This is not a 24 hour location.. I’ve went through their drive-through multiple nights and every time I’m told we’re not taking orders right now anything after 12 PM

Closed early, very unprofessional

I received hot food fast at midnight from this Krystal’s. The cashier even made me laugh.

Junkyard Hash browns were cold. My son's hotdogs looked old. He didn't even eat it.

Even tho I haven’t got my food yet I’m putting 1 star because I’m pretty sure it going to be nasty there’s only 2 people working.. 1 star for service because wen I walked in it took 20 minutes for someone to ask me what I need I believe the lady was in the bathroom getting high .. after 25 minutes she came out stumbling and mumbling and said they are working on my food.. 1 star for atmosphere because it was nasty stuff was dirty.. I should of asked for my money back but I waited to long

It was nasty inside. The food was cold and tasteless. Didn't have certain items. Said they only served chili in winter, and the drinks came out of the dispenser, all watered down.

Service not Great, neither is the food. I'm not sure why I stopped here. Maybe I will stop in again in another year

Great window service, great chill cheese fries and I had 2 great sliders but the third one tasted a bit like raw meat.

I absolutely love this place. Their burgers where great, and their fries where HOT and recently made. I would definitely recommend eating here for lunch.

We love Krystal’s, but this location has been terrible the last two times. This time we ordered 24 Krystal’s with cheese except for five of them. The woman was talking so fast, at the end of the order we verified with her that she got five regular and the rest with cheese and she cut us off and said YEP. Okay. They had us pull up where we waited a few minutes and then she brought the box out. We get down the road and start going through it and it was five with cheese buried and the rest without cheese. Exactly opposite of what we ordered and then we got to one of the ones with cheese and it was just bread. So sad.

For the love of God shut it down .no more reviews. I'm lobbying for clay county to shut it down. You don't care about "guests" or it would have been fixed by now. Years of ignorant racist employees and over priced horrible service. I'm going to shut it down enough is enough

I just went to Krystal‘s. I’ve been craving them and they are so good and they are fresh and they’re not serving bad food there. Those people are trying very hard and I love that crystals it’s open 24 hours to drive-through again which is nice. thank you for doing such a good job.

Clerk was slow and inattentive.

My mother fell and they didn't do anything and My sister asked for a accident report and they said that they don't do that was at the Krystal on 103rd and blanding and one of the employees had her children there look like they were running a daycare

Always closed when I’m off work. It can be 11pm or 1 am. They’re never serving. Last time they said they were closed because their screen was messed up. How are they still open?

I been here many times over 20 years, and it just gets worse and worse. So SLOW! Sat in a line of only four cars (one pulled away) for 25 minutes. Then I had to leave. Completely wasted my time. I sat at the order menu for about 15 minutes of the 25, and never even had a chance to order. Chick-fil-A can move 100 cars on this amount of time! Maybe pay the employees an insensitive depending on how many orders they can take per day? I won't be coming back. Update: Well, I was in Orange Park again yesterday, I thought I'd try it again. Big mistake! After waiting at the order display for 5 minutes without any "welcome" or "I'll be right with you," the lady comes on and says, "What do you want!" I said, "Hi, how are you?" She ignores me and says once again... "what do you want?" So I just ordered. There was only one other car in line in front of me already at the window. We both waited another 10 minutes. I was about to leave, then finally I was able to pull up to the window. I made a point of being extra nice and said... "Hi, how are you doing today? She wouldn't even look up, or in my eyes, and refused to answer me. Without looking at me, she hands my food out the window. What a screwed up place. Heavy set black woman. She must hate white people?!!! It's easier to be nice, than it is to be hateful. I just can't live like that. I wonder if the owner knows what going on, but just doesn't care? I definitely will not be going back!!! This was on 6/17/24 between 11:30 and 11:45. Park Ave 19 location.

Food was great and fresh. Took awhile to get served as the poor lady was working there by herself.

