Went here for lunch ordered the pastrami sandwich very good!

Scant vegan options... it's 2024...

Salad had limp pieces of romaine. Ate after the lunch rush and dining room was empty, but it was difficult to find a clean table. Staff didn't believe me that there were no straws and told me to reach my hand up into the dispenser to find one.

Got take out and it great, hot and just what I ordered

Since I came to Albuquerque New Mexico Dion's is my best pizza

I'm scoring low today because of the cheese toast that I paid for/received. I'll let you decide. Keep in mind, these are two pieces. Come on Dion's! I asked for toast, not cheese crackers. I would have gotten extra crackers had I known my toast looked like this, which I paid for quality.

I always get quick and friendly service from this location. Food is always excellent.

Used the app to order and schedule lunch. It was great to just walk in and have things ready. And as usual the food was great.

Customers service and food has dropped in quality . We have gathered so many credits from employees messing up simple orders. Today just take the cake as they messed up our sandwich and then requested a picture of the sandwich and wouldn’t wait a few minutes to remake the sandwich instead they wanted to give us get another credit we won’t use . Jacks , wanted a picture of the messed up sandwich instead of saying I’ll gladly wait and remake he said there’s nothing I can do . He also stated that he was the bone whom boxed the incorrect sandwich . This what happens when you have kids pretending to be managers. We won’t be back

Wish I didn’t have to give any stars for this location. What a disappointment over and over again. Jax the manager doesn’t seem to understand customer service and should not be running any type of establishment. The incompetence of this manager actually admitting to boxing my order wrong and not caring at all that I had no dinner because he was way too worried about closing up and going home. He told me that they can refund me if I bring back the food but yet you can’t remake it .. because of course he wanted to go home. Every time I order there is a problem and they love to hand out credits.. I must have a handful of credits at this point. It’s super sad that they have lost their touch on what customer service should be. Credit or no credit I will NOT be returning.

I really enjoy the food here. I really enjoy the pizza, their salads, and their sandwiches. It seems like they have something here just about anyone. Even their desserts are good (Cooke's and brownies). I have been eating here for years and I will continue eating here many more years to come.

I've been waiting on a slice for 20 minutes. They say it's on it's way. I got it and it's cold! Crappy food and Crappy service.

Uncook and very expensive. For only and only 2 pizza, cost 60.

2 orders was way too difficult to be understood by the young lady, who with a snappy attitude, handed us half the order and incorrect then slammed the window shut. After probably a minutes she looks back out the window and stares at us with it wimdow still shut. Slowly we explain the other order. Again combined still not complete and wrong. Now how one can mess up a salad and 3 slices and a large soda is beyond me. I'm now even more scared for the children of the future. Must be WHY AI is being pushed so hard. I can only assume because some wizard looked at the future representatives of our work force and knew there was no hope.

Service is always great! Asked for my pizza well done because sometimes it isn't cooked right but of course they didn't do well done all the slices were totally uneven... as always... makes me pretty upset especially because I wanted it well done sooo frustrating!! Waste of money. Dions isn't it anymore....

Both pizzas were undercooked, and the crust was very doughy, the amount of the order for one large and one medium pizza was about 60 dollars , and for this price, we expect fresh and fully cooked pizza , please.

Best pizza in Rio Rancho! Best subs ever!

We ordered take out and picked it up. Pretty busy place. We ordered The Special pizza. It was good, packed with toppings. Some of the pizza didn't cook all the way through, probably because of all the toppings and grease. It was a bit spicy, not too bad though.

Service counter staff are always pleasant, smiling and efficient. Pizza is made fresh, delivered piping hot! A great variety of pizza, sandwiches and salads. Drinks are refilled on request. An excellent local restaurant with excellent service.

The food is typically very good and I'm glad to see they hire so many high school age kids. My only area of concern is the wait times for prepaid online orders. I've recently had to wait 15-20 min multiple times in the drive trough and inside since there is no pickup line. It's frustrating to get my food in 20 seconds after waiting so long. Seems like such an easy fix, but it will drive away repeat customers who can't/won't wait this long.

