We ordered lunch for 35 people for an all day Saturday training and the delivery showed up right on time. They accommodated our 2 Gluten Free employees and all of the sandwiches & soup were delicious. They even brought peanut butter cups to put around the tables for decoration. We will definitely be using them again!

Tammy and team of La’ Cuisine were awesome. My wife and I used them for our rehearsal dinner. The food and service were both top notch.

Amazing drinks, serves and food

Review for Ebony and Vine. I've no idea why the catering company is listed and suggest they separate themselves from Ebony and Vine if they are actually separate. Sometimes the food is outstanding, other times it comes out still frozen and somehow burnt at the same time. Today I went with my wife and son and we all ordered eggs benedict. The hash browns were partly frozen still and so salty I think I would have died if I ate them - too salty even for a 12 year old. On to the eggs benedict; egg was cooked properly on 3 out of 6 eggs otherwise hard boiled. The English muffins were cold and soggy, but had char on the top of them like they were torched? We spoke with the waiter who indicated it's all cooked by the owner and the quality wavers depending on his mood, and this was probably one of his off days and offered no resolution to our problems. I do not blame the waiter, who was doing multiple person's jobs. The food the last couple of times makes me sad because we've had such good food here in the past, but I can't go to a restaurant that can't be consistent.

Don't order from here, you'll get served frozen food.

Had lunch there, they’re called Ebony & Vine but pop up as catering when googled. Service was subpar, the waitress made unnecessary comments & it isnt the first time. The glass my beverage was in was dirty on the bottom inside. Found a hair in my nachos as I was finishing them. Soda is overpriced, seriously $4 for a sprite. Won’t be back again.

Working with La Cuisine was a huge part of our wedding planning process and we are so glad we could support their business. Laurie helped us formulate many details of our wedding; she is best in industry! They accommodated us when we wanted to come taste one other element of our chosen meal (mexican buffet). We felt their prices were very fair and transparent. Then when the pandemic hit, we made major changes to our wedding and they were able to pull off the same service in a private residence. My wife and I had hired Laurie and her team for our wedding in Evergreen and couldn't have been happier! The food was delicious and very fairly priced. They were extremely helpful in every step from setting up to breaking down/ cleaning the venue. Everything was very straightforward regarding menu items and services when planning everything and setting up the tasting. We really couldn't have asked for more and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a caterer.

We used La Cuisine for our wedding in Evergreen, and they REALLY really exceeded my expectations. First of all, the day of service was AMAZING. Every single one of their staff was ON TOP OF IT. They were consistently checking on us, and anytime I even had a question or request, it was done as if the queen herself had asked. The initial factor that drew me to them was their pricing. They are extremely reasonably priced and even had discounts based on hosting at one of their preferred venues. But, for the price, you really do get great food. We wanted casual, and went with their BBQ menu, and it was surprisingly delicious. I did notice some things were better than others, like the BBQ focused food was GREAT, but we also got a simple chicken with a light sauce, and a Swedish meatball for cocktail hour, and those seemed slightly more mediocre. So it's possible a fancier menu with plated food may not be their specialty. But the corn bread was TO DIE FOR, and their brisket, beans, corn, everything else was great. We also hired them for set up and clean up at the end, and they were so helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend using them if you are looking for a lot of hands on help, and great casual food.

Working with Laurie at La Cuisine was a delightful experience. She catered my husband’s memorial celebration with grace, delivering delicious food in incredibly difficult weather conditions. As the snow continued to pile up that morning, Laurie called me to assure me that she would be there for us. Great food and amazing service! Thank you, Laurie.

I wanna start of by saying THANK YOU. Laurie and Lisa worked with our venue coordinator to make our wedding day beautiful, fun, exceptional. I cant imagine what it would have been like if they weren't apart of it. They are incredibly professional and have a lot of experience with weddings. On the day of the wedding they did so much, were so organized, worked so well with the other vendors, from the set-up until after clean-up, I did not have to worry about much. My wedding day was better than i even imagined. Communication was so easy and open, they listened to us, what we wanted and made it happen, even made African food for my rehearsal dinner that we all loved. Chef Dillon was also amazing. The food was incredible and the service from the entire team was incredible. My husband and i cant say enough great things. Our wedding was so perfect everyone was so happy, especially George and I. We really appreciate you guys checking in on us during the event. I am so thankful, you guys did so much to make my day perfect. I cant thank you enough. Laurie is really amazing.

La Cuisine of Evergreen did a wonderful job providing appetizers and a full buffet dinner for a Celebration of Life event at our home. La Cuisine catered our wedding. We had a pig roast. The food was incredible, maybe some of the best pork I’ve ever had. They have a wide selection of sides and dishes to choose from and EVERYTHING they had was delicious. But the food wasn’t even the best part—the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. One of the absolute angels working our wedding walked us through the Buffett first and made our plates for us. She made sure I got the little brown toasty spots on my Mac and cheese. We were so happy with LaCuisine! I wish we could get married again so I could get some more of that Mac and cheese.

