On August 9th at approximately 10:30 pm my family ordered a biggie bag with Crispy Chicken BLT. The young boy who took our order when given our meal said he could not give us a receipt at the time we payed and received our food. We then went to the parking lot and inspected our food and got a chicken sandwich with no bacon. We went back through the drive through and told him the issue. He said pull to the second window. When we got to the window he had our receipt that he originally said we couldn’t get in his hand and said we did not order a BLT sandwich. We then asked to see the receipt and he promptly said no.I told him that I asked for that receipt in the first place and that is not what I ordered. We even offered to pay the difference for a Crispy Chicken BLT if we were only charged for a Crispy Chicken.He slammed the door so hard it came back open and we could hear him ask a girl I don’t know what to do. She told him just give them what they ordered it’s not worth arguing over. He went to the back and we watched him put scraps of bacon on a chicken sandwich come to the front hand us the sandwich saying nothing. I knew he was disgruntled so I went out of my way to say in a straight voice thank you. After that he slammed the door shut again so hard it came back open. It was completely unacceptable we did not receive a receipt the first time even after we asked, but when the sandwich was wrong and then he questioned us HOLDING THE RECEIPT WE ASKED FOR and was absolutely rude slamming door shut even after an employee told him to do the right thing, completely unprofessional behavior.

My husband went here to grab us a quick dinner on our way home around 8pm on 6/28. We don't frequent Wendy's so he asked the young girl via drive-thru whether, you had honey mustard wraps still. She proceeded to poke fun at his request by saying, "haha, we haven't had those wraps in over a year... how long has it been since you've been here." He gets to the window to pay and retrieve his order and they tell him that he needs to pull forward for fresh fries. After waiting in the car for 10 minutes and other cars going through the drive-thru and leaving, he heads inside where he finds two bags sitting on the counter. The attitude only got worse and almost led to a confrontation between my husband and the young boy who worked there.

So first we had to clean off a table as there wasn't one available. The food was okay on par with what I'd expect. But the bathroom oh my gosh it was destroyed the seat was torn off and broken, the toilet itself was clogged and the room reaked of poo.

I loved Wendys, their Nuggets, meats and briskets are pure real meat, no weird or synthetic meats. And they are very good. Their burger combinations are very delicious and very enjoyable and their chips are 100% natural potatoes, nothing processed. In short, the best quick burger in flavor and naturalness. 100% recommendable. By the way, if you want to eat hell try the spicy combos 🤣.

I usually like to write good reviews to recommend places for people to go. However, I thought I would try this Wendy's again, but it did not go so well. I haven't been there in a long time. It always wasn't a very pleasant experience but the food was okay. Today was different. The girl at the window tried to ask me for my order through this speaker when a truck was in front of the speaker. I said I had a mobile order. Meanwhile, I could hear her talking in the background until I actually got up to the speaker. That is when she said, " I am waiting on you." I advised her I had a mobile order, and she said pull forward. Meanwhile, I waited about 5 minutes for the truck in front to receive their order. Then, when I got to the window, my one sandwich was not even ready. She basically didn't say anything else to me and hand me the bag. When I ate the sandwich, it was dry, and the bacon was overdone. I had the maple bacon chicken croissant. Also, as I was sitting in the drive-through, a gentleman was parked diagonal in the back of the parking lot, so he walked by the drive-thrus cars to get in his car. This area is kind of isolated anyway, so that certainly didn't make me feel comfortable either. Hopefully, they can get a staff with more of a can-do customer service focused staff. Update May 2024 - decided to give Wendy's another try. It was better the staff was definitely more attentive and the food was okay.

