Pizza was burnt on bottom called no one brought out another one said they forgot was busy still waiting I picked that one up

my girlfriend called in for a pizza and she wanted peperoni and bacon on it simple... until the pizza came in with no sauce in which she decided lets get this fixed so she calls back and states that the pizza was made incorrectly not only was she extremely tired she was hungry and my autistic kid was also hungry so everyone was a bit antsy , however the MANAGER said yeah we can send you a new pizza right out it its 1:00 am in the morning of us waiting on the pizza and it never came!!! so my girlfriend then calls again and the SAME MANAGER remembers the order from the night before and says he cant give us a refund but he can give us a certificate !!!!! dude i want my money back for the pizza YOU messed up. because you forgot to put in our new pizza.....

There was a hair in my pizza and they forgot the sauce and STOLE MY MONEY

This place has awesome pizza and we stop here every time we come to visit maybe even 2 or 3 times while in town

I don't eat Domino's Pizza so I don't know.

Had a Hawaiian Pizza and 2 Extravaganza Pizzas. We had plenty for leftovers and got it all for half off. Always great pizza!

The employees are very pleasant.

I ordered a Pizza online at 7 o clock an hour later and nothing. I can't understand why they do not prioritize online orders even more so being pre paid. I understand it's quite busy sometimes but I ordered one single medium pizza. I shouldn't have to wait an hour for it. The whole reason for online ordering is so your order is processed faster. Not too productive when your not prioritizing adequately.

Ordered delivery and they are usually always fast. I have a mushroom allergy and they always take care of me. Pizza is always hot and fresh and made to my specification. Tater tots are yummy!

Ordered 3 pizza's at 4:00 to be delivered by 5:30. I asked that they not be made till time to be delivered. The girl told me no problem, so I watched the tracker and they made them as soon as we hung up. I called them and told them to cancel if they were going to sit for 1 1/2 hrs. They gave me the money back for the pizza's but not the delivery cost because I paid online and said it wasn't showing up.

This Domino's SUCKS! My girlfriend tried to send me a pizza for my birthday and the idiot driver couldn't find the address! Pizza Hut and Joey's never has a problem! I don't think the driver even attempted to deliver it and lied. Domino's refused to give her a refund and she had to order another pizza from Papa John's and it came with no issues. I have contacted corporate Domino's and they stated they are investigating the issue and I'm not the first person to raise this issue recently. Don't waste your time with Domino's, they Suck!

Well, decided to give domino's another shot. Hadn't had it in a few years and dang. My pizza was dry, and cold. The guy delivering it even knew it, because he looked at me like, "oh well, here you go." Nobody cares about customer service in this day and age. It's a shame. The thing is, I ordered the same thing from pizza hut, they're a it more pricey, but the pizza was warm, crispy, and savoring. So, where's the disconnect

I ordered in, But I wanted to brag on the "pizza's" we have been getting at Domino's in Okeechobee ❣ They're delicious, very tasty and satisfying. They are ALWAYS hot & cooked done just how we like it, and delivered very quickly. The one we got tonight, The Lg. Specialty Pizza $13.99 "The Extravaganza"!! IT WAS PERFECTION ! THANKS FOR SHOWING US YOU CARE...👍

Y'all always forget my sauce 😭🤣 but it's all good. I appreciate your hard work and service. Food always comes super fast and hot and the driver is always friendly ☺️

I called in in order to Pizza I went down to pick it up and they had no order, apparently the girl in the call center didn't understand English. The guy in the pizzeria was doing nothing but yelling at the people in the back, very disrespectful. And he didn't even offer to make their mistake right,

Not friendly at all when I requested to see what was on the order it was merely shoved at me. The pie tasted old. When ordering the person I spoke to was very hard to understand and I had to keep repeating myself

Their pizza is ok but the pizza sizes shrunk substantially and the price went up they were less than generous on toppings the wings needed more sauce and were slightly over cooked

Ordered two pizzas, two orders of wings and sodas. Wings were supposed to be eight piece I guess somebody got hungry because my order only had seven in each and where the size of my freaking pinky finger waste of money will not order for them the next time I'm in town

The food was good but they do not have cups at all for 2 liter purchases making you have to buy individual 20 oz sodas for everyone if you are dining in. We asked rhe manager about it and was told they can't even order them, and no domino's carry them. Which I have been to others and have gotten a cup for my drink.

Because I'm allergic to mushrooms when I order the Philly steak and I pay for extra meat and cheese with no veggies I order extra cheese on my pizzas and today was told that they no longer offer the extra meat, cheese or sauce. Here I thought domino's was improving.. so sad

We got a cheese pizza, and a supreme pizza with garlic knots. I didn't know Domino's made garlic knots and those things were awesome. And it was nice that it was open late. My nephew only eats grilled cheese sandwiches, cheese pizzas and stuff baked potatoes we just sour cream and cheese so it's nice that Domino's was open late. If you ever get an order from Rebecca wiederman. Please give her discounts cuz she's always getting pizza from you. Thank you

We order here a few times a month. Our order is always correct, fresh, and the staff is always friendly. Our order is always ready when we arrive and they always have an adequate amount of staff.

Ordered two for deal, one pepperoni with mushrooms, one tomato n mushroom 2,extra sauce. Tried hand tossed crust n thin crust. Both were delicious and arrived nice n hot. Next time we'll try the extra large Brooklyn crust.

I had 1 of 2 pizzas delivered incorrectly and Steve was the person to not only answer the call but was professional in correcting the situation, sending out the right order received within 15-20 mins (delivery) and I’m extremely satisfied!!! Thank you sir, I’ll definitely keep ordering from here 🍕

Quit delivering to our area in Taylor Creek 2.9 miles away. Have to pick up only now. Dominos is the only place i have found that serves other shredded cheeses, since I cannot eat cheddar. Please keep the shredded provolone and I can still eat here, otherwise it won't matter if you deliver to my area or not. Service is always good and quick. I don't care for the overseas order taking. Keep jobs in America 🇺🇸

Never have any troubles with them. All i ever really get are pizzas and pasta bowls. But, they customer service and food is always amazing, never been disappointed, or dissatisfied!
