I go to this location out of convenience as it’s the closest coffee shop to my house, but I will be making the drive to Andrew’s Coffee from now on… Every time I have gone to this location none of the drinks have ever tasted the same, they rarely even taste like coffee. Every iced coffee I have ordered here tastes watered down. Forget ordering through the drive through.. They jack up the prices ordering in person versus online, my drink in the app was $5 I went to order it again in person and they totaled it $9. Customer service is not the friendless and the indoor dining area is always dirty and sticky. Their bathrooms have not been clean either whenever I have gone inside. Their drink cups are sticky too! Ordering through the drive though I can’t tough my steering wheel after with how sticky the drink cups are… Even ordering a Chai Tea is somehow sticky..? I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to Andrew’s Coffee get consistently good coffee with the same prices and friendly customer service every time. Versus Driving 2 minutes to this Starbucks location where it’s never the same drink and always results in an expensive sticky mess.

I come to this area a few times a year and this starbucks is one of the best in the chain. Clean, friendly and efficient. And when I asked for a “medium”, I was not corrected. That was nice as I can never remember starbucks nomenclature.

05/23/2024 The worst experience ever today. Went inside to order a menu item Carmel Ribbon Frappuccino. Waited 15 minutes and heard barrister say.. Oops I forgot about this frap! Barrister put my drink up without calling any name. I walked up to check if it was mine when another customer took my drink before I got up there. I asked for my money back. Got to my car to write this review. I'm going back in to order the same item to try a second time. I went in the drive thru. I had asked for a triple shot of expresso in my frozen coffee. It was weaker than mine at home.

The only reason this is not a one star review is because I haven’t had there hot or iced beverage's, but my recent visit to Starbucks left me thoroughly disappointed with their frappés. Instead of the creamy, frozen treat I expected, the beverage had the consistency of watered-down coffee. Even after politely requesting a remake, the baristas' response was surprisingly rude, and the second attempt only worsened the issue, making it even more liquidy. This experience made me wonder about the overall management or perhaps the lack of care from the employees. It's disheartening when specific requests seem to fall on deaf ears, leaving loyal customers like myself questioning the consistency and attentiveness of the service.

Going to this Starbucks i was concerned seeing how empty it was around 4-5. After today, i know never to come back. The person taking my order was very passive aggressive for me even being there at all like I was wrong for being in the drive-in. She struggled to put my order in for something simple and when I pulled up to the window i politely asked for a straw only to get ignored. I grew up drinking Starbucks and this is the WORST one I've been to. I normally tip 20% or more depending on my service, but don't expect it and act passive aggressive when you don't. When i curiously asked for her name she forgot how to speak, almost as if this has been an issue before. As long as Trinity is there, i will not be coming back.

Unfortunately I bought 5 gift cards which were paid in cash and handed to me in a small bag. When I got home, there were no receipts and only 4 of the 5 cards in the bag. Guess I know better than to trust and need to check for everything everytime. Hope some of the money I paid are on the cards.

Manager on staff was impatient and rude. The staff yell across the cafe to each other about personal business. " Your husband doesn't do that for you???!!" This is the only starbucks where the staff are constantly raising their voices at each other regarding conversations that should be meant for the back.

The coffee is literally always wrong. They add way too much syrup and it ends up tasting like chemicals. If you order a chai it tastes like a cup of milk. It seems like their turnover rate is really contributing to the inconsistency of the drinks. The staff is always lovely though.

This Starbucks leads all Starbucks. Yep. I went in late and need a wake up coffee. The cashier made sure I left with a great cup of coffee which was hot very sweet and enough creamer. In my world their eye on taking care of me was amazing. More business might think on this point.

This has to be one of the nicest Starbucks I have visited. The baristas were wonderful, very friendly and offered suggestions on how I can order my drink to get my desired Espresso/(creamer) ratio, and the store is beautiful. There are comfortable chairs and sofas, tables, and merchandise. It was very clean and the vibe was extremely positive.

Update a year later: 2023: I had another repeat of waiting 25 minutes for a tea and they ran out. I left without my drink. This morning I went in to pick up my order of tea and Andrew was there waiting and apologized for the other day and gave me a gift card for a free drink. Thank you Andrew for taking care of your customers you’re amazing! 2022: I love Starbucks. But please I beg you get rid of the new lids! They pop off n then you’ve got a mess! Employees put their hands on top of lids to pick up drinks to hand to you leaving their fingerprints all over the mouthpiece after they’ve handled money, cc, their hair, etc! And flies get in the mouth piece as it’s so big. 🤮 And now the paper straws? They get soggy and nasty! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I stopped at this Starbucks because it was on the way home but I don't ever come to this Starbucks because it's not my regular. I always get the same thing from Starbucks. they greeted me nicely through the speaker but I asked for a venti iced caramel macchiato w Xtra caramel. When I received my drink it was not filled up and there was no Xtra caramel. I've never had a caramel macchiato that wasn't filled up and didn't have extra caramel drizzle. They weren't busy so it shouldve been made the right way. Most likely won't come back because this Starbucks doesn't give off the vibes the other Starbucks do. Id rather pay 5-6 dollars for a drink made the right way.

My friend and I come into this Starbucks a lot to study...well, she studies. I occupy my time by ordering a delicious coffee or something. - The service and employers are super friendly every time we stop in. - The wait time is quick and efficient. And the quality and taste is great. - The atmosphere is pleasant. Both my friend and I have no complaints. No one bothers us, it's quiet, the music is not over-bearing.

Today has been one of them days. I came to Starbucks for a drink, went through the drive through my diesel truck is very loud so I turned it off so they can hear me. I tried to turn it back on and it wouldn’t start I left my key at home. I’m obviously Now stuck in the drive through. . I went inside. Being very apologetic I’ve blocked your drive through The workers inside was very empathetic which made the situation So much easier for me Nobody showed me a bad attitude thanks you for hiring amazing staff members if I can call them by name to let y’all know who they are I would. My boyfriend and I stopped into this store around 5 on a Saturday, the baristas were all so nice and I had a great, fun conversation with the barista on register (I think her name was Kam). My Iced Matcha Latte with oatmilk was delicious and the coffee cake I got as well was warmed up to perfection! Definitely stop by this location if you’re needing a little pick me up.
