Trying to buy a dozen of donuts, I have to drive in heavy rain ,got wet very bad to get to the door, which is closed at 7:15(while store should be close at 9:00) Went to drive thru, oredered ,and when I got to the window, they said there is no donuts in the store That is bs...

I am highly disappointed with this Dunkin every time I go my drink is wrong. I have tried them multiple different times of the day and week and it never fails something is wrong. At over $5 a drink it is ridiculous its never right. Iced caramel machinat is supposed to have liquid sugar not granulated. Not what I want to drink is a mouthful of gritty sugar through my straw! Also if you state extra don't put in what comes in it give it extra pumps. There was so much caramel on the bottom it would even stir and I was told this is supposed to have the caramel swirl which is different from the sauce. AGAIN I HAVE WASTED MONEY AND HAVE TO TRHOW IT AWAY. I will not be going back until they can correctly train their crew. Which sucks being as we love Dunkin

I will have to say Mary is one of the greatest service people of that Duncan she is always smiling always in a good mood even after today when it's rude fella came through with a 20-foot trailer behind his ginormous pickup truck and ran over everything in their drive through. She still had enough energy and enough spark in her heart to where she still satisfied every other guests that came in after him. She even dealt with the man's insults. With a smile on her face. And kept the pep in her step. Only if I knew the entire roster by name I would leave all of the ladies that treat me with the utmost respect and the greatest service in Orange Park. Please if anybody in corporate or management happens to read this. I am in that dunkin' donuts very often. And Mary is one of the main reasons why I am. And I also want to include the rest of the roster of that Dunkin. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. Definitely my favorite store and I will continue to come back.

Girl at the window informed me that if I use the mobile app I need to order 5 minutes prior to coming. Had I ordered more than two items I could see that, and I would have gone inside. But two coffees would be the same amount of time to make if I had ordered at the speaker. Mobile app and grub hub/Uber eats are not the same thing. You shouldn't be preparing drinks for Mobile orders 5 plus minutes prior to arrival. Drinks become cold and nasty.

I hit the drive thru every workday to get my refill of black coffee. I’m always happy.

Came to get doughnuts at 8:40pm and they said they don’t have any left.

These people are friendly just all around make the atmosphere up beat and welcoming The one on Blanding could use your help severly with customer service and cleanliness.

Terrible location. Ordered door dash. EVERY single item was burnt. $50 order and not a care in the world. It’s despicable that as a society we are expected to accept this as the new normal. The fact that an employee saw they burnt my food and still proceeded to put in the bag speaks volumes. Ordered at 6:45am 2/15/24

Love that they are 24 hours with my mixed-up work schedule I can stop by anytime and get what I want.

Came through the drive thru around 11:15a today Friday the 19th of Jan. Ordered a large oat milk ice latte with 5 pumps of sugar free hazelnut. When I got to the window I even had a tip and the girl was super rude. I didn’t receive a receipt nor did my drink have a label on it. When I took a sip of a $7 drink, it had no flavor at all and it was regular milk- which I’m allergic too. I went in and politely said I don’t think this was made right and it is regular milk and no flavor. Two girls gaslit me and said sugar free is not sweet(even though it is-I get it all the time) and said it’s def oat milk (which it wasn’t. I get oat milk at the time) they were not nice at all and made me feel like I was stupid. They didn’t even remake the drink. I was gaslit about the milk and the flavor. I was a manager at Starbucks for years and have been in service industry so I understand mistakes happen and to be kind to people because we don’t know what they are going through, but this was unacceptable! We ended up calling DUNKIN IN FLEMING ISLAND and the manager happily remade our drink. The taste is completely different and in the right way. Will never be back to this Dunkin unfortunately.

This location's always a good choice. They donate to Deck The Chairs annually and are so very accommodating. Even Santa runs on Dunkin🎅

I always order my hot coffee with steamed whole milk at every DD that I go from Jax to Miami and have never been told that they can not do it. I came to this DD, and the lady completely refused to steam the milk and had attitude about it.

This is the closest location to my home, so I visit the drive thru often. I like to place my order on the app. There is a new fella they had out front the other day (trying to chik fil a) who gave me a hard time about wanting to place my order on the app so I could get exclusives and points. This morning I went thru the drive thru again for an order I had admittedly added to cart and had not hit submit. I could tell it was the same fella who was out front the other day. His customer service is horrible. I was asked by a woman if there was a problem, but both seemed so displeased to be there that I told her there was no problem. Also, my drink was only 3/4 full, and the young lady who handed me my drink told me “that’s just how it’s made” when I asked why the drink felt empty. Would recommend this location if you have points to claim, but will be using Daily Donut across the street if I don’t have rewards to cash in here.

