This pizza was exceptional. Would eat here again and again.

The place never disappoints. I love the Veggie sandwich. The bread is always perfect. One of my favorite things here is a slice of cheese.

Amazing food they got what you need

Today I called my order in at 11:45am and got to the speaker at the drive-thru at 12:06. There was 1 car in front of me and 2 cars behind me. I did not get to the window until 12:20. For almost 15 minutes I was pinned in the drive-thru. I couldn't go forward or backward. Considering you're supposed to pre-order food picked up at the drive-thru, I found this unacceptable. Only 1 car in front of me that took 15 minutes at the window and they didn't have them pull to a parking space to wait. They have lost my business. Many times they've gotten my order wrong anyway and all I've ever gotten from them was "Sorry." Nothing to make it better or right. When I left, there were about 10 cars in line waiting. I guess we were all late getting back to work.

We love Dion's pizza 🍕!! Always so fresh and hot and the toppings taste fresh and delicious 😋 And the salads are so fresh as well and oh so tasty!!!

I have been going to dions since it opened. I could always count on the quality and dependability of the service . Now I am done with dions . I the last few years it has been going down hill .The last 4 times I have gone to dions the service has been terrible .

Pizza was excellent and atmosphere was very nice.

Staff not very friendly. Tries to rush you through your ordering by guessing your done with your order after every word you say. WHY HAVE IMMATURE KIDS WORK if the don't understand the word "courteous"? No "Please" or "Thank You". The pizza was 'creased' and bubbled. My salad was good. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But I won't be back to this location. Oh, one more thing- I did say I was eating in the restaurant but when the pizza was finished and I was called up my pizza was boxed and my salad bagged. We planned on eating in but after seeing our pizza boxes n ready to go we decided to just come home and eat here which definitely isn't the same.

Always a pleasant experience! Staff are all friendly and efficient. Food is the same as at other Dion's. That's why we go to Dion's, consistent performance by the staff and food preparation and quality.

Every time I come home to NewMexico the first place I go is Dion's IMO the pastrami and provolone sandwich is one of the best I've had anywhere. It comes highly recommended from me.

Tables need a through cleaning, I tried several different tables and my forearms stuck to every one, gross!

This was the first time I had ever been here. An awesome Uber driver recommended this place. The workers were very nice. The atmosphere was quiet and nice. The food was great. I had a salad and the pepperoni with bacon pizza, which was great tasting.Highly recommend

What hoped Dions you forgot to cutt my pizza 🍕

The subs are amazing as always, but the pizza isn't as good as it used to be.

The establishment is clean. The pizzas were hot except the topping slide off sue to sauce.

Always fresh and delicious. The staff did a great job on the accuracy of our luncheon for 10 of us. Sandwiches and salads. Everyone was happy and enjoyed every bite. Thank you.

In the last 2 months I have had a pizza and sub sandwich. Both were horrible. The pizza was dry with no sauce. The sandwich appeared to have been in the refrigerator overnight. The fruit cup had obviously been frozen.

Dang! Dion's is another favorite restaurant or mine. Certainly my favorite pizza 🍕 place! Il Vicino is a very close behind Dion's! I always order a larger size pizza then needed because their pizza is so yummy as lunch or dinner the next day. I ordered Dominos pizza the other day ONLY because Dion's was already closed and I was craving pizza. OMG! 😱 The total was a ridiculous $26 for 2 medium pizzas and that was with a coupon! not bad if the pizza 🍕 was super good like Dion's but alas, it was not. No comparison. Bummer. Learned my lesson on that one. I so wish Dion's would extend nightly hours.... 9 is simply too early to close! Please Dion's, consider extending your hours to at least 10pm.... At least for the summer months. Eat pizza! 🍕😋. And choose our local pizzeria. DION'S! You won't be disappointed!

They serve some rolls with melted cheese that are unique!! My favorites, next time I will order them with that touch of garlic😋😋

Probably the best pizza in Albuquerque they make a great Carne pizza and they have real old-school style brick oven not those convection, cheap ovens like Domino’s and Pizza Hut. Highly recommend coming here and getting a carnivore Pizza.

I got a veggie sandwich and it was pretty good. The only problem was the cheese. It was some kind of cheddar, but it was thick and globby. I ended up taking the cheese off.

