I ordered came through the drive thru the cashier made me wait 10 minutes to take my order, then put in my order wrong she told me to wait in the parking spot to get my food. I notice people that came after me receiving their food but she never came out with mine after waiting 20 minutes i went back inside and told the manager i was waiting, she lied to her manager and said she never took my order when she was asked.

Supervisor and staff were concerned. I spoke about it, and they were apologetic regarding the situation and resolved it

This store is amazing with fresh food fast service

When I came in I was greeted but I believe Jada she took my order but I never had the wings or knew about the app but she showed those to me I changed my order twice and the manager had no problem taking it off , the other work Zae I think made the order and it was just a good experience over all . Thank you to those young ladies definitely a good experience.

If you want to pay over $50 for 3 meals and then wait 20 minutes for your food (I thought they were fast food?) than go here. Would have been nice if the workers at the drive through gave us a headsup that chicken strips will be a wait of 20 minutes, like they do in other places.

I’m not sure if the hours on google are incorrect or if the workers in this store have their own agenda because this location is never open when Google says it is. I unfortunately go on a 45min lunch at 10am-, which is the hour that this store is supposed to be open, So I am just curious as to why the doors aren’t open and why no one communicates through the speaker. especially when the food is out on display and ready to be served.

very rude. very loud, shut down tea containers 1 hr before closing. weve been back only due to good prices & decent but not great food, but food is getting undercooked, left out too long & still given out. often debates with staff. workers & manager need to be retrained. coupons were denied because they had codes that didnt match the scanners. workers outside smoking or taking breaks when staff was low inside & customers were backed up.

Had a little problem getting a receipt because the machine stopped working but the manager stepped in and fixed it. She (Ms. Johnson) was so polite and professional. It was a pleasure having a great meal with my son there. I will definitely return there. Kudos to Ms. Johnson and her staff.

I love Popeyes but this location was terrible. Service was poor and the management was worse. I asked for a cup of water and was told i have to pay for a regular drink. They messed up on my order and when I brought it up to their attention I was told i was in the wrong and it was my fault. I apologized and waited for my new order only for my chicken to taste like it came out of someone’s house and not in a good way. It did not taste like popeyes and I'm sure the recipe was not followed. I dont recommend this location.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the staff for handling rush hour lunch... I'm very thankful for the management team for orchestrating and coordinating a time that could have been chaotic... Its really unpredictable when everyone shows up to eat that's not in the projection of the day... Thank you for the smile and famous chicken from Popeyes....

Bathroom was totally filthy dirty and the place was so hot was told the A/C was broken not to mention it was full of smoke from the food frying

I dont eat fast food often. I was craving chick fil e but since it was close I came here to try their crispy chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint. Generous size chicken and very crispy. I would ask with no mayo next time or on the side. What I didn't like was how slow service was. I was only car in drive thru and it took a little waiting, maybe I'm used to chick fil e lighting fast service.

There is not much to say, it is just another fried chicken option, it will always take a while for delivery, it is always preferable to order take away and this Popeye has terrible staff attention

I gotta say Popeyes is not what it used to be in the 90’s. But the best biscuits are made here. In this particular location the staff is very friendly and the manager was asking the customer if everything was Ok. Fast service, and The restaurant was clean.

Done going there, they have gotten too expensive for what I get. I make better chicken at home.

I've eaten at a lot of Popeyes over the years and in multiple states. I've also eaten at several competitors in numerous states. This is, by far, the ABSOLUTE BEST Popeyes I've ever eaten at, and one of the top 5 chicken places overall. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and fried. It's as close to broasted chicken as fried chicken can get. Super crispy on the outside, but not burned or overdone, and amazingly juicy inside. YOU GUYS HAVE GOT IT GOING ON. Corporate: pay attention to this restaurant and make them the standard for your other stores to emulate.

Terrible service at drive thru window. You ask for condiments. There is no yes or no just close the drive thru window. Got home missing chicken

Delicious food but very slow and carefree service

This place is trash and so is management. Ordered 4 ordered of wings and they all looked diseased. The Spanish manager ermel insisted this was fresh chicken wings looked like they left it under the fryer for a couple weeks then decided when they got busy to toss it in some sauce and give it to an unlucky person. That person was me .

