A very dark place where you feel the pressure of employees

Got sick after eating here. I'm throwing up. Usually everything is fine.

Had to write a review for these guys. Stopped here on our way home from a vacation. We live in SWFL and go to DD all the time. This DD had the freshest donuts we’ve had in years. I asked the guy to make my son something similar to a vanilla frappe and when it wasn’t right he kindly made my son another drink. They are super busy here but still nice enough to give you a smile. They are working hard and still giving great customer service. Kudos to this DD location!

The best coffee I have ever had in my life was made by Yangervis! It made me even be his friend!!!! Perfect coffeeeeee

I usually don’t write reviews but this guy was the sweetest , kindest duncan employee i’ve come across so I just hope he like gets a raise or something. I didn’t get his name but he had glasses and worked on 11/27. They Didn’t have the chocolate muffin and he felt bad so he replaced it gracefully. Thank you so much once again, duncan get this man a raise please.

Guys, this is the right way to prepare cappuccinos. You can pour the coffee in. Then fill it up with foam and then you are little bit of milk that’s it! The way they doing it now is a lot of milk come on

Take in habit of repeating someone's order before continuing to pay. Norberto has charged for things they hurd but never confirmed. Plus, tgr drink was 70% ice and the rest the coffee, it was ok. But don't drive here again.

Manager has a very nasty attitude problem

So, i read the reviews and had to try this location out myself since it is near my home. i NEVER had dunkin’s coffee before so i decided to give it a try. i was skeptical at first. i came when there was a deal going on if you make a purchase you get a free iced coffee or hot coffee. i ordered an iced french vanilla coffee with almond milk and cold foam. i took a sip and did NOTTTT disappoint!! i was in love with it. the sweetness was just perfect. it wasn’t bland or bitter. i was in the drive thru when i ordered. i also ordered the small mini donuts. i have not always been a fan of their donuts because it’s not entirely made fresh in their location, (of course) but it was great for their price. i enjoyed my brunch and am definitely coming back again! the staff were respectful and definitely took care of the service they provided. i was satisfied and can’t wait to come back here again!

Horrible customer service and very disrespectful manager. I went to order a simple blend drink i order every other day and manager made a big fuss on how she cannot make me the drink ?? Keep in mind it was super empty. on top of this the manager tried charging me $10 for a $4 drink just because she (cannot) make me this drink !!!???? save your time and go to a donut/ coffee shop where you receive what you order and dont get double charged for a simple drink.

This is easily the worst Dunkin’ location I’ve been to. Visited 12/26 at 12pm. The interior was disgusting with old leftover food all over the floors and tables. It definitely had not been cleaned all day and as a result there was nowhere sanitary to sit. The employees had apparently locked the doors in hopes this would deter customers from entering. As a result other customers were forced to let others in. The lady working had no clue how to run any of the coffee machines and kept asking the drive thru employee for help. Half of our order was forgotten and it took me 15 extra min to grab her attention to ask for the rest. When I asked for a water at this point (I’d been standing for nearly 30 min at this point since no clean seats) I was surprised at the need to pay and then she commented at my attitude and said I should have been more effective at grabbing her attention. Never an apology or sign of sincerity. Terrible customer service, terrible indoor seating area, adequate food. Will never return.

Ordered a sour dough sandwich, asked for sausage instead of bacon, of course when I got home there was bacon. The sour dough bread was hard as a brick. Who would sell someone this?? Also ordered hash browns and they were half done. Place wasn’t even busy!! Definitely won’t be back.

Don't bother getting out of your car they only take care of the lazy people sitting in the drive through, they don't even acknowledge your presence and at least say hello.

Long standing Dunkin that's attached to a Taco Bell. Drive thru line can be confusing when it gets busy around rush hour. Slow lines/wait times. Never had a bad experience other than snail drive through. Having a taco bell is a plus, depending on who is in the vehicle when you stop.