This place is amazing! Our flight arrived when everything was closed. We're from Las Vegas, NV, so arriving in a city where most restaurants and stores close so early was so weird and super inconvenient. We happened to find Dion's, and it was open! What a treat. The tuna sub was delicious, and the pizza was even better. The girls working were extremely friendly. I am returning to Albuquerque, and I will definitely be eating there again.

Food waw ready and substituted a cookie because they were out. I apprecited that they asked what i would like.

Service was horrible the lady that helped me with my order was very rude her name was kahia I will not be coming back to this Dion’s . If people don’t like there job they should jus quit

Favorite pizza place in the world- I'm vegan and create amazing things easily with their diverse menu. Pro tip: pine nuts are an excellent sub for cheese on a pizza if you're considering giving up dairy 🍕 😉😋

Outstanding pizza, salads, and subs. Then there’s the salad dressings….. is there any better? Dion’s restaurants are always clean no matter which restaurant you visit rather it’s in New Mexico, Texas, or Colorado. The staff is just as outstanding, always friendly and attentive to your needs. Can’t recommend Dion’s enough if you’re looking for great pizza, salad, or just a sub!

Kansas City pizza was pretty good. The sweet tea was decent as well.

Throughout the chain, " DELICIOUS " is the food. Many times, I updated my needs. Every time, my needs are met politely and pleasantly. Kudos, 1600 Towne Center Lane SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106 Dion"s! This level of food quality and assistance, of course, are conducive to a good experience. A great Atmosphere. The Napoli is my favorite pizza.

2/17/2024 I wanted some cheese toast and a salad to go I called it in like usual but there was something wrong with there phone so I went to the Window and let them know and asked if I could take my order then and a rude girl was on the speaker telling me I had to come inside but then all of a sudden a kind gentlemen by the name of Jose with Customer Service and grace got on the speaker and took my order rectified the situation they need more people with Customer service... Thanks Jose he was wearing a Grey shirt.....

Ordered 2 subs online, very disappointed in this location. Ruined my sub badly enough I only ate a bit out of pure hunger and threw most of it away. Called to complain to the manager and was left on a silent hold with no indication as to when, or if anyone would pick the phone back up. Price far exceeds quality. Do yourself a favor, if you want some dions, avoid this location like the plague.

Hard to find anything negative about this place. I really hope it stays that way.

Consistently good pizza, salads, sandwiches, desserts for past 10 years, fast service, friendly staff. Free parking for customers. People can pick up orders from drive up window only if you place the order in advance by using online form or by phone call. The green chile ranch salad dressing is a local favorite. Cookies are delicious. They have a wide variety of salads to choose from.

Dion's is a staple of Albuquerque pizza. They provide friendly, quick service, great tasting pizza, subs, and salads. It's one of my favorite quick bites in Albuquerque.

Called in an order for 3 subs at 12:25 and was promised it would be ready at 12:50. I showed up at the drive through pick up window at 12:45, where they gladly took my payment for 3 subs and I was told my order would be right out. They asked me to pull into an empty space in the parking lot and they would have my order out in a couple of minutes. So I did as they asked and waited, and waited and waited along with everyone else staged in their parking lot. After 25 minutes I walked inside to request a refund and was told that I needed to speak to the manager but the manger was not available because he was on a phone call. Apparently the manager is the only one who can cancel a credit card transaction. So I went back out to my vehicle and waited and eventually talked to the manager who was still claiming that the sandwich’s were just coming out of the oven. I asked for a refund again and was told that they had canceled the transaction. I Drove across the street to Chick fill A and picked up lunch while the 7 cars that were in front of me in the drive through lane were all still waiting in the parking lot with their hazard light blinking. Don’t promise a customer that their order will be ready at a specific time if you can’t honor that time. Don’t lie to your customers and tell them your order is just coming out of the oven if it’s not Don’t make your customers have to beg for a refund from a single point failure, “the so called manager “ Dion’s service used to be great but it’s hit or miss at this store.

Dions is a good place to eat. The only thing is the tables were not wiped down.

Everything here is great. What's not to love? Sub sandwiches are awesome but so is the pizza, so are the salads. I especially love the crunchy spinach salad. Can't go too wrong here.

Ok.. I/we love Dions! I don't live locally, but whenever I visit, this place is a go-to. I rated service low because the 2 times I visited in the past month, I've observed young staff doing their best, but no leadership presence at all and each time I was in the store for about 10-15 minutes. The 2 scenarios were not critical by no means, but I mention this because leadership should be visual to help staff, and on the most recent night, leadership presence was needed.