I can't get enough! We had a fabulous catering experience last month for an event at my work, and the food was the highlight of the evening! I had the privilege of eating La Cuisine food for 5 days, 3 times a day due to them being catered for a retreat event of ours in the mountains. I was impressed with presentation, service and quality. I enjoyed the taste and freshness of the food very much. To top it off, the selflessness of Dylan and Laurie to serve us even in a blizzard was much appreciated, for they didn't let bad weather stop them. Having worked in the entertainment realm for 5 years, I came across countless caterers. I have to say this crew is in the top of quality and dedication that I've seen.

Went to La Cuisine of Evergreen for a menu sampling for my son's wedding. Laurie and Dillon were wonderful! The food samples were delicious! A great experience and very well presented by Laurie. She addressed every question we had and more. My son is going with La Cuisine and I know we won't be disappointed!

Definitely my favorite deli with awesome sandwiches and soup. Reminds me of NYC delis, and is super generous on the meat. Pastrami Reuben and Cub Club are my favorites.

La' Cuisine catered our wedding and I am so glad we chose this caterer! Laurie and her staff are wonderful! The food was excellent and everyone loved it! Laurie helped us set up and clean up as well as coming to our walk through to help with floor plans! You can tell that Laurie really loves her job and she goes above and beyond the call of catering!

We have used La Cuisine of Evergreen for both reunions and corporate events at our property in the mountains. Laurie and Lisa were absolutely awesome to work with. They were patient with us as we made selections, had great suggestions and were very thorough. The food selections, even for vegetarians were delicious. The staff was professional and on time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We used them to feed our group of 30 for dinner and it was excellent- there was so much delicious food, they helped set everything up, and our guests talked about how great it was all evening and several weeks after. Would definitely use again!

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Laurie and her team from La Cuisine of Evergreen for our wedding. From the time we first inquired, to our wedding day, they were incredible. Laurie was always extremely responsive and helpful, and did whatever it took to give us exactly what we wanted, and at a GREAT price. Other catering companies are incredibly expensive, but La Cuisine was very reasonable in their prices, and Laurie did what she could to keep costs down. We got to do a tasting at their deli in Evergreen to help us decide exactly what we wanted. We ended up choosing 3 stations: a taco bar, an Asian station, and a slider/hotdog station. Laurie, Dylan and their team are amazing! La Cuisine catered a monthly chamber mixer and the menu was fantastic. They brought a meat ball sandwich station with fresh mozzarella, grilled peppers and onions, delicious meatballs, an anti-pasta platter with a huge variety of meats, cheeses and vegetables. To top it off they had a dessert platter with amazing cannoli and brownies. Everyone was thrilled. It was a perfect menu for the event! THANK YOU!! We used La’ Cusine to cater our wedding and from the taste testing to our wedding day we could not be more pleased. Laurie is an exceptional business owner. She takes pride in the quality of her food and we almost felt like she was family the day of our wedding. The food was superb for our wedding and even when we had a small mishap with liquor that was being provided by another vendor she saved the day by using her connections in the community to find a replacement hours before the wedding. La’Cusine goes above and beyond in quality of food and customer service. I highly recommend them. P.S. Their sandwich shop has some of the best lunch food in town.

3 stars because the food was pretty good, but sandwiches end up being a bit expensive when you put what you want. Another issue was the older woman working the deli was a tad abbrasive. She seemed irritated in general and also with her more bubbly coworker. Probably going to pass unless I'm feeling really lazy. Catering is probably great. Just the deli portion of this business is not what I'd expect.

Laurie and her team did a great job catering my son's "Colorado Wedding" at the Evergreen Lakehouse. She was a pleasure to work with and the food was excellent. The staff, including bartenders, were very professional and friendly.

Update below: I used to like the sandwiches here. Last two trips? No. First trip, order sandwich, it's almost done, "we don't have any tzatziki for that." Ok, that makes the sandwich, but I'll take italian. "We don't have any italian, either." (Note, both are on the boards for ordering, still). Take sandwich dry, now not particularly good. Next trip: Do you have tzatziki? "Yes." Proceeds to interrupt me three times while i'm ordering, as a consequence, gets each part of order wrong. Makes it cold, asked for hot, leaves off ham, and puts some flavored mayo on sandwich, not tzatziki. When I ask for it to be corrected, denies it's wrong, says, "Oh, we put mayo in the tzatziki now." Sure. If you do, I wouldn't order that, but you don't. At no point was there an acknowledgement that she got the order wrong. "You didn't ask for ham. You didn't say hot, you said cold." Funny, I order one thing there, same way every time, but I'm sure you're right, not the customer. Won't be back. Updated: After the owner reached out, I told them I'd give it another try, and I did. It was back to my old, good experience with them. Every business has off times, so I'm gonna chalk up the couple of bad experiences to that.

The best food spot in Evergreen! Service has always been exceptional! I recommend this place everywhere I go! Every last item on the menu is delicious! What are you waiting for? GET IN HERE, AND GET SOME!

La Cuisine of Evergreen did an amazing job catering our wedding. The BBQ menu was delicious. Our guests all said the food was "great", "really good". Laurie was so organized and helped us out with many decisions and keeping the flow during the reception. Highly recommend them both for lunch at the Deli and catering your event!
