Never again from this location. They screwed up my order and when attempted to reach the store, the call kept bouncing to corporates offices. They attempted to connect me with the store but no answer. I paid extra for this order. They do not care at all for customer satisfaction. Just profit. If you are craving for Pizza in the Lake Mary, Fl location, do yourself a favor, buy from Dominos, Papa John’s, or pay a little extra for Bronx or Flippers Pizza. They care. These guys don’t.

Do not waste your money go to literally any other pizza place. The attitude from the “manager” is crazy honestly zero customer service

They forgot my drink and when i tried to call the store for about 30 minutes straight after i just got put on hold. There are for sure better options out there.

Ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and wings. Only received wings. Called to resolve issue. Call goes to a general call center who transferred me to the local store. The local store never answered. Called call center again and explained store is not answering. Customer service rep said he verified their line was open and available and transferred me again. Store still didn’t answer. Called call center again and told them everytime they transfer me the store does not answer. Representative said they would send the store a message and the store would call me. Never received a call back from the store. Called the call center again, explained the situation, representative cut me off and transferred me to the store. Store didn’t answer. Called the call center again, tried to explain situation, representative hung up on me. Called call center again and demanded to talk to supervisor. Representative listened to my situation and explained my options were to talk to a supervisor, who really would t be able to do anything for me, or wait and call corporate following day, as they should be able to facilitate a refund. Haven’t been able to talk to corporate yet as they dont open. Until later in the afternoon. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Will never order from here again.

Absolutely disgusting cardboard quality pizza, the stuffed crust was just huge amounts of dough with barely any cheese! Horrible staff and good luck getting to a person to voice your concerns over the phone or on the app because their customer service is terrible too. Save your money and get your pizza somewhere else, anywhere else but this location!

Ordered online around 3 hours ago. I received the food by a rude DoorDash guy with the seal broken. I have no idea what he did to this but I’m sure his DNA is all over the pizza. I’ve been trying to call this Pizza Hut for hours and they won’t answer. I’ve been connected to the Pizza Hut multiple times and they refuse to answer the phone. You ask for a manager from the call center and they immediately put you on hold indefinitely. I’ve got a pizza here nobody will touch and no hope of a refund or a replacement. Guess we are just going to go without eating today.

Have had the new Tavern style multiple times at work from a different location. Instantly my new favorite and decide to buy for home from this location... Almost inedible.. glad I got a side of sauce because they forgot to add some to the pizza. Then to top things off it was delivered without anything stopping my driver from sampling my food or worse. Retrain immediately.. nothing is being done right

I am appalled, how unprofessional this Pizza Hut is. It took us an hour to get our pizza delivered to our house, and there was an incident with the DoorDash driver. When our pizza arrived, it was not done fully, cold, and there were items missing. when I tried to call them, they were closed, so I did in fact call corporate. I am expecting a full refund.

Anna was amazing. So helpful. Explained details about the new Tavern Pizza. Also explained the New Yorker. Was friendly and helpful. Great location and you can tell she cares about the location doing well.

Was on hold 20 minutes hung up on then called back hung up on again. Went to store and the "manager" didn't apologize say his name offer a solution nothing. They have to be the worst place to order food from. Everytime we order we have an issue with this store specifically and the store closest to us does not service our area. I would include the name of the "manager" but in his superior managing skills he left that out.

We ordered via the Pizza Hut website. They used Door Dash to deliver. We did not receive our full order. Tried calling the store multiple times. Was hung up on twice. When I kept calling to try and speak with a manager no one answered the phone. This is not the first time they've failed to handle a delivery issue. And since no one from management will return a phone call or message, I guess we have no choice but to charge it back from our credit card. We will never order from here again.

It's been awhile since we ordered food from this dumpster fire of a pizza hut. Now our last. Our last order was a disaster of getting our food order fixed that they made wrong. Fast forward to today, nothing has changed. This time, they just forgot an item entirely. While trying to get this fixed.... first phone call we got hung up on. Second they put us on hold and never picked back up. The 3rd call they never picked up. If you like missing items or getting a wrong item, this is the place. However if you want to actually get what you paid for, call domino's, they get it right, and if there is ever an issue they make it right, usually without you even having to ask. Skip this place and go somewhere else.

I wasn't expecting to smile like that from a lunch pizza take-out. The young lady who served me, Anna, was very nice and made me feel welcome. Her subtle smile and quiet courtesy turned my bad day right around. My food came out hot and in less time than she said it would (she said 10 minutes, it didn't feel that long). The pizza was delicious and comparable in price to another famous chain that advertises hot and ready lunch. Thank you!

