Mobile orders and door dash only?

The floor was really sticky. My feet stock to the floor.. Service was really really slow.

The best fast food in Orange Park. Excellent offers in your apps.

I ordered in the drive thru, it was very quick, the employees at each window were nice, and my order was correct. Sounds like the bare minimum but you don’t get that at most fast food restaurants.

Night time manager this Friday night was nasty. The guy working was super nice. We liked him.

Cold food and they never make the ice coffee right they forgot to stir it...

I ordered my food and after 10 minutes went to ask what's taking so long. I was told by the manager that the family that came in after me is the owners family and they told them to put my food to the side and make their food first. Totally unacceptable garbage!!! I am a customer I go first especially if I ordered first. I will never visit this location again. How rude to treat customers this way.

The food quality is what you would expect but I got half the large fry I ordered. Honestly I just don't get how you can mess up something so simple. I guess it truly is hard to find good help.

Was closed 30 minutes before closing time. Several people trying to order, inside employees ignored customers. Had a mobile app order that I now have to wait to get refunded.

Food over cooked or old, never fresh. When fresh undercooked. Never to return to this place. I live .3 miles away. Soo sad...

Fries soggy, bland and zero crispy. How? Do not go here, unless you want to be disappointed.

My problem with this location is with management, not service. The receipt printer is always messed up. I complete surveys and save money using the code on the receipts. Receipts from this location are constantly unreadable. So I can't complete a survey for their location. So I simply avoid going there except to get a free sandwich using a promo receipt from another location. Fix the freakin' printer!

Used App to order and pay. Easy setup.

I ordered a mocha Frappuccino and it was watery. Not too happy with my order. Service was slow as well.

Don’t ask them to drop your food fresh for you, because they will lie right to your face and tell you they did and definitely didn’t . I usually have good service and make the extra drive to come to this location, but it has seem to fallen off lately. Don’t know the name, but it was a male taking the order in the drive-through around 6 PM Thursday.

Our drive-through attendant was very kind and ensured we received everything we ordered.

I just did a mobile order and they fubar the entire order. I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy, they gave me a Spicy McCrispy. I hate Spicy anything. I ordered (2) 6 pcs McNuggets, they gave me (2) Cheeseburgers. I can't even eat cheese. Thats why I ordered the McNuggets. I spend money there for a product yet you dont provide my product, you're stealing my money. You all need more training. McDonalds standards have definitely drop.

Ordered 1 fish no sauce, no one else there, had to wait over 5 minutes to get 1 fish with sauce.

I’ve never had a worse customer service experience in my life. In my young daughter’s words “why’s he so mad”. Night manager was apparently having a bad day and we were the one’s he chose to take it out on. Practically yelled at from the moment we pulled up just because we needed to know how to get a refund. I guess customer service truly is dead. Very Disappointing.

It is a fast food place. Greasy food was expected. The stars are for "customization". Before a mac came with onions, mustard, ketchup if u wanted or not. This time i asked, no onions, extra,extra lettuce, no ketchup or mustard, add tomato and light mayo. Loved it!

A quick stop while running errands. The only downfall was that they messed up our order. We ordered a double filet of fish, and when they handed us the bag, it was only a single. The order paper they stick to the box said double, but I guess they just didn't read it correctly. They fixed it for us without fuss. Either way, it was something in our tummies to get us through.

The wait was around 20minutes. We were dining in and it was very slow. Waiter was quite rude.

My daughter's chicken nuggets had little pieces of bone or something in them.

I love how Google asks for reviews of places like McD’s. So, I ordered a filet-o-fish. I was delicious for what it was. The men’s room was clean and the employees were civil towards each other and the customers. One employee wearing a neon green McD’s cap was sweeping the front area outside. My sandwich was free due to points that were about to expire.

This mcdonalds always gets the order correct!

Staff had a nonchalant attitude. Nobody offered to help - it was my first time ordering away from the counter, then paying at the counter.

I was called a liar because the employee "packed the bag and knew what was in it." Never going to this abomination again.

This is by far the best locations I've visited. Sean & his staff are very courteous & welcoming. My food was fresh, the greeting was sincere, & they made sure to inform me of my order status. They should be a training location.

