I ordered pizza and wings, when they texted me it took 26 minutes to get my food and it wasn't even warm and the pizza was terrible!!

Update: Just spent $80 on four pizzas that were NOT cooked. Extremely doughy. My teens still ate it. Hoping they don’t get sick. However, I’m door dashing Zaxsbys as I can’t eat pizza that’s not cooked thoroughly and the one with chicken and pineapple taste way off so concerned one of ingredients is not good. What a waste. I give chance after chance. No more. Pizza Hut or j burns it is. PS in photos that is the dough not cheese Update: It would kill them to get an order correct. Ordered extra chicken n pineapple n the put beef on it with chicken n no extra chicken. I said light in sauce. Hit that correct but they added extra cheese to point you gag on it. Update: Ordered delivery today. They messed up the order. Now I have to go out and pick the order up that they are redoing or I have to pay another delivery charge. Seriously? They mess up and I have to pay for it? I’m done with dominos. If I have to pick up then J Burns is my new pizza place. Problem with overseas call center placing my order incorrectly and when I called the local store, the manager refused to make correct pizza instructing me to order again (and pay for) the correct pizza. Manager refused ro review my order history of over 5 years to confirm the type of pizza I ALWAYS order. Before this call center ordering service was implemented, I had great service from this vendor. A complaint to the Dominoes customer service "bot" via text leaves me with fleeting hope they will resolve this issue to customer satisfaction.

2 times previous to my experience tonight i ordered 2 pizzas and bread. Pizzas were good, peporoni bread has zero pepperoni, complete trash. I said nothing. Previous to my experience today, I order $100 worth of pizza from this location and every pizza was messed up. I said nothing. Tonight I ordered 2 pizza and pepperoni bread. My standard order. Pepperoni bread was good. Both pizzas, complete trash and not what I ordered. Manager couldn't identify if the pizza was a pan pizza or not. Employee 1(who was AWESOME) nodded and verbally said no this isn't a pan pizza, sorry. Employee 2, took control of conversation and told me the time Their website told me to pick up wad incorrect and not their fault. So pizza was waiting for me. Then said. She'd remake my wrongly made pizza, but charge me for another pizza. For someone who supports the community as much as we do, thanks dominoes. Zero out of 10 customer service.

I placed an order through the app at 11:45. I get a call about 5 minutes later saying that they aren’t accepting orders anymore because he doesn’t have anymore drivers to deliver the food. I let him know that’s okay and that I can go and pick it up if that will help. I called the store and explained the problem to the manager on duty, Gloria, who said that she refuses to send a driver to deliver just sauces to me and that all she can do is offer me a credit for the sauces. I tried to explain that the food is not enjoyable without the sauce, but she insisted I could come to the store to collect the sauces, but the credit was all she was willing to offer. She then began stating in an answering service sarcastic voice that she has caller ID and that she has nothing else to offer me since I found her offer unsatisfactory. Before I could respond, Gloria again hung up on me. I called back at least 10 times. All but one of those times, someone immediately hung up on me. The one time I was not immediately disconnected, Chase answered, and I asked him to connect me to the other manager on duty, David. As I was waiting, I was hung up on again before ever having the opportunity to speak with him. I paid for the order, including the sauces, the delivery fee, and a tip, and in the end Gloria and her team team treated me deplorably. Dominoes has lost me as a customer today.

By far the best commercial pizza in our area. We've never had a bad pizza, ever. The pizza is always been delivered before the alloted time and still very hot. The drivers are always friendly and professional! Keep it up Shapard Rd. Dominoes, you're setting a bar.

I got a large cheese pizza and some bread twist. I asked for some parmesan cheese packets. She gave me one. I asked for more and she gave me another cheese packet. Geez lol.

The people at this location were rude. They seen at the drive through window and decided to to help me. I had to park and go inside to get someone to help me. The lady manager was especially rude to me and my son. I'm not ever going back.

Do not order from this location. The store manager “Jazmin” is extremely rude and dismissive every time I pick up a carry out order. I am a paying/loyal customer and I do not appreciate such poor customer service. If you’re looking for good pizza + friendly and fast service I suggest ordering from a different location.

Asked manager if she could help pricewise with giving our Church ministry a discount for purchasing numerous pizzas. She flat out said - even I don't get a discount. We went down to Little Ceasars and YES. They helped our Ministry out. We place the order and paid for it right then. Thank you, LITTLE CEASARS !!!

Very unhappy with my delivery from Domino's today. I know it was lunch time but it took a very long time to get my order.. when I did finally get my order I was missing my pizza. It was the free emergency Pizza that they are now doing. I know it was on my order when I ordered. I told the driver I called the manager.. almost 2 hours later still no pizza still no call.. any other Domino's takes care of their problem immediately. I spent $21 + tip to receive some chicken and a bottle of diet Coke..Not happy..

Customer care and service is less than exceptional. For whatever reason by accident our cheesebread was ordered online without marinara sauce that comes with it. My husband went 20 minutes round trip out of his way to go back and get it after we got home and realized it wasn't included. Jasmine proceeded to CHARGE for this sauce that was already included with the food item! We had called ahead of time and explained what happened and asked if we could come pick it up. My husband explained at the store again what had happened and she was unwilling to give the (included in the price) sauce...The extra dollar she earned tonight cost our future service. I value quality care more than the food. There are many pizza options around.