The place is very beautiful and seems clean. But the attendant is pessimistic and the food is also bad.

Love Popeyes blacken chicken tenders, they bring the heat without the breading.

Normally that's what I order in here, but every time it's an issue, after waiting to get the wings for 10 minutes, they came out without the breading!!

We were welcomed by bright cheery smiles when we strolled in for dinner last night. Sheepishly showing our coupon they said EVERYone is welcome and they are happy to serve everybody! :^) Our food was served hot, and the order was correct. We even got to meet Miz Johnson, the manager who has been with Popeyes for over 25 years. She is quite proud of her team (and her product) and passed on some management tips and how to get young people to work together to succeed. I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK! PS: We even found the Cajun Elf on the Shelf and won a free dessert.

Bang on, prefer the chicken and biscuits to KFC, this is so much better. Mix the hot sauce with the honey, perfect chicken dip. My daughter found the hidden elf and got a free Oreo cheesecake 😀

If this is the Orange Blossom Trail in SouthChase location, i have never had an issue here. The spicey chicken sandwhich has always been hot and substantial. So good. And the chicken was great too. (Not greasy and hot) Somewhat of a contrast (and disappointing) to the location on the end of Daryl Carter on I drive (cold sandwhiches? Yuck). You should have zero issues at this one. Ever since the start of the chicken sandwhich wars, this beats ChikFilA hands down. Never had an issue at this location. It's good!!

Good service seems to be a lost relic especially to this location. They have a large loud obnoxious Store manager yelling constantly at the employees. Which in turn has a negative effect on services and body language of the employees. You have to ask for fresh chicken or they will give old product. Rude Unprofessional management here be warned

Not a great experience when you get paper inside of your sandwich.

Popeyes is great and 90% of the staff and food are as well. But company wise never get the wings, 20 bucks for 12 wings that looked like left over scrap from stuff cut in the back. Wings are a rip off and 12 weigh less than a 3 tender combo.

If I could give no stars I would. I am not one to go by most reviews. But all the reviews and complains of this specific Popeyes location on OBT South Chase area is 100% accurate The wait time at the drive thru,the unprofessional encounter from the attendant. Seems like the employees don’t want to work and try there best to treat customers unwelcome. I rather drive the extra distance to the one on Osceola Parkway they treat you better with respect and ask if the food is to your liking. To the owner, I blame your irresponsibility If you can’t employ professional employees with etiquette, shut it done!! Shut it down!!!! No one should spend their hard earn money in this specific Popeyes fast food restaurant location to be treat like there doing you a favor Everything is expensive now a days I purchased a small Mac & cheese. They give me a scoop of Mac and cheese like if I was getting a scoop of ice cream and the rest of the container cup was empty SMH .

The manager who attended us today on October 19 a very bad service does not eat again in the place I prefer to take

I’m so sick & tired of the kind of treatment we receive from the manager along with the employees. The disrespectful, rude, nasty attitude towards us for no reason.Constantly giving us a hard time when ordering & long wait time for fresh food is a crime.Along that the food was disgusting 🤢, the meat had a raw smell & taste was off, biscuits were dry/old, just our whole order was not cooked or made properly. I will be contacting corporate & health inspectors because this shouldn’t be tolerated.

Avoid this store at all costs. Pulled up to the store and could hear the drive thru lady on a personal phone call. When she did finally help she was extremely rude. When we got to the window, she said nothing but the price and was slamming the drive thru window. Not sure what the problem was, but this experience was terrible. Whatever problem you are having should not be put on your customer.

There was no line outside and no one inside when I came. When I got to the counter no one greeted me or said a word for a few minutes then someone walked up and just head nodded. I still ordered which was my fault and ended up waiting 30-45 minutes for 12 ghost pepper wings. Only that when I got them they had no flavor and was just regular wings. Im really confused on how this place has 4 stars…

A decent Popeyes location. They got our order correct and on time for our mobile order. The staff weren't exactly friendly when we picked it up but not obnoxiously rude. The ghost pepper wings were excellent, and they gave us an extra tray of fries.

They took damn near and hour to make a spicy sandwich, I ended up late to work even though I showed up there with 30 minutes to spare and my job was 6 minutes down the road. I also had an employee tell me I was waiting on a spicy chicken. And the fry cook had to ask him 3 times what he was making. He also made my plain sandwich regular after waiting nearly and hour for food. Just get better honestly.

