Pizza is very dry no flavor use to be good but no more we won't go back

Dions is always a great spot for pizzas and sandwiches! Been going since I was a kid. The employees have always been nice and the pizza here is one of my favorites!

We arrived for dinner and had Suhailey as our server. Our order was taken and we sat down at a table. 15 minutes later, my name was called for our order. Exactly as we ordered it. Drinks are refillable. Bathrooms are coded for security. Everyone would check on us while at the serving counter. Excellent service and tasty food. Suhailey was an excellent example of customer service!!

Had incredible customer service at this location today and just wanted to acknowledge it. Great, friendly counter service and then we came back up to get a flyer for the kids summer reading program and while we waited two more associates came to check that we'd been helped. All this on top of the great food!!!

I placed an online order, but when I got to the window, my order was made wrong. I had to wait another 5 minutes. I had my dogs with me, and it was a very hot day.

I heard that they really good about hiring teens for the summer and work with their schedules. By the way they do the hiring. I see how they go about doing. If you go inside it tells all. My daughter interview only lasted 5 min.

Placed our order prior to getting there. A girl who's name said"Max" on the ticket took our order. And seemed really confused going over the order several times. When we arrived we we told that she never placed the order. We had to wait after a terrible accident of a day. The manager gave us a free brownie and rushed the order to make up for it.

I like Dions, but the young manager Jordan ruined it, if that was his name. I ordered a pastrami sandwich. One side had very little meat, the other had hardly any and they stuck the pickle to try to cover it up and told me that's how they make it and weigh the meat (I've had this sandwich before). I asked where the other pickle was, and he said I only got one. They usually put the pickle on the side...OK, I was hungry and as I walked back to my table, I heard the manager and an employee laughing at me. That was so rude and immature, got my money back and won't bother coming back. Sad because I liked Dions.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere

Stopped in here for lunch while traveling through the area. The wait staff was very friendly. The restaurant was in somewhat of disarray as it appears they had been busy at lunch and we were somewhat late. The pizza was good, not great. The prices were a little higher than what we are used to, but not outrageous. Seems to be a lot of homeless in the area, as they have on site security and keep the restrooms locked.

Best local pizza in Albuquerque. Good prices. Good service. My son and I love to watch the chefs toss and make the pizza. We love to get pepperoni, pineapple, and green Chile on our pizza. Sweet, spicy and savory perfection. Their cheese bread is also great. I wish they sold the tuna sub outside of lent. Inside the restaurants definitely need a refresh soon though, they don't look run down, just old. Even the newer restaurants. I hope they don't go too minimalistic though. Too many restaurants look exactly the same, inside and out. Always buy the bottle of ranch, better than anything you can buy at the grocery store.

Food always good. Service is always excellent. But the lobby was dirty and tables dirty. Lobby person was to busy talking with friends than doing her job. That's the only issue we had. Can't wait to have lunch again.

Dion's has always been a go to place. The quality and the food are excellent. Staff is always nice. I haven't found anything on the menu that I didn't like and I've been coming here for years.

Dion's is getting worse but raising prices. The last two times I've bought a salad it was barely anything, I open the lid and literally have a handful of lettuce and just a few pieces of chicken. I'm done wasting my money with them.

I just ordered a salad with a sicle of pizza. I picked it up and the service was good.

Consistently good all around. Good service. Freshly made food with little to no order time. Have to wait, but for fresh food, I will definitely wait. Happy with their subs or pizza with a dash of ranch.

I'll always love Dions an I'm sorry for putting this review at this location. But this concerns ALL locations, but for the love of everyone's sanity. There is no need at ask pizza, salad, or a sub at the check-in/drive through.....just ask for the last four of the phone number first an then you will have your answer.

This location never disappoints. Service is always great and my pizza is always made to perfection! Love the subs and salads too. Dion's will continue to be on my list of favorites.

This is not a super fancy place but its very nice. It would be very nice for a date. The food is great. We love the green chile pizza and a veggie sub with turkey (if you love veggies but are not a vegetarian). They also sell their pizza dough which is phenomenal. We used it to make pizza in cast iron pans. Perfection though we still order pizza!

