After waiting 10 minutes in drive through finally went home with food. When I opened my food, they gave me some ones wrong order..I called manager and she said I have to come back to get my order or refund...I did not have any choice so went to tacobell again and guess what...waited half hour just to get my correct food..Manager is so mean..I told her just refund my money and I dont need my food and she said I still have to come through drive through for refund...Havn't seen this tyoe of service and manager in my life...hate this place

I was stuck in the drive thru line for a half hour, and got food that clearly had been made when ordered, not when I eventually got it. Then, it barely had any filling to it. The staff is so nice, but the food can really be hit or miss. Especially the late night drive thru.

They got a new manger new employees the food was good only problem I had was with my order counted everything it was there then got home my meat burrito was a bean burrito. All the other food was good.

After hours, 60% of the line at the drive through are delivery drivers trying to pick up food. Consider opening a separate path for drivers to pick up food that doesn’t include drive though when it’s at its busiest. Cut your drive though traffic in half and customers can be attended quicker. 20 minute delays are normalized but it’s not all in-person demand.

They get everything right, even on mobile orders! Best tacobell I've been too.

First time to this location. Drive thru was quick service and very nice and polite customer service. I will definitely come back to this location.

Taco Bell well I was sent an e gift card for Taco Bell and we finally went to use it and we'll we ordered $18.00 worth of food when we go to pay with the e gift card they was like they don't have a way to punch in the e gift card # as a debit input so we ended up not using our e gift card and leaving without our meal. The worse thing about it was we didn't have cash to pay for our order. We are very sorry for the backup in the drive thru. But it wasn't our fault. TB needs a better system bcuz Burger King was able to input the numbers as a debit card. Um before y'all ask we was gifted 2 e gift cards 1 for Burger King and 1 for Taco Bell, Panera, Krispy Kreme or Panda Express and we chose Taco Bell 😢 now we're afraid to go anywhere else. Taco Bell Sorry but this brought you down to a new low.

Always a positive experience at this location. Food is fresh and well made. Service is excellent and friendly.

Attempted to order at 7:30 AM through DoorDash. My driver called and said this location is closed and won’t be open until later, even though it says they are open now.

My wife is vegetarian, and for a quick bite, Taco Bell is our default place to go. We enjoy their value meal, and I, being a senior, I ask for a complementary drink. Just be aware that all Taco bells are not the same. The one on Busch are chintzy on their portions and fillings.

I called this taco bell and asked if they still had a certain taco and they accused me of calling an employee cellphone number and prank calling and said they would call the cops even though I had no intention of doing that. Lady sounded cranky too

They forgot a meal of mine through drive through so I went inside. 5 associates looking at me no one says anything. 3 other people come in to order no one says anything to them..2 of them end up leaving. I leave and went on drive through to get my food since they totally ignored me and other guests inside. This is horrible management if there was a manager working. Last time I ever come here. I will make sure I tell everyone about my terrible experience.

Everything was great except hearing the manager reprimand her staff right in front off all the customers. I was a manager for taco bell for a good while- this should NEVER happen. Poor staff that she was talking to! I would have been so embarrassed! I went 6/14/24 at roughly 12:45pm

Taco Bell never disappoints! Fresh, fast food, in good quantity and quality. It is worth it. I eat well, paying little.

Today was graduation for my granddaughter 8th grade going to 9th grade she wanted Taco Bell. We couldn't say NO.

Everytime I come there is no Baja blast! They are always out of it! Whom ever does the ordering needs to make sure they order accordingly. The only reason I come to Taco Bell, so very disappointing

I understand that they are just 4 people I get that but they are joking around and not paying attention to the customer and or the order. We have give them multiple opportunities but is always the same you wait like 40 minutes to see the order is wrong and wait 20 more for a remake.

