My family has been ordering for many years here, we recently went for dine in with my family and a friend. We were very disappointed in the food VERY oily and old tasting like it’s been cooked with old oil. They were very rude especially the server she told my friend’s daughter you better clean up your mess off the table before I kick you out because she was playing with a game on the table. Made a complaint to manager and he seems like he didn’t care. While walking out he said stupid customers. They only care about your money I hate the fact that tips were included because the server didn’t deserve any. Never will I eat here again. My mom got sick from this food $65 of garbage food. I will be contacting the health department for sure. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

I've been ordering take-out for over 10 years here, I Went here with My family to eat and the food was disgusting. The food was full of oil, bland and the server and manager were very rude to my friend stating she should have ordered instead of eating in and we are stupid customers! How disappointing to know a place like this you've been going to treat their customers this way. NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN!! Also hate that tips are automatically included!

I have been going to this place for many years. Now after a while bof my husband passing l said to him how does Chinese sound so I ordered from Green House. I don't know what happened the usual lady in there knew me and now their is older man. Well he acted confused but I ordered and took dinners home for my son and I. I was not the quality of dinner the Moo Moo Gau pan was just all messed up. I ordered. Shrimp and vegetables that also was not the same as before. There were not many eating in ding room. So I think they must have changed owners and I will never go back. #1 food was unacceptable # and my lovely Chinese Restaurant for more that 20+ years is such a great disappointment.They are lucky I gave them 1star after tha

Much better than typical Chinese Restaurant. Great food, attentive staff, clean and pleasant dining room. Mixed Chinese Vegetables and Shrimp in Lobster Sauce are both excellent and serving size is large.

Food are good but you might catch on a bad day of the receptionist lady . Always has attitudes even though we are guesses . Fairly give them 3 star because of friendly server and fast even though they have only one waitress.

Best Chinese fried rice in Florida.

The food at this place is awesome. A little bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Portions are huge and well worth it. Their Cantonese style menu is great! I especially enjoyed the salt and pepper pork chops with house fried rice. You can call ahead and pick up or order for delivery.

Not much to say. Good Chinese food. If you want to eat quickly this place is ideal

Four stars for good customer service and decent dining environment. Suggestion: To come out with more vegetarian dishes with NO garlic and onion. Also, set up a separate oil for frying tofu and other vegetarian dishes. There are getting more and more ppl like vegetarian food nowadays, I believe this will bring business if there are varieties of vegetarian dishes.

Terrible customer service, the store says it closes at 10:00 pm, I arrived at 9:30 and they didn't want to serve me, bad service, don't come

My Mother has been bragging nonstop about the food here. To determine the “truth”, my husband & I, accompanied by my Mother all loaded up and wanted to eat here. My husband ordered the Shrimp and Lobster Sauce and he was literally blown away. He said, “that’s the best Chinese food I have ever eaten”. I had the Plain Lo Mein and they weren’t stingy with the food. My word, it’s easy to make three or four meals out of it. My mother ordered the Vegetable Lo Mein and she enjoyed it. The service was okay. For three people the bill was only $34.xx, not too bad. I can’t think of any issues and my mother WAS right-this restaurant does have good food. Update: My husband & I make a special trip from wherever we’re staying to dine here. This trip (4/30/24) was a major disappointment. Reason being is the service. Our server paid more attention to the other tables behind us and not ONCE she asked or brought me a drink refill, usually servers ask ~OR~ are proactive. My empty glass sat on the edge of the table the whole time. She never asked if our food was to our liking or if it’s okay. I can’t stress this enough; I’m a very generous tipper. If I or my husband & I get great service, I tip 1/2 of the check. For instance, I was going to tip the server $20.00. We still tipped her; don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t $20 though. After that episode, not sure if we’ll return, at least for dine in.

Been ordering here for more than 15 years it's becoming a hit or miss. Just ordered a few meals I had delivered , taste horrible I do not think I will be ordering here anymore it's that bad. Giving this a one star was generous

First time there after moving here. We typically eat out about 5 times a week. Thought this was the restaurant we would be going all the time now. But after seeing they preparing meat outside in the dinning lobby without gloves the second time we went back. And randomly adjusted prices each different time plus the forced charged tips on the bill. We have decided not to go back to it anymore. This restaurant has no consideration for the customers. Their employee profit comes first over customers which made me not to trust the food would be well prepared.

I had to trash everything. It was inedible. It was very expensive too ($230 for a few basic small dishes). I picked this restaurant based on uber eat score but I see on the reviews below that customers found roaches in their food? Definitely worse delivery food I ever had so far. Very gross.

Extremely excessively salty and oily! Why does it need to be totally drowned in oil and so damn salty it makes my tongue numb!?!? :-(

Ordered food for delivery. Quality was terrible, potions were very small. Not the same as in the past and the cost was $63.00 for one house low mien, one bourbon chicken and 2 egg rolls. Never again!!!!