Best pizza ever....staff is friendly..restaurant is always clean and ice tea is delicious..if they had a Dion's in El Paso I be there everyday but for now when ever I am in Albuquerque I will visit this Dion's every chance I get...great job guys

This was a nostalgic visit for us. When we used to live in Albuquerque we lived at the apartments across the street. The Napoli pizza is our favorite dish here. Great atmosphere and we always give a weird name since they announce when your pizza is done and they always say it! I love seeing them smile at the funny names. Great service, great food and by far our favorite pizza place in Albuquerque. Located in the same parking lot as the Cottonwood Mall.

BEST turkey sub in town. The bread is light and crunchy while the turkey is flavorful with the pesto I ordered. The only thing I would recommend is add avocado to the menu and more side options.

I love the food, it’s not cold or lukewarm. When I go through the drive through the pizza will actually burn me, that is how hot it is so you know it’s fresh. They are so precise with the toppings.

It's gotten too expensive. In the future, I will just make my own salads it will cost much less. Very little ingredients were used.

For a homegrown local restaurant. They have no loyalty program for their patrons. No family deals. Never impacting healthier choices. The might be one of the most well run restaurant companies in the nation but they are not giving back to their local patrons in any way.

It's not Dions fault. It's all the action outside this location that makes this one of my least favorite locations. Staff are awesome and deal with high volume days with ease.

If you have eaten at dions this is up to par

Some of these high school kids look miserable and aren't very friendly. Particularly some of the girls that work the front register. They look and act as if they would rather be elsewhere and as if you are ruining their day by being there. I don't like that. But the other employees seem like they're having a blast and the people in the drive thru are usually very upbeat and nice. The food itself has improved tenfold over the years. I used to actively avoid it but I'm glad I gave it another chance. I would just urge management to get with the front cashiers and really give them some training and performance reviews. I'm speaking for 5 years experience in restaurant management here. Your cashiers and servers are the face of the business.

I rate Dion's pizzas and subs the best in Albuquerque. I am a Dion's fan, and their sales and customers show they are #1 in Alba-crazy. They are as consistent as a restaurant can be. Their employees are well trained, top.notvh, and friendly and attentive.

One of the best pizza places in Albuquerque. Love the crust, they also have sandwiches and other options besides pizza. Not the best location on Central and Coors but they had a security guard there at night which put us at ease. We have Dion's weekly

The person at the drive thru was very rude, other than that pizza was good. I did an order online.

Ordered a sandwich, had a full conversation with cashier about the sandwich she didn’t charge me for it but didn’t offer to put in an order for it obviously ringing me up again. Pizza was good and atmosphere was great. Employees working dining room were very helpful.

We did not get to see them make pizza but there's a stand for kids to see the process we went only to redeem a pizza given to kids for reading which I fully support staff are welcoming and he got his next reading step seems a calm place to eat out with family no pictures taken thank you

Solid pizza, certainly a small step above the normal takeout options from the large nationwide chains. I wish they had more side dish options like some garlic knots or something, but other than that this is a solid local pizza option and i understand why people talk about it.

Fresh food, great pizza and subs. Dions Sauces are great as well and can be purchased in bottles. Wish they delivered. Fun little spot for the kiddos to watch pizza being made.

This place is staffed by childish goof-offs who are only interested in playing games and messing up orders. After waiting an hour and not receiving any item from our order, we requested a refund and went elsewhere.

Exceptional! May not look it, but, it's the best meatball sandwich we've ever had! The bread is crispy on the outside and tender, yet chewy on the inside. The meatballs are super juicy, tender and super flavorful. We got a yummy slice of green chili & pepperoni pizza because we're in NM. Chicken pecan salad with rasberry vinaigrette was very good also. Been to a Dions on a previous trip. They got the details down. Really, really good.

