We stopped here real quick on our drive up the i-4. We asked for milk in the coffee did not get any. When they gave us two donuts they put one facing down on the bottom of the bag and one facing up. Needless to say you should not put a frosted donut facing down on a bag. You know what happens? All the frosted comes out. Have some common sense

Stopped in to grab coffee and a snack. Loved the set up. The staff was very friendly. The store was Very clean. There was plenty of donuts available to choose from. Definitely would come back here.

They young man & older woman were very much more worried about the drive thru ! I waited 5 mins she said I’ll be right with you and never attended to myself. So I left

Extremely unprofessional personnel working at Dunkins here Can you pull up to the drive-through window and they say something really strange it doesn’t make sense. I don’t know if they can’t speak English or they’re just being unprofessional but this place sucks close it down.

I'm not a big fan of Dunkin' Donuts. I don't think their donuts have any taste. And I'm not a coffee drinker, so I don't go very often, but on the occasions that I do have a craving for a donut. Unfortunately, Dunkin' Donuts doesn't hold up the standards that I have. I think their food is bland and tasteless. I should say they're donuts.I haven't eaten anything else there So if you want my opinion, eat there at your own risk And if you do eat there v forewarned even their chocolate doesn't have a taste, their donuts are just sugar, and i'm pretty sure their coffee's the same way

I visited this location July 5th 2024 at 2:50pm I was waiting on food for awhile and assuming the manager was arguing with her employee outside in public where it could have been taken anywhere but outside. It’s making their business look bad when you have a manger treating an employee the way she was.

I stopped in yesterday to get a coffee and noticed one of the girls spit several times in a cup before pouring the coffee and passing it out the window. I will not be returning.

First off, this dunkin is WAAAAAY better than the one by me lol the donuts amd coffee were the best I've had in a while. But most importantly, I left my bag there while on my lunch break and I started freaking out, and thankfully they had secured it and kept it safe for me 🥺 all the people working from 8am to noon were so nice! 10/10

I ordered two turkey sausage, egg and cheese wraps and they charged me for one on my receipt. I told the guy at the window that I wanted two, the lady in the back making the sandwiches began talking loudly in Spanish as if she was upset. I didn’t feel good about my experience at this location.

Went through drive thru got a coolata and a dozen donuts to take back to the hospital, saw a sign at the drive thru window that says happy hour 2 dozen donuts for 15.99 I asked about what the hours were for the happy hour, because it was not printed on notice. I was told that I would have to go through the drive thru again, because if they added it on now, it would mess up their times. Although I completely understood the cashier, what's so hard about understanding your cashier took a little longer to sell more product? Is it really that difficult for management to understand that? That's crazy. Yall rushed the order so fast I didn't get a receipt, a straw or whipped cream.

There are two in Seminole County that I consider to be the best. Lake Mary in front of Home Depot and the one in Winter Springs.

I have avoided making this review for a fat minute, but i have to make it to save someone’s life. First off, idk if yall pay Dunkin employees just AWFUL or what, but they are in and out of this location and I mean like on a weekly/monthly basis. Up your game. SECONDLY, I’m someone who only drinks sweet coffee’s and this Dunkin has no clue how to make a coffee that isn’t black. I’ve tried everything, I’ve even ordered right off the menu with a caramel craze or other signature lattes and I’ve had people literally ask, “what’s that?” Or they give me my coffee almost black and tell me it’s “basically the same” lol. Please, for the love of God fix this Dunkin. Pay them better, get them coverage on the floor, whatever it takes.

Worse experience ever at a Dunkin' Donuts. Had 2 kids working, 2 kids smoking in the parking lot. None of them knew how to brew unsweetened tea and after waiting 40 minutes and them calling a manager, none of them knew how to give a refund.

