Yet another central Florida Taco Bell location that proves why Taco Bell beats all the other mid grade fast food options out there. The people are super nice and prompt with the service, and the food is absolutely to par with a high quality Taco Bell. Thanks guys

I usually go to Taco Bell because it's close to home. During the last 2 lives, the tortillas in the tacos... chalupa and burrito were frozen, unfortunately for me, I realized it when I was already home.

i went to taco bell on my lunch break and my job is literally like 1 minute away from this place. i ordered a protein bowl and waited my entire 30 minute lunch break for this bowl. so i call and say cancel my order because i have to leave and go back to work and they said they had a “big order” prior to mine. next time you guys should advise your customers about there being a delay. we go to fast food restraints to get FAST food. lady on the phone was rude as well.

They took about 45 mins to fullill a taco order that wasnt supposed to be taking care of trough a drive tru kept person on the window for more that 45 mins and they had ordered a 100 tacos i come to this place about 4 times a week and that cost me my time of lunch never would i ever come to this place again lately they suck in service and timing

Went through the drive thru, there was nobody behind us but the guy taking our order seemed really rushed even though i told him we were still decided. We took 3min to just order. When i said my order he didnt reply right away. When i pulled up to pay he did not say a word and someone else gave us our order and the taco was all ripped and the crunchwrap was not up to taco bell standards as it normally is in other locations. Completely disappointed in their guest service and quality. Wont be visiting any time soon.

Ordered 2 Doritos tacos supreme and got 2 regular tacos with barely any meat at all and just lettuce not even any cheese.. double checked. Was rang up right and I was charged for it. Really disappointing

Don't go here after 10pm the staff has no idea how to engage with customers half of the menu isn't available they don't have lights on so they look closed they aren't helpful and the food is cold the one up the road by the Sam's club is the complete opposite of this ☝️and they are much more enlightening and have a full menu available

Don’t come waiting more than usual

The guy made us wait 2 mins at the drive through but other than that it was great.

The absolutely worste service. The young man that took my order had horrible attitude and manner about himself. He had complete distain for the fact he had to actually take an order from a customer. When I received the food it was out of its wrapper and all over the bag & incomplete. I spoke to the manager & he actually walk back to the window & "what? What's the deal." The manager assisted to fix the problem as he stood behind her laughing. I will never spend my money and be a patron at this taco bell again! Absolutely terrible. The owner should be ashamed of this behavior.

Bad customer service you need to be a scientist to order on the tablets or screen . You ask for Help and they give you attitude and the steak burrito that I order only one tiny piece of steak in it ....

The worst service. Ordered chips, double decker, couple burritos and a drink. They gave me fries instead of chips. Asked to correct. Walked out and realized they forgot drink. Got drink. Got in car and looked at double decker, no beans, just a softshell over hard shell. Went back in yet again to correct. Guy acted annoyed that i was back and didn't even apologize. Got back to car and double decker is on chalupa bread. And the chips were obviously fried in yesterdays oil, they were so bad i could not eat them. Never going back to this location again.

Absolutely horrible service. The staff never gets to order right they’ve charged me and missed an entire order. I’m not sure how they can’t add tacos to figure out how many are supposed to be in the order and they’re not in the bag horrible store not to mention, the employee is out front smoke weed at 8 o’clock in the morning.

Check your bag before you leave, order is wrong more often than not. Service is alway's slow, never enough staff.

This was the WORST nachos I have ever had in my life and worst I have ever had from Taco Bell. I will NEVER eat at another Taco Bell, even if I was told it would keep me alive. If you've read any of my posts before, you know I don't eat meat. That being said, I needed something right then to eat, so I ordered a nacho bell grande without meat. What you see are the worst, driest beans I have ever seen in my life. I picked them off and ate a couple of the chips. I was really upset and went back and the manager said, "You ate out of it"! Don't mention the Mexican pizza, I took a slice of that and it was worse. This location is in South Chase (Orlando), Florida. I don't recommend a meal there or stopping there, not even for your worst friend! No more taco bell meat or no meat!!!

Don’t order delivery from this location. I ordered seven taco supremes and received six regular tacos.

First there was one car before me in drive thru it took them 10 min to say hello to take my order. It was a big line behind me also. Then when i got to window the girl gave me my drink then started taking selfies of herself on the phone she did say we waiting on your food or anything i waited another 20 min for my food i think she heard me when i say is she on her phone she then moved and was still on her phone manager walked by didnt say nothing about her on the phone very unprofessional no apologize for the long wait or anything

Friendly staff nice atmosphere good nacho fries.

The guys working there are always friendly which goes a long way however three consecutive mondays in a row at lunch time I’ve placed mobile orders and picked up in the drive thru and all three times I’ve had missing items and had to come back to get them after getting home. A bit more attention to detail would be appreciated will finally stop visiting this location.

This is the 3rd time I’ve eaten at this location and I have to say the QUALITY IS TOP NOTCH every time! The BEST Taco Bell we have ever been to. Tonight the place was packed, we waited a little longer to get our food but the food was FRESH and the staff was so pleasant! We watched the drive thru guy accidentally spill a drink and instead of having an attitude about it, he went and got the mop and cleaned it up without hesitation. Job well done at this location!! Keep up the great management and staff! Again, food is so fresh and always done right!

Best regular soft tacos ever! I hadn’t had a reg liar soft taco in ages because they’re usually soggy and the lettuce is usually wilted and just no. BUT each of the three I ordered were perfect! Not soggy or wilty. Wish I ordered 3 more! You made this pregnant lady very happy! Baby and I thank you! God bless!