Burnt cheese pizza took 30 mins to get a pizza and breadsticks and he burnt the breadstick, so then he had to restart

If u could put negative stars I would. There’s always an issue when ordering from this local tonight was by far the worst. Our pizza as left outside our building on the ground where it was covered with ants and the wings where missing. Who leaves someone pizza out side of the apartment building!!!!!! When you have my number and code to get in the door!!!! If you are lazy just call and I could have came down!!! I have 4 kids who now have to wait to eat. Oh and did I mention it was 2 hours late on a Tuesday. Never again

TERRIBLE experience tonight! had to yell multiple times to get the attention of the workers in the back, one visibly texting on his phone. i’m then told neither of my pizzas have been made because their online order system “was broken”, & they could start the order now. i asked how long, they say 10min so i agreed to wait in my car—no apology from either worker. i wait 12min, go back inside, am told my order will take 4 more minutes…i wait 6min, am finally given my pizzas, and was offered a free liter of pepsi which i declined because i don’t drink soda….and then i was still charged full price. for waiting 20+ minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. then i get home and realize one of my pizzas was made incorrectly. TERRIBLE. work on customer service, fix your system, and sweep your lobby! what an unpleasant experience

I went to this store 1 hour before they closed because my pregnant wife was craving pizza and I was told they were out of everything. The gentleman said they already threw out all their dough and couldn’t make anything. What is the point of being open if you cant make anything?

Employees dont care here. Ordered a simple dinner box for delivery 5 minutes away, was told itd be about 30 minutes. Waited over an hour. Still no delivery. Staff hung up on us while calling to check on it. Barrowed a car to pick it up, pizza was cold, wings were all dry, and the garlic bread wasnt even cut. Box was saturated and smelled off old oil. Mentioned to employee, who jusr shrugged. Asked for it to atleast be cut, didnt want to eat arge hunk of garlic bread instead of breadsticks. In return, the employee rolled his eyes, grabbed it with his bare hands, took to back, and made very messy cuts. At this point, our party was starved - so I took the box and threw away the bread. Huge waste of money and time ordering here, will literally never step food in another pizza hut, much less this location, from this experience. Have never been through such carelessness.

Ordered delivery waited well over an hour called got an attitude from the employe and was told they are doing triple delivery and there's nothing they can do for us meanwhile I have children at home don't waste your money here

This is my local store. Lake Mary Florida. Absolut the worst! I am writing this because 5 times in a row, cold pizza, toppings all over the place. The staff doesn't care one bit. Sometimes I receive stuff I didn't order and just the opposites other times. The Manager is bothered when I call back in. His Response, "Ok, we will get another pizza out to you in about 2 hours. Lake Mary Store.

All the time the deliveries take longer than what they promise and the answer is that they do not have enough drivers for the deliveries. On occasions they deliver your food up to 1 hour and 45 minutes and the staff is very unfriendly to give a good solution

So yesterday, my coworker and I had a credit for $24 from a messed up order from two days prior. So we called to make an order for delivery. The manager WAYNE literally told us "we don't have time to deliever a free pizza and it's a 2 1/2 hour wait" and HUNG UP ON US! Mind you, this is 10:00 at night and it's that long of a wait? So I called back and told him I was going to call corporate. About 15 MINUTES later, a delivery driver brings us a pizza and breadsticks...this gets better.... So he said it was $25 and we told him we have a $24 credit but we were going to take good care of him with a tip. (We're bartenders!) He told us to hold on and that he had to talk to his manager Wayne, went out to his vehicle, AND LEFT WITH OUR FOOD!! So we got hung up on AND the driver TOOK OUR FOOD WITH HIM!! WAYNE clearly doesn't know how to manage, he was rude and very unprofessional. This is not a way to run your business Pizza Hut!! Thanks to DOMINOS for coming through, 25 minutes after that, with a hot, delicious pizza for the WIN!! That's how you run a business 👏

This is the second time I have ordered from them recently, last time they had my complete order WRONG. I tried to catch the driver before he left but he was gone, called and it doesn't even go to the actual store. Sat on hold over 40 minutes before just giving up and then today placed my order said between 25-35 minutes, over an hr and 15 minutes later it came, wrong order AGAIN and looked like the pizza was just thrown in the box. Very disappointed and probably won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered 2 different pizzas and both turned out amazing. Best pizza experience at the Lake Mary, FL restaurant we've had in a long time. Just recently moved back to the area. Everything was really good and hot. And the brownie was so darn good 😋Delivery was super quick. We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!!!

It had been years since my last Pizza Hut visit. It was as good as I remembered... crispy pepperoni. Liked the thin crust. If you like Pizza Hut pizza, it was very good

The place is disgusting, saw the manager making a pizza no gloves on handling food, it's dirty and frankly don't know how they stay in business, nasty place..

