Very slow service for online order for take out. Soda machine also no ice and the drinks were flat and warm.

Don't waste your time coming here . One they don't recall your order to you . The lady at the drive-through was upset because I had to re-order chicken nuggets when she got it wrong in the first place the little girl at the drive-through had an attitude for whatever reason and was making it seem like I'm being difficult when she needs therapy. I would never recommend coming to this Wendy's, save your time HORRIBLE customer service recommend .

No one behind me at the drive thru. And they had us back up and wait for 20 minutes. Again no one behind me not busy but waiting for over 20 minutes for a 5 for 5. If they want a raise maybe they should be more professional. Annoying

Served us a spoiled chicken wrap. When driving back to the window the young girl was in the back laughing while she was calling the manager. When we spoke to the manager she acted as if she didn't know they were serving spoiled chicken. She did replace our meal, but that was so uncalled for. Do better because someone will call the health department on this establishment. The lady who was bringing out our order to the car was very sweet and I appreciate her.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life! The drive thru couldn’t even get my simple order correct. If I could leave zero stars I most certainly would. Tried to give us cokes instead of tea, didn’t get any of the burger orders correct, and just plain rude!!! I can not even fathom the blatant disregard and respect for people’s simple requests! Do better!!

Waiting and line for so long they don’t care

The food tasted more healthy and homemade than any other fast food restaurant I have eaten the same meal at. The service was a bit excessive on the slow side, polite staff however. Atmosphere was just general, looks like they could spruce it up a couple of notches, however I recommend the food, the home fries were real home fries. Fresh tasting food, but no lids for certain soda sizes so I had to get my refill and pour it in my other cup once I left , not to break policy or get extra, I got exactly what I was allowed. I had to pour it because they had no lids stocked and my ride requires one or I must discard my drink. Which I didn't want to lose. The biggest pro is good quality of food biggest con is employees seem to take a lot of time on simple tasks, causing a backup that shouldn't happen during a slow period. Also lack of stocking items is a issue that should be addressed. All around I would recommend this Wendy's overall. The good absolutely outweighs the bad with this store .

Drive thru lady was rude. She first couldn’t understand the name i provided from doordash going through the drive thru . So she directed me to the 2nd window. So of course , i take out my phone and show her the name and order number .then she instantly tells me to move back in a aggressive manner that they are on a timer. When she finally asks me to pull forward , the lady asks if this was for me or someone else raising her voice … no of course not .. if you were told it was for pickup and delivery. Anyways i know times are tough but do better . Treat everyone with kindness .no need to get upset or raise your voice because you misunderstood. Customer always first !

The cashier looked high. Couldn't take the order. The place was filthy. And even the customers were rude. I love Wendy's but avoid this one at all costs.

This was the worst apple pecan salad I ever got from Wendy’s. I asked for no blue cheese, but it was loaded with it which ruined the whole salad for me. It did not include the bag of cinnamon pecans that are supposed to be included with the salad.

Just a bunch of lazy people who never get the order right. I'm calling city and state health department on this store.

I just went through the drive-thru not even 10 minutes ago. I asked for the large chili with the hot oil packets. The lady informed me they've never carried the hot oil packets for chili. That is an absolute lie. Wendy's has always carried that. Don't worry, I work for the corporate office, as a contractor, for over 20 years. I will let them know. I will never come back to that location, I will never bring my cruise in there ever again. Comprehension has become more important than communication.

Today is 3/22/24 just ordered the new pretzel Baconator and was forced to buy a medium combo they said, “ALL Combo’s are medium or Large”! The Manger was the one packing the food and listening to the conversation. I definitely feel scammed when obviously, the menu shows the prices of the small combos. My medium combo was two dollars more.

Lots of patience with the children

Food is good typical of any Wendys. Store is old and in desperate need of remodel. Known for a mass shooting. many years ago (2008) Often very busy here due to its location. Newer Wendy's a few miles away is so much nicer and never busy.

Terrible. We went inside at 11 pm and we inside for 25 minutes to be attended. They gave priority to be people in the vehicles. We inside wait, received cold food, there were no napkins. It was a disaster.

Landscape people were using the blower so every in the drive though waited 10 to order

Nice staff at the desk, facility itself not as clean as I expected. Soda choices not fully stocked and they made a mistake on my food, but they reached out to me before I ate it to explain their mistake and correct it - very happy that they professionally handled their mistake

This place is the worst! Rude staff! The worst customer service and forget ordering thru 3rd party delivery they still find away to mess up your order.

This place is a matter of time before it shuts down. It's a 30 and the doors are locked on a Saturday morning. What are wonderful way to sell breakfast

This place definitely needs a change in franchisee/owner. First off, this place still has the styling of the 90s restaurants which is obviously a rare site these days. They don't have anyone wiping down tables and everything is sticky. Fighting with me over coupons! Classic chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich is the exact same price but apparently can't substitute one for the other. Then she tells me I can't get strawberry lemonade. At least they have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine right? Well out of the over 100 flavors they are supposed to have only five were working today. Finally, my wife and her mom go to the bathroom and come straight out telling me that the whole place is disgusting. Hopefully someone from corporate reads this and steps in because this place is an embarrassment.

Sad and scary. Not a place to bring family or children. Homeless all over, waiting to spring into action. Smelly & unclean dining room. Employees screaming from the kitchen constantly. It looks like the self serve drink machine has been disabled on purpose.

Elena provided great customer service today. It seemed like the current manager was not too nice, but she continued to smile and serve us. Thank you for that Elena.

The women that work here always has attitudes. Why? If you don't want to work than don't.

0need to watch how the food is handle,and also visiting with each other while customer is waiting. Their talk had nothing to do with anyone's order.

They gave me the wrong salad so disappointing I was looking forward to eating it not only that she gave me a spoon for my salad they didn't have forks at the time

Order was taken promptly. Food was fresh. Right at lunch time so the tables were a little messy. Only 4 starts because the people behind me had to wait a long time to get their orders taken.

I got midnight snack the two for six hamburger 🍔 and chicken nuggets and frosty I'll get this every week.

My only problem with this Wendy's, was their card machine wasn't working, but the customer had no way of knowing that until they got to the place to give their order. If anyone goes to this Wendy's, once you place your order, you're in line with no way to drive off lol. So I was stuck in line until the cars in front of me was done. Very frustrating 😖. There has to be a better system to alert customers before they get stuck in line on their lunch break. Needs to be done differently. I can't comment on the service or food considering, I got neither that day.