This Taco Bell is a hit or miss . Ordered a taco and barely had any meat in it, my Gordita crunch was missing the toppings.

Went by tonight at Saturday 1/15 at 11:50pm and was told the restaurant was closed even though it says they close at 1am

This place can be hit or miss. Sometimes I get a great experience and sometimes not so much. Ordered breakfast and my cheese wasn’t even melted (not even a little) on my Breakfast Quesadilla. Yes, this is right after I grabbed it from the pickup window.

Either an employee was sick with the flu virus and passed it along in the food being sold. Or, there is a serious food bourn virus (I.e.) food poisoning coming out of this particular establishment in the months of August & September 2022. Therefore, highly advise a Florida food health inspector review the quality of what is being served from this restaurant’s location. After patronizing this place, I was seriously sick with the “flu like symptoms” for 3 long days!

Absolutely horrible store. I asked them to hold on for one moment, gave my full order today and then they say, ""Hello?" I pulled up instead of repeating order. One of the guys came to the window and said, "You pulled up so we couldn't hear you." I replied, "No, I didn't. Do you want to see my car video?" They are just playing around and I left because I didn't want to end up with spit in my food!

Nobody is paying any attention to the crew working the closing shift at this restaurant. They are consistently bad: giving me stuff I didn't order then when I ask for the right thing they tell me they don't have it bc they close in an hour? All. The. Time. This isn't a once or twice thing. I know if I try to get food there at a certain hour it's like 50% chance I'm getting it, and I'm not talking 10 minutes before close I'm talking an hour and a half before close. Great job management..

This is my 3rd time going here through drive thru. The first time they told me they didn’t have tacos or burritos, which is the whole point of taco bell. The second time they told us they only had chicken. The third and last time i’m coming here told me they only had one box and none of the drinks I wanted. It seems everysingle time I come here they never have anything. Keep in mind when I go it’s no where near closing time. Also the customer service in the drive through is not the best. They didn’t have any emotion and honestly sounded like the worker did not want to be there. Make sure you guys are stocked up, at least during the afternoon. For the workers, I recommend having a more positive attitude with your customers.

Very bad. The Burrito and the tacos poor stuffed. It looks like they are trying to save inventory and charging people with a lot of money. That’s unfair. 4 or 5 workers and I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my poor order. Very dissapointed. No friendly. No friendly. Tables were not clean, people sitting inside the restaurant without consume just using the wifi to watch movies in their phones. Totally unprofessional. Train your associates.

Today I had the pleasure of ordering take-out from this Taco Bell and even though it is a Sunday and there are only 3 people working the gentleman that was taking orders behind the counter was the most and I mean the most respectful courteous warm open accommodating person I have ever met to work fast food. it was an absolute pleasure and I do not come across this often. The time this individual and date he was working is 4/25/2022 at 1:45 p.m. I hope your GM sees this message. Bravo!

Diana was AWESOME, She was patient & very sweet. I hadn't been to taco bell in years, took me awhile to decide. If I ran my own business I'd definitely want a nice classy lady like Diana on my staff. Food was alright for fast food, it was freshly made with good flavor & filling.

The worst waited almost 30 min of my lunch break just to get my order but notice the drive thru getting their orders while im inside waiting 30min never will i return here...

Love the Chalupa they have to serve food more hot temperature wise, not the spiciness.

They close at 12am, I went and was one, told to pull up to the speaker so I could order when I wasn’t ready to which is why I didn’t pull up, two, was told “we only have chicken or steak and we only have enough chicken for maybe two tacos”, so I order two Doritos locos tacos w/chicken and some cinnamon twists, I asked about another item but easily frustrated the worker because I’m trying to figure out what items they can make and forgot it’s only chicken and steak like listen I don’t know any better when it’s 11:15pm and you’re trying to rush me to order then give attitude because I’m trying to figure out what you CAN make and I understand customer service may not be fun and you trying to leave or close early but I didn’t put you in that position, not to mention the tacos were packaged upside down so as soon as it was pulled out of the bag it just fell apart. I’m good man, never again. This was the tomboyish short black haired hispanic chick with the lineup working the drive thru with another girl on Mar 20th, 2022.

Came here late at night. Drive through person (a guy) was very funny. Actually ended up buying way more than intended because of that. They did miss a burrito but I didn't notice until we were finished eating. And it didnt matter to us at that point. Food was well done 4/5 I don't live by this location, but if Im ever back in the area, well stop by for another late meal.

Take for ever to get you order...and to get you food..this place is not an option for me.

My 8 year old son found not one but TWO strands of hair in his taco.....Did not belong to any of us as everyone else had food from somewhere else and he also had soft tacos which come rolled up.He said mom there's a hair in my taco. Of course I am disgusted and then he said that wasn't the only one. This is totally unacceptable. Someone is definitely not wearing their hair properly while working with food or is not wearing a hair net....This is not only unacceptable but unsanitary.I called the store to talk to the manager to maybe tell their crew to make sure to have their hair restrained but no one answered the phone

I always like Taco Bell. Today the food was good but the soda was lack luster. It was more water then syrup. So it mostly tasted of carbonated water.

As far as fast food places go, this is generally a better one. If you like Taco Bell, you'll enjoy it. The workers have always been nice. The orders are usually accurate. If they do get it wrong, they are quick to correct

This Taco Bell was fantastic! Very positive young man at the drive through taking my order on 4/15/21 about 1:25pm i didn’t catch his name but he and the young lady who served my food where brilliant. The Crunchwrap was fantastic and was made right. It wasn’t sloppy at all when I Opened the wrapper. Great job y’all!