Went inside because I had questions and didn’t want to hold up the drive thru window. They now have a self-serve screen touch monitor. I did flag someone down letting them know I had a question. After waiting five minutes no one ever came back over and I left. Extremely disappointed.

Workers were so pleasant and my food was great.. Will be back for sure... I didn't even know they had croissants on the menu lol

I go to dunkin on blanding great people foods and my favorite coffee are always fresh.

I love this place friendly as soon as they see my truck they are already making my order I was behind the PTSD lady first of all she cut me off in the drive through when she was placing her order she was yelling and waving her finger at the speaker when she drove around she was yelling, shaking her hands at the girl… these are minimum wage workers serving you they should be respected…some people just don’t get it

I have PTSD and I have never been treated so poorly or had my PTSD triggered so badly. Not only was my refresher not made right and I could tell by the color of it but Maya continue to laugh point and be completely unprofessional at my expense The manager dead remake my refresher but it was nothing like it supposed to be

Mya at drive thru was rude, laughed and pointed at me because she made my cold drink wrong so I asked for it to be remade. Mgr was just as disrespectful and remade my drnk very watered down and shoved it out the window at me. Do not use this Duncan ever unless you want insulted and watered down drinks

Get my coffee every morning and coffee is always right I don’t know who this Wisha Muthafukawould is doing comments on this location I was born in Boston around Dunkin’s all my life and never had a problem in this location if anyone drives by stop and see the employees and management are very good on what they do and very polite

Place wasn't as clean as expected. Food was OK. Employees were nice and helpful. Seemed pricy for a doughnut place. For 2 adults and a child it was around 30 bucks for breakfast type food.

Donuts are plentiful if you get there early. First time having what I like.

I’d like to compliment and critique. The service has gotten much better. The line doesn’t take as long to get through and the coffee drinks are made right. About a year ago both service and product was bad consistently. Here’s the critique. This dunkin is way more pricy on everything. One example, a shot of expresso is almost twice the price of every other local dunkin. Expresso shots are $.99 everywhere else but at this one it’s $1.79.

Staff is very nice. A neighboring Dunkin messed up my order. Was able to come to this location and make it right. They understand customer service. Thank you

I’m not understanding how hard it is to make a two step coffee. Same order never had a issue until today, mind you there is a difference in the turnout of the coffee is made how I ordered. She insisted that’s not what is happening and of course my coffee is wrong. In addition to the first person not to understand my order.

I went through the drive thru today around 12:30 and had the worst experience, as soon as you pull up to the speaker box you’re greeted by someone that you can tell does not want to be there at speaks very rough and rudely, you don’t feel welcomed at all. then upon getting my coffee there was no communication, I handed her my card and she handed it back and handed me my coffee doesn’t say anything shut the window right away and I drove off. I tried my iced coffee and it is very warm to taste, so I just threw away. Definitely will not be returning

Messed up our order TWICE, called back and the manager said to just come back the following Monday since I live across town to get our order fixed .I should’ve know it wouldn’t be fixed when the manager didn’t take my name or anything , so wasted my time going back to give them a chance . I don’t normally take the time to write a review but please go to another dunkin , every time I go to this one they seem to always have an issue.

I got 3 stale donuts and a medium cup of coffee fot just under 12 dollars!! You have to be kidding me that you sell stale donuts for 3 dollars each!

I usually go to another location but occasionally I come here since they’re 24 hours. Every time I come here the drinks are never labeled and today it was an issue because she made my drink entirely wrong. If she had used the label for the drink like she’s supposed to this would not have happened. As someone who works in the food industry, it doesn’t matter how seasoned you feel you are at your job things are in place for a reason. I cannot have sugar and my first gulp of my coffee was a mouthful of sugar. Luckily I caught this right away before I got sick. Please, please, pay attention to people’s orders. People who are ordering sugar substitutes are ordering them for health reasons and you could make someone seriously sick if they can’t tell the difference.

I usually love this location and come to it often, but this has to be a joke over $3 for this? This is not the first time this has happened. Yes, I understand having a line and being overwhelmed, but you took the time to toast it. All I ask is you do the same for the spread. Will not be ordering food from this location anymore this has happened way to many times.

It's pumpkin season! This DD makes a great pumpkin latte - but don't they all? This was a quick stop as there was no one in line at the drive through and my drink was ready by the time I got to the pickup window. I love DD!!!