My first experience here was great! After that, it's been very disappointing. They either changed their cook or just decided to scale down on ingredients. Chinese fried rice does not have all the ingredients it should have. No, scallions, no bean sprouts, very little eggs, forget about the pork in the rice or the shrimp. You practically get blind rice. I do mine better at home. It's a shame because they have been around for many years. It is NOT New York Style Chinese food! I hope people start taking these reviews seriously so positive changes can be made.

First time going and I had to say it was some of the best Chinese food I had in Florida! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We went for lunch and they had a lunch special that was very affordable. The bo bo platter had a great variety, the only thing that I could say was the egg rolls did not taste the best. But that was my only negative. Would definitely go back.

Mongolian beef was delicious and so was the vegetable fried rice Thank you!!!

When you are a regular customer for 14 years and you order your usual $90 worth, and the male employee talks to you like you're annoying him with the fact you want extra meat ( as you always order and are happy to pay for) the. Takes two phone calls in the middle of you ordering and gets your order incorrect. You then correct him and he gets annoyed once again even raising his voice at you. You finally get the order complete and correct. You then read an Google review and see pictures of a customer who had a bug in his food a month ago. You then ask to cancel your order and get your money back but are told they will not refund you. So then now you have to dispute your order . Have they changed ownership ?

The food is fantastic. Always hot and orders are always complete, nothing missing. Never a problem in getting delivery on time . Great place , service is always great.

I ate here a few years ago, found a roach in my drink, came back today after 10 years to give them another chance, roach again!!! Crawling on the wall next to our booth, they said they just had pest control, I will never ever return again, I want to throw up!!

Well I went to green house tonight and found a roach or some sort of bug in my food!!! They demanded money from us and accused us of bringing a roach and putting it in the food so we don’t have to pay! But we’re returning customers that have been eating there for a few years! DONT EAT HERE IM CALLING HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN THE MORNING THEY ARE INFESTED WITH BUGS my other friends and family members found roaches crawling on the walls

DO NOT eat here. The food was horrific. The grease needed changing and the food had a weird taste. Diarrhea set in before I left the restaurant.

The food is some of the best Chinese food I have found in years, and the fact that all the 1 star reviews are people who got yelled at by the owner and/or workers makes me want to eat here more.

This place is a hidden gem for authentic chinese food -- as long as you order from the right menu. Green House has two menus, the typical chinese take out and then there's a secret chinese menu. Order from the chinese menu to get real chinese food. As is typical with chinese menus, there are no pictures nor descriptions but you really cant go wrong with anything you choose.

Beef chow fun is soooo good! Omg! I ask to put garlic on it, and it’s so delicious!

Over price, front lady almost make me think for a minute that she was giving me the food for free for the way she was treating me! Anyway food is not that bad but definitely there other places that treat your better!

Ordered delivery , fantail shrimp & terryiaki beef sticks . Horrible. First it was chicken in the fantail shrimp, no shrimp. The teriyaki beef was charred burned. Call for assistance and they just say I need to call my boss I don't own anything. Unfortunately not first time receiving bad food here, just hoped better outcome ordering something different. Btw the seafood delight, never has lobster in it although noted on the menu.

Very friendly, and extremely patient and accommodating. Haven't eaten the food yet but the great smell coming from the takeout bag tells me I will definitely love the food as well.

The older woman at the front with short hair who I believe is the owner or manager was absolutely horribly rude! Beyond rude! Ive never in my whole life been made to feel so unwelcome at a restaurant. The food was alright but not good enough to go back because of being treated so poorly! Wont be back & I wouldn't recommend this place. I still am amazed at how horrible she was to us. Just a mean person all around. Disgusting, mean person!!

Very Good Experience with custom cooked to order seafood .

Slow service. We have been going there for sometime. Chinese new year we ate in. The duck was dry and not cooked right. We returned in for another duck dish and ordered on more duck dish to go. When we left everyone was all smiles. We returned two weeks later and got the stink eye. Not only was service slow but everyone who came in after us was served first and left before us and I am talking about large families. We noticed the cook coming out several times to say hi to his friends/family eating in and gave us the dirty look each time. The long wait was intentional. Almost walked out since we hadn’t received a dish in 30 Minutes. To to go Somewhere else.

Seems like the kitchen may have been swamped, it was Christmas eve. Broccoli was under cooked, but I believe it was situational, I will certainly try again as my family have been patrons for years.

The food was ok but the customer service was below the bad word . They served me with different attitude for no reason , i didn’t do anything . Most important , the lady asked for more tip money ( which i already gave her before , i still gave her after she wanted more ) and said she needed to pay for taxes ? I don’t get it . Great place to go eat especially with family and friends though when I ordered the orange chicken and the picture it has six pieces of broccoli and three pieces of oranges when they bring out my dish only had one piece of broccoli and no oranges. It took me awhile of debating which what look to be like the head manager or owner who said she got the picture from the internet. Luckily the waitress was a lot more understanding and eventually I got my six pieces of broccoli and three slices of oranges.

Greenhouse has legitimately the BEST Chinese food in Central Florida by far. We ordered chicken lomaine, egg foo young, general tso chicken, crab Rangoon, eggrolls, spring rolls, and chicken fried rice. This was by far the absolute BEST experience we have had. We live in Poinciana, and will be making the drive to Greenhouse the next time we want Chinese. Absolutely delicious!

