The custom-made donuts they created were not only adorable but also incredibly delicious. The attention to detail and creativity that went into each donut was impressive. My daughter and all the kids at the party absolutely loved them! The flavors were amazing, and the donuts were fresh and delicious. Dunkin' Donuts truly made the birthday celebration unforgettable. Thank you for your outstanding service and making our day so sweet! 🎉🍩

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts. It has new management and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The service was exceptional, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. The new management has definitely made positive changes to the store. Not only were the donuts and coffee delicious, but the store was also spotlessly clean and well-organized. The staff members were knowledgeable about the items and provided helpful recommendations. I also noticed that the wait times have significantly improved since the change in management. The staff was working diligently to ensure prompt service without compromising on quality. It was evident that they genuinely cared about the customer experience. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the new management at Dunkin’ Donuts. They have successfully elevated the customer experience, making it a 5 star for coffee and donuts. I highly recommend visiting this location for your go to coffee, donuts and breakfast. Dunkin' Donuts never disappoints! 🍩☕️ Stopped by before heading to the hockey tournament, and I couldn't resist grabbing my favorite iced coffee and a box of their amazing donuts. The coffee was perfect to get my caffeine fix, and the donuts were fresh, fluffy, and oh-so-delicious. It was the perfect fuel to kickstart the day before going to the hockey game. This Dunkin' Donuts is my go-to spot always! 👌

Horrible staff! Yelled and middle fingered me (with my kids in my car) because I didn’t stop at the speaker before pulling up, I explained nicely I didn’t know that was the procedure to pick up an online order, but both staff ladies were yelling and swearing all the time with out listening. won’t ever come back!

I always pick up Dunkin donuts for my son. But I hate this location never is consistent, either they will use a box or a bag. You can't specify on the app.you want a box you just expect them to do the right thing. And putting a chocolate cover face down with three other donuts shoved on top of them. I also got the chorizo egg wrap was also cold in the middle. Definitely will be staying away from this location.

Parked in drive thru 7 minutes before closing. Didn’t get a response. Understood I came a bit before closing but should have been taken care of when they have open hours.

Had a mobile order and it took almost 20 minutes to get 3 drinks and munchkin holes. Customers walking up and ordering received their orders before us.

This has to be the worst thing I’ve ever been served at a drive-through. I ordered a coffee cake muffin because they were out of the coffee roll doughnut. I couldn’t even eat it. It was so dried out and was like a brick. It literally crumbled when I tried to squeeze it, and it took some effort to do so. The coffee, which was hot decaf, must’ve been sitting there for days. It was disgusting. I used to like Dunkin’ Donuts, but I will not be going back to this store. I tried to call them to let them know how bad it was, no one would answer the phone.

I received great service. The employees were very nice and respectful.

Noah was amazing and was probably the first person to make me enjoy going through the drive-thru. He also made my coffee the best it had ever tasted !!!

Manager was yelling at employees, they had half the donuts in stock, and they must have been out of bacon bits for my avacado toast, so just gave me 1 1/2 slices of bacon.

First and foremost, the customer service there is amazing. I was helped out by a beautiful you lady named Kat, she was very professional and polite. I ordered a bagel with cc and an iced coffee and was very pleased on how fast I received said order. Will absolutely be going there again and hopefully getting help by the same amazing young lady.

I stop by this dunkin about 3 days a week on my way to work. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this time I feel like I have to. THEY get the order wrong every single time! I go through the drive through because the inside always takes WAY too long… Today after ordering some bagels with butter and CC on the side & and iced coffee, I opened bag with no CC. My mother went inside to grab some CC only to be yelled at by someone in the front counter stating that they couldn’t understand her! Someone behind my mother stated to the employee, how can you not understand that she’s asking for Cream Cheese… anyway… After driving away, realized I never even got my iced coffee. I know it’s partially my fault, but how can you not give someone their full order! Will not be going here anymore, this isn’t even my first bad experience with this store. Very disappointing

This location is severely understaffed and consistently out of items you need to run a dunkin. How are you out of iced coffee and 99% of your donuts all the time. Every time i come after work these poor kids are running around, why are there not more people working?

The lady at the cashier was sooo nice

I have had so many issues with this location. Finally writing a review as I like to give locations a few chances. We all have bad days right? They don’t greet you at the drive thru and just make you wait at least 1-2 minutes before saying anything. Seems like they like to clear the car in front of you completely before they take your order. Today I tried to order donuts and some banana bread. To which they literally didn’t have anything I wanted to order, then when I get the window after ordering they told me the things I was able to order they didn’t have. No frosted chocolate, no strawberry frosted, no banana bread. Get it together. Sincerely a pregnant hungry mamma. So glad I wasted 10 minutes in your drive thru for nothing.

