I have always had a great experience . But today I had went through the drive thru and when I pulled up. Someone didn’t even greet us just said “shut up and pull up”. I then proceeded to say excuse me who said that and someone rudely said he did not say that. But my grandmother and brother heard such . Awful customer service tonight .

The food is ok but the prices are to high for it being frozen and heated. The people are always friendly though, and the drinks are well made. I know they do their best with what they have though.

Always pleasant service when I go in. Coffee order is always good. Was incorrect and fixed it immediately with no problem.

Service was a bit slow after placing an order.

Service was excellent. I had hot tea on a cool day.

A donut shop WITH NO DONUTS! SERIOUSLY they had 3 trays maybe 4 varieties set over to the side on a rolling rack. All the shelves were empty!!!! It was early afternoon. I had to look for an employee. Maybe they were embarrassed that there were NO DONUTS. There was a tip jar at the front counter and I told the clerk to tell your boss it is pretty hard to get tips if you don't have DONUTS! ITS IN YOUR NAME DUNKIN DONUTS! Fail just a fail on your part

I called and asked if they had a drink left in stock. The first person who answered said yes so we went there. And then when went into the line, the person told us they were out. Which would have been fine if I wasn’t lied to. Then I called back and the lady said they stopped selling them and were out of season. I don’t like being lied to, I was trying to get a gift for one of my best friends.

The staff was patient my order was unusual. They were just as good as gold.

I love all the staff, although Tiana is my fave!!! I have to say that most all the staff knows my order as it is almost always the same and they all do an amazing job at making my coffee. Thank You to ALL STAFF for your excellence in customer service, The staff is my reasoning for coming back to this Dunkin. So keep up the GOOD WORK 👍

I don’t understand how y’all are always out of the most popular donuts and you’re called DUNKIN DONUTS?!!!

Often the orders are not correct. The help can't seem to hear often. They repeat back the order wrongly òr they ask you to repeat many times and still give me the wrong order. But the help are very nice for the most part. When asked a question, they often do not have an answer .

Very nice, friendly crew here are happy to make your coffee just as you like it. The restaurant was clean, including the women's restroom.

Ordered a chocolate croissant, which had avocado on the side. What if I was allergic to avocado?? These women are dirty and my coffee is disgusting , didn’t get what I requested either. Usually Dunkin’ has an enormous line and there wasn’t any cars or customers period, I wonder why ! Never coming here again they need to shut it all down.

Extremely hectic to get in and out a little difficult to understand where the line starts.

what my wife and I choose to eat and drink was good, but my issue was with trying to get out of the front parking. 3 large vehicles and the line of cars trying to leave at the same time will cause a mess on getting out.

Parking suxs especially pulling in or out of tht main road..., dangerous so be careful. But love Dunkin

We drive out of the way to come to this Dunkin location! Every visit here is so refreshing! Professional and efficient staff! Always get Fantastic service here! The donuts are fresh and delicious! Our most recent visits, the donuts have been perfectly warm and soft! We just really appreciate this location!

Great place for drive thru coffee and any other menu choices.They often do get busy. Dining area could use an updated look but not bad. The service can get and be bust so if you wait it will be worth it they are patient and nice. Always have fresh hot coffee. Worth the visit if your driving thru.

I always get the same drink, for one purpose, its never the same. Haha! But I will say that the workers are pretty sweet, I never really had any issues with them, but no one's ever went above and beyond, nothing wrong with that though if you're antisocial like me! Lol.

Ordered through the drive through, received my coffee without the straw, knocked the window, called I was completely ignored even when they could see me, a completely unnecessary way to be mean to a costumer or just to a human being in general…. Sad.

First time I visited this place and treated me very bad I ordered a ice mocha coffee and they gave it to me very watery I asked her to please do it again because it was not good, the girl with the piercings wanted to charge me 2 dollars for a shot the expresso to put in my coffee when all I asked her was to make me the drink again. Very bad customer service avoid this location they don't care about the customers and they have no empathy with the customer.

Very little choices in doughnuts and muffins. A customer had a small dog sitting on a table, then pick up window. No one sanitized either place. Help was not interested in helping ,just talking to one another. Last visit there for us.

Went and order three sausage egg and cheese wraps and they give me bagel instead. When the first bag came out, I put it at the window and told them I ordered wraps. I am there sitting waiting think the right order was going to come out instead the rest of the orders was also bagel, I wave to get her attention she walked away. When they realized I was not move she came and said I will make it back but you have to rejoin the line I said no because mistake can make but being in customer service her job is fixing the order I not even care if is apologized she said well you can’t stay there again walked away. So I press my horn so she don’t waste the company food I told her to refund everything so she did and didn’t give me a receipt I have to take picture of it because she can’t get a copy with a lot of attitude so I told it’s poor customer service

Most of the time everything is wonderful but some of the staff don't listen when you tell them what you want. Examples; if you order a large coffee and ask for five and five, be sure you check it before you leave because several times we get one coffee and one cream instead of what we ordered and have to return it to have it redone.

