Pricey and no more 2 for 5 or 2 for 6 or 2 for 7 lol chili dogs

First time I've been to this location and I will return! Fast, friendly and convenient place for my favorite Brownie Batter Blizzard!

Soft serve good quality people are very nice and friendly.

Sat in the driveway through line for atleast 20 minutes. On top of that the blizzard hardly had anything in it topping wise. Very disappointed.

Great lunch spot, sometimes you gotta wait a few minutes, but I'm okay with that cuz I know the food will be hot and fresh... Which it always is! Very kind, helpful and respectful! I will continue to have lunch when I'm area! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Heath frosty are.fantastic. prices.are.terrible. could buy a gallon of ice cream and a heath bar for same price

Food, ice cream and staff were awesome

They were awesome and on point at every thing they did from greeting you to you getting your food and it was hot and ready. The only problem I had was the lady who handed me my food at the second window must have had a bad day and I tried my best to make her laugh so she would have a better day. You could tell she had a great smile and probably even has a contagious laugh but I fell short of trying to make her day better and it has bugged me since. That and those paper straws. The paper straw deal is a breaker for me and I will not go back to any DQ again because of that one reason. But I think about that lady and pray for her daily and would love to go back just to see her and check on her.

Weakest sundae ever. Almost no hot fudge. Waste of time. Waste of money. Waste of lactose. Now my tummy hurts. And for what? Basically vanilla soft serve.

Had been busy all day doing an adoption event and just needed something snacky until I got home for dinner. This was on the way home, so I got my favorite which was the pretzel sticks with cheese sauce and a ice cream cone. The wait wasn't too long but we were in a hurry, so we grabbed our food and got in the car and left on our 30-minute drive home. I ate my ice cream cone first so it wouldn't melt. And then I went into the bag to get my pretzel sticks and cheese sauce only to find there was no cheese sauce. I tried calling the store about six times on a 30-minute drive home and nobody answered. Pretty sure I'm never going back there again. I mean if they can't get something that simple right? Why bother? update tried calling the store again yesterday for over half an hour letting it ring until it would just turn off and no one has evern answered the phone

The blizzards are always awesome! Haven’t tried the food. Try a Dilly bar too! You won’t be disappointed

Ordered chicken Strip basket. Fries and chicken were cold. It was 11: 52 and obviously food was not fresh! Employees were in conversation and not worried about customers. I do not recommend! Also, Asked if I wanted a sauce then did not put in box!

Always out if Chocolate ice cream. When asked if they could put chocolate syrup or sprinkles on for free, because they are out, it was a stern NO. Will not be returning.

Poor attitudes, incompetent management, takes way too long EVERYTIME, always out of country gravy (which is let's be honest, the only thing that makes DQ special). Try not to do this but DQ in Newberry, y'all deserve this one ✌️

I used to like this Dairy queen but their chocolate ice cream machine has been broken for months and heard the owner doesn't even care to fix it. How disappointing! Guess we won't be coming back.

Drove all the way to Newberry from Trenton for ice cream and their ice cream machine doesn’t work. How does a place that is mainly ice cream, NOT have working ice cream machines. They claimed to have no ice cream options, no dilly bars, ice cream sandwiches etc. 9/3/23 @ 8:40pm. Makes me wonder if the machines were really broken or already cleaned for the night and they just did t want to take an ice cream order.

Ice cream - blizzard & sundae - both wonderful & hit the spot. They were ready almost instantly.

Lobby was closed to 1:00 p.m. We went thru drive-thru pretty quickly and the staff was friendly.

No table was clean to sit at. We cleaned our own. Men’s bathroom was absolutely atrocious. Will not be back!!!!

The worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to! My cheese curds were cold. I got a cotton candy blizzard and the ice cream tasted sour like it was made with soured milk or cream! Never ever going back here!

1st chili dog wasn't so great. I ordered 2nd one next day and asked for more chili over my dog. DELICIOUS! Employee that rang me up and handed me my food had smile on his face. Btw..best fries ever! Good prices. Fast friendly service! Good job DQ! Yum yum

You can have legendary food and a clean restaurant, but if the service is terrible it's enough to send a long time customer down the road. Came in Wednesday 6/7 around 9pm, stood at the counter for over 5 min, cashier finally came by, skipped me entirely and took the customer BEHIND me who just walked in the door. I walked out. I won't be back.

Word of advice: avoid. 1. Can't get an order correct, will put on toppings they have been told to NOT put on and even CONFIRMED they are not to put on. Too bad if you have allergies/restricted diet. 2. Will not ever answer the phone, don't bother calling. Even with the manager in the office, no one will pick up. I spent 20 minutes repeatedly calling. 3. Act confused as to the problem when you show up in person, will remake only the part of the order they messed up even when the rest is long since either cold/melted cause it was take out. I'd give this place 0/5, but that's not allowed.