I was literally the only person in the store and no one in the drive through and was told it would be 20 minutes before even taking my order. That wasn't the part that bothered me. One of the employees had their maybe 7 or 8 year old running around the dining area screaming and disrupting everything even the receipt dispenser on the counter. He was running around screaming that one of the other guests just farted multiple times. The last few times I've been here have been very dissatisfying and this will certainly be the last visit I make here. We use to have company lunches at this location but have quit because of these issues. The employees are very bland and have no respect and will tell you to go somewhere else and even get hostile if you mention anything to them. I don't think customers should be afraid of the employees if their not satisfied.

I arrived at the restaurant around 9:35 pm and waited in line at the drive-through until about 9:50. I was driving a white Toyota Rav4. Although I'm originally from NYC, I now live in SC. In my area of SC, they need Krystal's. However, I have family in the Jacksonville area, and whenever I visit, I make it a point to get Krystal's. This time, however, my experience was terrible. I was disappointed when I waited at the drive-through speaker for 20 minutes, only to be told they were no longer accepting orders. When I asked why, the young lady at the speaker said she was following instructions. Then, when I pulled around, I saw the manager locking the door. He was a white male with gray hair. I found this treatment very rude, discourteous, and unprofessional. I was the only car in the drive-through speaker waiting; two vehicles ahead of me looked as if they placed their orders and were waiting. It's disheartening to be treated like this, especially since I came to Orange Park for a wedding and went out of my way to get Krystal's. This incident has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and this location provided poor service. I am giving feedback in the hopes of improving your service.

I order from this location ALL of the time. However, the past several times I've ordered from this Krystal's location late at night the service has been terrible and the food even worse. They don't change the tea so it's rotten, the tots are cold & stale. One night they had the drive thru windows & the doors locked so I had to wait for them to bring my food to the door which took forever, the manager was rude as hell & they still forgot my drink. The only damn thing they get right anymore, here lately, are the actual Krystal's. They need to tighten up. 💯

Ordered an online order, was said it would be ready in 4 mins. Sat and waited over 30 mins in the lobby. Was told multiple times "we're working on it." Yet had 9 cars go through the drive thru during this time. 2 of the workers had droopy eyes and we're sluring words. And also not using gloves. Dear Management, I am writing to request the termination of an employee ( Christina H) who demonstrated unacceptable behavior and a sever lack of professional during my visit. The incidents in question involved an employee whose action not only tarnished the reputation of your establishment but also significantly undermined the quality of customer service. While I was confirmation my order the employee exhibited a notably nasty attitude. Instead of engaging with courtesy and respect, the employee's behavior demeanor was abrasive and dismissive. Such behavior is detrimental to customer experience and reflects poorly on your store. Then once my order that was brought to me was incorrect. Although mistakes can happen the employees reaction when I was pointing out the mistake was once again unacceptably rude. Rather than apologizing she maintained a hostile attitude which just further exacerbated the situation. " Shouting at me that's what I had while she pulls up the correct order to charge me. I also attempted to confirm the employee's identification to report this issue and she ignored me three times, so I'm using the name provided on this receipt. This lack of transparency and accountability is concerning and violates basic customer service protocols. It suggests both a customer satisfaction and company policy. The combination of these actions suggests a pattern of behavior that is incompatible with the values and standards of this location of Krystal's. Maintain high standards of customer service is crucial in the fast food industry, where competition is everywhere and customer loyalty can be easily swayed by negative experiences. Given these infractions, I strongly recommend that this employee be coached or terminated. Allowing such behavior to continue not only risks further damaging the reputation of your business but also sets a negative precedent for other employees. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that incidents like this do not recur.

How can you go wrong with krystals

Was told at the drive through, it would be 10 minutes before they could take my order. It was 20 minutes. Placed order and waited another 20 for my food. This place is rediculous. Nobody in lobby. Saw 3 workers. I was only one in drive through.

I've been coming to this location in Orange Park for over 20 years, but never again. After a 20-30 wait, I won't be coming back. It has Progressively gotten worse and worse! Maybe pay the employees a bonus for the number of cars they get through the line? Right now, they have ZERO incentive. In 30 minutes Chick-fil-A can get over 100 cars through their line. Krystal, 5 cars max!

