Everything is always nice and clean. I love how friendly the team is and how fresh everything comes out.

Lake Mary has 2 Dunkin locations, but we’re only allowed to have one good one at a time. Right now, the Dunkin on Wheelhouse Lane is the good (if not great) one. For a long time, the employees here were consistently rude or would not turn on the oven, or would get the order wrong… that is no longer the case. This place is always a good experience at this point. The Dunkin off Lake Mary blvd near Home Depot is now the bad Dunkin’. I think management must flip-flop who works in each one after reviews reach certain levels.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 churro donuts. Before I ordered, I asked if they still had churro donuts, and I was assured that yes they did. So I ordered 2. I later discovered that they did NOT give me churro donuts, but instead gave me some disgusting cake donuts covered in some awful cinnamon-y powder coating that made a huge mess taking them out of the bag. YUCK! By this time I am home, and not about to fight rush hour traffic again just to return 2 donuts. They will go in the trash. I tried calling the store to let them know, but no answer. So disappointing.

The staff at this location have horrible customer service. Also, I ordered midnight dark roast coffee and it tasted like watered down milk, gross. The manager is also very rude.

I just had the worse Dunkin experience ever early in the morning…what a way to ruin someone’s day with incompetency and poor service. Lady compromised good service and completing an accurate order to keep their “speed up”, and it still took longer than my usually run. Manager in the back yelling “it’s only 2 drinks and a donut!” Poor drive thru girl.. that broke my heart as someone who worked as management in food service. That girl doesn’t get paid enough to deal with a poor management and manager obviously needs to go through some sort of developmental training. I can see why this location is always hiring. Never ever coming back. Go to the one down the street.

Okay, so a lot of you are going to think I'm a glutton for punishment. And maybe I am, or maybe the location is just convenient for me. The last 10 times (yes 10) over the last couple of months I have gotten a sweet tea from here. And of those 10, 8 were UNDRINKABLE. They either give me unsweet, or it tastes like they don't clean their equipment, or the tea tastes rotten like it's been sitting out for DAYS. I have wasted so much money here, and again...why do you ask? It's a convenient location for me. A couple of the workers are also rude. I do have 1 girl there I really like, a young blonde girl. But, save yourself the frustration and don't get sweet tea from here. I promise it's not worth it. Maybe I'll finally learn that myself.

No food service in weekend mornings because "they're too busy. Coffee and donuts only". Why are they so understaffed that they can't provide food?

HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE EGG ON A SATURDAY MORNING AT 8AM. THE PPL THAT WORK AT THIS DD ARE ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING OR MIA OR MIA IN THE BRAIN. WITNESS THE DOWNFALL OF SOCIETY AT YOUR LAKE MARY DD.

Big shout out to Veronica!!!! I was welcomed with a hello coming in, and her tentatively letting me know she would be right with me while I was waiting was just so sweet. Her customer service was superb. Thanks for making my day better, Veronica 🥲. Dunkin, make sure you're letting your employees know how much they rock and taking care of them shows in their customer service, so keep that in mind😊

Horrible. The donuts look nothing like advertised. Sad and dry - watered down icing you can barely see - let alone taste. Bad service to boot. Went in to complain and choose better donuts for my kids and she just rang me up for the new donuts - after I told her and showed her the sad donuts I was served in the drive thru. No apology or offer to make it right. Wish I could post a picture - I thought you could in reviews. Im not sure if it’s a franchise thing or an individual owner thing but they are clearly trying to save money by cutting back quality.

Worst dunkin in Florida. Manager talks smack about the customers in front of them.

MANAGER: The staff are generally friendly and accomodating. But please, can you people do something about the damned temperature in this location?? Why would the AC be on freezing cold when the temps are in the 60s outside? It's ridiculous that you don't or won't provide an accommodating environment for guests who want to sit in. I've already emailed corporate about this and they urged me to call toll free with my complaint. I will do so.

Service was great we got there when they was about to close and the manager still provided accommodations for a party if 13. Food was great.

This is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to the staff is incredibly rude. They can never get orders, right. I didn’t realize staffing a restaurant was so difficult. You literally have to hire the most mentally challenged humans. They could literally replace everyone of the establishment with monkeys and get the same efficiency.

I keep trying to give this location a try but wow, come here if you want to sit in the drive through for 25+ minutes , get the incorrect food, and really rude workers :(

This location is GREAT! Elizabeth is polite extremely helpful. She was super efficient too. My food was fresh, drink was perfect. Will be making this my new Dunkin!