This location is abysmal, staff doesn't care, it's hard to make a bad donut but everything else at this location will come out wrong Corporate should fire the whole store and retrain

I have gone through the drive through multiple times here for a sweet tea and usually it's good. The last couple of times the tea has been SO BAD. Like rotten bad. I went in and explained it to them and asked if they could make an unsweet with liquid sugar. The kid from the drive through (who was on his phone the entire encounter) then puts granulated sugar in it, which won't dissolve. I asked him if they had liquid sugar and he said yes, I explained that's what I wanted. The shift supervisor then comes over and starts getting an attitude with me in English and Spanish (I don't speak Spanish). I explained the situation and at this point was flustered and asked for a refund.THEY BOTH PULLED MONEY OUT OF THEIR POCKETS TO REFUND ME! I said no, I don't want your money, I want a refund. The shift supervisor said they no longer do refunds. Gee, I wonder why. So, our $2.59 (oh well) I left. Do better.

At 6:56am on 5/30/24, I drove through the drive through and placed my order. The guy taking my order seemed muffled and did not seem to care. I asked him to repeat the order back twice and I did not understand him. Due to religious reasons, I do not eat pork. I asked for a turkey sausage wake up wrap and requested to confirm this order. When I got to the window, i asked the girl to confirm the order. The guy behind her said, “yes it’s turkey”. I felt they were bothered by my question so I asked for the receipt. I received my food and opened the bag and the surprise on my face to find out I received pork sausage instead of turkey sausage. Religiously, this is absolutely disgusting and shameful. The customer service and service recovery is nonexistent. I recommend further training or replacement with a friendlier staff who has attention to detail to be placed to be customer facing. This is extremely disappointing.

You don't always get donuts and it's a little inconsistent but I don't know because the store doesn't have availability at the end of the afternoon

Can’t follow simple instructions, expect your order to be wrong 90% of the time especially if you order Uber eats. They do it care about your experience and will slap together anything to get you out the door.

Every time I order door dash or Uber eats from this location they have never sent my coffee with the food. Avoid ordering online if you want coffee.

Ordered hashbrowns, a large hot coffee and a grilled cheese. Although I appreciate the fast service, my hashbrowns were not fresh and taste as if they were prepared overnight money down the drain. My grilled cheese was just cheese on the bread. It was not melted at all. I did not eat my meal at all and then instead of a hot coffee, I was given an iced coffee, but I just decided to take the iced coffee because it. Speedy service is nice but if the service isn’t going to be done correctly I’d rather wait. 🫤

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE! Employees acted as if I was lying when I returned to the store for the $2 bagels they DID NOT give me from my mobile order.

Our coffe was at best Luke warm and the girl behind the counter was unable to count change. She forgot our order as we watched 3-4 people come in and get theirs. Terrible service!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Everything about the order went wrong. My husband's unsweetened iced tea tasted like it was brewed in an uncleaned coffee urn. It was given to us with foam on top. His grilled cheese had a measly slice of cheese between 2 oversized, half toasted slices of bread. My bacon egg and cheese bagel had raw bacon, and my strawberry dragonfruit refresher ALSO tasted like it came from an uncleaned coffee urn. We had to correct the workers 3 times on our very simple order, and they STILL couldn't figure out that we were missing the iced tea, nor did they ask. Never going there again, especially for almost $20 with nothing edible!

Just went through the drive thru and the tip jar had a sign that says...Tips because you people are crazy and therapy isn't cheap.. Ordered a medium iced matcha with 2 shots of expresso. I can tell you, don't come here if you want your drink to taste like some old sewer water. It just didn't taste right. 9 bucks down the drain.

The place always looks like it's in the dark. It looks like it's closed. I pulled up and one girl was working. There is always one person there in the evening and doesn't know how to make a mocha latte. She hands it to me and it looks like chocolate milk, if I could have I would have got my money back.

The stars show that this location needs improvement. They got my request wrong. And never have donuts that I ask for. And has an attitude because I said forget it you don't have what I wanted. She doesn't understand English very well.