I ordered the biggie bag Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and 1. Food was cold 2. Received a Cheeseburger 3. Fries were undercooked 4. Nuggets had a terrible aftertaste 5. My experience here was absolutely terrible! Jacquline was rude and clearly doesn’t have active listening skills. Not only did I repeat myself three times in the drive thru. Once I got to the window she tried to hand me three orange frosties. I said that’s not mine. I ordered the three coffees. (Remember I said I repeated the order three times earlier). She says with a nasty attitude “You didn’t say that. Kind of shoved the receipt at me and said I already charged you for those soo.” Then walked away. She gave me the coffees which were disgusting. And my food which was also wrong!!! NEVER GO HERE 🫤

This is the second time I've ordered on doordash and they made up some story about how someone else already picked it up. It wastes my time and the dashers time trying to figure out what happened. I just went through the drive thru. I was the only car in the line so it was not busy. The girl who came on the speaker was very short saying "is that all" after every item I ordered and then at the end just said "pull forward" nothing else. I ordered a single cheeseburger with pickles only (once unwrapped it was wrong, there was ketchup on it) and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich plain (it was not plain and had lettuce, tomato and mayo on it). I was not given a receipt so I have no idea if she entered it in wrong or if the kitchen messed up. Maybe if she had taken a couple more seconds in taking my order rather than just rushing me through some of the order may have been correct. I come here often and usually all is good but whoever they have doing the drive thru orders today was not on her game.

Very dirty floors despite being a recently built building. Also bathrooms smelled like cigarettes and urine. Seemed like the place hasn't been cleaned properly and so I would not trust the food. The young lady at the window today was very unwelcoming and ignored my requests. The food wasn't as requested and she never repeated the order back. I hate being rude or making people uncomfortable so I asked for a receipt after getting my food. She just stood there and looked at me like I didn't say anything. I just don't understand how people can't mistreat people who've done absolutely nothing but ask for what is expected. She looks like she of Spanish decent. I hope someone talks with her to see if she has some personal issues that made you treat me this way. I won't come back. I stop eating out when things like this happen

Got my order wrong. Maybe he misheard me or the cook messed up. Either way, I should've had a chance to correct any miscommunication after pulling up to the window. I should've received two jr bacon cheeseburgers with no tomato. I received two cheeseburgers with onions. I hate onions. I'm not the type of person that will just eat whatever. I based my choice on my exact desire. Simple mistake but my order was wrong. Kinda more expensive also. At most Wendy's JBC are $2.79, yours are $3.19.

Horrible experience here the drive-through girl slam the door shut in my face stating I had to come inside for DoorDash and refused to give me the order. I spoke with the manager. He was nonchalant and had no concerns. His name was supposedly Jose and her name was supposedly Andrea but thanks to the receipt it showed her name was really Maricela. Not sure what her name really was but she had red hair and all the people in here were very rude and don’t provide good customer service. You shouldn’t be there if you can’t have respect for the customers, also they were in there with loud music.. very unprofessional.

The food was really good the only issues that I had with the fact that they were extremely distracted and messed up our order we did not get everything that we ordered and we were already on I4 when we realized it also the fountain drinks in the main lobby were almost completely out and the ones that were available all tasted horrible the hoses on The foundry definitely need to either be changed or cleaned because every drink that was in the van that I did attempt to get tasted as if I mix every single drink in the fountain in one cup also the ladies room had no running water nor soap in the dispensers and no paper we also went their way after 10 a.m. to get lunch and was told that they were not doing lunch at they were still doing breakfast on a Tuesday morning after 10:30 AM nowhere on the sign states that breakfast is served until 10:30 I do know that's almost a bushman's extend their breakfast time on the weekends not on the weekdays they were more into their conversations and their phones with each other then concentrating on getting lunch out and when we asked if it was going to happen the lunch breakfast being changed to lunch anytime soon we were told no so what time do you start serving serving lunch and if you guys do have an extended breakfast don't you think it should be established on a sign somewhere so people are aware that you guys don't serve lunch until a certain time especially when it's way past breakfast time

EVERY TIME I come here they get my order wrong. I just ordered a nacho queso chicken sandwich meal with nacho queso fries (or whatever they’re called) and I got a nacho queso burger with regular fries. If I ask for ranch I usually don’t get it.
