight. Half of it we discarded. We thought how sad that we won’t be frequenting Dillon’s anymore. But we were both yearning for the Delmonico steak dinner thinking they (new owners since 12/23) were having an off night last week so let’s try again. Another off night tonight? Steak overcooked and so tough. Baked potatoes okay. Caesar salad ordered with dressing on the side was drenched in dressing and no croutons and it was inedible as romaine seemed old. It probably is goodbye Dillon’s, for us. You used to be consistently very good. Too bad you may be heading for consistently awful.

Good atmosphere and warm welcome.

Quiet pub… the food was pretty good. I wish some of the menu options weren’t exclusive to certain days, otherwise all around decent local pub.

2ent there on a rainy 🌧️ day. Quite busy. Lots of patrons. All were enjoying the food and atmosphere. Our meals were great and service was good considering how crowded the place was. We had an enjoyable meal that was well prepared. Highly recommend this establishment.

Happened to stumble along this place, as our hotel was close and we are so thankful we did. Great service and very good food that comes out quick. We frequented here multiple days and different hours of the day, always good.

As a local, this is my go to restaurant. Best cheeseburger in town. All the appetizers are amazingly good. I love the service.

Thursday Irish days! Corned Beef and Cabbage

Used to love it before it got sold off; Bill had very high standards and the staff had been there for many years. My most recent trip, post sale, was met with severely undertrained wait staff, a wait time of over an hour for simple dishes, and cold and disappointing food. Essentially, the new owners don't seem to have a background in restaurants and it really shows. Will not be back and will no longer recommend.

Great place for a pint and sandie.

Standard pub fare. That’s not a criticism. Food was good. Service started slow but improved. If you like Irish pubs, then you’ll like this place. Wish I could give an extra 1/2 star.

Best food in the Keys. Really, I mean that. every Thursday they have a full Irish menu but come early cause they run out of everything during the evening. I’ll see you here Thursday at lunch getting my Irish food fix Amazing seafood dishes, and fantastic cheese, curds and chicken wings. I mean really, everything is fantastic.

Have been celebrating St Patricks Day here for last 5 years. Lots of fun and great food and service.

We brought our own fish, it was wahoo. They cooked it with lemon, white wine, and egg dip. Which is called francaise. They did an amazing job. It was delicious we topped it off with some rice pilaf, and broccoli. They were busy and the service was still on point. Great job gals and guys.

Their server Amanda is incredible and is easily the best server in the keys. I've never had a better experience at a restaurant. Best bar in the upper keys

Great bar food and nice atmosphere. Grouper Ruben on rye was excellent. Bread pudding was good but not the rum sauce & raisin NOLA type. Service a bit taxed on a Saturday night.

My husband and I were visiting the keys and we decided to go in to Dillon's for a quick snack. Instead of the snack we stayed for dinner and order the prime rib OMG you have to try it the most delicious prime rib we had. Came with a loaded baked potato and a salad. The best sports bar. Great atmosphere great service. We were back down we're gonna be going to be going to Dillon's.

Dillons is hands down some of the best, quality food in the Keys. Service is top notch and you can tell they care about you. Try their baby back ribs 🤤

Thursday night at Dillons was the worst dining experience of my life, corned beef platter was room temperature at best, my corned beef was not even sliced, they gave me 3 dry end pieces and tasteless. I will NEVER step foot in that place again and if you do,I suggest you order carefully, total thumbs down!!!! The kitchen manager should be fired for letting that food leave the kitchen.

Wonderful service, friendly staff. The French Onion crock is the best in the keys. Skylar, Klara, and Jax are absolutely amazing behind the bar. A local favorite hangout 💓 They have great daily specials and authentic Irish dishes such as Shepard's Pie, bangers and mash, and corned beef and cabbage. The burgers are cooked to order and not from frozen patties. I have never had a bad dish from this restaurant. The sweet and spicy Thai grouper is one of my very favorite dishes. If you are ever in Tavernier , you have to stop here. The French onion soup is on point.

Food was great, the seafood was wonderful, the staff were very nice, and they have multiple TV's around the restaurant that broadcast various games.

The Wild Gulf Shrimp is spectacular. They are so meaty and have a great bite!

We stopped here on our way out of the keys and was specifically looking for a place with lots of parking as we had a boat. The food was DELICIOUS! We had the wings and grouper basket. I was very impressed by how great the food was. Service was outstanding, our server was great! Will definitely be a spot on our way in/out every year!

Had been there years ago. Odd smells, food ok, waitress we had was not friendly at all.

Food has that homemade quality, its an older pub you might notice a whiff of cigarette smoke from days gone by but the food makes up for that

It was my first experience in this place and I don't regret it, excellent service, the atmosphere, my husband was delighted with the flavorful and very soft ribs, I totally recommend it!!!

Had the Ahi Tuna salad and Nachos! Boy were they good! They used ACTUAL CHILI on the nachos. And plenty of jalapeños. The waitresses we had were very friendly. The pub itself was REALLY clean. My companion goes there for grub every year he comes down this way and desperately wanted me to try Dillon's. And boy were they good! Next time I want to try the wings! All and All great place for grub and good Yeungling. Will be going again! Must get the Wings too!

Good food and reasonable prices. Some dishes are a little more perfected than others, as with any restaurant. Plenty of TV's for sports. Bar and table dining. Open later than most places in the area.

Showed up and it was semi busy. The hostess said seat yourselves. Fine. All the empty tables had glasses, ect from the previous guests. That's ok too. Waited 10 minutes nobody even took our drink order until the waitress told us to leave the table and wait by the door because we weren't allowed to sit at the tables before they cleaned them.

The pretzel is the best thing I ever had and I want to eat here everyday for the rest of my life!!!

Amazing food and a great waitstaff. Sometimes you will wait a bit for a table, especially if you have a large party but it's worth it.

We went in for the cook your catch. My wife landed a huge Mahi-Mahi and we wanted to taste it. They cooked it perfectly. Great service and great people!

We always enjoy Dillons everything we are in the area, which is 6-7 times a year. The kitchen is a little slow but the food is good and we love the staff and atmosphere.

Stopped here on the way down south to watch the panthers and heat games, the service and food were excellent. Prime rib and fish sandwich came out quickly and were delicious. Bartenders were awesome and harp on tap made my Friday night. Will definitely be back.

I loved the French Onion Soup here. It was by far the best I have ever had. My wife and I both had burgers, burgers were great but nothing set them apart from any other "Pub" Burger that we've had. Definitely a must stop location on future visits to the Florida Keys to have that French Onion Soup as well as try other menu items.

A friend and I went to Dillon's because the last time I had been there the food, service and ambience were good. I cannot express how poorly we were treated. I am Mexican and my friend is from Peru. Our waitress was beyond awful. To call her a female dog is an insult to female dogs. It was like a scene from a movie or a sitcom. She brought us ONE menu. I had to get up and ask the bartender for another one. She literary gave us the stink eye the whole time we were there and was just overall rude. Racism is well and alive at Dillon's. When I went there the first time, it was good, but then again, I went with four white friends. The whole experience made me sad. Its 2021, yO. I'm not sorry my friend and I are of Hispanic origin or that we definitely make way more money than that poopy waitress. Unless you're white.. AVOID! I will go back there though.. just to find out who she is so I can let her manager know about all the learning opportunities she has. I suggest an intense course in sensitivity and racial awareness.