This place has really gone down,had to send two main courses back, then I was stopped at the door saying the tip wasn't enough, lucky they got a tip ,never go back there again

Did takeout last night from Green House. The food was horrible. I asked for beef and broccoli with garlic sauce and it was served with a sweet sauce. The broccoli was undercooked and tough. The other 2 entrees did not taste like they normally do either. $35.00 of a meal ended in the trash. The best of it all the next day to complain, the lady said I wrote down what you ordered and I don't know what to say. They don't care what they serve you or how it's served.

These people are disgusting The Greenhouse chines located on s. OBT in the Sedanos plaza just leaves there food on the floor MEAT at that ....bugs flying around ...door wide open ...just discusting I ate here and was sick for 2days throwing up DO NOT EAT AT THE GREENHOUSE CHINESE they need code enforcement called on them that's what they need so expensive for nothing. There disgusting...The put there meat on the floor I know because I walk by everyday I wk near there and they do it everyday just disgusting....

My husband and I just ordered from here through doordash. There's 2 of us and the bill was $93.63 for food where only 2 items were edible. My stomach actually hurt after eating it. The low mein was far too greasy. The fried rice was average but the bbq spare ribs were exceptional. Egg foo young was greasy and tasteless. Definitely wish I had chosen somewhere else. A lot of money for bad food.

The Chinese food at this place was good for a little bit now it’s expensive and they must have a new cook because the quality has gone way down and the food taste totally different I feel like Iv wasted at least a couple hundred dollars on food we didn’t even eat because it was so bad the attitude of the owner is nothing but disrespectful and rude. This place has become more and more disappointing with time. It's really sad. I took a picture of Crab Rangoon that was basically dough. Just dough. You pay money for dough. And that's how they prepare other food too. I think I'm gonna let go of this place because it's absolutely not worth it anymore.

Have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant and Green House is it. Food was great and the portions big. Hubby had chicken lo mein and I had General Tso's, which was exceptionally good. The chicken was lightly coated and crispy even with the sauce. Price is very reasonable. Service was also excellent. Will definitely return.

Spent over $60 bucks on food asked for a small hot oil and the lady says it’s an extra charge. Said fine whatever give it to me then I can’t even use my card cause it’s $5 min. They charge for everything. Plenty of other Chinese places with better food and way better service.

Do NOT come here This place is DISGUSTING Literally, as soon as i Walked in with My Family the table was extremely sticky we try to ask the waitress to wipe it down but they were in the back and they couldn't hear us so we said screw it & we use my sister-in-law's alcohol spray bottle & wipes but as soon as we're wiping the other half of the table we found a baby cockroach walking around the other half of the table and it went to the middle underneath the Lazy Susan of the table we just grab our s*** and left do not come here it is disgusting

Excellent blend of the classical dine-in Chinese restaurant experience. The house special fried rice is phenomenal. The Green House special with various meats and stir fry veggires is a winner.

I don't understand how people who dedicate their life to a customer service work, not even have BASIC MANERS. I don't get it, seriously. This old woman that is receiving customers at the front door is sooooo rude and very bad educated. Besides her face says nothing but a bad word, not even greet verbally, but with a smile in her tight face at neather. A huge mandatory key in the customer service field. She should be at the back of the restaurant!! And when I say in the back, is back out of the restaurant! I can't handle with people like this, and I can't believe that other customers haven't had complaint to as a such lack of respect. Although the quality of food is decent, I wouldn't come back to this place and I won't recommend no one around me to go there to handle with an old woman with superiority delirium and unacceptable bad manners, when there are bunches of delicious chinese restaurants around Hunters creek with veeeery NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE employees. Unacceptable!

I order here alot through doordash, postmate,and uber eats. Food is always delicious, always gets order right,and love the unique(atleast to me)dishes they have. Their chicken wings are so delicious, juicy with a small hint of sweetness. The lady that is at the counter/answer phone calls could be a little nicer but,other than that,the food is so delicious. I might even be brave enough to just start trying every dish on the menu . I'd give it 5 stars if the lady was nicer.

The food is delicious and the staff can't be friendlier. It's one of our favorite places to order Chinese take out. They can get your order ready in 15-20 min, which is very convenient.

Bad enough the lunch servings are small the waitress had the audacity to ask for more tip with the reasoning of she has to pay taxes on tips so she needs more money....come on.

Not very good, the dish Four Seasons was excessively salty, the broccoli was undercooked and many pcs of vegetable were cold.

It was a great time. My family and I fiend for awesome Chinese food and we were not disappointed. You got to ask for the authentic menu. The fried rice was amazing. Overall, i think things could have been less salty, though. Will definitely come back when we're in town! Our waitress was so kind as well.

I've ordered take away from this restaurant a number of times. Tonight I called to place an order and the lady that took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional accusing me of ordering in the past and not picking up the order. I've most definitely picked up my orders every single time! Terrible customer service. Will never order from here again. Not like the food is even that good anyway.