I always go to tacobell and order the chalupa combo and ask for sub chicken, no cheese or sourcream on the chalupas and taco and they always manage to mess up something. Tonight 4/28 around 11:30 I looked at the receipt before receiving my order and it wasn't noted that the taco would have no cheese or sourcream. I pointed it out to the 2 women at the window and after one of the women rolled their eyes they said on their screen it was correct and that there wouldn't be any cheese or sourcream. After checking my order, I told them that my chicken taco had cheese on it and they never apologized and had me give it back to them to make sure i wasn't lying then they gave me a new one. On my receipt it says the cashier was Elijah J.

I can’t tell how many times I order a single item with simple directions to add extra tomatoes, cheese, or sauce etc. and they hand me a standard item with no receipt in the bag. I got charged extra for what? Same with their Uber eats smh no different than throwing money in the wind when I come here.

I had diarrhea all night and I couldn’t get rid of it because of Taco Bell. I ate 14 beef burritos with hot sauce, and my diarrhea was so bad that I could taste it from the other night. I’m very disappointed. although the service was really good

Have to re train workers on how to properly fill tacos and nachos cause they skimped us really bad.

There was 3 customers. It took a total of 45 minutes to get my food. They did not cut my quesadilla. My food doesn’t taste like it was cooked. This is probably going to give me food poisoning, but I paid $15 for this so I guess I’m taking PTO tomorrow. Awesome job Taco Bell. You can definitely handle the dinner rush!

The staff is ALWAYS friendly, the drive thru line goes by so fast. Never have they gotten an order wrong and I am there like ALL the time. I give them a straight 10 for service and food quality!! I love that they gave vegetarian options!!

I got there a quarter to two in the morning figuring there wouldn’t be a line. I ordered through the app, too, to keep things quick. Boy was I worried when I saw a massive line through the drive through! But they were really quick and the food was hot and fresh even after the 15 minute drive home. Very impressed, I have two locations closer to me but I think I’ll just drive the extra time to this one from now on (they both closed earlier so I had to go to this one, but now I’ll just choose this one even during normal times).

I’ve been waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. Haven’t been acknowledged not once. Once I did get someone attention she had an attitude with me. I normally don’t leave reviews, but customer service here isn’t so great.

Ordered through drive thru. Waited over 20 minutes for food because the car 2 in front of me ordered fried empanadas as the fryer went down. I guess having everyone wait in line was better than having 1 car pull out of line. When I finally got my food it was ice cold. Horrible.

Great fire, a cheap, quick, tasty lunch. I don't really care for their breakfast. They don't have a huge selection. I'll leave that to Wendy's.

The food and staff is amazing but , why are you guys always out of drinks? Every single time I come here there’s no soda, especially no Dr Pepper. I only come here for Dr Pepper drinks. Whoever is in charge of ordering the soda bags do better.

Came on Christmas Eve... said they closed at 6PM I was in line at 5:45 and they said they were closed and not taking orders. The reason being because " we need time to close " THATS THE POINT of closing AT 6. AFTER 6PM u close and clean, this is how u lose service and customers. Ridiculous

It wasn't a complex order, it was 2 regular soft shell tacos Asked for a lot of sauce packets to go with my meal., received zero Asked for a side of red sauce, it barely covered the bottom of the sauce cup. 13 minutes, you'd think they'd apologize or something. Didnt say a word, just handed me my food Probably the worst Taco Bell experience I've had in a long time. Advice : If you have someone wait 3 times longer than normal for 2 softshells, at least say "thank you for waiting", perhaps offer an apology? Say something. Don't just shove the bag in the customers face as if they've bothered you when they are the ones giving you their money for your products and spending 3x the average wait time for it.? But most of all, get the simple order correct. I'll probably avoid this Taco Bell in the future.

This is the worst Taco bell in Tampa. They close dining early and randomly, the employees are lazy and do not appear to care, and the food quality is terrible. Pick any other TacoBell in the area, you’ll be happy you did. I will never get food from this place again. They need new management.

