First time I ordered from here. Online experience okay. When I picked up my order, the girl with the glasses smiled handed me the order, rushed me out the door. I had questions about the menu and restaurant, but she rushed me out and walked away from the counter while I was speaking to her mid sentence. There wasn't anyone else in line or waiting.

Absolutely the best pizza. Always fresh. Everything is delicious. Atmosphere if you decide to dine in is really good. Customer service is great. I had issue where I was accidentally overcharged. Manager fixed immediately and apologized. My children Absolutely love going there. They also have budget friendly coupons. I live about 25 minutes away and it's always worth the drive. I've also had it delivered via door dash and it was still delicious.

Of course it's not on par with the independent pizzerias, but I feel it's in-between those and the chain pizza outlets. Pizza is always hot, tasty and ready whenever you arrive. Lots of options and variations all for a reasonable price. The staff at this location is always friendly, welcoming and attentive. Any over location I've been to , the staff is also very friendly. It's refreshing to encounter employees that are friendly and appreciative that you are patronizing thier place of employment. That attitude has become non existent in the current workplace. My one small bit of criticism is that , I wish they would cut the pizza better, no matter what location I've been to, it's never cut fully and I end up tearing it apart . For the quality you receive for the price , you can't beat it. BOGO on Tuesdays and thier app earns you points and always has good deals. I've never eaten inside but this location has a cozy and comfortable dining area..

Food took forever to be delivered when it arrived it was cold and chewy.. will not order from this location again

Our pizza was excellent and made by a very upbeat and positive employee. She handled our entire transaction like a pro! I would definitely recommend Marco's on Florida Avenue.

At first when you changed management a very nice and friendly lady told me that you would no longer accept the card for visit punches, and that whenever I visited the store I would give my phone number for the points for my visit. As recently as Friday I visited the store and the employee who took my order was very arrogant, unhelpful, unempathetic, and unfriendly. I told him that I am registered in the store's system and whenever I visit the store I give my phone number and they find me by my name. The employee did not want to look me up in the system, he was very rude, he decided to write my name incorrectly to call me to give me the order to take out, and on the receipt there is no link for me to give feedback about my experience during my visit and my order.

Highly recommend this location.... awesome deals, good food and good hospitality!

Ordered online. Called 30 second later. Very rude, we ask for onion to be left off and was told pizza was in oven. Then that crust has been made, so they lied and told us it's our problem if we ordered wrong. Worst service ever. Lost our weekly business. Recommend you order elsewhere.

Love me some Marcos. Bring back the honey hot pizza.

Pizzas that looks like pizzas, delicious and full of toppings! Way better than Little Caesar’s and other pizza places with greasy pizzas! Most definitely our go to place from now on!

Been to this location a few times always make my order in the store so I expect to wait and never had a problem.

Pizza was cold but tasty. Most workers seemed spaced out. Was told delivery was gonna be an hour, as I pulled up to pick up my order there was the driver and my order was next with only one pick up ahead. No vibe in there except a kitchen. May as well shut down dining room for more kitchen space.

Excellent pizza. Was in on a Tuesday evening and pizza came out quick and fresh. Still definitely be back.

The lady behind the counter lacks people skills and has a poor attitude towards customers. I will not return.

I called an order in over the phone and ordered the 1 large 1 topping with hamburger, that came with the cheese sticks and a 2 liter. And then a specialty pizza with the meats. After waiting a hour we called to check on our order. The manager go on the phone and was very rude from the start as I was trying to explain our order. She then said we needed to come in even thought i had already explained to her that I had been charged. She then hung the phone up in my face And after calling back 5 times she picked up and hung up each time. So now we are left at square 1 with no food and poor costumer service.

Food was good, as usual staff friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this pizza was. Definitely will come back!!

No prices on menu,will not spin the wheel

Last week ordered a pizza with white sauce, got home it was tomato sauce. I did not complain I threw it out, I was really angry. Today I ordered and they did not have red onions or spinach I will not be back.

Terrible customer service. Of course I’m the only black woman that had to walk in without being greeted or even helped or acknowledged for 5 minutes. There is literally no one in here. They looked at me and went right back to walking around. I had to say “helllooooo??? “ for the woman to say “you picking up”while the guy continued to ignore me…..like wow. Never will I come to a Marcos again.and why is the waiting longer than 15 minutes for a pickup order placed a super long time ago if you have no one in the restaurant. Btw the two Caucasian gentlemen that came in before and after me were greeted and serviced immediately. Nice.