The lady at the counter was very nice. And very patient with the lady ahead of me. Kids loved it.

McDonald's has the best French fries.

I ordered online and they won’t give me foods. Even not close. Also disrespectful to me as deaf person. It was very awful and upset me. I’m going respite bigger time with that place thank you!

Ordered on the app and chose curbside. Sat there for 20 minutes when someone came out to tell us we have to go through the drive thru. If you can walk yourself out to tell me that you can walk me my food, but okay. By this time the drive thru line was 12 cars deep and we just left because that's ridiculous. Rude and lazy

My order was prepared exactly as I ordered. They listen. Basic chicken sandwich is my favorite. Also, I appreciate the option of choosing a Senior Coke. Restaurant was very clean.

Poor service and worse food. McDonald's over seas in Japan is MUCH better.

Okay place. Single Hamburger small

Had a late flight into Jax and staying in Fleming Island. Arrived after 11pm. Needed to get a quick sandwich for my husband to take his medicine. Wanted a hot fudge sundae. And of course no ice cream was available and hadn’t been all day according to the drive thru person. :( Bad timing when there has been a heat advisory out and wanting something cool. McDonald’s living up to there reputation of ice cream machine being broke or close enough with no ice cream. Hope it’s better if I come thru again.

I understand The city of O.P. is starting to get a homeless problem. But to Deny a homeless a cup, so he could have some water is just wrong ...it's over 100° outside and all that man asked for was a small cup for water.....So I went ahead and bought a cup for him.... Kindness goes along way...

Food, service and atmosphere was surprisingly nice. I haven't visited a McDonald's in a long time. A lot has changed.

My first visit the service was brutally slow and my second visit which will be my last here the lights were all on and the menu all lit up but voice comes over and says unfortunately our system is down and we cannot take any orders probably just don't want to work

Absolutely atrocious!! Service was trash and very slow, they didn’t get my order correct, they forced us to get water in our “water cups” even though we paid for sodas, they give out free food cause they knew the customer, bathrooms were gross and unclean !! They legitimately fought with a paying customer cause they couldn’t find the mobile order on their end, they let other customers in front of us cause we were paying with the mobile app with our points “ it was to much time” to let us load the codes!! This McDonald’s is garbage !! Their morning service is even worst the lobby is never open staff is rude !! And I would rather go out of my way to go to blanding for a nicer experience !! Do better people !!!

Clean, friendly staff, fast service, good food. This location SHINES above the rest! We pass several locations to eat at this one!

Update: my order was refunded I tried calling this McDonalds for about 20 minutes to discuss a refund for an error with the mobile order in the app but no one picked up the phone. No other method for contacting them is in the app or where I have been able to find it.

Always correct order and friendly

Customer service was beyond amazing! We were told they were short staffed and slammed with only minutes before closing. They still make sure we had a great meal. I would highly recommend this location

Food is always the same...this location, however, looks very clean and that makes you feel they really handle the food appropriately.

Two different orders both orders the sandwiches were not correct the way we had ordered them we had to turn around and go back an hour later with our cold food and get it new which they replace and not with a smile

They didn't have our online order. They had to find it because I wasn't gonna leave without it. When we opened the bags part of our food wasn't there so they made extr money off of my family. Typical Mc D food otherwise.

I asked the manager or shift lead that came to attend me so I can pay if the strawberry shortcake mcflurry was still an available item . The additive i received back and the response i received was not courteous or professional . Why advertise a product if you can't produce , why let me know as a customer that you are working multiple stations while acting bothered I'm asking or ordering food . Utilize your employees correctly and more efficiently. One of the lessons i had to learn when i ran a restaurant as a GM . Hopefully this gets resolved.

No me gustó mi experiencia ahí fue nefasta, hice mi orden por teléfono y después de esperar 15 minutos me dijeron que no había ninguna orden la persona que me atendió se reía en mi cara por no saber hablar muy bien el idioma con otras dos dependientas y el señor que me atendió luego me tiro el pedido sobre el mostrador no me explicaron el porque mi pedido no fue hecho, se burlaron y me discriminaron solo por el hecho de ser latina yo no lo recomiendo para nada hay bastante racismo y bastante falta de respeto ahí en ese lugar la verdad ...