The staff are always polite at any Dion's, their workers are clean cut, they all work as a team!

We love their salads and pizza! The online ordering is such an easy process.

For the first time ever I was unsatisfied with my pizza. the topping which were green chili pine apple and pepperoni were just thrown on there not spread out so it was full of green chilli one slice the other had no tomato sauce and just pepperoni and pine apple i was not happy

Pizza is 🚫 NOT good here the salad is good the ranch is good and so is the tea. Pizza is so greasy and tastes not good.

Dion's is a staple of ABQ pizza, however, their quality seems to be dropping as their pizza is increasingly greasy. Still good, but no longer my favorite place to grab a slice.

They just never miss. Perfect food, service, value and overall amazingness at every location. It's Dion's, anyone who has ever been knows what I'm talking about. And green Chile ranch might be the top 3 substances I have ever tasted in life. Just incredible, just Dion's

I believe as a consumer if you provide a certain service you need to be able to handle the demand or don't provide the service. I am talking about ordering online to pick up pizza at a specific time and you get there at the specified time, and the pizza it's not ready which is fine but when you have to wait an additional 15 minutes to get your pizza and when you do get your pizza it is cold. That is not ok. I will not be going back to this Dions. Instead of saying I'm sorry. They should be asking how can they make it right by the customer. Terrible service. Cold pizza. Expensive with poor service.

I spoke to a young lady tonight that took my phone order. I told her how my dog jumped up on my bar and ate my sandwich two days ago. I ordered my final tuna fish sandwich for tomorrow's lunch. She wrote me a very nice not on the inside of my sandwich box. It said, enjoy your sandwich (and not your dog). This is why I enjoy patronizing dions, they have AMAZING STAFF. Whoever she was the order was taken at 7:40 pm on Thursday March 28th. Kudos to her and your restaurant!!

Had a gargantuan salad with green chili ranch dressing

The green chili pizza was awesome. When visiting New Mexico we always eat there.

On a work trip and craving pizza. Dions had a few locations. Ordered online then called to see if I could substitute anything on my salad for onions and peppers- they kindly accomodated with mushrooms. Pizza was AMAZING!

The building is nice! The staff are hard-working; although, sometimes the drive thru takes a long time. But, if that's the problem just walk inside. The pizza is great! Sometimes they fail to cut it all the way though.

Where great people meet. This is the spot to grab some pizza, or subs and salads or all of the above. Great place to eat and enjoy the vibes.

It’s been a few years but I’ll probably always remember my first (of many years worth!) green chile pizza here. While I’m used to NYC pizza, this is totally unique and delicious in its own right. Will definitely have it again when I come back thru

Not the best pizza. The crust didn't support the ingredients on top well so it was mushy.

Used to love getting Dions, after the last pizza's I ordered, I will not make that mistake again. I'd gotten a large Roma tomato w/spinach and feta. What I got instead was: An uncut, wilted spinach, clumps of feta, barely any sauce, rubbery shriveled tomatoes pizza with a layer of mozzarella cheese thick enough to be used as a cast for a broken limb! I'd call it disgusting, but that would be an understatement and an insult to the word "Disgusting." Used to look forward to a big ol beautiful slice of Dions pizza, fresh tasting ingredients *Chefs kiss* Now I'll just stick to Digiorno.

I love Dions but this location keeps serving the worst pizzas if it aint half baked it will look like a 5 year old made it . I dont know if it is the mangement or the employees.i will use the other locations from now on

I go to Dions 2x a week ,Greek salad and chef salad are my favorite and also the roast beef is the best there drinks I could go on and on !!!!

The staff and MGM did a very good job bye getting my order done at the same time when I ordered online two different orders were made perfect thank to staff and MGM this place was a ten for me it was clean relaxing and everybody working had a good attitude I like that they made you feel at home that's for sure good job to all of you working hard for us patrons to enjoy our meal thank you all good work .

The pizza was awesome! Fun for the kids to watch the prep, fresh and delicious.