This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts around. They really stepped it up. Our order is always correct, they always have stock of anything that you want to order, and they always are so polite. New management must have taken over because they have done a 360 turnaround. They have been consistently on point for months now. Keep up the great service and quality Wheelhouse Lane, Lake Mary Dunkin!

Veronica holds this place down! Me and my bf went yesterday and it was BONKERS busy and she got us in and out within a few minutes with great coffees and munchkins. We went again today bc we had such a great experience!! Thank you Veronica!

This Dunkin location has become part of my daily morning routine. I visit this Dunkin location every single morning, seven days a week - even though there's a closer Dunkin to my house. The morning crew here is awesome! They are always friendly and efficient, making each visit enjoyable. I also appreciate the consistent quality of coffee and food, which is crucial for anyone needing their morning coffee fix! Additionally, this location is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained Dunkins I have been to, creating a pleasant ambiance to sit and enjoy my Coffee and food. With its exceptional morning crew and manager, consistency, cleanliness, and great service, this Dunkin has earned my loyalty. I highly recommend it for a fantastic morning coffee experience. Best Dunkin and crew around - and I have been to them all.

I just went through this drive through. Saturday july 29th, 930 am. It was the fastest most polite dunkin donuts drive Through I've ever been to. Whoever is working there now, please don't leave. Because I love my dunkins!

Mixed feelings about this location. Food is great but the workers seem very cold, slow, aloof, and unfriendly. Probably they need a pay raise because its just a weird tension whenever we order here. But we went here earlier today. Says they are "open" today, but we sat at the drive through and no one helped us. We parked and tried to go inside but doors were locked with no notice of them being closed early. Almost did a pick up order and glad we didnt.

The drive thru employees that worked today (blonde girl) and the day before yesterday morning (unsure of her name, short brown hair) are super sweet and have great customer service! Thanks for always making me a great matcha 🥰 they’re very fast too! Rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for my order.

Lake Mary location by Home Depot….Old building but they are fast and food is fresh. Coffee is good and line moves fast. This is a good location and staff is friendly.

Dunkin on wheelhouse Ln is the best donut shop!!

Distancing donuts it's a little bit smaller than a lot of the others in the area but I prefer to go here instead of the other locations because of the employees and the atmosphere. It's always really clean there's never too long of a wait because of very quick service from the efficient staff. The Carmel latte with almond milk and the espresso shots is amazing!

We come here often and do mobile order. I can place the order at 730 and come at 8 and still have to wait for my order. If they’re out of items they never update the app like starbucks does, allowing me to order 86ed items. Incredibly frustrating!

Hey Ya’ll. 🤦🏽‍♀️Honestly don’t even know if any words could describe just how far gone Dunkin’ has gotten. The level of inaccuracies on orders is astonishing. It’s literally EVERY visit. If your coffee matters to you. If you care that your actually getting espresso in your drink or coffee in your signature drinks and not just being charged for it. If it matters to you how your drink is prepared, I wouldn’t recommend even attempting it here. Save your self the frustration! I tried another coffee place and they were quite good. Try Foxtail coffee instead, they give you exactly what you want and not just a cup of milk. Like and follow me for more reviews 🍷😃. Bringing you the truth of what to expect one stop at a time.

The slowest shop I've ever been to. NEVER stop here on the way to work or if you're in a hurry. Most times they are understaffed and overworked. It's almost guaranteed that you'll be here waiting at LEAST 10-15 minutes.

Much needed afternoon pick me up.

The donuts tasted old and stale. We had ordered at 9 am in the morning. They also were not made with love the frosted ones were barely frosted and sloppy. Very disappointed.

I was sad to learn they were out of matcha.

Food is great, employees were friendly and helpful, but the location is very understaffed. I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes when the line was only 5 cars long.

I only go to this Dunkin’ Donuts because the ones within a couple miles of here are just terrible. Atleast this one usually get my order correct and usually are polite.

This place seems to be unreliable. I've been by twice. The first time their system was down and they couldn't take orders. The second time there was only one person working and they weren't serving hot food. I go for a bagel and coffee and that was fine, but I felt bad for the one person.

The staff at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes friendly and sometimes not. They are short in staff and occasionally lock the front door so you have to go through the long line of the drive thru. One time a mom had walked over with her kids and the door was locked so she asked if I would order for her through the drive thru. I felt bad for the kids as they were looking forward to sitting inside and eating their Munchkins. The food is the same as any DD.

Inside closed today. Need to hire more people but drive through was fast.