Horrible! Wish I could rate 0 stars. That’s all I can say about this location. My fiancé ordered a Mexican pizza, no tomatoes, and it was supposed to come with supreme tacos. The two tacos were not supreme. And his pizza was smashed all to hell in the box!! Literally half of the pizza was on the top half of the box. My chicken chalupa had only 1 piece of chicken in it. The rest was stuffed with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. I asked for a side of avocado ranch and the lady rang it up at guacamole. And I just wanted to confirm I was going to get avocado ranch and no guacamole. She then said no. It’s guac. Like no. That’s not what I asked for. And she didn’t have to be so rude about things. Oh and don’t bother trying to call to speak to someone, because you will get a fax machine or a busy signal as if phone is off the hook. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. But it’s so close to my home. I thought I would give it another try. At this point, I’m going to save myself and make the drive to another location because they can’t seem to get it together.

My bf and I go here every once I'm a while when we don't feel like cooking and get the party pack of soft tacos and then we each get our own specialty taco. The staff are always chill and we've never had an issue with the quality of the food.

This is a great Taco Bell location the atmosphere is really open and spacious they got our order wrong but we’re quick to fix it!

This particular TB food & shift crew was 100% BEST I've experienced in decades!!! When we found the one in Bartow, we thought we had found a gem. But this one brought back the magic of the Taco Bell's of the 90s... when u could stop at any TB anywhere & get hot, fresh, consistent portions & correct orders! Yes, me & my bestie r not ashamed to say we're TB addicts when there's only time for drive-thru 🤣

Absolute the worst drive thru of any fast food establishments. This is my third time going thru the drive thru and my order is 100% incorrect. How difficult is it to listen and read a ticket never go to this taco bell. The regional manager and district manager should work a weekend night shift. That will never happen since they are about their day job.

Pissed, i wanted to come inside and make a to go order but apparently their doors are locked at 9 meanwhile families are in there at least put a sign on the door or post on the website when you guys are closed, and on top of that they lied to me saying the volcano tacos are discontinued meanwhile i can order it through the app and literally got one yesterday at another location 🤡

Fast, friendly and accurate service!

I didnt like that the employees took it upon themselves to lock up the restaurant an hour and a half before the inside closes. We were stopping in and we wanted to sit down at a table and eat and eat. Internet told us that we could sit down and the restaurant was open but the employees decided they make the rules and they wanted to make their lives easier this infectious, entitled disease called laziness is spreading throughout society.

Went through drive thru and they missed several items! One was a nacho bell grande. I wish they would check their orders before they hand them out. This has happened a few times before and I call... but I never get my money back nor do they fix the problem! This store is in a bad spot, so it's hard to get in and out! Please make it worth the effort! See you again in 6 months or so after I forget that you did this to us again!!

Pull up to drive through and person is not only unprofessional sounding, but also wasn’t able to hear me most of the time. I asked for modifications on my volcano box and from what I can taste they didn’t do it. I asked for no sour cream in the burrito and instead of making a new one the just fingered my food to remove what they thought was sour cream because I still had sour cream in my burrito. Thank god I’m not allergic so I just ended up throwing up thanks for the dinner

Very sweet girl at the drive thru window. I came in less than 10 minutes before closed and she was more pleasant than I could have possibly asked. I didn’t catch her name but I sure did catch that smile. Wish I could give her the proper recognition she deserves. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.

Just expect something wrong. This one forgetting the chips out of my "nacho cheese and chips" or never having unsweetened iced tea after 9pm. Value is good, if you pick the right combos. I'm not rolling up to Taco Bell expecting five star service, but last night was setting the bar really low.

Worst location ever. Doesn't even answer the phone to rectify their mistake of leaving my daughters food out of our order. Management really needs to get on the ball and handle customer issues versus answering the phone and not saying anything or hanging up on a customer. Whole I understand this is fast food customer service goes a long way