The call ahead and online ordering makes this a great place for groups. It doesn't hurt that the sandwiches and pizza are all awesome.

Dion's makes the best Greek salad. Fresh ingredients and well proportioned. I love their Greek dressing. Nice clean restaurant.

This location keeps forgetting stuff I ordered. This is the 3rd time they didn't give me the green Chile ranch dressing for my sub and the chips were all crushed.

Restaurant was clean and the staff was very polite. The sandwich I got was amazing and so was the pizza. And you can't forget a bottle of the dions green chili ranch before you leave.

Food is always good sometimes it gets busy ordering take out is the way to go

The food is good . Ok service and atmosphere. It is my third choice for pizza only because they have a drive up pickup window. Salads are good and they do offer free refills on drinks.

$104 for 3 subs, two large pizzas, cheese toast and a couple bottles of dressing and every single sub was done incorrectly. I spend a lot of time online making sure each one was accurate and they came back not even close to being correct, which is a shame because there are allergies which caused a couple people to not be able to eat theirs at all. But the pizza was good and correct and they gave the correct numbers of dressing and the cheese toast was good which is why I’m not going to give it 1 star or anything. This location is usually very accurate in the orders so I’m surprised.

We went twice and tried different kinds of subs and salads- all were excellent and came with a large fruit cup that we saved for breakfast the next morning as the subs filled us up!! Excellent prices and value overall, and the inside seating area is clean and comfortable with many booths to sit at.

Yummy! Everything was so good and so fresh. The salads are big and you can tell everything is fresh. The employees were so nice and professional. They are all very young it is nice to see such young ppl being so polite and hard working. There was one young man with blond hair and i was fascinated how well he was tossing the pizza doe up in the air and how fast he was putting the pizza pies together.GOOD JOB GUYS! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON.

Whenever I have a hangover, I love eating their green chile and pepperoni pizza, dipped in ranch dressing and a large coca cola! It's the best. 🏆

We got the Tuscany and Carnivore pizzas and Chef Salad (my favorite)

The staff and the allergen menu say, No Soy on many things, BUT read the ingredients carefully because they do use soy oil or soy lecithin. So READ CAREFULLY.

Totally forgot about me and had to make my order when I asked where it was. This was a dine in. The pizza was delicious, just disappointing when you're hungry for pizza and they double the wait time

We cannot think of anything to add for our families favorite pizza and subs other than to thank everyone past and present for 30 years of fabulous food and hospitality.

The service was wonderful. They were really busy and it took a little more time to get our order but it was wonderful as aways.

Eli was exceptional. My order didn’t go through online he was able to take my order through the phone. Exceptional service, he deserves a raise.

Went on a Friday night dinner rush staff was busy but took the time to get my call in order out right away

I ran in last minute and they still took my order and were so nice about it.

This was a terrible experience at this Dion's. The salad I was given had tomatoes and no extra croutons, opposite of my order. Once I sat down to eat, I realized I wasn't given any Caesar dressing as well. So I go to the counter and proceed to wait over 15 minutes as employee after employee announces orders and then refuses to assist myself or the other 6 people there. Only by demanding assistance was I able to get an employee's aid for such a simple task. The other customers that were waiting were then promptly ignored by the employee that helped me.

Pretty great pizza, really nice staff. I enjoyed the signature pizza with all the peppers, mushrooms, etc... Actually had some spice to it! The tea was great and the salad was also quite good. I recommend this place, good food for a good price.

This place always has great food and great service. But tonight we did take out. My husband waited for the order inside. He came home and part of my order was missing. I get it, it was almost closing time so the "kids" get crazy. I called and they said, yes they have my salad. Eventhough they were closed now, of course, they are happy to hand it to us through the drive thru. Not a single, sorry, we goofed or sorry that happened or sorry you have to come back. Not one! I even called back amd spoke to an asst manager. Calling tomorrow when the general manager is there. Hopefully he's not 19 too! Edit-when we went to pick up the missing item they refunded it.