Ordered 2 French Vanilla Swirl hot coffees no sugar didn't get that had sugar and was decaffeinated

Always the best coffee - very clean - customer service has its ups and downs but one of my favorite DDs

Expresso is killer. The frozen mocha coffee is delicious. Very busy place but fast service.

Oh my God! I didn't even notice that the writing on my cup until after I left about 20 minutes later. And when I noticed it made me so happy! thank you to whoever wrote this on my cup you really made my day it made me feel special! This Dunkin is so awesome I always Order ahead on the app and they always have my coffee ready when I walk through the door, they are so great at this location I can't stress that enough!

Cashier's should not gossip in the drive thru about other people. Angelica!!!! Also this was the Lake Placid store not , Okeechobee.

I'm from New England and what they got here is better than what we got there. Wicked good bread. Cheese was not as orange as expected.

They make the best tasting coffee drinks especially the Caramel Craze Iced Latte and Winter Blend Iced Coffee!

This was okay took too long long get get a toasted bagel they never had the one i wanted ....Dunkin donuts is becoming very low rent

Every time I go in there they are always out of the same donuts I go in about 7:00 pm and they don’t close til 11:00 it don’t make any since they run out of the same donuts

I wanted to get my fur baby a Puppa-chino but there's no star bucks here, so I took a chance and went to the drive thru here and asked if they participated and they said " what size"!! They gave my Camanchi a small one and he loved it. Great people, 👌 I now have a gift card 😉👍🧋

Haven't been there in a while. But for years, the staff was always kind and generous to me. I don't know how they do it. But their coffee tastes better then anywhere else I go. Place is straight magic.

Late afternoon coffee was burnt motor oil the donut 🍩 selection was limited.

They are doing the best they can with the labor troubles of today, while still providing you with a fresh and tasty beverage and/or yummy food. They are right, America runs on Dunkin!

Pretty speedy service and wonderful, freshly brewed coffee.

One thing I can tell you about this location is that the inside of the restaurant is clean. The most important quality I observed is the kindness and polite way the attendants greet and treat customers.

Love it. I get my iced vanilla coffee here twice a week. Great service.

Mobile order was ready quickly and correct. Only reason I give it 4 stars is the bathrooms were really gross.

Good service, but the lobby was messy and so was the women's bathroom. Drink was made perfectly, my bagel was very burnt though. I would recommend getting food elsewhere.

The service was really lackluster and the parking lot was difficult to negotiate. The store was bright and clean however with a lot of space to sit.

They don't really make your coffee order that great

This is where I got the Iced Coffee with the new darkest roast. No it was not cold brew, it taste like flavor I ordered and was not the color oof milk coffee

Lovely BESt Lounge to relax and sip BEST coffees inside!!!!!!!! Feels like a luxury boutique cafe with nice tv screens and clean family restrooms very spacious. Manager needs to train that employees are ALLOWED to add "whip cream" to ANY coffee beverage including the Charlie Drink, since I was told NO whip cream could be added to my Drink when I only love coffee w whip cream...it's easier to digest for me too and fun ❤️ Any customer is free to make accomodations or add to something this which is why it's called Dunkins and not Communist lol Other employees AlWAYS add anyways just happens few other times and employees afraid that Manager was going to write them up for adding whip cream to the Charlie Drink. Unprofessional, unexcusable and unfriendly to their staff in that respect. Other than that.... loVe this Dunkins that's very popular, a favorite of the locals and big fan! Please have higher management review the rat traps control posted all over the back of the building along drive through. Having knowledge about this experience from staff, any rat infestation means they "tear through any means and leave fecal matter in things" like FLOUR which is what all the food is basically made of (excluding the coffees, sugar which tends to be stored on other side and the delicious crosissoint sandwiches which come "prepackaged" so that's fine). 🙏Please please solve of course staring from the outside as done since the rat teeth will grind holes in cement of the building to find ways to get in which is a creative Home Depot solution of constant hard work to rid them permanent and have food toxic free. ❤️😇 Otherwise, since sweet place please support at least with their cofees and crosissoints and mug decor since it's local best coffee lounge of Dunkins this far!

Great service all the time and the coffee is more consistent that most Dunkins. Sometimes the drive through has a line, but that is how good it is, people will stand in line for great coffee, not just because they are addicted.

I am super picky about my coffee.. Im from NH and could NOT find any dunks that made my coffee right... I went to this one and it was PERFECT! I wish I got the guys name that made it.. THANK YOU!!!!

Always have a pleasant experience here because the staff are so nice and wonderful. Their machines are always working unlike McDonalds and they have delicious seasonal drinks such as the Girl Scouts and the new Valentine's Drinks.

Go there most of the time.(Mostly because of parents) but I'm never dissatisfied everytime I go there!