Tried to use McDonald's app at drive thru. Price charged was incorrect. They said the app was having glitches for awhile. Lady said to pull around and they'd adjust price. I pull up to window and show the lady my app coupon and she said they don't adjust prices and that the McDonald's app has been "glitches for awhile now." Wuh? Okay, well, so I order something else. But how about " sorry for the inconvenience?" Nothing.

Love the old school vibe on the outside.. inside modern.. customer service is great... ive sat in to eat, and i was delighted to see how Norman gave the customer attention.. Norman and Cady went over and beyond their job.. my daughter enjoyed the service she is 5 years old but noticed how great it is, she said she wants to come back to this one

Food was good as normal for the place. Customer service was 5 star.

I used to frequent this McDonald's on my way to work until the long drive thru line started making me late. I don't know what the issue is but the lobby is never open! I can only imagine how much business and money they're missing by not having their lobby open and slow drive thru lines.

I have noticed recently how difficult it is to get decent food ar McDonald's. I am not speaking about just this particular McDonald's. I am talking about McDonald's in general. I have not had an order of fries from McDonald's which have been good. They either have too much salt, soggy, no salt or they aren't hot. The fries I got from here were soggy. McDonald's is famous for their fries and the rest of the meal is so disappointing with soggy fries. I understand they maybe short staffed or having a difficult day. But I would rather they ask me to pull over and wait for fresh fries than be served something I won't eat otherwise I am wasting my money and time coming here.

ORDER is ALWAYS WRONG FRIES ALWAYS COLD.... terrible service....

I had gone to a different McDonald’s who had to close down due to a staff shortage. We decided to try this McDonald’s. We searched on google and on the McDonald’s app to make sure this McDonald’s was open. We placed a mobile order no problem. When we got to the speaker, no one came to us. Then we pulled around to the window and no one came. After waiting a few minutes, we pulled back around to the front where some employees were sitting outside smoking. I asked if there was anyone inside because we’ve been waiting. They said no we close at 11. This was about 11:15. I said google and the app both say the drive-through is open until midnight. He said no it’s 11. I said so both the McDonald’s app, and Google are wrong? And he said yeah looks like it. We ended up going to Wendy’s where they gave us great customer service. I hate going to McDonald’s at night anyway, because you’re going to be there at least 20 minutes even if you’re the only person in line, but to go to two different “open” locations to be told that they’re closed is absurd.

Came thru the drive thru at 10pm on 22Feb and the drive thru was busy but we waited and managed to order 4 HAMBURGERS, 1 large fry and a Shamrock shake. The employees were busy but we didn't have an issue--the drive thru employee was friendly, and we understand that the drive thru was busy, however they had us pull forward and wait....and then it all went downhill. When we were finally brought our bag, it was literally tossed into our car and the employee walked away --my husband had to call the employee back to ask where our shake was. (It was as if he didn't believe we had ordered one) At that point I happened to look into the bag and noticed we were given 4 spicey chicken sandwiches, and an order undercooked, very soggy and unsalted fries. When he returned with the shake we informed him the order was incorrect and he said "THE TICKET SAID 4 CHICKEN SANDWICHES!" and proceeded to slam the sliding window shut before walking away. We were left with 4 very dry and very mangled chicken sandwiches that were past their prime. (I suspect they were out of hamburgers and couldn't be bothered.) The employee mentality is absoutely absurd: to totally mess up an order, never offer a receipt and what is given out is subpar at best.

Laziest store ever I pull up for a door dash order they have 10 cars parked in the lot employees are hanging around in the lobby not doing nothing but telling customers they gotta go through the drive thru? Got workers who don't want to work.

The staff that’s currently on drive thru ( 01/06/23 1:11 pm) are rude as hell . The lady with the red hair at the second window was sweet . But everyone else was rude !

There's a young lady name Tara laser Scruggs that be at the window very nice very courtesy and does her job well
