It was a pleasure to visit this establishment. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was positive and upbeat.

Try the egg wrap and frozen coffee. Except the coffee was cold not frozen

06/05/2024 No matter if the store has been remodeling the person in front make this place uncomfortable. Today I spend $100 in donuts and stilling me in the coffee. This is not acceptable at all.

I'm not crazy about dunkin' donuts. Not what I know about them. Especially now that they're owned by Arabs who are not always clean. At least the ones I have seen

First visit to the new location, a huge improvement over the previous location.

I go here every morning and today my coffee was horrible had a bug inside of it when she gave it to me I complained and ask the lady very nicely and showed her and ask ca she replace it she works in drive thru with the black hair older lady she was very rude yelling and nasty and I told her this will be my last time coming here because of her attitude and horrible customer service she laughed and said good okay and close the drive thru window I have been coming here every morning for the last three years and this service was horrible today.

How is it possible that they have only one person working in a store where many people always go, it is very abusive on the part of the owners of this company, it is 3:00 pm Thursday and I am surprised how they can overload the work to a single person woooow

This lady has a nasty attitude and will try her best to steal extra money from you if you’re not paying attention to your receipt. No matter what day of the week it is she has a nasty rude attitude with costumers. If you don’t want to have a bad morning don’t go to this location because she will be there

Terrible place I placed my order on the app and when it arrived I had to wait 10 more minutes and it was not busy so they were slow

It's the worst service there is. Terrible service to the public, none of those people have any manners.

Worst Dunkin in area. They allow homeless crackheads to sleep in the store. They stare at you while you eat. Management is non existent.

New loaded hash browns are good. They did forget the jalapeños. The bacon was nice and crispy Mmmm … second time ordering loaded hash browns were very dry barley any cheese :(

I ordered everything bagel toasted with cream cheese And instead my Got cold bagel not toasted with cream cheese on half side and a really bed service.

If you enjoy service with an attitude and love to pay for your food and coffee & to be wrong, then this is the place to be! Must be family-owned that this behavior is tolerated, because the woman running the drive-through is ill-mannered, and unpleasant & good luck getting them to fix the order if it's wrong. Sent my coffee back and received the same cup of coffee back. They run this place with their own set of rules, you get what they give you, not what you ordered.

I ordered something online to be picked up waited 15 minutes went there to pick it up it was still not ready nothing but chaos between four people trying to figure out where the item was.

It's away packed but I love the service 😇🙏

Only reason i am putting two stars is because I actually got my food thank god . But the actual reason why im not people 5 starts is because the lady this morning in the drive thru was just rude . She needs more training .

I used to work for Dunkin’ for 5 years and when I tell you this location is the best out of 5 in west Palm the drink maker and food maker are great seriously it’s so nice to pull off and know your food and coffee are perfect there isn’t a lot of places like that these days I come here every morning faithfully great job!!!!!

This location needs all new staff because these girls clearly don't like their jobs. It shows in their customer service skills which are non existent. I just treat them the way they treat me with that same energy. Til this day my order has never been wrong.

This place was good but the only bad part is that there's a vagrant outside and I hurts their business

I came to pick up a mobile order today and the lady working proceeded to lecture me that I should give her five minutes. I replied “that’s fine no rush” then started to complain that the car behind me did the same thing? Alright? Clearly needs to be retaught on how to interact with customers because I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that.

The people that work there must not get paid enough or treated well because they do not want to be there and it shows makes one not even want to go there

J'en ai connu des professionnels désagréables mais je pense que la palme d'or revient aux employés de ce dunkin. Beaucoup trop désagréables. De plus, impossible de commander à l'intérieur et il a fallu que j'attende 10 minutes à l'extérieur avant qu'on ne prenne ma commande (je précise que j'étais seule, qu'il était 18h30 et que ce n'était pas un jour férié)

Yummy munchkins for the kiddos and tasty coffee for me is a good treat every now and then.

I've had a few problems at this location. Getting orders wrong, long waiting time and rude staff. NOTE: If you want a regular coffee with cream and sugar or just black, iced or hot... your good. BUT Dunkin is not the spot for specialty drinks... whatever fancy name of a coffee drink you can think of should be ordered somewhere else.

This Dunkin should get more than 5 stars, when I lived in flat, Everytime I got coffee there. Perfect Everytime. Thank you Dunkin
