What a great family farm, please support them. They have a farm store, pick your own, animals and bands that play. They family is extremely nice please note this is a farm so don't expect to be in the land of luxury, lol.

Blueberry picking was so peaceful and the blueberry donuts were delicious! The staff were so kind and all the animals on the farm look like they’re taken care of so well. Protect this farm at all costs!

If you haven't visited this hidden gem in Douglas yet, then give them a visit. Walk the farm, see the animals, check the crops out and visit the shop. A great visit for any age.

They have THE BEST apple cider donuts I think I’ve ever had in my life. They use all their own cider in the donuts so they only have them during apple season but the store is open all year round. Lots of local, handmade goods at a very reasonable price point. Even after donut season is over, I will be back for the beeswax lip balm and for my holiday shopping. Beautiful farm, family and community. ❤️

This farm is awesome. The apples are delicious and taste great, I'd rather have "ugly" apples than ones sprayed with tons of pesticides. The cider donuts they make are by far the best I've ever had. The staff is super friendly and we always feel very welcomed and appreciated.

If you have a craving for apple cider donuts Douglas Orchard is the best place to go. We had them hot and fresh right from the cooker, we fell in love. The Country store is open year round selling fresh meats and neat little trinkets

This family has really cultivated a wonderful environment. The moment you walk into the store it smells amazing. They’re always ready to greet you with a smile. The apple cider donuts are the stuff dreams are made of. Plus they have some great cheeses, and fresh eggs.

Horrible experience! I was told we have to buy 2 bags for apple picking even though half of us weren’t picking apples (only 3 kids were picking, which is what the bag says it supposed to be for). Yet the lady made feel guilty and I bought another for the 2 people not picking apples anyways. Talk about money grabbers! Then, her husband who gives you instructions before you go pick apples asks you to pick up the bad apples and gives you this big blue bucket to pick them up for him. So he puts you to work after you get scammed by his wife who overcharges you! This place was an awful experience, the only reason I went was because it was sponsored by my sons school. I am going to strongly urge them against these greedy people. I will definitely not be returning and telling my friends to stay away!

Beautiful orchard and farm! The owners are so nice and informative. The apples are absolutely stunning and delicious. The store is great and loaded with fresh apple cider, grapes, farm raised meats and eggs! We scarfed down two apple cider donuts in the parking lot! Going to make a tart with all the apples we got! Can’t wait to go back. Thank you for the great experience!

Best orchard around! The owners are very kind and talkative. The store is small but amazing. I've bought soap, jewelry, and fresh, warm donuts there. Plenty of animals to feed and look at. The apples are small but the crop suffered due to the horrible drought. Such a great place to spend an hour. Good photo opportunities I highly recommend.

A little slice of old New England charm! Delicious cider donuts and cute home crafts in the gift shop. They also sell pies, meats and eggs (chicken and duck). It was a blast apple picking here!

What a GREAT find! Met Aaron at breakfast, got to talking and headed straight over. Great shop with fresh blueberries from the orchard, locally sourced meat and honey, and unique finds from local artisans. Headed to see the animals - chickens, turkeys, goats, the cow (I'm in love!), hens, the roosters... And got to pet the rabbits! Aaron, his wife and son were all there working and were wonderful to talk with. My friend and I left with a bag of freshly picked blueberries and we will be back again for Saturday night music! Highly recommend a stop at this local treasure.

Nicest people. I find farming so interesting and they were all so willing to answer all my questions. Awesome adventure for my little one. Highly recommend trying the sausage out of the freezer and the fresh blueberry doughnuts. Looking forward to catching a concert there in a couple weeks and then some apple picking come fall.

I love this farm. They do everything they can to keep the farm chemical free. A great place to take the family and walk around and visit the animals, or host an event. Summer weekends there is live music and food.

Love this farm! The family that owns the farm are the nicest people you will ever meet. Farmer Nick is beyond helpful with any questions about gardening you may have! They have a farm store here with eggs and meat raised on the farm so you know where it comes from and they treat all their animals with kindness and care! Blueberry and apple picking, live music, bonfires, mushrooms growing classes and so much more. Beautiful grounds to walk around, and a great place to visit with the kids!

We just stopped by this beautiful working farm and general store. What a delightful place. Farmer Nick has extensive knowledge in sustainable food and farming and he give the "back-story" on everything they produce and sell.