Poorly made pepperoni pizza very sad

Called in a pickup order. When I arrived you ha e to wait in the general ordering line to get your food. Used to have a separate call in register line for calling orders. Had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food.

Restaurant was about 25% full on a Sunday for lunch. Ordered a medium pizza that took 35 minutes. Would have left it it hadn’t been pre-paid at the counter. Medium pizza is the size of a large at most places and they put a ton of Italian Sausage on it. Pizza was decent but a little doughy.

The hype is real. The pizzas are fresh and delicious. Even the slices are made to order.

Nice big seating rooms, but don't be fooled. There's NO table service. I finally placed an order at counter. Hot Italian hoagie came up reasonably quick. Good looking sandwich! Fooled me again. They used a fake cheese/cheese substitute that does not melt. It clumps up a gets hard, yet looks awesome golden brown, but tastes awful. Scary thought in a pizza place. I looked at the pizzas on way out, but couldn't tell by looking if it was the same fake cheese. I can't recommend yet, but I will try something different next time.

Food was average. This is like a fast food restaurant with slow service. You place your order at counter and pick it up when they call your name. Not sure why it took so long for a Greek salad and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Seemed to be plenty of employees behind the counter and all working with no crowd of customers.

I usually don't write reviews for chains, but I had a great experience with an error in the order. The manager Aja made sure everything was set straight and the customers were happy. Food tasted amazing. 10/10 service.

You haven't had Dion's pizza yet!? Welcome to your new favorite! You will want the traditional Dion's experience with a slice of pepperoni and green chile complimented by a 1/2 ranch salad. Maybe a pastrami sandwich. Pace yourself, you can come back again. Guys, this place is still as good and awesome as when I worked in the Highland Dion's on Central in 1989. All hail Dion's ranch dressing!

Rubbery crust with not much flavor. Same for the cheese. Especially the cheese, just very little flavor. And portions of pizza didn't get cheese, sloppy craftsmanship. Couple of huge bubbles obliterated two slices. I'm really scratching my head tonight how this restaurant received such great ratings. I'm from out of town and have no "dog in the hunt". Service was fine. Parking was fine. Restaurant facilities seemed fine. My issues are all about the food. Suggest this chain rethink their original crust and definitely rethink the cheese selection/vendor. As is, sad to say, I think folks are better off going with the larger franchise pizza restaurants. And to management web monitor folks, please don't ask me to contact anyone. Take the feedback I've provided to you (for free) and forward to higher up exec level folks that can actually make changes that can help enhance the quality/taste of the food. I wish this restaurant and franchise the best. And, the folks of Albuquerque deserve better tasting pizza from this restaurant.

I really wish that they would evenly cut the pizza slices. But more importantly, cut them all the way through.

The quality of service at this particular location has dramatically decreased in the last month or so. It has gotten so bad that literally EVERY SINGLE TIME we order subs, they are made incorrectly from how we ordered them. I know people can make mistakes and try to not let it bother me, but having it be wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME is a bit too much to ignore. There have been other declines in quality in terms of the freshness/texture of the bread as well. I will not be going to this particular location anymore, and I'd advise anyone to double check their orders before leaving.

Food was good but ended up violently puking half the night afterwards. I got the The Tuscany which has pesto and pine nuts and I assume one of them was bad and lead to the aforementioned puking.

Awesome service delicious pizza

Anyone eat here lately, tonight I got symptoms of food poisoning. Somewhere someone was dirty or had dirty hands or served bad food then didn’t care. Even eating inside was probably worst. Having intestinal issues probably comes from eating at restaurants like this, Hpylory, gastrointestinal and basically diverticulosis among some is why people don’t get getter when they develop issues like that. It’ll only create other issues for the human body, such as irritation in the intestines, minor pain in the lower left side and other irritating colon issues too. So you speak to management or the Dions food chain, they do nothing to establish cleanliness or properly management an establishment even so. All they care about is the dollar amount without anyone realizing what they promise, a clean, descent & fresh environment, even my fruit cup looked expired, my poor grapes looked white & gray in some places, and smelled sour. Don’t order the fruit cup until it’s changed out, seems no one checks it or eats it here. Geesh at least clean up your kitchen. Even cooking @ home don’t give me issues like you create Dions. The Manager who’s a women needs to be replaced.