Ordered a pizza for delivery- the gentleman that took our order was very nice and our pizza came very fast and it was delicious really impressed for a Saturday night these days you never know. :)

Old : They honored a coupon that wasn't working without pause . The pizza was made exactly as ordered and was hot and fresh at delivery. Which honestly is rare for most places ,there's always something missing or mixed up . Our delivery driver was very pleasant . Their italian sausage is to die for frfr . Happy customers! ****************\/********************** Update:new management,staff seem to be lost and unapologetic for my husband waiting 40MIN in store for them to correct our order . And they still made it wrong, it's just pizza 🍕 but it's after he's worked hard all day and I had a bad day. And typically we go here because it's delicious and we love the people. They're reliable. This experience is sorely disappointing

I just had the All Meat pizza with the white sauce. It was fabulous! Best pizza ever!

They go above and beyond for Veterans

I call 3 times and put on. Hold for more than 10 minutes each time. So I went in. They told me it was gonna be 30 minutes. Got my pizza home and one of the slices didn't even have cheese on it. The sauce was disgusti will never order from them again

If you want to order something and get something completely else delivered, order from here! This place has gone downhill since new management/owner. They used to always get our orders right, now every time there is something messed up upon delivery. Avoid! Update 1-5. Tried them again. Ordered 2 hot honey pizzas. Neither had honey nor did they do the crust correctly!

Marco's pizza is a family favorite pizza place. No matter where order the food is always top notch and delicious!

Haven't had Marco's in 2 years. Still the best of all the major players. Cheese steak pizza still is amazing

Asked about all their deals and he claims none of them are currently going when the expiration date on the coupons and deals are literally next week whatever cool so I try to order wings and they have no wings either what’s a man gotta do to get at least 1 thing he wants

I would give it five stars, the tables are always dirty and trash is overflowing.

We live 2 ish miles down the road and usually always do pick up because.......at 8:01pm they said my pizza was on the way, it's now 8:32pm and it's still not here. This has happened so many times and I won't be requesting delivery again. My food is probably cold by now.

The management and this location is absolutely awesome I'm from up North originally never thought I'd find a pizza as good down south but Marcos is excellent in fact the manager talked to me about the sausage magnifico which I never had so when she made my pizza she made one slice sausage magnifico it was excellent I've been hooked ever since they go above and Beyond for customer service for a pizza place. You'll never have a bad pizza

I'm a pizza lover 😋 🥰, and my friend, this pizza hit on my top list. The staff is amazing 👏. I was there just for a bit, and saw what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE really is. I guess locals love going there. They knew them by name and what they needed. That's what I call, handling your business in a smart and professional way. Something was wrong with the system, that it didn't want to get my card once again, and they helped me very grateful 🙏. I'm so happy that I found this place. 😊 I recommend Marcos Pizza 100%. Give it a try, and you will feel the same way.

Love this staff :) Sierra is patient and understanding! My pizzas are consistent and always hot! This isn't my closest Marcos, I drive out of the way to come here.

Messed up our order 4 times and then overcharged us for beer and pizza. The pizza was terrible and the cheese bread was cold. I was not thrilled by the experience.

Unfortunately my order was mistake , had no pepperoni 🍕 on my two pizzas and last time the app said was 2 for 26.00 . But the darn code or something was wrong.. other location.. this one was charged same price - no items .. but in fairness, I gave them 5 stars. Because was my fault, some how the app erased it. Started the order again ??? Hate the apps at times.

The pizza was good but they were all out of beer. Nothing goes better with pizza then beer.

In the area as of now it is definitely one on top of the list. There is many other places so I won’t just give #1 out just yet. A great place to try if not sure, where to order. They have good deals and full moon pies are half off. I will continue to order and recommend.

On my first visit to Marco's, the staff was friendly, and the pizza was good. However, they did not have garlic bread.

I love their cauliflower pizzas. You can't tell the difference between dough and cauliflower. For those looking for a ""healthier"", pizza option.

High quality ingredients equal great pizza. In the weekly rotation.