Service was SLOW and understaffed. Burgers were wet and soggy.

24 hour drive through closed before 10 pm. Rude employee. This is the last bad experience i will have here. I'm never coming back to this location. It needs to close.

I didn't catch the guy's name that was taking care of the drive thru. But he was the hardest working, polite, and appollogizing for the wait . It's one thing when you wait for awhile and it dont even look like people are busy . But in my opinion he needs a raise. This guy made sure we were taken care of and understood he was taking care of us best he could.

It's Krystal, a sackful of Krystal's / cheese Krystal's with fries and a corn pup. One bunn was soggy and gooey 🙁😨

Waited in drive though e for my online order.They saw me on fire.There was no one else in line or the driver set there for fifteen minutes with no Acknowledgment went inside.Felt like I was just bothering them. Manager was a Setting and having a conversation with the rest.All die old guy baby in the back by the food slow to give me my fand complain that I could have just came inside even though I put drive thru on my mobile order

I like Krystal's, but they're close to pricing themselves out of the competition. These are just too expensive for what they are. Taste good, but my wife and I could have split a pizza for less, and had leftovers.

Coffee was good, she even made a fresh pot to finish filling up our cups.

It is what it is , if you like their flavors it's a tasty burger and their apple pie (turnover) if good as well

I'm still waiting on a response from management regarding hair in my food. I've tried calling 📞 several times and no has reached out to me...I will not be going back.

It's just Krystals, so you know what to expect, but this location is always on point and the people are always nice.

I know it's a chain, but I feel like this krystal has put out better quality food than most I've been to. It's slow by comparison but the last several times, my fries have been piping hot and the burgers were pretty good.

Late night snack at 2am. Fries are good, and service was there. Prices obviously has gone up. We had trouble communicating through the drive thru, so we had to pull up to the window to order which made it a little difficult. But it was open, and they served our needs. What else could you ask for? I do wish they had a trash can outside. (sorry I left the trash by the front door, that's where the trash can used to be).

45 minutes for 24 Krystal. Rediculous. Told they haven't even started my online order 20 minutes after I made it. Then was told we will get him after the people in drive-thru. Never eating at this location again

This is my favorite location. The bread is mushy on the edges which makes the perfect Krystal burger to me. The workers there are nice and have good attitudes and the service is quick even when you have to pull up

This was my first time eating here. Spent $80 so far from being cheap. The food and atmosphere was really nice. The chicken sandwiches are amazing. I won't come here again due to the cost but if I'm alone I will go in.

This was such a nice experience. It was Christmas Eve and the staff still had a friendly attitude. Food was correct (I had special requests) and hot. It's always nice to get hot, fresh krystals since I don't live near a store anymore.

To satisfy a curiosity, yes it's very similar to white castle. However, my go-to is always the chili cheese fries.

Well the wait in the drive thru was a bit long but no biggie right? Except I think they spent the whole time trying to scrape salt off our burgers because these burgers have more salt than the fries do and they are DISGUSTING! Thank God the fires are good because the burger is are the worst I've ever had there! Yuck threw them in the trash they were that bad.

Waited forever for my order to be wrong. Happened last time....6 months ago. Same exact thing waited and waited and it was wrong. Shame on me learned my lesson and no it wasn't the middle of the night. It was 11 AM

UPDATE: One night in October my husband and I took an evening ride on our 1984 Honda Goldwing GL 1200 motorcycle, fully dressed out cruiser. It was late, it started to rain, and the bike broke down. We were cold, aggravated, and hungry. We broke down a few blocks away and on the opposite side of the street. We would have to push it across 4 lanes of traffic. That's over 900lbs and awkward to walk next to while steering. We have been told before we can not walk up to the drive thru, due to safety issues. However, this night Anse was as sweet as could be. She took our order and rushed it out to us while we waited up front under cover from the rain. Unfortunately, these days that is not common practice, but we were in luck to have walked up that night. Way to go Anse, making our night a little less miserable. 2 years ago: The staff was extremely rude! After not being able to place an order at the intercom, no one would respond. We drove up to the window where two employees came up after knocking on the window. My husband began telling them what we would like to order. My husband finished placing the order, the staff asked, "Sir, so what do you want to order?" He had to repeat it. When the food was ready they stuffed everything in one bag and it ripped spilling both fries on the ground. The guy said, "Oh, sorry hang on, I just have to get you more fries." We had already spent almost thirty minutes just to get those. This is an absolutely horrible location and I used to go there pretty often with my father a few years ago.