I come to this location all the time before work which is mostly anytime after 3:30. I always bet great service especially from Maurice. However the few times I’ve gone in the morning has always been problems. The morning manager was Andres today 9/5/22 was very rude. He needs to learn how to talk to customers. I ordered the pumpkin spiced latte and once I got to the window I asked if it was possible to upgrade the signature and I’ll pay the extra money because I wanted the whipped cream. Elena was very kind and helped me out without a problem. Then Andres comes to the window just to say “next time if you want the signature latte make sure you actually order it at the speaker”. Very rude very condescending and very unnecessary to even mention. Especially since I was the only car in the drive through so it’s not like they are busy.

They have really turned this place around. Used to be terrible. Wrong orders, bad service, you name it. Don’t know if they’re under new management, but the difference is night and day, and we all hope it stays this way.

A good location with a weird drive thru setup. The dining area is pretty big, but most people hit the drive thru. Like most fast food places, best to check the order before you leave. They usually get it right, but not always.

Very disappointed. I always come to this location & everyone is usually very nice. Today, I placed an order. The woman told me to slow down very rudely. I then processed to slow down my order she then yelled & proceeded to repeat my order very slowly. I get to the window and with the window open she’s talking under her breath about me & how she has 100 things she’s working on at once. She finally gets to my window to collect payment. I asked for her managers name, she asked why. I relied bc your very rude. She refused to give me the name. I gave my payment she was snatching off my hands & then blamed me for snatching. I told her i would call her manager & she told me to go ahead almost yelling not sure how the manager on site did not hear anything that was going on at the window as the employee was angry & actually almost yelling. Unfortunately, i do not have her name as she refused also to provide me with a receipt.

I stopped for coffee and bagels. I decided to walk in to the store as the drive thru line was long, after waiting for a couple of minutes and no one even bother to say "We would be with you shortly" I went over to counter where they give you order and said "excuse me" just to call the attention of some one, and the lady that was handling the orders for the drive thru (9:05am 6/14/22) shouted "WELL IF YOU WAIT JUST A MINUTE, IF YOU CAN SEE WE ARE SHORT STAFFED:......WOW, poster example of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....NEVER EVER WILL VISIT this store again... I am a customer that just walked in and wanted service.. I do not know the problems the store might be having...

Justin made my coffee correctly. The ne manager forgot her name.is so kind and tries to make this right. In order for people to work here u need to pay more. Be competitive. U need people to work give them money so they can work. And the coolatas are the bomb. Ne management. New better experience

Dunkin' is Dunkin' so the coffee and food is pretty much the same across the board. I have to go 3 stars after seeing them prepare a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich by placing the egg and cheese slice directly on to a work surface that really didn't appear to be too clean. Hopefully the donuts are treated a bit more hygienically.

I ordered a regular coffee and a coffee roll on the app and drove to this location to pick it up. My coffee was made for me when i got there. I waited for a few minutes and one of the servers told me that was all of my order and I should go. I stated that I had ordered a coffee roll as well, and was told that they were out. It happens, but I had already paid for that coffee roll and this girl was dismissing me like that didn’t matter. I have never experienced such disregard for the customer before.

Everyone there just seems to be walking zombies. No smiles just smug attitudes. Won't be back.

You can order the same coffee drink every day and you never know what you will get. Thankfully, their coffee is good.

I been coming here for last 10 years, there service getting bad day by day. When order things either breakfast or something else they alway give short or they alway something missing then you have go to them only if you notice right away. And when order cappuccino it like water difference employee make difference way. They used have XL size which I have buying from them now they say we don't do XL size I said you do then manager tell me I have manager for two years and we don't do XL size. I said I have been coming for 10 years, then she said we'll it doesn't show at all.

I don't, there donuts don't taste like anything. Try it, think about what you're eating and ask if it really tastes like anything. To me they don't taste like anything

I used to go to this dunkin all the time, didn’t have any issues until very recently. I order the same drink every time i go to dunkin, a latte with two shots of espresso. it’s never made with espresso anymore they just make it with black coffee and make it extremely burnt and bitter. my husband ordered a chai latte today and it was made with coffee.