Waited two hours for a pizza and a drink. When I finally called, the rude male manager said they had a lot of orders and couldn't waste time on someone who didnt answer the door. Thing is, I have a Ring Camera that notices any one who would have knocked or even driven by. They asked if it could be re delivered and I said I would be waiting by the door. I waited another two hours and when my partner called, they said they canceled the order and would issue a refund. Why waste 4 hours for $30? Management needs to be questioned, no need for rude pizza hut.

Food took 2 hours to get tried to call got hung up on eventually went to the store the manager called me a liar and then when I finally got my food it was cold 10 out of 10 people would rather go somewhere else I highly recommend to not go to this location

Lake Mary's Pizza Hut never disappoints. I'm a regular customer and there's never been a problem with my deliveries. The pizzas are always hot, fresh and at a good price.

Do not even bother ordering from here. I ordered takeout and went to pick up. There was nobody to greet me, waited 20 minutes, nobody ever came to the front. I saw a guy working in the back, he even looked at me and sat back down without walking to the front. Terrible! I ended up going somewhere else for pizza.

Came in for online order pickup; it was almost as if they knew we were coming! The order was under a different name but they were already walking out to hand us the pizza once we approached the door. Great service and the pizza was exactly as ordered, with good topping distribution.

Food arrive over an hour late and arrive cold like it had been sitting out for a very long time and the customer service at the store and delivery service was. Very poor. Not the type of service I expected from pizza hut.

Will never order here again. Another comment that was posted here is very true where I ordered on the app, and left my house when it said ready! I got there and I don't even think they started making it. I don't care if it takes 30 minutes or whatever, but don't have the app tell me it's ready when it's not. Regardless I had to wait another whole 15 minutes... they didn't seem to care at all. So this leads us to last night where we could not get the order to work on the app as it wouldn't change from carryout to delivery without clearing the cart we created. I even selected delivery first and it would change. So my buddy called in and ended up being on hold for 8 minutes before I called in from my phone. They picked right up, but I had asked if they were super busy that night. They chuckled and said no.. they then put me on hold for 3 to 5 minutes before I just hung up! That is when my buddy who was still on hold also then hung up. No customer service anymore... well I am no longer ever ordering from there.

I ordered a big dinner box with wings from this store. The reason why I’m here writing this poor review isn’t because they messed up half the order but because the pizza looked like this after it was delivered. The kid I spoke with said they could give me a store credit or remake the whole order. I chose for them to remake the order and bring it back to me but the kid said he would need the jacked up pizza in return. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this store again.

We never order Pizza Hut because we’ve been burned too many times. However I had an email saying I get a free pizza so I said let’s try it. Ordered a thin buffalo chicken pizza no banana peppers add jalapeños extra sauce and ranch. And a medium pepperoni bacon and sausage. When the pizza arrived, the buffalo chicken pizza had so many banana peppers that it was too much to take off no jalapeños and barely any sauce and they gave blue cheese. Oh and the best part, IT WASNT EVEN CUT. Then the other pizza had so much sauce that when you picked up the pizza all the toppings fell off and was barely even cooked. I couldn’t even eat it. I tried to call but when I asked for a manager I got put on hold for 20 min then hung up on. This place is just sad now. Used to be so good. But even the words free couldn’t make that pizza taste good.

We did not get Breadsticks with two of our orders. We called and two times they just put us on hold and no-one came back to the phone. Won't be ordering anymore from Pizza Hut. I am highly upset!

This has got to be by far the worst Pizza Hut location! Food takes forever! Always missing items on the pizza. The front counter never knows what’s going on. Just terrible

I was really disappointed when going to this location. I got there and it wasn't ready even though it was supposed to be. I was told it would be another 10 minutes so I just sat and waited which was longer than that. I paid for extra cheese and it clearly wasn't that which at an additional $2.25, that's what we clearly wanted. The pizza seemed overcooked and dried out. The pizza was warm, not super hot like other pizzas. I don't understand what I was waiting on when it didn't even seem like it was fresh. I just wasted my money and will not be back to this location.

They are doing really good with their pizzas now. The pizza is not salty as before and the food comes super hot and feels fresh.

Friday night I placed an order at 10 pm. I ordered the $10 tastemaker or whatever it is called. I ended up being charged $18 for it by the way. They told me my order would be ready for pick up at 10:30. When we pull in there was an employee outside as there were only two gentlemen working. My partner goes inside to get the pizza, and the gentleman says he was held up and that we had to wait 11 more minutes. Mind you there was no one else in the store and he was just standing outside!! We saw another customer go in to get their order and came out empty handed and seemed upset. I am not sure what their hold up was but it didnt seem like customers were the hold up.We ordered boneless wings and the $10 pizza. Now we live 8 mins from this location. The box was hot. We get home and the pizza was cold in the middle, i ordered pan crust and it was hand tossed the only thing that came out right were the boneless. I normally have good experiences at this location but this time it was a horrible experience i didn't even eat the pizza .

