When we came in it took someone 17mins to come over to us. The 1st manager came over and was rude as hell. We had Lexi come to greet us and get our orders she was awesome from the start. Then we had Jennifer the other manager , she was so nice and sweet,. She apologized for the wait. If it wasn’t for Jennifer and Lexi this review would have been a ONE STAR due to the 1st manager coming over with at attitude.

It's a gas station. Yeah they sell hot food, but what gas station isn't selling a meal now. That doesn't mean it's a restaurant. This location is clean and open 24 hours. This is great for persons traveling early who need to grab something quick to go. I'll also add it's a well lit location. If you have to use the air pump in the wee hours, it won't be in the dark.

No receipt paper in pumps! Customers SHOULD NOT have to go inside and wait in line for a receipt if they paid outside!!

This is the worst location when it comes to food! I really think the don't follow recipes or have any standards! Just dive to blanding or any other one!

This is why your stores turn-over rate is sooooo horrible at your Park Ave store, your FEMALE Managers priorities and goals for your store are wasted on silliness. I went in for just some cups of ICE. That's it ICE, I offered to pay for the ICE and was told BY THE SHORT FEMALE MANAGER that she can't charge me for ICE and that I must buy a drink. I asked her to charge me for a drink and she told me not to worry about it and that she couldn't do that. Came in several times to get ice. I did offer to pay for the ice and she told me to buy a drink. I have no problem with buying drink but I don't want a drink. Today I go in there and yes I got 4 cups of ice and then I decided to get two more, the short female manager sent one of the workers to tell me I need to pay for the ice. NOT A PROBLEM. I talk to the short female Manager and tell her I have offered to pay for this ice and you never took the money. I tell her I have 6 cups of ice and she charged me for 2 cups, NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. I asked if I bring my own cups how much would you charge me for the ice and she said (the short female manager) said "the price of a drink REFILL." I said for ONLY ICE. I said you're gonna charge me a drink refill price for ICE. ICE, ICE with my own cup. I said ok. I'm not the only person who gets that many cups of ICE. I ALWAYS WANTED TO PAY FOR THE ICE, BUT YOU DIDN'T TAKE MY MONEY. It's ICE! Everytime I go in that Wawas the short female manager watches me like I'm going to steal ICE. Makes no sense to act this way about ICE. YES, MY REVIEW IS ABOUT ICE!!

Came in there for a self serve Iced Coffee One was being cleaned by Bill And the other one was empty. Bill took the time out of what he was doing to make sure I got my iced coffee THANKS BILL

Good Food. They never have things like meatballs, but list them on the menu.

Whoever taught yall how to wrap a burrito should be fired. Or just Don't sell burritos, because what I got can't be considered a burrito.

just don’t even waste your time.. store was filthy. the drink area was a sticky & trashy mess, and the women’s restroom… imagine the worst a gas station bathroom can look.. then x it by 10 and it smelled like someone died

Idk what is wrong with the people who pack these UberEATS and doordash orders but I think they do things with their eyes closed. This is the 2nd time they totally left out my milkshake - just zip, nada- like it wasn't even part of the order AND I received someone else's fries. The name and order number were too different to get confused from similarity. What is wrong with these people??? These are stupid mistakes. Slow down and pay attention.

I didt grab my $$change after a cash transaction, when i went back into get it sorted out the staff was so kind and helpful! They made it easy and stress free!

Why is Wawa listed as a "fast food restaurant" in G👹gle Maps? It's a gas station/convenience store, ferchrissakes. If Wawa is a restaurant then I'm Barack Obama. You can order sandwiches, etc. through a menu in a touchscreen system. The food prep area has four touchscreens around one side, of which one screen may or may not be on the fritz at any given time. The nice thing about the ATM in there is it charges no service fees; the drawback is some lunatic breaks it every few months. But it usually gets repaired quickly. Yes, they offer pizza. I tried one. It wasn't worth the money. Why Wawa added pizza to their menu when there's a decent local pizza place a block down 17 from it, I didn't know...finally understood the problem when I realized I was eating it during daytime business hours while completely sober.

All in all not bad. Sandwich was missing a few things and needed a bit more sauce.

Just had a breakfast sandwich and it was had as a rock. Good quality has come down.

Worst location I've ever been to. I parked in the back to open my doors to find my water bottle and to stretch my legs after a 3 hour drive and the worker was outside smoking a cigarette(at a gas station) and just staying at me and my wife the whole time making her get uncomfortable. Both restrooms were closed too.

Tried the pizza for the 1st time. Can't say much, quick fast gas station food.

When you order a bowl you think they would fill it, it's half filled. For six and change at least give a decent amount of potatoes and Mac and cheese. Not only that it had 2 tenders. Smh. Food was hot but portion size unacceptable. Or just make the bowl smaller.

No lotto, and difficult parking lot entry/exit during traffic hours because of location. Great spot for a late night $10 meal.

This is the worst wawa ever. It's the only one on my way to work in the mornings. So I stop and get coffee every morning. I get 1 of 2 things every time but it feels like I get a different coffee then what I want every morning. I always get a vanilla coffee with cream, sugar and 2% milk the only thing different is either I get iced or frozen. No matter what one I choose they mess it up everything. Either they don't put sugar in it or most of the time they don't put the milk in it. I'm already running late for work most times and me having to return my drink every morning so they can fix there mistake just makes me later. This could be easily fixed if employees would actually read what your ordering and make it right. But instead of them reading the screen and making it the right way. They are more worried about talking and gossiping to one another every morning about there personal lives or the customers that come in. Workers are very disrespectful with there conversations and attitudes. Or they are griping in general about there job. I am so tired of paying yall my hard earned money just so u can give me something I don't want or make me late for work cause I have to replace it. Will not ever be coming back to this location. I will get up half an hour early to go to the gate station that is out of my way to work or pay tons of money at a starbucks if it means getting something that I want and pay for. Thanks for nothing.