By far the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the state of Florida for my opinion, food is always on point donuts are nice and fresh employees are super friendly and amazing people. I have to say I never get disappointed when I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts the team members are amazing. Thank you.

This was my first and last time coming to this location. I asked for a OK and somehow the person who took my order misheard me. I dry to the window and the lady hands me a large sweet tea. I politely tell her that I asked for a OJ and she proceeds to give me a look if August as if she had an attitude. She gives the drunk the lady who took my order and they both stare at each other for a few seconds as if they could t understand why I’m giving the tea back. The lady at the window then bends down to get the OJ, hands it to me as if it’s irritated and doesn’t say have a great day or anything. She turns around and walks away from the window. Very minimal selection of donuts that were over priced

Generally, I'm a fan of DD, but lady behind the counter was just rude. Turned around and went elsewhere.

Got a water with things floating in it. Workers was swirling it before giving it to me. Asked for a new water and got attitude.

Basically the worse customer service in the fast food industry in Lake Mary. No words. Chick-fil-A in the same plaza is closed for remodeling and God forbid you are left with this Dunking as your last resort. For the love of God, train your servers.

Store is a bit sparcely decorated, but the staff is nice.

Ordered 10 minutes ahead on the app and had to wait 20 minutes for food when I arrived. Then I get served a cold sandwich!

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Lake Mary. They never get your order correct! Usually something minor is not a problem, but they will give you a completely different order if you're not standing over them.

I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns on the side, both tasted like a cleaning agent with a hint of metallic taste to it as well. Very concerning, so I threw them both out. Don't eat here.

I was ordering food in drive thru and the female who was taking my order was huffing and puffing as I was ordering. I've been to this particular location 5 times within the past 2 months or so and every time the order is 100% correct. The food and coffee is good and fresh. The employees have always been nice. I've got nothing but good things to say about this location. The location on Wheelhouse Ln is absolutely awful though. I live much closer to the other location, and I will continue to drive past it to get to this location.

The manager was rude when we told her our coffee order was wrong. Then, she proceeded to go over to the cashier, scolding her in Spanish. Tried to order a small pumpkin spice latte hot. The girl taking the order didn’t have a clue what we were talking about. We asked if it had foam she didn’t understand We asked for hot and she typed in iced and repeated it. We said no we want hit she gave us an attitude And walked away. The next girl knew immediately what we wanted and rang it up for us. When we finally got our order, it didn’t taste like pumpkin and had no flavor. How disappointing and why would we ever go back? The first girl shouldn’t be conversing with her coworker in Spanish as she certainly needs to practice in English.

While ordering a light skin long hair who looks about 5’3 employee who took my order with an attitude was being rude the entire time taking my order. As I continue to the window due eventually came to the window still with the attitude and got more mad when I asked for my donut that they forgot to give me. Need better employees with better attitude and know how to work with customers. This incident happened on October 12,2023 between 1:50-2:00 pm therefore they need better employees because I was being nice up until the end where I said her grab my donut bag with aggression the whole incident is completely unprofessional the management need to step up and speak with their employees.

I've never once written a negative review, but going to this dunkin has done the impossible and made me write one. First off, the fact that they never have donuts there is a joke. Second, the staff was lazy and so unmotivated to help. After I went in there to pickup my friend's donuts we ordered through the app (dont use the app, lesson learned) they told me they basically had nothing we ordered, so i get on the phone to call my friend to see what they want as replacement. Visited one morning in August and ordered munchkins, and 2 iced coffees. I asked repeatedly for light ice. Checkout lady seemed to understand. Girl who made the drinks loaded the cups with ice. I tried to stop her but she ignored me. Put the drinks on the counter without saying a word and walked away. I checked the labels and they were mine. Tried to get her attention but she ignored. Girl on the drive thru saw me and yelled over to the other girl in Spanish that I was saying I had wanted light ice.