Going from bad food to offer of another meal . Guessing someone forgot to change deep fryer grease ! It was absolutely horrible !! It was burnt an bad after taste !! Called store an gave info , They made offer .went back at lunch.all good !! Always ask about fresh tea an if fryer has been changed !!

This Krystal is never open. The door is always locked, last time I was there I went through the drive through and was told they were only taking online orders. Tried again tonight and as usual the door was lock so went through the drive through and was told the system was down and they were not doing anymore orders. Do better or just shut down and let something better move in.

Went on 9/16/23 at 1:53 AM. We had to wait for our burgers, which was fine. During that time, Ainsley was AMAZING and had a great sense of humor. Our food was excellent!

We just left a concert a Thrasher Horn Center and we're in the mood for some Krystals. They were hot and delicious. I do have to say, I miss the Chili they used to have. I wish they would bring it back.

Simple order... 12 crystals. 6 regular & 6 cheese with no pickles, 2 (different)drinks, 2 fries. Received 6 regular, 6 cheese WITH pickles, 2 cold fries and 2 unidentifiable drinks. I asked the drive through worker if the drink dispenser was broke after taking a sip & she just stared at me & said "I don't know ". Didn't realize the other items were wrong until we drove off! Basically $25 for 6 crystals!

Been out of state for last 10 years. Just had my first "Welcome Home" Krystal meal, which brought back memories. Still slow, but good gut bombs. Gotta love it. Tradition.

This place is still terrible. It took 28 minutes to get my food after paying, and nobody was in line in front of me. They didn't even say sorry for the wait or anything. Also, while I was waiting they locked the doors and stopped taking drive-thru orders at 9. Never go to the Park Ave location. It looks like they are severely understaffed which is the owner/management's fault.

Great little hamburgers. Loved them for decades. Glad they haven't changed them over time and ruined them. Really good fries too, whole potato fries, some with skin on like we make them at home.

Wish I I could Give no stars. They are horrible. They don’t even answer drive thru. You sit and wait for nothing. They are open you can see people at window and inside.

The cashier was delightful and helpful. Smiling brightly and even came out to dining room to ask about refilling tea. Young granddaughters loved the fries.

We went to the Krystal on Park Avenue today. Let me tell you from the cashier Destiney to Kim and Laura was amazing. The food was on point, and hot. We order a 24 sack and a 12 sack of Krystals with fries and that strawberry FANTA. We will be back ladies that rocked the Park Avenue Krystals today on 7/14/23. We will visit again with a tip coming your way. Ladies you did it for us!

Everyone is rude. No one wants to take an order. Only taking EXACT cash is a lie. Like what. They need to hire someone with some sense... pay someone $50 an hour to come in and have that place the best Krystals in North Florida 😂 because whatever is now it has to be in the bottom 3. Hire people who can fake a smile for 5 seconds, these people are NASTY and ghetto... that being said they gotta be making only $11 an hour and litterally do not care.

At 3:15 on Saturday May 27 I went to this Krystal location, went to the drive up and waited about 10 minutes behind another customer, he hadn't moved so I drove around and parked and went inside, not a single soul was inside the restaurant, no workers or customers, I looked outside and there was 2 girls that looked kind of dirty yelling at people on their phones with a krystal headset and uniforms on! I walked outside and she said Sir we have a lot going on and aren't taking any orders and 2 young men drove up and went inside with them so I left! I have never witnessed anything like this in my life and will not be returning to this ghetto location again