Fast, very pleasant folks. The young lady in the drive through intercom is the clearest I've ever heard!!! Love their energy.

This location is our usual go-to for quick breakfast. The staff are particularly friendly. Sometimes their selection is limited and they don't carry some promotional items as it is a franchise I believe. But the quick service and friendly smiles make up for it.

I walked in and was greeted by a gentlemen(Jasmin) who made my day! He was so helpful and knowledgeable with the menu!!! I will come back to this location for as long as I know that he is working there because his customer serviced rocked on National Donut Day! He didn’t rush me even though they were super busy and that says a lot about his customer service. It was not just a transaction and I’m truly grateful for it. He should be a trainer to all staff on customer service. Thank you

This dunkin location is super friendly

Dunkin' quality is not the best. But that's how it is at a fast food coffee place. I think their quality suffers because of the amount of food options there are. A good variety at the price of not the best coffee. Where as other coffee places focus the quality more on the coffee itself and less on the amount of food options. It's a trade off. With that said, here are a couple personal gripes I've had with Dunkin': - Putting sugar with cold drinks before melting it isn't going to mix well. It's like they weren't trained to know how to make simple syrup before mixing, or at least put the sugar with the espresso when it's hot before you add the ice and cold milk. Every single time I have an iced coffee, the sugar isn't blended and it's at the bottom of the cup. - Their Chai tastes very sugary and artificial. Was very disappointed in it tbh. It's a good place to get something quick, but don't expect great tasting coffee unless you like a lot of sugar.

This DD is hit or miss. Some days they are excellent, fast, and do a great job - other times I get a messed up order. It's DD, you know what you're getting, but double-check your food before you leave.

I love the dunkin donut rewards app. I earned 2 free drinks already. Yay me! For the most part the employees that I've encountered have been Great. Will keep going back.

Great customer service through the drive thru but they might need a new espresso machine or have the filter replaced because I always get espresso residue in my drinks which makes the drink taste bitter. Besides that, the lattés are really good.

Great place for coffee and donuts🍩

Good stuff! Haven't had a donut in a while so I decided to get a chocolate covered Boston Kreme one. Yummy. Also had the frozen mocha drink, excellent. Clean place inside. Got taken care of right away and crew member was really nice....I have to edit my review after today's visit. My visit to Dunkin today was not very good. The food was terrific as usual. I had the chocolate covered donut, always fresh and soft. However, when I walked in, I felt like I was basically ignored. I was the only one there and do understand the drive-thru was busy. There were three employees. Two walked right by me behind the counter without even saying "We'll be right with you." So I just stood there, only one in the store. I walked in with a mask and just waited. One girl finally came, looked at me, said something unintelligible and immediate walked away before I could open my mouth. A little while later I was about to leave when a second girl looked at me and seemed to wonder what I was doing there. She finally asked if she could help me and I asked about the Veteran's special for a free donut. She prepared the donut I wanted and said she had to go ask the manager. After a few minutes, she finally gave me the donut and said have a good day. I had planned to get a bagel twist and a mocha drink. I put the credit card back in my wallet as I was walking out with just my donut. Not sure I'll go back there. That really bugged me. I know we have more important things happening in the world, but this put a dampner on my day. I'll live...

Called while shopping at the Publix in the same plaza as this Dunkin’ Donuts just to ask if they had sugared donuts and not the powdered sugar kind. Liana was very kind from the beginning and told me they do make them but normally in the morning. I asked if they would be able to make any and she immediately replied absolutely just tell me how many you need. I can not say how much that meant as these donuts were specifically being request to my our kids day. My son specifically is a picky eater but these are his favorite kind of donuts. Brian was then passed on the phone and assured us that by the time we were don’t shopping at publix our fresh hot sugar donuts would be ready! Exemplary customer service. They both should be recognized for above and beyond customer service! Thank you!

Although the service can be slow at times and staff normal makes up for it with friendliness. Always willing of offer ideas if your not sure what you want. This is my go to Dunkin'....