Fresh apple cider donuts, sweet cider, canned fruit preserves, and meat all from their farm.... Prices were reasonable for a local farm.

This quaint little farm is absolutely wonderful! We have been herr for blueberry picking, apple picking, visited the animals, shopped at the store, eaten their delicious donuts & honey sticks & apple cider..., visited Santa & the Easter Bunny, and chatted with the amazing staff. Definitely come here. You won't be disappointed!

End of season but still lots to pick from. Fresh... I mean FRESH cider donuts! Straight from the house hot!!! Love the natural pesticides that they use and love looking at the animals.

What a nice little place… I was attending the Octoberfest event in downtown Douglas with friends when we all saw the sign advertising apple picking and apple cider doughnuts at Douglas Orchard and Farm, so we decided to go. I am very glad that we did. It made for a fun afternoon with family and friends. The grounds are beautiful. Tons of land and many animals to see. The girl in the pink shirt was so helpful, friendly, and fun to talk to. It is nice that the farm provides you with a bucket to collect extra apples from the ground for the pigs or apple cider. My daughter had fun doing that. We were also interested in the fact that the apples here are not contaminated with pesticides. I wish that there were more local farms like this in my area. We were pressed for time, so we unfortunately were not able to visit the gift shop but we will plan to return soon after this wonderful visit. I am eating a caramel apple as I am writing this review and it is, I think, the best one I have ever had! We also tried their apple cider at the farm. Very good. My daughter adored the M&M one. My only concern was the limited parking up front. Thank you Douglas Orchard and Farm for a wonderful Saturday afternoon! We will surely be back. Keep up the great work.

Wonderful family friendly farm! Everything is right there, easy for little legs to manage. Great apple orchard, animals to visit, farm/gift shop, and truly amazing cider donuts. We had a great time here and hope to make it a regular stop!

Great place !! Great family orchard/farm. Prices are very good and the apples are great. It's not over crowded like the big places and they don't use much pesticide. very friendly

We travel nearly an hour to come out to this farm. It is so clean and well run. They always have great products in the store and I always can find more than I was looking for. Very relaxing just to walk around. The owners are very knowledgeable, love what they are doing, and they still manage to be very relaxed in the process! We always have a great visit!

Great place to spend a fall day and afternoon! Scavenger hunt and walking around the farm with family is a great time. Admission is only $5! Store and gift shop is also really great, with a selection of local meats, and by local I mean some grown right there on the farm, homemade honey, dressings, jams, and even souvenirs from the farm. A great, friendly farm to visit!

This place is awesome! It offers such a diverse selection of vegetable and meats. I love taking the kids to run around. It's a large open space and is a great location for the summer Farmer's market, too. It also has live music and other activities. The family who owns it are great people, helpful, and super friendly.

I have seen this transition from a family farm stand run by a great guy and family,to a really great expanded farm with modern farm methods. Nick is so knowledgeable and gives a seminar quality tour of the farm. It is a tour to take notes of and His knowledge base is from his degree from UMASS Amherst in farming ,yes!, His passion driven love of great farming to table healthful products is the best.When you sit down to a meal of real time fresh food ,I know will agree.

Great PYO blueberries - I’ve been three times so far this year. Farmer Nick and his family are always so friendly and warm. If they have the fresh whole chickens in stock, make sure to grab one! You will not be sorry.

Nice place, friendly people, cute little shop. The apples aren't pretty, but they taste awesome. Nice to see the guinea fowl and other animals there. They have family friendly interesting events too.

I went during blueberry picking time and picked the most delicious variety of blueberries. Be sure to bring your wallet, though. It seemed expensive to me considering I was doing the picking on a hot and humid morning.

What a great little spot! Pick your own blueberries or pick a bag up frozen. Super friendly staff with organic chicken and duck eggs to boot. Grabbed some fresh broccoli for dinner and some blueberry preserves for baking :) Come here!!

They have passion for farming. They enjoy talking to people and the visits are fun!

Me and my wife visited this local farm today, this place was great. Aaron who is one of the owners was very helpfully and all around great person to deal with. Can’t wait to stop in during growing season to see what they have. They are a great source for local honey and many other local products. If there is one thing you must do is try the cream honey, they have for sale in the store. It will not let you down. We Will defiantly be heading back to check out their apple orchard and blueberry patches. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves to buy local products and even people who don’t but might entertain the idea of.