Next time I would go to this Dunkin is when someone puts a gun to my head

EVERY single employee had airpods in, I had to repeat my self several times to the girl at the register, after the 2nd time repeating myself she removed one of her airpods to hear (imagine that!!) What happened to good work ethic. The gentleman at the pick up window also had airpods on and couldnt hear me asking for napkins (the holder was empty) I just walked out. Not even worth my frustration, I will keep driving next time.

I come here a few times a month because it’s right before you get on the interstate. It needs to be shut down if at the very least to retrain staff. It takes at least 10 minutes to get through the drive thru no matter how many cars are in line. It’s like they can only take 1 car at a time. I’ve never not had an issue when I come here. I’m not sure why I keep going honestly.

The lady took my cash payment wearing gloves. Counted out my change back. Never changed gloves, and went and handled the food. Seems like a health department inspection could be helpful.

Why does it always happen that the service here is sooooo slow in the morning? Not as in too many people,, but as in you just sit there for a long time. Please fix this as your location is ideal for grabbing coffee before leaving to work but one canNOT spend 35min. to get through most of the time for one.

I’m not sure what her name is, but she is always at the drive-thru window when I go. Long hair young white female. She is always SO rude. I’ve worked in customer service my entire teenage to adult life and have never met someone so cold and with such an attitude. I never leave negative google reviews because I know they are important to a business, but so is the quality of your staff. Every time I say “thank you so much, have a great day!” She just looks at me and shuts the window in my face. I always tip, never have a complicated order. I just don’t understand. Do better Dunkin’ or pay your employees a reasonable wage in order to hire quality employees.

I went in this place at 6:40 pm. Waited for over five minutes because two employees were having conversation in the back even though they knew I was in the lobby. I tried to order a coffee that was free with a purchase. There was absolutely nothing else to purchase because they had “sold out “. I know this for a fact to not be true. They obviously threw them away because a friend was in there, not even 20 minutes prior to and they had a whole rack of donuts. So I tried to order hash browns. She said, very rudely, “we close in eight minutes, the ovens are shut off.” I did nothing to deserve this behavior, and I will never be back. This place desperately needs to be shut down. When I worked here in high school, I would’ve never dreamed of treating a single customer like this. Especially a polite one. What has happened to customer service? SO disappointing.

Only been going to this location for a short while but staff is always pleasant. Store is split with gas station which is handy if you need anything else. Store is always clean. An drive thru is pretty fast. Love the Sweet tea with 4 pumps of liquid cane sugar 🤪🤤😋

Not like it used to be when they actually made it fresh in the restaurant. Everything produced and shipped out taste artificial. I haven't been to a Dunkin' donut in years I wonder why

My son and I just had the most wonderful experience with Anthony. He was extremely professional and it was very apparent he took pride in his job. He was just like…hands down the best employee I’ve ever interacted with at ANY Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Big up and mad props to Anthony at this Dunkin location. Someone please give this man a raise.

Food & drinks are always good. Customer service is literal TRASH tho. If you don’t like the customer service industry maybe you shouldn’t be in it 🤷🏼‍♀️

Best made sausage egg and cheese croissant that I’ve had from a Dunkin’s in a while! (Sorry, started eating before I took pics) perfectly chard and cooked! Meat and eggs weren’t cold like sometimes I get! Thanks guys!

They didn’t have croissant fill with chicken and bacon this morning but they have strawberry refresher which it was bombbb!!! With coconut milk 😩 super good

Impatient drive through employee who wants you rattling off your order like an auctioneer. Otherwise, she suggests you come in to order. Left out part of my order. Avocado toast was soggy and had clearly been sitting for some time. Luckily, we are not locals, so we won’t have to worry about coming back. Don’t waste your time or money.

Store needs a little tlc,also they stop the senior discount, bummer.

This place has employees who try their best, however,,, this locatuin needs corporate to intervene and step it up. I gave 2 stars for effort but effort from the constant revolving door of employees isn't cutting it.

Its the closest to where I live so I find myself at this location often. They try they're best, but its often hit or miss. Either they don't have the items, espresso machine is down or just short staffing. Macchiatto is different depending on who prepares. Just not consistent.

Dunkin was closed, but the main station next door, Refuel, HOOKED ME UP! They are AWESOME people with good food. Highly recommended

Just went there and the girl in the window need to learn some manners, she clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers and seemed like she hates her job. I’m giving it two stars because the guy that made our coffee was kind and the coffee was good.

This is the third time (online order), THIRD TIME that this Dunkin's has messed up my chai latte and made it a coffee, it is absolutely ridiculous how they cannot read the whole order!

Stop here pretty regularly on my way to work. Jack took care of me today. Spoke with the manager Ava today and let her know I'm always pleased with my orders. Drinks are always perfect. Glad this store is close to home.

Every Sunday we place our order on line, unfortunately we got 3 times in a row the order came with something wrong. The worst is the coffee, lately they change my Icelatte order for an Icecoffee and ruined my breakfast. My husband always came home exited with the breakfast and at the end any of us is disappointed with the order. Please, READ the order completely not just the first 3 words. Thank you