Decided to stop in and get a quick bite to eat and have an ice cream. The meal was wrong, but nothing major, just a little confusion between us and the cashier. I was disappointed that they weren't able to make any of the fruity concoctions. Especially with one flavor being advertised as a special flavor. The menu board said "not available". I was still curious as to what the flavor of the "sunset" consisted of, so I asked and was told that it was mango and strawberry, but that the store hadn't received any of the ingredients to prepare them. Not the employees fault by any means. Cheese curds were yummy though.

If you order threw drive thru order is always wrong,if you dine in,tables are always dirty,we pulled into drive thru and 5 employees was out back in view of customers smoking,they started taking care order while still smoking and walking back into building

3 days ago, we went to Busch gardens theme park, then we headed out to the nearest dairy queen to order In a drive thru. We made the order, I wanted to try the new snickers blizzard I love blizzards and I was excited to try this one. Unfortunately, we had to wait at least 12 minutes after we paid as the lady asked us to wait on the side and she said she will bring our order. After waiting for around 12 minutes, she brought the order and we had to move really quickly to head back to Gainesville, to my surprise, my blizzard was melted, I didn't enjoy my blizzard at all as it was mostly liquid ! That made me feel disappointed and left a bad taste in my mouth.

I always go through the drive thru. Good fast service. Usually three chicken strips and a shake! Always good!!

Friendly staff, downfall is they’re incredibly slow for not having the inside open. I’ve only gotten ice cream from this location, but it’s correct every time

After spending some time outside in the heat, we decided to cool off with some Dairy Queen ice cream. The young woman working the counter was very nice and made us feel appreciated. One blizzard, one milk shake, three cones, and one dilly bar were served up quickly. And 6 people left happy. I observed the people before us ordered lunch. The salad that one of the people got looked really good. I would have not expected that from a DQ. I commented to the gal at the register about how tasty it looked. She beamed with pride and said she only lets fresh stuff go out. This was an enjoyable stop. The friendly service and everything we ordered was great. Reminded me of my childhood DQ (the 1970s). Thank you for that. Note: As it should be with ice cream... If you are not wearing it, you are not enjoying it.

Burgers are good - Ice cream always on task. Waiting 20-30 min to get Ice Cream is ridiculous. This is one of the slowest fast food places alive. You can get through airport security faster

Food was hot, staff was helpful.

I am amazed! This DQ has one of the best burgers I’ve tasted in a long while. The caramel shake was delicious. Customer service is A+. All at an affordable price! If you’re in the Newberry area, pass by McDonalds and come here. It’s worth it.

My friend got a chili dog and the chili tasted burnt and she has gotten very sick!! No more chili dogs for us or Dairy Queen

Javon was great. He got our order right and was extremely polite. He was friendly and remembered my special request of sprinkles on the side. Hard to find good service these days so thank you Javon.

Went inside this dingy and crowded restaurant only to decide to go through the drive thru instead. Ordered in the drive thru and got to the window to be asked "Our card machine is down. Do you have cash?" I said "um no, did it just go down?" To which the clerk said, "No... It's been down like all day." To that I mumbled as I drove away... "and you couldn't have told me that before you took my order and I waited in line?" Just not a nice place and incompetent service.

The employees were arguing amongst themselves and cussing and there was customers in there place of the time

Zero stars, not sure why they put your meal in such a big box. The chicken tenders now are more like nuggets and the fries are pale and floppy. Depending upon who is working you might accidentally receive a blizzard that is full. Very stingy on the salted caramel cheesecake pieces. I was beginning to think that they gave me to the wrong order. The place has been going down hill for a while now. Heaven help you if you show up within 30 minuets of closing, the rudeness level is amplified. How dare you expect them to work until closing time, management is lacking skills.

Food is delicious but services has gone down in my opinion.

Onion rings were fresh, hot and delicious and the counter person was friendly. Big improvement from the last time I was there

If I can give no stars I would. I have been ordering a triple chocolate brownie sundae for the last six years in many different places. This is including many different states and cities. This store always gives one vanilla soft serve ball when it should be two and the three times I’ve been there I have complained and I was told that the manager only allows one bowl of ice cream. They do not do the orders correctly like they should and have poor customer service and management.

I ordered the oreo and brownie combo. This was very yummy, however; had the brownie been cut up, it would have been much easier to eat.

We ordered 2 simple meals. They mixed up our order and we had to wait an additional 12 minutes. 27 minutes total to get cold fries and 2 burgers. We had pleasant experiences before so not sure if it was a bad day with new staff or something but the manager was there and never apologized.

Great chilly dogs French fries or always fresh and the ice cream is a dream come true. May i suggest a chocolate icecream with strawberry Blizzard.

Quick, friendly service and great burgers

Very clean and cool place to eat and cool off. Bathrooms are clean, people are very nice. Orders are usually rite. I have gotten my order a time or two where they forgot my gravy for the chicken strips.

How can you get wrong with an Oreo blizzard

My husband and I purchased 4 Cotton Candy Cakes From Newberry Dairy Queen. First 2 we bought was brilliant the third one threw us off Due to NO blue drizzle or the Nerds on the outside.