Swift service. Nice greeter/cashier in the drive thru. She even honored my military service with a discount. I'm always grateful for that!!! My order was correct and I was on my way in minutes. I run on Dunkin!!! :)

They're always out of something. The donuts barely have any filling. The associate did help me make a decision on alternative drink options.

I'm excited to update this post and to share that I've been to hundreds of Dunkin Donuts places but this one is special. John did my muffin with sausage, egg and cheese and it was the best I've ever tasted. Thank you John. You are recognized for your excellent work and services. Dunkin is fortunate to have you. We were greeted by the coolest cashier ever! My son was undecided on if he wanted a strawberry iced donut or chocolate, the manager made him one with both plus sprinkles!!!😁😁 That made his day! 5 star customer service!!!!Thanks again!!!

Very disappointed with the lack of cream cheese on my bagel. Usually they put an ample amount, but this? This doesn’t even cover one side.

Sandwich was really good, but my americano tasted like hot water. I don’t think they put hardly any espresso in it.

The drive thru line was long but I was amazed how quickly it moved. That was nice.

Love Dunkin and the professional working was wonderful! I have to give one star to the overall company of Dunkin due to the fact that they cutoff all sales pricing for their coffee. Went in to purchase 3 lbs. of coffee to find out they has stopped their sales pricing. Very disappointing and will be researching other coffees to possibly replace what I have brewed from home for over 15 years. Sad a huge successful corporation cuts of savings from those that made it huge and successful. Shame on you Dunkin!!

Friendly sales persons. Had a cinnamon roll. So fresh. My mother had the chocolate eclaire and was so happy it looked like a heart. Clean and comfy. Would definitely go back the next time we're here in Fl.

I go to this Dunkin every Saturday morning and order my husband an iced machiato with light ice and extra milk. However, today in the middle of my order I was cut off by someone who was not taking my order and she said they can't do this. I inquired why as they have been able to do this every other time and at surrounding Dunkin locations I go to regularly. All she said is they follow a recipe. Very disappointing especially since this used to be my preferred Dunkin location. I don't understand how you go from being able to make the accommodation to not being able to all of the sudden.

I ask did they have Texas toast and the manager rudely interrupts the staff initially taking the order to state…”we haven’t had Texas toast in over two years..” (mind you this was one of my biggest craves while pregnant….I just delivered my son on 06/27/21…you do the math). So, I decided to go with the sourdough since it too was toasted. BAM! Breakfast served! The manager is rude and unprofessional. How could you allow this to past your visual exam smh. Unless you just don’t care. What ever happen to do unto others as you’d like done to you. Too bad I won’t be ordering here ever again not even for my caramel iced coffee.

The employees on shift were just as bangin as my custom-made drink. Chef's kiss! Update: I have to knock off a couple of stars because of my most recent visit. I went through the drive through during the evening time about a week ago. The employees on staff were less than pleasant. After handing over my money, I was served a 3/4 full drink and some crusty donuts that had very little filling in them. I understood that the donuts wouldn't be the freshest due to the time of day I picked them up, but there was no excuse for the filling. I asked the drive through employee if he'd mind giving me a full drink, but was denied because I didn't get ice. I didn't order a drink that came with ice... I ordered a cold brew??? Between the guy's attitude and not giving me what I paid for ontop of denying my request to be given what I had paid for was completely disheartening. Needless to say, I won't be going back during the evening shift at this location.

Every time I drive up to the window the staff is so excited to hear my voice because the camera is out(poor employee's) so they have to improvise. The concrete has collapsed in area's resulting in big pot holes.

I always get my coffee here really fast in the morning, never spend more than 5-7 minutes in line. Although the only thing I would say is be cautious with the bagels every time I have gotten one recently they've been completely stale (did the 2 for $4 today and they were way too hard) other than that coffee is always good which matters the most.

Every time I go I get quick friendly service. Doesn’t matter if it’s through drive through or simply waking in. The donuts always taste freshly baked and coffee is always on point.

I enjoy coming to this dunkin donuts. Ever since they've changed management within the store and who runs it I've noticed the business has picked up and the employees are much more nicer and friendlier. And the Iine in drive through moves pretty quickly. I will always enjoy coming here as long as the service is good !

A+... It is almost impossible to find a Dunking that isn't busy! I stopped in at 12-noon and there was no waiting at all. Clean store and restrooms. Friendly and polite staff. I definitely recommend this location.

This Dunkin is out of the way but I have no problem going the extra distance. The dunkin by my house is terrible. I have never had a bad experience here. I ordered a chai tea and donuts for curbside and the guy that brought my stuff out saw I had a dog and went back inside and got my dog a cup of whip cream.

Always makes my orders correctly. One of my favorite locations! Great customer service as well.
