Always good when I order from Crystal!

It's the standard Domino's pizza you've had before. Good quality, the people are nice. However basically every pizza we've gotten has not had the slices cut all the way through and then it's a mess to rip apart at home. Sharpen that pizza cutter up.

In hurricane Debby the manager today is all alone and was working so hard for the town ordering pizza. I got my order fast and all thanks to her she deserves a raise promotion and hazard pay for working in a hurricane alone.

Always enjoy stopping by to get some Pizza,Everyone is always in good Spirts, Very Helpful ,And pays attention to detail.

We have A mom and Pop pizza shop in our town that we like very much, but the new dominoes that opened a couple years ago has started to gather more and more of our business. Nice people run it, and there’s never a problem with the order. The pizza itself is a lot better than I remember Domino’s being. It’s easy to order and get here quickly and it’s always hot with no skimp on the ingredients.

These young people are doing great pizza work ! Yummy again.

These guys are great every time over the phone and in the shop. I've never had a problem here, and their food is always good. They always put enough tomato sauce, too. All the local places skimp on it, but here they put a decent amount.

They guy with tats made my pizza perfect even with my special request to pull it out a little bit earlier.

I went to domino’s too pick up my order &’ fernando gave excellent customer service, &’ was absolutely polite. I always choose dominos over any other pizza place, but A++ on the service

I was so mad that a pick up order of knots and a large pizza took ninety minutes (not delivery!!) when I finally got to eat it ... it was so tasty and delicious I forgot I was mad. 3 days later.... I put a left over slice of pizza in the toaster oven for 6 minutes at 450 degrees and it is still tasty and delicious. Kudos to the chef!

Long wait, high prices, small lobby, and locked bathroom with no keys. Service was nice though.

I had received an email for a coupon for a medium 2 topping pizza and for some reason when I tried to place an order on the app it said the code was invalid so I called the store and spoke with Thomas the store manager, about the issue and he responded in a very nice and professional manner. He took my order through the phone and solved the problem. I’ve ordered from this location many times and haven’t had any issues whatsoever our pizza is always fresh, hot and have always gotten a great delivery driver. Thank you dominos in Newberry for fixing the issue quickly, professionally and for hiring people with great customer service! :)

Only problem. Wen u call u get automates person. Can never get the order right always end up having to get a real person.

This is probably the most organized Domino's I have ever seen. Staff were very courteous, and it was immaculate inside. I ordered at the counter and it was ready in 15 minutes. Not bad for a Friday night! That's why I drove 50 miles round trip.

I would normally give them more stars, but tonight my well done pizza was burnt and hard as a rock 🙄☹️ My lava cake was like a hockey puck with pudding in it 😲☹️. We are all having staffing issues. I do three jobs most days sometimes more. Do better.

We order delivery from here once a month or so they always get it right and normally are quicker than their estimate. Every delivery driver has been pleasant to work with. All around a good group of Domino's Associates.

Thomas was very patient on the phone and in person. I had a gift card I bought from a fundraiser and he found out the info. Pizza was great too.

Fast, decent pizza. Let's talk about a note on the box that states a delivery charge is not a tip to yhe driver. A tip is for service the service is delivery; therefore, if the establishment charges for delivery and they do not give that fee to the delivery driver they are stealing tips the same as if a table service establishment stole tips from the server.

Food was good, they seem to be short staffed, but that seems to be the new normal for most places these days, so food took a little longer than it should have.

It is super busy Friday nights and you have to wait twice as long so be aware otherwise Great service!

The pizza was great and the sides were correct. But I ordered mild chicken wings. They had no flavoring what so ever and were more bread than chicken. That was disappointing.

I ordered two specialty pizzas tonite, and first off called for carry out order .The woman on the phone seemed very confused as to changes and prices on the pizzas I was inquiring towards. I hung up the phone, and instead went online to order and specialize my pizzas. I drove from Trenton Florida to Newberry Florida already irritated over the ride and expecting the worst on my experience. Rather was delightfully suprised with the friendly service by all workers,especially the manager Richard. My pizzas and wings were cooked and topped to perfection. My online order was over priced by accident , Richard nicely, and swiftly fixed my price as orders and calls were coming in left and right, still with a smile on his face which made my night. I give this Dominoes five stars , and highly recommend

Loved the thin crust beef pizza we got. The hand tossed pepperoni was good too. The thing that stood out the most was the great personalities of the staff there.