When we placed the order there was an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes. The delivery showed up after 70 minutes. The pizza was cold, cheese sticks were also cold.

Horrible customer service wish I can give 0 stars and the pizza was not good received pizza that was very very over cooked I don’t get how someone can serve you a pizza this well done couldn’t event taste the cheese we called them the first time we spoke to Jack to get a new pizza delivered he said it was going to be here at my house within 30 minutes and verified our address on the phone we waited 2 hours then my husband called to check on the status they said they already delivered it but how when we were here at home they said they sent it to an old address? So the people who living at our old house didn’t say anything to the delivery driver about a pizza being delivered when they didn’t order it? I haven’t lived at that address in over 2 years I’m not sure how they delivered the first pizza when the first pizza was delivered to the new address I honestly don’t think they delivered it at all so we asked to speak to the manager on duty his name was Wayne he started yelling at us telling us he’s not going to deliver a new pizza and he hung up on my husband we called back again and he still was rude and got disrespectful this is horrible customer service will never order from here again!!!!!

I just got off the phone with this establishment trying to order a dinner box then all of a sudden was hung up on without warning to her saying oh your too far to deliver too horrible Customer service.

Hair in my pizza not only that it was either lint or microfiber baked throughout my pizza. And it is very visible. I was literally pulling it out throughout the bread. Now I have hair in my throat that won’t go away. I have been on the phone for over an hour to get a refund and I just keep being placed on hold. I will be coming to the store tomorrow to get a refund. I shouldn’t have to have this much trouble on a refund or remake. Now I have to order somewhere else, waste gas tomorrow. My son and I are hungry and we already had to wait a long time for this delivery. Now it’s just getting really late. I am furious! I never been through this. It’s unacceptable. This store should be shut down!

If you don’t offer car side that’s fine but take the option off the app instead of having people park and wait 10-15 minutes after pressing “I’m here” only to find out their food is sitting in the hot box and won’t be brought out.

We paid $3 extra for "extra pepperoni" and we only had 10 on the entire pizza, most slices had 1 pepperoni on it which isn't even the normal amount. We called the store to let them know and see what could be done to fix it and when we called it sent us to a call center who said they were transferring us to the store and then we sat on hold for 30 minutes. The food itself was good but the service was awful and the fact that we paid extra for extra pepperoni and then didn't even get a normal amount is disappointing.

Good night! I am very disappointed because I love Pizza Hut and haven't had in awhile. I ordered a Super Supreme that was missing all the veggies. Gf ordered a pizza at 7:40pm as of this review, 10:30pm, no pizza has been delivered and still shows as cooking on tracker. They don't answer any calls and if they do they auto put you on hold or hang up on you. Absolute worst service I have ever heard of or personally been involved in. I have already submitted a complaint to Pizza Hut corporate due to how horrendous this has been handled.

Great Pizza, Fast Delivery, Hot... But what good is that if they don't properly CUT the Pizza. I know it sounds simple and petty, but why should i have to go dig my pizza cutter out when receiving a Pizza from the Hut!

Super disappointed at both my first two orders, I wont give them a 3rd opportunity. The first time they call me 20 minutes after my delivery time to tell me they are cancelling my order because their driver broke down, and the 2nd time the order showed placed and email read to pick up but they said the order wasn't made or due to be made for another 45 minutes. Customer service is not a priority at this location.

Wish they would give the option for 0 stars. Received the wrong order and was hung up on 3 separate times by employees while on an endless hold. Finally, realized I should act like I’m placing a new order…. Low and behold I am put in contact with the store who proceeds to tell me I got something like what I ordered and if I want a refund or new order I need to come to the store. What’s the point in choosing delivery if I have to go to the store anyhow? Why am I tipping to receive the wrong order when I’ve got to drive the same distance and what happened to customer service?! Short staffed isn’t an excuse when the employees are rude and don’t care. Will never order from this establishment again.

Placed my order at 10:48pm. Estinmated delivery time qas 45- 50mins. Food arrived at 1:15am and they woke me up knocking yelling "Pizza Hut delivery" when I had work in a couple hours. Food arrived wayyy to late and not to mention it was ice cold so I couldn't even enjoy the meal and got no sleep before work at 5am.

Good pizza. I loved the spicy lovers’ pizza. Although the breadsticks could have been better. Service when picking up the order was great.

I never knew how superior Pizza Huts boneless wings were! So much better than other pizza chains. Great options for flavors and delivered crispy. And the Detroit pizza was delicious and cooked perfectly.