I stopped purchasing food in this location because the food was always cold. This time I got fresh and hot chicken and fries.

Please do not EVER visit his location! Just had the worst customer experience. First, I sat in line for over 45 mins when there was only 4 cars ahead of me. I order my food with a lady. I was specific my order and repeated it. I pulled up to the window about 15 mins later. A young man is at the window. He confirmed the wrong order. I corrected him and the lady next to him tells him that I’m lying and to give me the incorrect order. She then walks off. I tell him that I’m not paying for something that I didn’t order. I ask him for her name and he tells me he doesn’t know. I ask him to tell her to come to the window. She comes and tell me that I didn’t say the order that I said. I ask her for her name and she refused and says her GM will be in the morning. She closes the window in my face. I have never experience anything like that. Please do not visit this location.

Only because my wife likes poopeys do I shop here. Orders are always wrong, crazy attitude flr the staff.

This lady just yelling at everyone the whole time. Wild experience. I stayed at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no one saying anything so I went in and waited almost half an hour for my food, after ordering. All while she just ran around doing 3 different jobs at the same time yelling at everyone. Idk if she's just frustrated cuz her help sucks or if her staff took a step back because of how she acts. It'll be a while before I come back to this location, give this issue time to be fixed. Food was good tho.

Billy who works the register provided outstanding customer service to me and my family when we went to eat at popeye's. he made sure we were satisfied and was incredibly friendly and personable. we will be customers for life because of his kindness and dedication to his work. the team leader was also very friendly and took a lot of pride in running a successful operation.

This was probably the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at this Popeyes We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches 12pc Ghost pepper wings a reg coleslaw and 1 biscuit with a side of fries and Mac and cheese. I'm not gonna get into the quality of the food too much but it wasn't the best they've provided. We pulled up at 8:10 at the latest and did not leave until 8:50. They told us it would only take 7 minutes for the chicken... then came out 15 mins after to tell us they forgot to drop the chicken.. Amongst throwing a bunch of stuff in the bag that we did not order to "compensate" for the wait (things we don't eat from here like their rice and beans apple pie etc) they did not even put the original side orders in the bag claiming they had no more Mac and cheese as well as not even giving us the biscuits or the coleslaw. While we were waiting we saw about every single person that came after us come in and get their food and leave. As well as one of the staff "dancing" with a customer in the dining area. And when I say dancing I mean she was grinding on him randomly I cannot exaggerate this.. Everyone was kinda chilling and not doing their job. I loved loved this Popeyes but at this point its getting ridiculous and I'm not one to leave reviews but I'm so heated about this experience I had to say something.

This was some finger lickin good chicken. 1st time here. I will not be going to KFC anymore. Their chicken sucks compared to the freshly breaded chicken we got here.

Under staffed. Workers are nice and curious, but they easily miss steps due to handling food, taking orders from register and busy drive-thru. Some employees can handle this, but not worth minimum wage.

This is the restaurant on OBT in Orlando. Best Popeyes which I have enjoyed in Florida. Good service / excellent crispy bird. 😉

Tried the ghost-peppered wings. Very good flavor, nice crunch on the outside and is very just juicy inside. Tho it could be a little more spicier. Spicy level on a scale of 1-10 I'll give it a 3 and I'm generous. It is very, very, mild.... its no spicier than their regular mild chicken.

Employee got angry when i asked to exchange my cold chicken and tossed it on the floor and stomped it

Mashed potatoes were not just terrible but gross. Chicken pieces are not just small but tiny and all breading with some pink uncooked meat in the middle. The only decent thing was the 10 fries we got. It was uneatable for us so instead it became an expensive meal for our dog.

Worst Popeyes I ever been to in the whole country… even worse than any location in Miami. Let me place an order at 9:14pm and told me to wait 5 mins for the chicken to be ready. I waited over 30 mins.. then the manager gave me attitude and stalled on the refund… it was my first time at this location.

This place used to be the best popeyes in florida... I arrived at 10 am sat in the drive through waiting and someone came over the intercom at 10:18 and sd we wont be ready to serve till 11am... Um you open at 10am... This is why they should NEVER get over 10 bucks n hour