I have enjoyed Dion's Pizza numerous times, but my last experience may cross them off of my patronage list forever. I ordered a half and half pizza for myself and my daughter. 1st: Between the two sides of different toppings the pizza appeared to have a demilitarized zone where there were no toppings at all ( a swarth of about 3 inches wide all the way across the width of the pizza. 2nd: The slices were cut into all widths with some only being as wide as 2 finger being put together. 3rd: The dipping sauces ordered and paid for were not place in the order. I returned to the scene of the crime and spoke with a manger, showed him a picture of the pizza in question and he set about correcting the situation. This is what I expect as a customer and thank them for understanding.

Our families unanimous opinion, is that Dion makes great pizza! This local store is our friendly go-to for pizza! It's always a friendly atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly too. We would recommend it to others. >> Update= still going strong

Every time I go to this location. They always get my order wrong was just there today and ordered a salad. I asked for extra meat and extra hard-boiled eggs. Paid the extra three dollars and got even less than what I would normally get.

They always treat you like they know you for years, everyone has their own way to make you feel welcome. Great Food always fresh and the restaurant is always clean

Great pizza..really busy and bad people in parking lot. Go to Rio bravo and Coors location for better experience. But if need be there is great food here. Edit : had two subs that had bad meat two weeks ago...turkey swiss and pastrami provolone. May want to go to another location till they fix this place...lot of money for bad tasting sandwiches. Made us skip them the next two times and get pizza from the 9 and make own subs this week. Really sad.

Best pizza in Albuquerque! And their salad (especially the Greek family salad is awesome with tons of feta cheese). Their ingredients are much better than any other place in ABQ.

Never fails they messed up my order

Dions is good but not great, if you get your pizza let it cool down or your toppings will fall right off. Sandwiches and salads are good.

One of my favorite spots to grab delicious food. I'm a huge fan of their Italian subs with chips. Their service is always courteous and efficient, I appreciate that. Call an order in or place it online and go pick it up at their drive thru lane (drive thru are for phone and online orders only, you can't show up and place an order at the drive thru).

We just had Dion’s new tuna sub. It was awesome! So much tuna and great flavor!

Absolutely appalled at the service I received tonight at the Dion’s on Coors and Central. First off, I have been a VERY long time loyal customer of Dion’s and not mention, a former employee at this exact location of there’s back when I was in high school so I know their potential. I had called in my order and the young lady that took my order was extremely rude and sounded as if she hated her job. At the end, she says “your total will be $44.44” and I replied “$44 for a sub and salad?” She replied, “yeah, that’s what you ordered right?” I was overwhelmed at this point, hung up, called back and asked for a manager. This is when Chase got on the phone and I told him my story. He didn’t even act like he cared. Said he’d take care of it and hung up. Then I get to Dion’s, and we sit to eat. When opening my salad there was an awful sour smell that poured out as the lid opened. I got a closer smell and it smelled like stale lettuce. I dug under the ingredients to find a wilted and rotten salad mix. I am furious at this point. Took the salad back up and was yet again met with a bad attitude from employees. I hadn’t been to this particular location in years because it was beginning to become routine with the bad service and tonight I got a reminder of why I never go there. I think store 13 is in desperate need of some customer service training and new professional management.

Always a good place to eat people are great fast service

Picked up an online sub order and the lemonade was Either not made with enough sugar or made with salt so I called and John spoke to me on the phone very nicely and said they would remake it if I went back so I did and by that time my sandwich was cold and I waited at the drive-through for 5 minutes for my remade lemonade that tasted the exact same. It's just a drink no biggie but it was about $3 for a large. I think it's OK I'm not worried about it because I have worked for dions before so I understand but usually this location is just always off or never good. Every time I come here it's something or another not right about my order. I buy Dions almost weekly From different locations. Sad because I was looking forward to a good lemonade

Ordered a salad pizza and sub. Asked for no onions on sub and you could tell someone out them on and took them off. Horrible I am allergic to onions. Salad was amazing. And our pizza was burnt on the bottom. Sad thing was they were not busy at all. From the time I called and picked up they had it ready in 22 min.

Manager John Nunez from the Central and Coors location went over and beyond to find me. I had lost my small wallet with my ID and money in it. He found me on Facebook to let me know he had it and it was safe. This world needs more honest people like him. Dions is lucky to have him working for them. Thank you