I'm making this review in hopes management will see it and make a change. When placing an online order, once your meal is made they will neither place your order on the rack that says "online orders" OR call out the number for the order. You need to go up and ask them if the order is done. I waited over 15 minutes today while my sandwich sat behind the counter.

Be careful when you order an Italian hoagie with more than one sauce they only give you a Turkey sandwich with just one sauce you definitely didn’t order. There employees are also too busy complaining about how much they hate working. I may be rude but I don’t care if you hate yourself I want to check out not listen to your life story. Hopefully it gets better from here

The Milkshakes are great. They have a specialty strawberry cheesecake milkshake that's limited time that is amazing!

Breakfast bowls are trash and they mess up orders

I came here May 14th at 2:40am. Ordered three of their cold sandwiches. Had purchased a few items while waiting for my food to be ready. Asked the black lady preparing my food to please give me a bag since my hands were full and plus i was carrying my baby she proceeded to say “THE BAGS ARE AT THE REGISTER” (with an attitude) but did gave a bag to the person behind me 😠 i felt discriminated in a w way. Wawa needs to find better employees because this ain’t it. Never coming back in here. Not spending my money were people is rude and just Soo disrespectful. Do better.

Excellent services on the 3:00pm to 4:30 pm crew every time I come in they give me awesome greetings and for that they deserve elevated new position or pay raise, just my thought. My utmost respect & gratitude.

Food is always fresh, prepared as requested, and the employees are friendly and courteous.

I was in duress when I stopped here to use the bathroom. By the time I entered the restroom it was at the point of no return. To my disgust the toilet had a visible spray pattern dried on the toilet wall and yellow stains on the seat . I spent another minute lining the whole seat with three stacks of single ply toilet paper. As I sat down the only thing I could pray for at that moment was that there was no splash back as it would surely lead to some sort of infection.

Great place for quick service on all offerings such as gas food drinks using the very clean bathroom etc.

We frequent this location every day, so to give a 4 star rating is something.... We love the team here! Everyone is friendly and helpful, even if they are short staffed. I understand that, as I work in the customer service field as well. However, we have had repeated issues with one team member there. This team member served a FROZEN hashbrown on our burrito for breakfast one morning. Not cold in the middle, but frozen solid. Solid. We let that go because we didn't have time to wait for it to be remade.. We have placed a single drink order, only to wait 20 minutes to be told by said team member "I'm getting there", with 4 people working in the deli. The Team member proceeded to brew coffee, instead of starting on the 4 orders on the drink screen, that had already been paid for. The first guest waited over 25 minutes for a drink. This team member is not happy to be at work, and it shows. The team is always so wonderful, but you are only as strong as your weakest link. If you do not want to work in this industry, then don't. To the team who always goes above and beyond for us, THANK YOU!!! EDIT: this team member has since left!!!! We love the team here! We are here every day, and they are always smiling and friendly. Thank you so much for the great improvements over the last 8 months!!!

Store is always clean and staff is very courteous.

At this time the store associates i wouldn’t say we’re the best. Creative i see the gentleman was on making my drink but the chocolate drizzle ended up all over the cup and i see he was trying to be creative but that’s not how i would like my drink presented to me, all the ingredients inside of the lid please because i had to take a few napkins and clean my drink up or else it would drip on my hands. Also the cashier was at most rude the way i heard her talking, i used self check out. She didn’t have a nice tone at all. Most the associates there to me seemed like they didn’t want to be there and don’t care much for Wawa, because the way they treated the customers and presented wawas products.

They never have receipt paper outside. Always have to go inside for my gas receipts...

Clean, no lottery at this location, at 5 the place is PACKED with a line to the back door, it’s crazy busy but managed well

This location is amazing. They have the best employees, who have always gone above and beyond for their customers. I visit everyday for my coffee addiction, and they never disappoint. I got gas today July 4th 2022 at this Wawa location in Orange Park Fl. $4.39.

Everyone was so super friendly and understanding. The food for a gas station was also outstanding. I wish we had these in Tennessee

Excellent food service, hoagies get finished fast. I've seen wait times for prepared food being as short as 5 minutes and no longer than 15. Which is great for grabbing a couple of things in the store.

I am visiting Florida and I was so excited to get a hoagie from Wawa. It's 2330 so I opted to get a Jr Hoagie with the chicken chowder soup. Where I would love to say it was amazing I cannot. The bread was rock hard to where I literally took everything out and ate it and the soup, well where I didn't taste any chicken it was warm and decent. I love Wawa but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I gave 3*** because my fiance actually enjoyed her burger and the facility was clean.

I was just in there and got a chicken sandwich and I don't know who made it but it was probably the best one I've had. And it got out super quick too!!! Thank you!

Treyanne is so wonderful. Incredibly polite and always smiles. She needs promoted to management so she can’t start making some of your hiring and training decisions. I do not frequent this Wawa because of the usual sour service.

Very clean. Great selection of gas and quick food inside, with excellent coffee ☕, friendly staff, modern facilities, clean restrooms, easy access back onto highway.

Always great service and many choices if you want something to eat or just a snack.

Great food, but I had a large order and was given the first part of it then asked immediately after what I was waiting for even though I could see the rest of it but not marked yet.

Wawa actually has decent food. Club sandwiches, hoagies, etc... at a decent price too. For a gas station it's not bad. Always clean inside.
